The staff, “Yeyo” at the front desk and Okan were excellent. Always helpful and friendly. We had a couple issues and they immediately took care of them (always with a smile) The lady that did our room every morning was also SUPER nice & friendly (sorry we forgot her name but we jokingly call her Medusa because of her tattoo 😁) Yeyo gave us great suggestions for things to do we and we did most of them as well as tours. Okan provided us with a Metro Card which made it very helpful to get around the city. The fact that the metro station Ossmanbay was just around the corner was very convenient. We had a nice size room that included a nice balcony as well as a very large shower. The daily Complete breakfast was excellent as well as the service provided by everyone at the restaurant including Room Service. The City’s Mall (on the same street) was only a 15 minutes walk. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you 🙏 very much. Hope to comeback in the near future 😏

The carpets on the Halls on our floor need to be cleaned or replaced, as well as the area carpet in the bedroom (we actually asked them to remove ours) No smart TV or Cable

The room and the hotel overall have an excellent design in an aristocratic style, with all the facilities being new. The breakfast was great. The staff responded quickly and effectively to all my requests. There is a green line metro (subway) station nearby, which provides quick access to the main attractions.

The hotel is located near a large street with heavy traffic at all hours. At night, I had to close the windows to avoid the noise from below. However, I think this is an issue for any hotel located in the center of a huge metropolis like Istanbul.

Thank you all! All the staff were respectful at reception, in the cafe, and in cleaning the rooms. This is my second time staying at this hotel i my room 201 . The room is fantastic, beautifully Victorian-style, and the cleanliness is excellent. The food is delicious. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just love Arcade Hotel. This is my second time there, and I don't think I will stay at any other hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is clea, the food in the breakfast is good, the breakfast hours are long, the staff are very nice and friendly. I want to thank Murat from the bottom of my heart for his help. He went out of his way actually to help us. The location alone is great, just a few steps from Osmanbey metro station (Rumeli exit) connecting to almost everywhere, right in Nişantaşi where you can find everything and walk, shop, and eat. I love this place. The bed was comfortable and all amenities available.

Kahvaltıda ağzımızdan uzun saçlar çıktı ekmeğin içinden. Odamızda yerler, yatak, duvarlar her yer kadın saçlarıyla doluydu. Tam bir felaket ayağımızı yere basıyoruz ayağımızın altına saç telleri yapışıyor. Banyoda duvarlar saç telleri ile dolu. Ama son nokta kahvaltıda ağzımızdan çıkan saç telleri oldu. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum bu paraya böyle rezalet olamaz. Kahvaltıda ekmek bitiyor isteyince koskoca otelde ekmeyin kalmadığı söylendi. Zaten tüylü ekmekler

Helpful staff and nice location in the heart of nisantasi

Overall, the hotel is wonderful. What I appreciated most was the pleasant service from the reception staff, Yassine and Mourad; they promptly fulfilled every request with a friendly smile.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Nişantaşı, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a charming boutique feel. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus and helped make our stay relaxing.

The room could be a little noisy at times due to traffic and activity outside. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection, but more variety would have been appreciated. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and staff were attentive and welcoming.

Intimacy , the staff was very nice make you feeling like home and always a step ahead . We brought our own Dolce Gusto coffee machine as the suite did only have a kettle. (Suggestion to management 😇) . Excellent breakfast. Maybe it would help having the dishes with a label, so westerners know what they choose. One negative item: eggs always cold. Ask for 15 seconds microwave 😅. Otherwise highly recommended.

Pedido de inclusão de croissants no pequeno almoço para levar não atendido. Guardanapo sujo por dentro. Pesagem das malas de viagem incompreensível.

The staff was very nice and caring, the room was well clean and the breakfast was very delicious. Overall, we enjoyed the stay a lot.

The location isn’t the best if you want to want to visit historical monuments, it’s very close to the metro but metro isn’t very convenient to go to most of the main attractions.

יש לכלוך בחדר כולל ריח של מערכת הביוף וגם יש שערות על הכריות כולל הסדין , ביקשתי מים בשעה 12 בלילה ואפילו הצעתי לשלם על זה והמארח אמר שאין לו מישהו כרגע ושעלי לרדת לקנות מהרחוב ולצערי זה מה שעשיתי

The staff were really helpful and the location was amazing!

The Turkish hamam was incredibly dirty and moldy. There was no espresso machine in the room, and only two small bottles of water were provided for two people daily. The coffee machine for breakfast was terrible, and if you asked for an espresso with their machine, they charged you an exorbitant price!

L'emplacement c'est bien la Chambre c'est propre mais c'est un peu ancien les meubles et la literie.

On a pris le petit dej mais ça en vaut pas le coup . Le petit dej c pas top. Pour le prix je préfère prendre mon petit dej dehors dans un café c'est tout

Бронировали 4 номера одинаковые но дали разные! с 11.-14.05.26 Зубная паста и щетку не было в ванной Попросили на ресепшене сказал даст но так и не выдал! Странно гель для душа не было попросили пополнить так и не долили! Завтраки скудные могли бы быть лучше

Cadde üstü olduğu için çok fazla korna sesi geliyor. Ve kahvaltıda hiç rahat yemek yemedik. Bir tane kadın ,çalışanları sürekli azarladı yanımızda . Şunları alın , bunları getirin. O öyle mi yapılır ? Kaç kere söyleyeceğim size diye bağıra çağıra geziniyordu ortalıkta . Müdürleri dahi olsa , müşterinin yanında o nasıl bir üslup?. Ve çalışanın birini sigara almaya gönderdi . Kendi kişisel işlerini de çalışanlara yaptırıyor. Hiç profesyonel bulmadım bu tavırları. Böyle şeyler otelin kalitesini düşürüyor

The hotel's location was good, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. As soon as we entered, there was a noticeable smell of sewage in the reception area. Regarding the rooms: we booked two connecting rooms for the three of us, only to find that one of them had no window at all. While the rooms looked decent at first glance, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, and we even found small hairs left behind. Despite our request for a thorough cleaning, the issue wasn't resolved. Additionally, the surfaces in the room were dusty. To make matters worse, we couldn't open the windows because they faced a courtyard where an exhaust pipe was located. This brought in unpleasant cooking smells mixed with a persistent stench of sewage.

Standart odalarda oda plan oldukça garip. Tuvalet, banyo ve lavabonun olacağı ayrı bir alan yapılacağına her birini bölüp ayrı ayrı küçük alanlar yapmışlar. Tuvalette mahremiyetin zerresi yok. Kapı şeffaf bir cam ve zaten sesi kesme gibi bir amacı da yok. Olmasa da olurmuş
