Sicuramente superiore alla sua classificazione da due stelle, con camere molto ampie, ben dotate (letti comodi) e pulite. Struttura tenuta molto bene, colazione abbondante e comodissima la navetta per i parchi

De locatie was prima

6 kamers gereserveerd maar slechts 4 beschikbaar bij aankomst met 16 personen! Moesten wachten tot er nog 2 kamers beschikbaar waren. We hadden tijdig geboekt en vonden dit geen leuke binnenkomst. Wij gingen de 1e dag daar ook dineren maar er was weinig keus: kip en patat waren op en alleen pasta of pizza kon je nog maar kiezen….

onttbijt is heel ongeorganiseerd, veel te druk voor een plakje kaas of worst, jam te lang in een rij staan. lang zoeken naar een tafel omdat borden en van alles nog staat en te weinig personeel om het op te ruimen dat kan echt beter, laat mensen hun rommel zelfs wegbrengen op een vaste plek, personeel maakt de tafels schoon, loopt het allemaal veel beter door. meerdere plekken met alles wat er is, niet een plek voor worst en kaas, werkt denk ik ook beter, verspreid het zich van zelfs, en geen lange rijen

Bar was vroeg dicht. Meeste personeel had een lang gezicht. Ontbijt was echt basic, koude eieren. En in de kamer hebben ze mijn pyjama zo op de grond gesmeten bij het poetsen.

La situación y lo bonito del paisaje que lo rodea. Está limpio y el desayuno es variado. La cana es muy cómoda. La habitación grande y luminosa.

El servicio de consigna no me parece que se de pago, ya que es un hotel cerca de Disney y es un servicio muy utilizado debido al tipo de cliente que se aloja allí. Además es bastante caro.

El baño era muy pequeño y demasiado básico, casi no había sitio para dejar los neceseres y no había perchas donde dejar las toallas para que se sequen. Las paredes de la habitación tienen algún agujero. El bufete del desayuno muy justo en platos, vasos, cubiertos además de que algunos estaban sucios y si dicen que el horario del bufete es hasta las 10:30, debe haber comida hasta esa hora, ya que llegamos a las 10:10 y ya no había nada.

El transporte entre el parque de Disney y el hotel es un auténtico desastre. No hay organización ninguna. Nadie se encarga de organizar a los inquilinos de los distintos hoteles, ni a la ida y mucho menos a la vuelta frente a la estación Gare du nord.

No poden dir que te un bon transport al parc Disney. Les dues nits que portem aquí, les meves filles han resultat ferides a la cua de l’autobús de tornada, amb hematomes i angoixa. Un autèntic desastre.

Las personas de recepción son muy amables las instalaciones estupendas. El.desayuno muy bno el trasporte super bien. Me encantó todo lo recomiendo.

⭐ 1/2 Star – Extremely disappointing and unhygienic I honestly have never experienced a hotel like this, especially considering the price. I paid around €1,100 for my stay including breakfast, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I went to breakfast only once because what I saw completely put me off eating. The hygiene was shocking. The bread/baguettes looked as if they had been broken or cut by hand rather than properly prepared, with pieces that were clearly not uniform. Even worse were the cups and mugs. Many of them were visibly dirty — some had lipstick marks, some had what looked like cheese residue, and others still had coffee inside them. I found this absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel charging this kind of price. The breakfast selection was also very poor. There were baked beans, but I didn’t even see basic options such as sausages or bacon. For what I paid, I expected a much higher standard. The room was also very basic. There wasn’t even a small fridge in the room, which I would expect as a basic facility, especially for the price we paid. There was hardly anything in the room that made the stay feel comfortable or worth the money. The hotel is advertised as being close to Disneyland Paris, and yes, it is only around six minutes away, but there was nothing magical about the hotel itself. The free shuttle was also not useful for me because it was often completely full, so I ended up using Bolt instead. For the amount of money I paid, I expected cleanliness, proper hygiene, comfortable facilities and a much better breakfast experience. Instead, I left feeling extremely disappointed and disgusted. I would definitely not stay here again and I cannot recommend this hotel. If I could give half a star, I would. Disaster.

Der Shuttle Bus war manchmal sehr voll vor allem morgens (sind mal auf den Bus für 2,50€ ausgewichen) Frühstück sehr laut und chaotisch aber wenn man raus geht ist es sehr entspannt

O tempo de espera para check in

La comodidad de las habitaciones. Son sencillas pero con lo necesario para descansar después de un día intenso en los parques Disney. La conexión tanto con la estación de RER como con los parques es correcta (los autobuses pasan en unos intervalos de 15/20 minutos aproximadamente). El bar tiene unos horarios limitados ya que coincide con el restaurante donde se da el desayuno, pero oferta cenas de comida rápida en horarios fuera de lo habitual. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección (de hecho, tuvimos que apagarlo porque hacía fresco).

El baño es un poco pequeño, pero acorde al tamaño del resto de hoteles de la zona. Y aunque no es un problema del hotel (sino más bien de los huéspedes), los portazos de la gente al cerrar las puertas hacían temblar las paredes.

Der Transfer zwischen Disneyland und Hotel war am Abend gefährlich! Der Transferbus war stark überfüllt, der Einstieg war durch massives drängeln sehr gefährlich, vorallem für Kinder! Aus diesem Grund raten wir von diesem Transportmittel ab! Mehrere Busse sind notwendig, zumindest für die Zeit nach den letzten Shows!

Die Frühstücks-Situation.!!!!Wir waren bereits mehrere Male hier,und das Frühstück wird von der Auswahl , der Präsentation sowie der hygienischen Bedingungen immer schlechter.Speisen sind nicht abgedeckt, die Auswahl an Obst/Gemüse ist minimal und lieblos präsentiert . Kaffee schmeckt wässrig, Joghurt wird nur in einer Sorte angeboten. Der Frühstücksbereich ist viel zu klein für die vielen Hotelgäste

We boekten een 5 persoonskamer voor ons tweedaagse tripje naar Disneyland. Inchecken ging snel en gemakkelijk. Toen we om 23.15 terugkwamen in het hotel, kregen we van de vriendelijke receptiemedewerker de code voor de kamer. Een zeer ruim opgezette kamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed, 1 stapelbed en 1 (echt) los bed. Voldoende loopruimte en kastruimte. Alles was heel schoon. Het ontbijt ‘s ochtends was druk met andere gasten die naar Disneyland gingen maar het personeel werkte hard om schone tafels te creëren en er was voldoende en uitgebreide keuze bij het ontbijt. Ook als je later bent. Echt een aanrader!

Wij boekten een losse nacht extra om na 2 dagen Disney nog rustig te kunnen overnachten en naar huis te rijden na een goede nachtrust. Omdat dit 2 losse boekingen waren, konden we de 2e avond niet in de kamer omdat we een nieuwe code moesten. Dit was niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd maar was snel opgelost!

Hotel was goed snel geholpen bij inchecken. Kamer was schoon en elke dag waren de beddenn op gemaakt.

Ontbijt was een mieren nest waar mensen geen geduld hebben om ff te wachten op mekaar. 1dag meegemaakt dat er geen borden meer waren en afwas had iets beter gekund vette vieze glazen en bekers. Pendelbussen was om te huilen mensen en ook kinderen werden omver gelopen dat ze op de grond vielen. 1bus in het uur te zot om mee temaken als er voor 2bussen aan mensen staan te wachten.

De grattis shuttle dienst was heel praktisch

Ontbijt was te druk smorgens, borden en bestek werden niet altijd aangevuld en het mocht hygienischer zijn

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas suffisamment réapprovisionné en heures de pointe aussi bien en nourriture qu'en vaisselle. La navette gratuite vers Disney le matin vers 9 h 30 et surtout le retour vers l'hôtel aux alentours de 23 h est inaccessible . Nous avons dû prendre un taxi , 2 navettes passées qui étaient archi remplies. Le parking à payer en plus de la chambre au tarif déjà élevé

Najbardziej podobała nam się czystość hotelu, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, wygodne łóżka oraz bezpłatny autobus do Disneylandu. To duży plus, szczególnie dla rodzin odwiedzających park. Hotel był zadbany, a pobyt komfortowy i przyjemny.

Śniadanie było zgodne z opisem i miało formę śniadania kontynentalnego, jednak organizacja pozostawiała sporo do życzenia. Praktycznie cały czas czegoś brakowało – bagietek, kawy, kubków, talerzy czy sztućców. Dodatkowo często brakowało miejsca, aby usiąść przy stoliku, co przy większej liczbie gości było dość uciążliwe.

Beaucoup trop d'attente et de monde, propreté à revoir (du fait du débordement et de l'organisation). Le personnel de la salle n'est ni souriant, ni agréable... On sent le débordement... dommage !

The location is very handy, room and hotel facilities was very good as well!

The only problem we got was during the breakfast, on the first day there were no more bread, second day there were no eggs for a good while and when it finally came it was very cold like if it was in the fridge, on the third day there were no mugs to get coffee or juice and all the days the cutlery wasn’t very clean. Apart than that would be only the shower is very low so not suitable for anyone over 170 cm and it was inside a bathtub so not that safe for elderly people.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent, especially because it is very close to Disneyland. The reception staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland, especially because of its excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The breakfast was very basic and the overall organization and cleanliness of the buffet area were disappointing. The food was not arranged in a convenient way, which made choosing and serving breakfast less comfortable. Some serving dishes and containers still had food residue and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Another issue was that many food trays were often empty even though breakfast hours were not yet over. Guests sometimes had to wait for items to be replenished, and the service was quite slow when requesting something or waiting for food to be replaced. Regarding the room, the bed was unfortunately not as comfortable as we expected. There was also no luggage assistance between the room and the car, either on arrival or departure. In addition, there was no valet parking service, so guests had to handle their luggage and parking themselves.

No water to drink anywhere in the hotel, without paying, but was told tap water in bathroom was safe to drink. No iron, fridge or safe in room, need to pay deposit for it

Really nice hotel " B&B prés de Disneyland Paris". Very clean room. Really nice beds. Perfect bathroom with good shower. All the staff is very nice ( Cleaning service, Breakfast staff and the people from the Reception. Thank you Margot for the nice wellcome and check in ).

Excelente localização, próximo aos parques da Disney, que foram o objetivo da viagem, o ônibus que passa a cada 30 minutos na entrada do Hotel é um serviço excepcional, recomendaria com certeza a estadia para um amigo.

Um ponto a ser melhorado é a variedade do café da manhã, porém, no quesito comida típica, atendeu perfeitamente com Croissant e pão de chocolate
