羽田空港からの直行バスがホテルまで連れて行ってくれる。東急バスなので！！

立地(駅近)、新しさ、部屋の広さ、最上階部分(28〜30階)がホテルで見晴らしもいいなどどれをとっても良き。値段は自分にとっては少し高めだけど、このくらい条件が良いなら、お得なのかも。

2人で泊まるには小さいベッドだった

朝食は良かったのですが、席が離れていたので不便でした。玉子かけやうどんなどなど説明が何もないので分かりずらかったです。

フロントの方が新人だったと思いますがインに時間がかかりすぎ。フォローもうあまりなく、イライラしました。朝食会場は席含め見直しした方が良いのでは。

Stayed here several times and every time it is comfortable! Hope they keep up with the high standard! Location is fantastic. The Kakigori at the restaurant was so yummy and the staff there were so professional!

Would prefer the staff to remind some loud volume guests especially their children to keep their volume down..

Great breakfast and lovely balcony! Free newspaper in the lobby was a welcome surprise. Convenient location near local shopping mall and easy connection to Shibuya.

フロントフロアの香りがとても良い

地點非常棒，緊鄰百貨和車站。早餐品項不多但精緻好吃，飯店在高樓夜景非常漂亮，有舒適的大眾湯。房內有簡易的水槽吧檯、洗衣機、維波盧對於有小小孩的家庭很友善。這次安排是為了帶小小孩去毛毛蟲親子館，可以直接走路抵達。櫃台人員和早餐的服務人員都親切。

停車費沒有事先告知，在checkin時拿到停車券，結果退房的時候其實停車是要自己付費的，或許是已經有折扣後的金額，但希望可以在一開始的時候說明清楚。飯店房間很多，我們帶著小小孩如果可以安排離電梯近一點的話會比較貼心。

Ein tolles junges Viertel nicht weit von Shibuya mit angenehmen Flair. Von Haneda direkt mit dem Bus erreichbar. Der Bahnhof und diverse Shoppingmalls gleich nebenan. Tolles japanisches Frühstücksbuffett.

Perfect start to our Japanese holiday, a soft landing. Great city views and were lucky to see Mt Fuji in the horizon at sunset from hotel restaurant. The airport limousine bus takes you from Haneda apt straight to hotel. Very friendly check in. Rooms were comfortable and modern. City views from the room were gorgeous. The nearby station mall had a good choice of restaurants and shops.

Rooms are small in Tokyo. Bathrooms also a tight squeeze but everything worked well.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Bahnstation und einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die riesige Lebensmittelabteilung im Untergeschoss der Station. Der Ausblick aus dem oberen Stockwerk über Tokyo ist einfach unglaublich.

室内はとでも清潔でエコにも配慮していてお風呂も広くて掃除も行き届いていました。 スタッフも親切で何より景色が素晴らしいです。

The hotel was situated away from the bustling city but still close enough to travel to it easily. Staff were friendly, Hotel was nice and clean.

部屋が清潔だったのと、景色が良かったです。 大浴場があったのも良かったです。 食事の会場のスタッフの方も大変感じが良かったです。

二子玉川に近いロケーション

部屋に浴槽が無かったこと、トイレのドアが内開きで狭く、右足の小指にドアの角が当たった。

朝食、美味しかったです。

夕食のステーキは国産牛が欲しかったです。

The property is surrounded by tons of shopping options and eating options within a 5 minute walking distance. The train station was also conveniently located within a 5 minute walk. The convenience of the Limo Bus Service located at the front of the hotel really was a bonus as well. We enjoyed the AYCE breakfast buffet once during our stay and the buffet options were excellent. The public pool was off limits to tattoos therefore my family did not get to experience it. I did inquire about the massage services offered but was disappointed that services were only offered to men only. The room itself was the larger option offered and the view was breath taking over looking the river and facing Mt. Fuji. On the clearest days, we enjoyed our morning coffee from Starbucks as we sat at our table appreciating the views of such a majestic mountain. At night, we also enjoyed overlooking the city lights of the surrounding suburbs. The cleanliness of our room was top notch and really enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea and water included in the room.

I would have rated this property a 10, but I feel it was very important that I share the opportunities that the staff must work on. A family member of mine stayed in a smaller room, down the hall, just for 2 nights and had major electricity surges that turned the lights on and off at all times of the day and night. My family member also brought their 5 month old infant who did not sleep well due to the malfunctions and there was no option for them to relocate nor were extended even the smallest discount to their stay. I even took it upon myself to speak to the manager expressing my concern about my families room issues immediately. Upon their check out, I was very polite but clear that we were not expecting a full refund for their 2 night stay but a 10% discount would have been suffice. The female working at the front was not empathetic nor understanding to our concern. She stated she would need to speak to her manager, but remained standing at the counter and just looked at me asking for an additional 400 yen for their remaining balance for their stay as they checked out. I understand that as a foreign visitor, there could have been language barriers but we were speaking english. As for my specific room stay, we experienced the very same electrical outage that turned all the lights, the ac, and fridge, etc. for 2 minutes, which was down the hallway on the same floor in my room during our 11 night visit. Couldn’t tell you if there were more outages as we were out of our room for most of the days and nights we visited. Please note, other than the female staff member who failed to make things right for my family member, overall the rest of the staff at this property were amazingly respectful, helpful, informative and welcoming. Thank you to Akahane-san. He was extremely helpful, kind during our stay.

二子玉川玉川地域では質の良いホテルは選択肢がほぼなく、こちらのホテルくらいしかありませんでした。 ただ高層階でシティビューでしたので眺望も大変よく、大浴場もあり思いのほか良いホテルでした

ベットがギシギシ鳴るので、夜にトイレで起きると音で起こしてしまうことです。 座ったりしても鳴るし、ベットの足元から枕側に膝をついて移動しても鳴るので、ベットが鳴るホテルは経験したことがなくちょっと気になりました。

駅に近くわかりやすかった。大浴場と窓から見える夜景がとても良かった

Beds are so hard, shower wasn’t hot and every few seconds it would get cold.

Close to the station, malls, and riverside park. Hotel has sento.

Bidet was faulty, pricey given that breakfast is not yet included.

Location and service. Cleaning was very thorough.

Just a couple of things. 1. Room wifi signal was very weak. 2. Often one of the two washing machines on the floor was out of service, which meant waiting long time for it to be free. In some hotels I've stayed, you can check the availability of washing machine from the room. Could that be arranged in the future?

眺望 前回は同じ29階でも中庭が見える部屋でしたが今回は多摩川が見える良いお部屋でした。 30階のレストランからは富士山がみえました。
