The neighborhood felt unsafe; the main gate never closed, so it does not matter to have a gate with a secure code if anyone can just walk in whenever.

Le seul - entre guillemets est que le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi dans l'hôtel mais dans le restaurant au bout de la rue. Pas de descente en pyjama mais à 2min à pied.

Pas de wifi dans la chambre, clim trop faible rajout du ventilo qui tenait avec la chaise pour plus de brassage, filet eau dans le bidet, tv ne s'allume pas. Pas de porte au placard, bruit dans la rue.

The late check-in was a little uncomfortable as a single woman. There were some dark hallways and uncertain areas that one has to walk through in order to get to where you need to be. The next day, I could see that it was very safe.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Öncelikle Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Tren istasyonu ve Otobüs terminaline çok yakındı. Oteli sadece yatmak için kullandık. Odalar iyi ve genişti. Temizlik iyiydi. Otele ve odaya dijital şifre ile giriliyor. Otelin etrafında gece geç saatlere kadar açık market vardı. Ayrıca otelin etrafında retorantlar mevcuttu.
Resepsiyon 09.00 - 16.00 saatleri arasında hizmet veriyor. Otel eski bina olduğu için asansör yok. Valizler ile İkinci kata çıkmak yorucuydu.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Le logement est assez grand avec un couchage pour 5 personnes et avec un coin cuisine. Nous avons peu d'exigence, donc cet appartement est suffisant pour notre escapade de 2 nuits.
L'emplacement semble hasardeux. Heureusement la présence des forces de l'ordre est journalière à l'arrivée de la nuit. Aucun incident constaté durant notre séjour. (Cette situation est selon nous indépendante du service de l'hôtel et n'impacte donc pas sur les prestations fournies par l'établissement et le bon accueil du personnel).

The booking experience was terrible. I had to take legal action through my bank for this hotel not to rip me off. They played games with sending me important information in a timely manner - I stressed about if I would get entry instructions in time for arrival. When I got there the toilet was leaking and the floors were filthy. After taking a shower my feet became black again just walking to the bed. I wouldn't book this place for my wrist enemy.

Personeel slecht te bereiken. Op site staat dat je ze kunt bellen etc maar ze nemen nooit op en reageren niet… ook was er veel kapot in de kamer zoals het bed, de douche, lampen. Airco kun je zelf niet bedienen en staat op 18 graden dus te koud…

L accoglienza , non mi hanno voluto dare i codici per il self check in costingendomi a fare un ora di treno per venire a ritirare le chiavi tra le 9 e le 16 . Chiedono dati della carta al di fuori di booking con la scusa della tassa di soggiorno . Sti 6 euro potevo lasciarli sul tavolo , anziche ricattarmi che senza dati della carta io non potevo accedere!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The location was excellent for walking to train station and central Rome. The staff was very nice once we arrived and very helpful. They even held our bags on our last day.
The check in and web site pictures are miss leading on bookings. The hotel wanted me to submit my passport and credit card info on private email. Although it was legitimate I contacted bookings and they made sure that it was real. To get into hotel it was a challenge but they did send pics and instructions. Not having stayed there before it was confusing. Also arrived at the back of the hotel from train station. GPS took us a long way around. Beware of that. The hotel is right down the street less than 5 min. Somehow our GPS took us the long way and it was 45 min walking with luggage. That is not the hotel fault just wanted to make others aware for the future. The room that we had didn't look like pictures at all. Make sure if you are expecting a kitchen you book a suite.

ZIMMER: tägliche Reinigung, Mülleimer geleert Betten gemacht u wirklich täglich neue grosse sehr flauschige Dusch Hand u Gästebücher bekommen super! Matratzen ok Einrichtung bissl un die Jahre gekommem aber alles sauber u funktioniert Kühlschrank sauber u kühlt sehr gut ebenso die Klimaanlage Also für ein paar tage Rom erkundungsurlaub absolut perfekt Sehr gut : keine zimmerkarte oder Schlüssel sondern pin nr. 3 Türen 3 nr. Sehr sicher alles

Essendo vicino alla stazione a volte si sentono schiamazzi, ma una volta che entri in camera non si sente più niente, e poi la struttura è molto sicura

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Il personale sia in fase di check in che di check out è stato molto gentile e dsponibile. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli c/o la struttura visto che avevamo alcune ore prima del treno e questo ci ha permesso di poter girare ancora per Roma.
La stanza/appartamentino era grande e spazioso ma non mi aspettavo che fosse un piano strada a scendere senza finestre ma solo con un vetrata che fungeva da porta ed entrando si percepiva un forte odore di umidità. Arredamento molto basic ma letto comodo. Aria condizionata presente che ci ha permesso di sopravvivere nelle torride nottate di quei giorni a Roma. Altra nota dolente anche se non direttamente collegata ad un problema con l'alloggio è la posizione, purtroppo con un elevato stato di degrado e delinquenza oltre a strade sporche e puzzolenti.

Mancava "l'essenziale" per la cucina tipo i bicchieri (c'erano solo due calici e delle tazze/tazzine), del panno carta e dei condimenti. Esterno alla struttura non ci sono persone molto piacevoli, quindi sconsiglerei se siete soli o con bambini.

We arrived in middle of July, Air conditioning was vital with the weather being so hot, however the air conditioning within the room was non existent. It really was worthless, poor machine, poorly located next to the door. Offered zero relief while in the bed, even standing at the door wasn’t worth the effort. Poor Wi-Fi also, no point using this.

All of the kitchen equipment was dirty, the bathroom was full of mold, the front gate wasn't properly closing so anyone could just walk into the property, there were a lot of homeless people hanging out in front of the gate... This place is really bad.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026You rated If you’re traveling with your family, I would not recommend staying here. The property is located near the train station, and the surrounding area did not feel safe. We saw what appeared to be drug dealers and other suspicious individuals nearby, which made us uncomfortable, especially after dark. There is no receptionist available after 4:00 PM. If you return in the evening, the main entrance gate can be difficult to access because it doesn’t work properly. The room itself also had several issues. The air conditioner did not cool properly, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom window would not lock, and cooking odors from the restaurant next door constantly entered the bathroom through the window. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We spent most of our time inside the room and avoided going out at night because we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we’ve had, and I would not recommend it, particularly for families.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Lo que más me gustó fueron las fotos que no se correspondía con la realidad. Tenía la estación de tren y metro justo al lado.
Pasamos 3 días sin dormir ya que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y estábamos como a 40°. No nos hicieron caso hasta que no nos quejamos directamente a Booking. La solución fue traernos un ventilador. La peor estancia que he pasado en mi vida, no podíamos descansar. No nos atendieron bien y les molestó que nos quejáramos. Barrio con ambiente malo y sucio. Nos dijeron que tuviéramos cuidado sobre todo por la noche. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. La solución de Booking fue darnos 12€ de reembolso que nos dieron risa.

La struttura è molto essenziale e basica con delle pecche ma pulita, il rientro di sera tardi ha creato dei grossi disagi a causa della brutta frequentazione della via.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The only reason why I did not rate this higher is because the internet connection was very unstable, I had to rely on my own internet data most of the time. Other than that, the place is really nice with a courtyard-lobby chilling area, rooms are clean with air-con, the location is perfect as it only about 300 yards away from the Termini train station. I would highly recommend
