Hotel moderno, sembra di lusso e nella qualità della struttura ne ha tutte le caratteristiche, ma è assolutamente abbordabile come prezzi. La camera era abbastanza grande, ma soprattutto, essendo al diciottesimo piano, ha una vista mozzafiato sui grattacieli della città. Facile.da raggiungere, comodo per spostarsi visto che ha vicino varie stazioni della metro. La reception è aperta sempre e lo staff è disponibile e gentilissimo.

For a hotel in central Tokyo, the room is quite good and has everything you need for a longer stay. The washing machine, microwave, large fridge and freezer were especially useful, and the view was excellent. Having these facilities and a great view makes a big difference when staying in Tokyo.

The main downside is that the room needs some maintenance. The carpet is very old, the sofa had visible stains, and the walls around the head of the bed looked quite worn and marked. Cleaning is also only provided once every six days. In between, they only change the towels and empty the rubbish, so the room can feel less fresh during a longer stay.

I didn't even expect a lot from this hotel before I stayed, but it became one of the top hotels I've ever stayed at in Japan. I will definitely stay here again.

Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier is an amazing hotel located in a beautiful neighborhood, very well connected with public transportation. The rooms are spacious and offer great views of Tokyo, including the Meiji Jingu stadium. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is possible to leave luggage for a couple of hours after check-out, there is also a free coffee machine!

The room was nice. I liked that it had a washing machine with built in dryer right in the room for laundry. The location was convenient for where I needed to be and not too far from some convenience stores and metro stations.

The lounge with some other facilities is in a separate building, so too inconvenient to bother using. The lobby isn't on the first floor either. It's easy enough to figure out, but not what you would intuitively expect.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, la camera confortevole e i letti molto comodi. La vista su Tokyo è semplicemente spettacolare, soprattutto la sera! 🌃 Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’attenzione ai dettagli: in camera viene fornito tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, compreso il pigiama. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole, hotel assolutamente consigliato!

Good hotel, excellent location near metro and bus stops, lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby. Good choice if you want to visit Shibuya but well connected also for other parts of Tokyo. We felt great during the three days there.

The location was fantastic, and the staff was extremely polite.

Cleaning happened just once every 6 days, but the room needs to be refreshed at least every 2 to 3 days. The bed was quite cramped.

野球観戦で私と主人、息子夫婦の二部屋ツインで利用しました。洗濯機が部屋にありビックリ。大きな窓から見える夜景にも感動。ラウンジ解放、無料コーヒーパンでゆっくりくつろげました。又利用します。

Amazing view and the lounge is so good

The neighborhood is amazing. Such a lovely street with access to public transportation, cafes, markets and lots of cute shops. The hotels are clean and staff are friendly. The rooms are small but the kitchenette is very helpful. The in-room laundry is excellent!

The air conditioning is a little uncomfortable when it is on as it blows cold air directly and loud. I wish the windows can be open. But it isn't a huge problem.

Great hotel! The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room window. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Harajuku and Takeshita Street, and only about 15 minutes from Shibuya by metro. Having several convenience stores nearby made it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or anything we needed throughout the day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were kind!

The air conditioner is pace in such a position that it blows air directly on the bed, and the air vent’s position can not be adjusted. It was really uncomfortable. In addition, the comforter is too think for summer, making turning on the air conditioner to a lower temperature a must.

The location of the property is good, next to a metro station as well.

I never experienced a hotel that charges for cleaning the room. I understand, that a room does not to be cleaned everyday, but I don’t understand why they charge extra if you want your room to be cleaned. Especially during a longer stay cleaning should be included. The rare cleaning is visible as the carpet floor is very dusty and dirty.

This was my second stay by myself - first was last year for work (about 10 days), and I returned on vacation this year (8 days). I booked the residential room during both stays. All rooms of that type face northeast, which is the better view vs the standard ("moderate") rooms facing the opposite direction. You can just barely see the famous Docomo Tower and Shinjuku to the north, the Skytree to the east, and Tokyo Tower to the southeast. Without question, it's a beautiful, expansive view of Tokyo. All rooms start on the 14th floor (I believe) and up. The mini kitchen (essential cookware and dishes provided) and laundry machine in the room are very useful and timesaving. Even just heating up my own coffee in the morning was great. Small fridge, small desk, small side table and ottoman, good AC, good wifi, and standard bathroom round it out. There are not many tourists. The elevators are fast. The lobby provides free coffee and popcorn, and has a vending machine. I haven't done the breakfast there since I haven't the need. The area, like 99% of Tokyo, is extremely safe anytime of night. Less than 5 minute walk to Gaiemmae station or about 12 minutes to Omote-Sando station. It's the Ginza line, so you'll still have to transfer if you need the Yamanote or other lines, but it's very convenient overall. The cemetery is a very pleasant and safe place to take a walk if you need some solitude.

Rooms could use a refresh - carpets are pretty stained and dirty. Cleanliness-wise, during both stays, there was some loose hair around the room and bathroom when I checked in. That said, it's nothing bad, and slippers (disposable and reusable) are provided. The layout of the room is long and skinny. I think it would be difficult for two people to stay comfortably if it's more than a couple nights. It's great for one person. No closet, just hangers along a bar on the wall. Standard fare for most hotels of this category.

comfortable room and super friendly and helpful staff. Good quiet location, 2 stops from Shibuya and few stops with 100 yen Hatchiko bus to Harajuku. It's not in the center of the chaos which is a big plus. Lots of grocery shops nearby. We picked this hotel specifically as we've been travelling as a family of 2+1 (5 year old child) and the twin room gave us enough space to live for 5 days. It was bigger than standard hotel rooms although we didn't have a separate bed for the child (there was only a sofa) we were able to conjoin the double beds and it was fine. Washing machine was a great plus. Loved the view from the room (24th floor!) and seeing all the planes pass by. The coffee was amazing, and the teas and little amenities you can pickup. Also the staff kindly allowed us to store our suitcases 2 days before check in so that we save the hassle of using the lockers and having to do extra commute. They also helped us arrange luggage transfer to the next hotel. I'd gladly choose this hotel again or some other Tokyu Stay place.

Considerate le scarse metrature degli hotel a Tokyo trovo sprecato lo spazio dedicato ad un piccolo cucinino, oltre ai mobili fin troppo ingombranti.

The location is good, and it's relative affordable.

While the cleanliness isn't terrible, it's bad for Japanese standards. There were stains on the wall, and you can see a layer of dust over the furniture (as if no one bothered to wipe it up in weeks). There are better ones to choose in Tokyo (I suspect higher ratings are from other tourists who have different levels of expectation for cleanliness)

El personal fue muy amable y eficaz, especialmente al momento de ayudarnos a resolver una situación algo complicada que teníamos con el envío de nuestras maletas. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de una estación de metro y de Omotesando. Los cuartos son muy pequeños pero bastante funcionales.

El servicio de limpieza de cuarto únicamente incluía el cambio de toallas y recolección de basura, pero no te hacían la cama ni limpiaban el cuarto.

Отдельно стоящий лаунж очень удобен для туристов, которые могут пользоваться им после чекаута еще целый день. Я не обратила внимания, что в отеле практически нет завтрака, можно только выпить кофе с булочкой в этом лаунже, но мы позавтракали в кафе. Учитывая что в номере дешевый санузел и нет ресторана, стоимость кажется высоковатой пожалуй. Но рядом хороший район, и там отели намного дороже.

滞在時期が良かったのか、リーズナブルで、フロントフロアには喫煙ブース、サービスドリンクが完備されているし、ユニットバス完備、各階にフロントに通じる電話も完備されている。ドライヤーもシャンプーセットもReFaで統一してあったので持参必要もなく、髪のケアにも大満足です。 スタッフも親切でした。衛生面も良かった。

Excelente ubicación y excelente hotel para ir por primera vez a Tokio. Brindan en el hall muchos articulos de uso personal que estan muy buenos, super completo. Yo reservé una habitación que tenia un pequeño espacio con mesita y sillon y estaba muy buena, hermosa vista a Sibuya y la torre de Tokio. Tanto la habitación como el hotel super equipados y muy modernos. Super recomendable!
