Little far in the City

The pool was an added bonus. My girlfriend and I were treated nicely by Edgar, Susie, Rose, and Boyet. While it is a mom and pop establishment, the owner and staff tried to do everything right for their customers. The kitchen catered mostly to those who stayed at MB’s, but the chef cooked great tasting food from a carefully selected menu. Keep up the great. We hope to return in a couple of years.

Very relaxing setup for having a work from anywhere for a month since they charge differently for monthly rentals

They over charged for the food and drinks since they know there is no nearby restaurants available. Also, no hairdryer or refrigerator in room

They have a restaurant in the hôtel which was very convenient because I arrived late that day.

It was good value for money, the management and staff are all polite, nice and helpful. The room and bathroom is spacious

La chambre aveugle qui donne directement sur la salle de restauration. Le fait qu’il soit finalement loin de l’aéroport avec comme seule alternative un taxi pendant 20 minutes à 400 pesos + demande d’une caution de 1000 pesos (que l’on a pas toujours lorsque l’on quitte un pays le lendemain !)

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice cool pool to have a dip, decent restaurant and a couple areas outside the rooms to relax. Staff very friendly and made sure there was someone around to check us out early in the morning

Very loud AC, upon arrival there is a bit of a stagnant smell in the room.

For the price and peace no complaints

The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Food is delicious and has great value. The price is good with the airport transfers and drop off. It is a peaceful place to stay away from the city noises. Very reasonable rates.

They could use more water pressure on the faucets and showers. The rooms need more deep cleaning and scrubbing.

I only stayed one night but it was a nice place and the breakfast was good

Emplacement proche de l'aéroport. Ma chambre était spacieuse, avec un lit King size. Je n'ai pas entendu les avions. L'établissement est très joli, avec beaucoup de cachet, une piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux. Super rapport qualité/prix.

Die Lage ist etwas versteckt,nicht schlimm, aber Taxifahrer und Grabfahrer wollten nicht dort hin. Wir sind zu Fuß an die nächste Hauptstraße, von dort ging es ganz einfach.. Steht aber in Google Maps, ich habe unseren Taxifahrer dann einfach dorthin gelotst.

The staff were extremely courteous and well meaning. I was offered a non-infested room when I asked.

When I arrived at the hotel after hours of trying to find a willing driver, I was given room 15 I believe. The second I opened the door I saw a cockroach hide behind a kind of countertop. I went and asked for cockroach spray and that area was sprayed. However when I went back in the room I noticed the countertop was loose. When I moved it I was aghast to discover maybe 40 cockroaches were living there and several holes in the concrete wall which allowed them to come and go outside and inside. The hotel is located in an area susceptible to flooding it appears. I was unable to get picked up by Grab drivers (who kept cancelling me) because Lapu-Lapu had flooded due to rain earlier that day and every Grab driver though

Nice place food is excellent giving you a lovely breakfast and specials every night for dinner is a must? Staff are always good and a big shout out to Mark the manager as he's always there to help you with anything

It was ok

20 + times we have stayed at this hotel an there will not be another a 21 +. There was a mark on the towel deep red, I didn't cut myself an my wife hardly ever has makeup on an it wasn't time of the month ,but they charged us 300 peso . We should have checked the towels when we opened them. After all the money we have spent at MB'S it accounts for nothing so never again will we bother .....

When i arrived the room was disgusting, it seemed like it hadnt been cleaned for a while. Bed sheets, towels stained. A weird odor on the room like pee. Didnt felt good sleeping there.

Staff always busy doing there work. Seem to be in tune to what each others doing and help each other.

Loved the time we spent there and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. We will definitely stay there again. My wife was a bit concerned about the location but once we got there and settled in she loved it.

This hotel is a bit off the beaten track and hard for taxi drivers to find. But the price to value was great. The food was quality of a five star chef while the price was totally affordable. The room was small but cozy and clean. The bedding was Filipino standard foam mattress but again clean and comfortable for me.

The room was comfortable and clean, the pool was a nice space to relax. Conveniently located close to the airport.

We had to walk a reasonable distance from the end of the street to the hotel. The place had a seedy feel to it, not unexpected so close to the airport.

Location was good after a long flight. Great place to relax with excellent food at very good prices. Swimming pool was a bonus and staff were great. Also the owners were excellent and Mark helped me with everything and they couldnt do enough for me. 10 out of 10 and fully recommendable 😊

I liked the various choices of food they had to offer, the nice atmosphere they had there, the flexibility of when you wanted to have your breakfast, the apartments were nice and there weren't any traffic noises to be heard (except for the air-traffic you sometimes could hear). something that I also found good was that the hotel wasn't far away from one of the more central malls in Lapu-Lapu.

What i didn't like was the noise from the AC. It usually didn't bother me, but sometimes it's loudness could be a little irritating. It's location was isolated from traffic, which was nice, but getting reliable transportation was not always easy. The hotel was also relatively far away from different attractions, such as beaches, parks, shrines, sightseeing attractions, etc.

The shower had standing water in and wouldn't drain, the room was very noisy. Asked for late check out and they said they were fully booked (so booked an extra day in the end) but the place was almost empty. Had to have 1000 deposit for the room. Passable stay

Good overall value for $. Very relaxed atmos - a homey feeling! A peaceful oasis in the midst of the chaos of noisy traffic in the vacinity. Close to airport. Personal attention of Owner. Staff very cordial & helpful. Great food prepared by an obviously good Chef! (fried fish twice was outstanding!). Look fwd to further stays should the future bring my return. 🤗

The only hotel at the Philippines where reality was better than the pictures. A cool place to stay, with supre friendy service. Once you make this experience you understad why so many european people want to stay in Philippines
