The breakfast was very poor. The hot dishes were either cold or empty, the casserole dishes were too small for the amount of people at breakfast and the staff were not replenishing quick enough hence we didn’t have breakfast the next day.

Super hotel met uitstekende ligging. Goed ontbijt , wordt aangevuld. Ook goede bedden kamer 25. Grote kleding kast erg fijn . Gratis water op de gang. Gratis parkeren. Handig rolluik om raam af te sluiten . Het hotel voor uitvalsbasis Dinan, Dinard en St Malo . Supervriendelijk personeel .

Our standard room on the ground floor was a jug outdated with very old stained carpet and the room was a bit smelly (maybe due to old carpet) but the bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable

Posto meraviglioso, ma ancora più i proprietari sono davvero persone squisite soprattutto Roxana che parla anche italiano. Sono persone disponibilissime in tutto quello che può essere utile per una vacanza fantastica. La camera è molto bella, accogliente, grande, molto pulita, il bagno molto grande. E' tutto molto rilassante. La colazione è favolosa con ingredienti fatti in casa. Quei posti incantevoli da tornarci subito....e lo faremo. Grazie mille!!!!

Établissement très bien situé pour visiter la côte d’émeraude. Personnel très sympathique et petits déjeuners vraiment top . Je recommande cet hôtel pour visiter, si par contre vous voulez profiter de la mer , il est un peu loin mais il compense par une piscine et un jacuzzi .

La qualité de la literie est exceptionnelle, le calme, le parking et l'accueil sont parfaits.

De algemene sfeer was prettig en relaxed, het personeel super vriendelijk. Rustig gelegen hotel met mooi uitzicht op het haventje. Veel restaurants dichtbij en het oude centrum van Dinan op loopafstand (wel een flinke klim naar boven) Goede bedden, het ontbijt was uitgebreid en divers, het Nespresso koffieapparaat gaf een heerlijk bakje koffie. Prima locatie om dit gedeelte van Bretagne te verkennen.

Het toilet op onze kamer was erg laag, de airco was verouderd en deed zijn werk niet heel goed. We sliepen daarom met het raam open en dat was prima oplossing.

The location is perfect,room was large and breakfast was good

3 days with no aircondition because of breakdown that the staff failed to fix whilst they tryed to hide the problem from us for 2 days telling lies and blaming me for not closing the window... on last day they admited for having a problem propsing to open window...it was humiliating! In addition, this is a 4 star hotel with no refrigirator in room. The manager refused to give me any compansation and I am going to complain in Accur Hotels site. Strong dis recomandation!!

The location was excellent, close to the town of Dinan and attractively positioned alongside the river Rance.

La cercanía al centro histórico y la amplitud del garaje

El acceso en coche, siguiendo el mapa de google, es complicadísimo ya que te dirige, al estar en el centro histórico, por calles prohibidas. Desesperados hubimos de telefonear al hotel, donde nos indicaron el camino correcto que requiere una gran vuelta.

Great location in the beautiful town of Dinan, France. Everything was within walking distance, with plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés and bars nearby. The on-site swimming pool was a real bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Dinan is a charming medieval town with a wonderful atmosphere, making it a fantastic place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return.

בלילה הראשון החדר היה מלא אבק וריח לא נעים. כשהתלוננו, העבירו אותנו לחדר מונגש, פחות מלוכלך אבל ברמה נמוכה. למחרת בבוקר העבירו אותנו לחדר סביר מאוד. חסר מקרר קטן בחדר. חדרים בעיצוב מיושן, חסרה כורסא בחדר.

Fabulous location on the river (it is a walk up the hill to the town) great staff experience couldn’t be more helpful and the swimming pool was lovely on such a hot day. Private parking was a bonus in the area.

Paper cups in the room, no proper curtains, extremely dirty hallway carpets, very expensive. Room wasn't ready on arrival even though we gave notice of time of arrival, we were given the key to find housekeeping still in the room.

I found it very difficult to find using a satnav, the post code actually sent me to the other side of the river and I had to ask for directions from a local. Surely there must be code that would direct me closer to the hotel.

arrived a little early - reception staff were very abrupt & instructed us to put our luggage into a small room & come back later. Room was OK - poor selection of tea/ coffee in the room. We wanted to have some chocolate in the evening but were informed that no chocolate was available in the hotel or at the bar - very poor!! Breakfast was not good - hot food was cold & quality of pastries was seriously bad for a French hotel.

Reception staff were very poor - we had issues with our room key card not working & had to keep asking for a new card & the ladies on reception were not helpful

Excellent location although don’t be surprised if satnav takes you to the wrong side of the water! Really good being so close to Dinan town centre and restaurants etc. extremely informative staff on reception.

Only the fact that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were completely cold - why when there were hot plates available to warm them?

Locatie was fantastisch.

Kamer viel tegen. We kregen de invalidekamer, zonder stoelen, alles op rolstoelhoogte etc. En in een uithoek (bij de nooduitgang). Er waren nog kamers over, zag ik, maar we waren te moe om het hele stuk weer terug te lopen met de bagage. Er was ook geen uitleg waarom we deze kamer kregen. Foutje!

The corridors were old and a bit smelly. Although it didn’t feel busy, the staff had difficulty keeping up with breakfast items, were constantly running out of provisions

Ideally placed next to the river and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Excellent secure car park, wonderful staff, the rooms are immaculate , and beds and pillows are great, we had a perfect nights sleep, the breakfast was excellent too.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. La chambre était décorée avec soin (raccords de colle sur la tapisserie, tâches à volonté sur la moquette). En rdc, vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante, , loin de l'agitation touristique des quais de la Rance et du patrimoine de Dinan. Les toilettes dans la salle d'eau, pas de loquet sur la porte ainsi on gagne un temps précieux. Rien d'autre de positif à signaler sinon la taille des viennoiseries qui conviennent parfaitement à l'appétit des moins de 5 ans. Ce passage en hôtel 4 étoiles restera dans nos souvenirs.

La ubicación del hotel es magnífica. Un entorno muy bonito y cercano al centro de Dinan. Una calle preciosa que te lleva al centro de Dinan. La habitación amplia y el hotel en general con buenas instalaciones. Con parking.

Dos aspectos muy importantes que han afectado mucho la comodidad. La climatización de la habitación. Es importante tener el control de la temperatura, ya puede ser una habitación espléndida que si no está bien climatizada no es confortable. En este caso solo hay un control parcial y además el aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso. El olor desagradable, olor a plástico en la habitación, que el personal del hotel a pesar de quejarnos no quiso, o no pudo solucionar. Buenas palabras pero las 2 noches con el olor. El desayuno magnífico para quien le guste el desayuno continental. Mediocre para quien el café y el pan sean el núcleo del desayuno.

A very warm welcome, comfortable room, quiet as requested. Good enclosed free parking. Overlooks the river and very near good, reasonably priced restaurants. It's a steep walk uphill, but short walk to Dinan, Centre.

This is one of our favourite places to stay. We appreciate the warm welcome , the very comfy rooms and beds, the relaxing bar, the generous breakfast snd the ample free parking - all with the beautiful port and restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. The jacuzzi is great too! We were particularly impressed with the member of staff who dealt so efficiently and elegantly with a guest who, very arriving early, made rude and unrealistic demands to have access to her room to the point of shouting at him. Chapeau, Monsieur! You were a master class in diplomacy.
