Almont Inland Resort

Nice resort spread out over a large area with great restaurant and exceptional staff. Free shuttle to airport was good too.

A LOT of mosquitos in the room, not sure how they got in ... we had not opened the double doors at any stage. We notified reception late at night who notified housekeeping and they swiftly arranged a plug-in repellent fitting which was somewhat effective. Prompt action taken by staff was appreciated

The buffet breakfast was fabulous. There was a variety each day. Fruits were fresh. Very enjoyable. Malls were in walking distance. Grab available VERY reasonable 👌

I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was very accommodating!!

Another great stay for my family when it gets too hot or there's a Brown out. I just shoot them over there from America, and they just chill out love to swim. We like the extra big Deluxe room

The relaxing atmosphere with the garden layout and pools, the breakfast buffet and all the meals are very good. Well this is for my wife's birthday she was very pleased and able to relax.

In general have no negative comments except that I requested a balcony room with a queen size bed versus a large room with two double beds at ground level. While the patio had a view of the garden areas and the room was comfortable enough this is not what I had anticipated. Also I do not know if the hotel acknowledged her 50th birthday. Typically most hotels will have a cake or flowers or some type of acknowledgment there's none of that the best of my knowledges

Wow what a great experience. Definitely the best place to stay in Butuan for families. The pool was amazing and the fact that they have lifeguards on duty is a Big plus. The restaurant is top notch in service Rooms are spacious and comfortable

Honestly the food wasn’t up to par with other hotels. Additionally We tried to order off the room service menu and anything I wanted except drinks were out. Really wanted a streak got pizza.

Great location, superb staff, super relaxed. Shout out to ms Tin reception truly exceptional service best ive had across many hotels. Team at the bar excellent too. Hotel needs to focus on 3 things 1) wifi was very hit and miss needs a rebuild. 2) Room booking bed situation better clarity. 3) late food menu, restaurant closed at 9pm is not what you neec.

Spacious rooms, extremely well maintained gardens and swimming pools. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet has a large variety to suit most people. This place is very customer focused.

Staff helpful Though was a dis organised checking Which left my wife and 2 sisters with 2 very old parents stumbling around in the dark trying to find rooms. Was not the best way to end the day of travelling.

Your front desk person was so unprofessional. He was on his cellphone when I approached to check in. He completely ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge me, just continued his conversation on the phone like I wasn’t standing there. You might want to train him on providing good customer service to his customers.

The best ever Valentine's Day celebration. Fantastic romantic dinner setting with wonderful Live music. The staff worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was looked after. They must have spent days preparing for this event as it was perfect. The resort was fully booked and still had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was exceptional and the desert cake was absolutely delicious, I've never had such a cake before. This event truly showed the expertise and experience of the chef and kitchen staff. All the staff were extremely professional and made me feel special. I thank them all for the memories.

There was Nothing that I didn't like. It was a perfect and memorable weekend. I'll definitely be doing this again next Valentine's day.

It was nice to have a buffet accessible, and the pool was great with poolside services. The staff was approachable and always took care of everything. The restaurant menu was nice to choose from. All the staff were friendly.

They have events every night and there’s a lot of music for several hours that’s super loud.

I looked for a bunch of places in Butuan that would make me want to stay in, and I'm so happy I picked this one. It was super chill when I was there, probably because it was a Monday. I especially loved the staff; they were so welcoming.

One thing I really appreciate about Almont Inland Resort is their staff. You’ll always be greeted with a smile, and it feels like everyone knows your name. It makes the whole stay feel extra personal. I also love that I can bring guests anytime of the day since they’re the only place in Butuan with daily buffets from breakfast to dinner. Plus, their pizza bar is a favorite of mine!

There's a lot of mosquitoes, even in the rooms. Also, the bathroom wasn't particularly clean. For example, the showerheads and taps could've been given a good clean (shiny clean🙂).

Very thankful to Almont for making my 14-day stay extremely comfortable and relaxing, with top-notch service from their courteous and helpful staff. Close to airport and Robinson Mall, it was the perfect place to stay! No regrets :)

This resort has spacious rooms, and nice pool that my child enjoys. It has also big parking space and within walking distance from nearby Malls such as Gaisano Mall and SM. They also offer free airport transfers which is very convenient. I booked through their website, and thankfully they have lower rates, and I also find it convenient during my multiple rebooking. Their staff are accommodating and patience. I highly recommend this Hotel/Resort.

Front office staffs are awesome specially “crizel” I’m not sure if I spelled her name right (she deserves a 5 start rate). But in general all staffs in the restaurant, housekeeping and bellboys are very professional. I will recommend this facility to my friends in the U.S who wish to visit BXU. I was a little bit disappointed in our 1st day of stay but it turned well for the rest of our stay. Thank you so much

Love the grounds, pool, & of course the wonderful staff!

Rooms need updating. For example outlets for cellphones & hair dryers in every room would be nice. Also a handrail for entering the pool would help elderly.

The staff …. I think that’s their best asset… Neil and company from breakfast buffet… as well as the very patient and always accommodating housekeeping staff…. You guys are all great and made our stay really feel very worthwhile!!!!!

I've been staying at the Almont Inland for many years--the rooms are comfortable and I love seeing the waterlilies open and close at the lagoon. The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the pool is beautiful and clean. The food is good and varied and the live singers on the weekends are my favorites!

Booked 2 full beds for garden deluxe but was checked in on a 1 full bed only. The staff didnt alert me, i had to check my online booking and called for additional beds.

Nice clean hotel. Good food and staff are very responsive to any comments/requests. Had one meal where we had a complaint and the manager and supervisor were very quick to act and sort it all out for us. I was very impressed by their response.

Pool wasn't as clean as could be. It turns a bit cloudy in the afternoons, hence I did not use it a lot. Beds are foam style mattresses, therefore they are not quite as comfortable.

It was a spur of the moment to book because of the emergency in the family but staying there made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Everyone is very accommodating, kind and helpful. This is the reason why we booked there again this May. Even the manager was very welcoming to us.

We enjoy buffets in Manila. The price in Almont is just right but has very few selections.

I had a good experience at this property. Staff was receptive and helped find our room. We had everything you would expect at a hotel room although there was no hot water but this common for the region. Pool are was very nicely done and great area to hang out. I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast that came with our room. Very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would stay here again.

This time I really liked the food there! It was surprising excellent! As I asked, they told me, that there is a new chefcook - I hope, he will work a longer time for the Almont Inland Resort.

I think they changed again their Chefcook. In February i was so satisfied of the excellent food, this time the food was... it was okay. Anyway, Almont Inland Resort is still the best choice, if you want to stay in Butuan City.

Place is okay for a short stay but the staff are excellent.
