Un resort spettacolare in riva al lago con suite enormi, con grande terrazza e super attrezzate. Piscina, idromassaggio e sauna (tutto all'aperto) molto belli e comodi, ottimo il ristorante, spettacolare la vista.

Spa facilities lacking in terms of the pool, hot tub and sauna. Think the cost is overstated because of this.

Struttura molto caratteristica, carina pulita. Le camere sono molto grandi ed accoglienti, il personale attento e disponibile anche con i bambini. Le ragazze della spa sono gentili e disponibili. Ho cancellato un trattamento all’ ultimo e non me lo hanno addebitato, massaggio così così meglio pedicure.

Piscina un po’ piccolina e hot tub e spa piccole.

Lakeside, clean and spacious. Food at both the resort and grill excellent.

We were in Loft 1 and had not realised this was right above the grill. We had no hot water for a shower on our first morning and the washing machine was also broken we reported this first thing yet Sunday morning still no hot water. Reported again received no apology from the property or offer of any compensation for the lack of hot water on two of the four days of our stay! Eventually got hot water later Sunday although washing machine was never fixed. When we came to check out and wanted a late checkout they waived their fee for this although only after stating that because our booking was through booking.com it would be harder to charge and us pointing out that we had not had hot water for two of our four day stay!! Staff also did not seem to know the area or other things on offer other than their own facilities. I really wanted to swim in the lake but was told I could not from the property and there was a lot of boat activity so probably not safe but when I asked where I might be able to swim I got nothing!! Went to the hotel opposite and swam from there - with their permission! Also found several beaches no more than 10km away! Took out bikes from the hotel too but again no real suggestions as to where we could cycle.

It was perfect. I wish I had more time to try the food, pool and sauna.

Could be more space in the bedroom to put my personal items. There's only a tiny night table. I had two rooms and warned my friends about the little step up to go into the bathroom. One of my friends stubbed her toe on it. When I was leaving I actually tripped into the bathroom and I'm still limping. I thought I broke my big toe. It's pretty dangerous and should be fixed as I'm sure we're not the only ones that this has happened to.

Hotel v krásném místě, velmi příjemný personál. Venkovní vířivka a bazén perfektní.

Byli jsme ubytováni v apartmánu mimo hlavní budovu, kde netěsnily dveře a okna, takže pokud si hosté zapálily oheň na venkovním ohnisti, byl náš apartmán plný kouře.

breakfast was not an option as is pre season so not open Mon Tues or Wed, close enough to other dine in place to walk to for this tho

No house service for clean towels etc also assume this is due to pre season , not really an issue as was just a 2 night stay

Our stay at the resort was an excellent experience from start to finish. The resort was very clean, well maintained, and the location was beautiful and convenient. The staff and service were outstanding, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the spa and overall atmosphere — everything was relaxing and exceeded our expectations.

We had booked a water view room/suite but ended up with a suite that overlooked the parking lot. Our tv remote only worked if you stood in the kitchette and aimed it at the fridge. Inconvenient.

Food portions at lighthouse restaurant should reflect cost. Ie, paella. Small amount for a really pricey dish. Room could also use some upgrades to more modernization. Floor

Lovely setting and location. Was treated to arrive in our room to flowers, sparking wine and bon bons for my birthday.

The exterior of the building needs some TLC, especially the balconies. They are tired, in need of paint and somewhat dirty. One would expect a bit more from the most expensive rooms in the resort!! Also, the large window (below tower) facing the lake is completely covered in bugs, and a lot of them! We have stayed in all accommodations on this resort and this was also our experience the last time. The exterior of the the loft rooms on the water are in desperate need of painting. The Cape Code shingles are all faded and worn looking and do not represent the look that Rawley is expected to have, Also, the dining room staff still seem to be struggling with their service. While all staff are friendly and warm, they certainly do need to step up their game, especially given the fine dining prices.,

The restaurant was updated it had a relaxing inviting feeling with calming colours , cozy lake house decor with gorgeous breathtaking lakeside views The food was wonderful , staff were very welcoming and attentive. Conveniently located boat launch and slips

Our room was not a comfy warm lakeside feeling like the main entrance , restaurant and rest of building and property It was a cold dark and dated feeling Our bathroom light fixture flashed on and off for three days The main shower head fixture did not release water The handle to turn it on was broken off , only the hand held fixture was working The loungers on the balcony were very dirty The Kleenex box supplied had only a few tissues inside it

Beautiful scenery, pet friendly, very clean room, quality breakfast, friendly staff, good location, good value. Absolutely will be back again.

Because it rained for two days we were forsed to stay indoors and the tvs most of the time didn’t work. There is no entertainment at all, the piano bar is only on weekends

Nice resort great pool no beach

Great food , and lovely service by everyone. Room was so clean and lovely. Front staff was always available for information.

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children. We chose this location as it was close to Six Mile Lake Provincial Park and spent our days there. The staff were very friendly, the pool was fun and our kids loved the lighthouse. For the price, I am confused why the waterfront is so limited - there is an area they could turn into a good beach for kids, and it would be nice if there were some water sports.

The property was well kept and small making it easy to find your activities. Meals were delicious with very personable servers. Our room was clean with all expected amenities.

the rooms were great, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was lovely! We felt super comfortable throughout our stay and enjoyed time lounging by the pool and hot tub. There's a nice grill with a lakeview and cute cafe a very short walking distance from the hotel.

there is no way to access the lake unless you have a boat. We thought there might be canoes/kayaks for use but there isn't and there's no option for swimming in the lake. There also aren't many nice beaches nearby.

Just as advertised. Had a lovely relaxing time. Dinner was delicious. A little slow but we were okay as we had no where to go.
