Un hotel bun, dar are nevoie de renovare. Important este că a fost curat, chiar dacă este cam uzat. Am remarcat saltelele relativ noi și confortabile. Un mare plus terasa. Pot spune că liftul este mic și nu ajunge până la ultimul etaj, că scările din ultimul rând sunt cam înalte, dar nu au constituit un impediment pentru noi.

Es war wirklich eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich hatte das Hotel bereits zwei Tage vor meiner Anreise gebucht. Als ich angekommen bin, wurde mir gesagt, dass das Hotel wegen Renovierungsarbeiten keine freien Zimmer hätte. Sie haben mir stattdessen einen Lagerraum gezeigt und gesagt, dass ich dort schlafen könnte, obwohl gerade gestrichen worden war und es stark nach Farbe gerochen hat. Ich war wirklich schockiert. Danach haben sie selbst vorgeschlagen, mich in ein anderes Hotel zu bringen. Das andere Hotel in der Nachbarstraße war jedoch ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung: Es war sehr schmutzig, klein und hatte keinen Aufzug. Ich musste meinen Koffer die Treppen hochtragen, dabei habe ich mir sogar die Hand verletzt. Trotzdem gab es keine Entschuldigung und keine wirkliche Hilfe vom Personal. Insgesamt war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, und ich bin mit dem Umgang und dem Service überhaupt nicht zufrieden.

Хочу от всей души поблагодарить Гульназ за невероятно тёплый приём и заботу. Ещё во время бронирования я попросила чистое постельное бельё, и по приезде меня ждала идеально чистая кровать с новым, белоснежным, хрустящим и приятно пахнущим бельём. Это было очень приятно. Гульназ один из самых добрых и отзывчивых людей, которых я встречала во время путешествий. На протяжении всего моего пребывания она помогала мне ориентироваться в городе, подсказывала, где можно вкусно поесть, как удобнее добраться до нужных мест, всегда была готова помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Особенно меня тронула её помощь в день отъезда. Когда я выселялась, она помогла мне с чемоданом, проводила до автобуса и подробно объяснила, как недорого добраться до аэропорта. Более того, она прошла со мной довольно большой путь, помогая с багажом. Честно говоря, я впервые встретила сотрудника отеля, который настолько искренне заботится о своих гостях. За это я ей очень благодарна и искренне желаю всего самого доброго❤️🫂🥹 Сам отель тоже оставил самые приятные впечатления. Номер был очень чистым, уютным и атмосферным, с красивым дизайном, высокими потолками и прекрасным видом. Очень удобный диван, просторная и чистая ванная комната без посторонних запахов. Видно, что за номером тщательно ухаживают. Отдельно хочется отметить расположение оно просто идеальное. До улицы Истикляль можно дойти буквально за несколько минут, метро также находится совсем рядом. Вокруг много красивых улиц, кафе, ресторанов и всего необходимого для комфортного отдыха в Стамбуле. И самое удивительное это цена. Я была приятно поражена тем, что за такую доступную стоимость смогла остановиться в настолько красивом, чистом и комфортном месте. Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Если снова приеду в Стамбул, с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь ещё раз.

Видях стаята след като я платих….Абсолютно потресаващ хотел-нищо общо със снимките. Ужасно мръсна и мизерна стая. Нямаше топла водя на душа и се къпах с ледена вода.Стари счупени мебели. Старо бельо.Бяхме настанени в стая без прозорец, която не беше чистена скоро. Едната калъфка беше използвана.

no soy extremadamente exigente,para mí lo más importante es la limpieza la ubicación y que no tenga baño compartido ,así que para mí perfecto,en la recepción no hablan bien el inglés,asi que descargar un traductor y valiendo

Barato, perto de tudo. Tem elevador mas um lance de escadas para chegar nele. Se tiver problemas de acessibilidade não é uma boa escolha. O melhor de tudo é o super atendimento da moça da recepção. Muito atenciosa e prestativa.

My new clothes and my shop were stolen in this hotel and the staff just said: they were thrown away with the trash, you shouldn’t left them in the bag if you need it! They didn't even check the cameras and said they were garbage. so awfull hotel with terrible service

Clean and comfortable but decor tired in need of renovation The staff were a bit cagey on costs of airport shuttle and laundry and we ended up paying way over what we expected to get our laundry done Lots of steps which didn’t worry us but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

The rooms are very large for the price , usually these budget hotels have tiny rooms with barely any room , so I really enjoyed the extra space , also the location is great .

Treatment and Service. I booked 3 nights. The room was not the same as the advertised in the website. I booked a bigger one. First night it was late so I did not say anything. 2nd day I told them and they said that it was not possible, there was a Covid patient. (June 2023). I texted Booking and they contacted the Hotel. They accepted to give me the room I booked. I had to wait 2,5 hours and nothing. It was not possible to change the room that day. So I finally changed the roon my last day + night. As conclussion, they are not serious. Sorry guys for my negative review, but we both learn something for next time.

The host was very helpful. I think his name was Rasin. Every time I needed something, he would go all the way up to the 6th floor and show me. The view from the terrace was great . A lot of people wrote about noise in reviews but I did not have any problems

We booked a king size bed, but we took anther room with 3 singel bed. They changed our room. The toilet had a very very low water.we had to say everytime that this or that had problem. I think very very bad services.

They were pathetic! After our confirmed booking they just denied to grant us room. They over booked and clearly said they dont have any room for me. Even their representative were in contact with me on messages regarding any special request of i have. I had clueless and dont know what to do at that time. I suffered alot, went to each and every hotel in the surrounding for my next book. It was a complete disaster. ITS A BIG NO FOR MY SIDE AND I WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL!! THEY ARE USELESS AND UNPRROFESIONAL.

Location is really great.

I have booked a family suite as it was offered for a discount price. But when we got to the hotel they gave tiny room with a window to the ruins. I asked to change my room and the next day they gave me the same size room in a different hotel. I have chosen this hotel for the location and suite they offered but I did not get the latter. Otherwise, I could book the better one for the same price in the same location.

Bad hotel. Sperm level is not finished. The bathrooms smell very bad, and the noise inside the hotel and outside the hotel from the cafes outside. They charged more than the value because the custodians of the visa and the cleaning team enter the rooms an hour before the delivery time of the rooms and vacate the rooms. The hotel reception staff were brilliant and the room was clean and new towels were provided upon request. Free wifi was great and had a really good stay.

The approach of the employees is very good, I felt at home. A historical building in Beyoğlu almost carries the spirit of Istanbul. There is a very comfortable waiting room inside and the comfort of the rooms is very good.

A very good hotel in the middle of Taksim. A five minutes walk to metro. It’s located in the famous İstiklal street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can help you with cheap tours. The room is clean and well organized.

The walls in my classic suit, I was told, had been built over a hundred years ago. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. However you will want to buy earplugs before arrival as the streets under the hotel tend to stay alive all night on weekends.
