Good location, room was clean and had everything we needed.

Une climatisation peu bruyante et à la bonne température. Un logement très propre et avec un lit ferme et confortable. Une salle d'eau spacieuse et une douche avec un très bon débit. Emplacement au calme, loin de tout brouhaha.

Le logement est un peu loin du centre ville mais il est très aisé de s'y rendre avec un Grab.

We weren’t able to sleep since the bed was extremely hard. The area was quiet, the bathroom smelled like fungus and looked dirty.

Poor bread poor spreads terrible coffee uncomfortable stools and too small wobbly tables

Very little English staff - streets very rough for walking - toes head hits all time

The location was ideal. Quiet. Ample parking for my motorbike

It's clean and very quiet. Downtown isn’t far, you can walk there, but you might need to take a taxi if you are planning doing more excursions.

Just our 2nd visit in Chiang rai ,me & my friend have been there on 11-16 Jan 2023 .Hotel was in the center not far from the Airport and also from the night bazar,but mostly we rent the car and took mountains ride ,first of all the hotel have parking lot and fast chick in get though to our room #109 just close to the lobby in the first floor ,room was standard set up ,clean and quiet well organized,look new and reasonable rate .staffs were nice when you need some information for your trip .Thank you vmuch ,highly recommend !!!

Our stay was very mixed. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although the shower was only ever tepid at best. The hotel is quite a way from anywhere you may wish to visit. We recommend using the Grab app. Our main negative which did impact on the quality of our stay was the noise. Although the hotel cannot be responsible for other guests’ behaviour (which from one group was totally unacceptable singing happy birthday at top volume in the corridor at 11.30pm) the sound proofing was non-existent. Every time someone opened or closed their door it was extremely loud, waking us up at 6am on two of the three mornings. It could be that we were just very unlucky but we would recommend to the hotel to put up signs asking guests to be quiet after 10pm and before 8am (this is something we saw in other hotels). Also a carpet might help with sound proofing. It’s a shame as the hotel has the potential to be excellent.

This hotel is okay if you stay only one or two nights. There is no breakfast. Wifi is very good. It is much better if you rent a scooter because it takes around 40 minutes walking to city center. Staff is very friendly. If you like to eat something you have to go to the center of Chiang Rai.

โรงแรมราคาไม่แพง สะอาด และทำเลดีมาก มีที่จอดรถสะดวกทุกอย่าง วายฟายโอเค เสียดายมากที่ตอนไปพัก เจอกลุ่มนักปาร์ตี้ เดินเข้าเดินออกเปิดปิดประตูห้องตรงข้าม และประตูทางหนีไฟ ที่บันไดเสียงดังมากเกือบตลอดทั้งคืน (ระหว่าง 22.00 - 3.30 น.) แถมยังพูดเสียงดังมาก กรี๊ดกร๊าด เดินลากเท้า คือได้ยินทุกอย่าง แม้กระทั่งห้องข้างบนทำของตกยังได้ยิน สรุปนอนไม่หลับเลย ดีว่าเป็นคืนสุดท้ายจะบินกลับบ้านมิฉะนั้นจะต้องทำงานไม่ได้แน่นอน

Spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't be nicer and they also speak English. While the location is in Chiang Rai city, there is really nothing within walking distance, not even a convenience store or soup shop. If you doing n't have a your car, this is kind of a problem considering the hotel has no kitchen and there is only toast for breakfast. The front desk did say they would call a taxi, or you could use Uber. Beds are rock hard as is the Thai standard for budget hotels. Free WiFi was so slow as to be useless...bring your own hotspot. No English language TV channels. But all in all, I thought it was good value for money for a one night stopover. No kettle in the room. BYO.

There is no elevator and if you get a room on the 3rd floor you have to carry your luggage yourself, there was no help from staff. Mattress was so hard it hurts Pillows the same. Towels were thin and old. Breakfast is tea and toast only. No hot water in the shower only lukewarm. However room was very clean.

Hotel had everything we needed while staying in Chiang Rai. Rooms were clean.

The hotel is new and very clean. Staff are friendly. The only issue is the hard bed. But concern the price, it's understandable. They're hot drinks, toast and fruit for breakfast.

La Belle hotel good location in Chiang Rai City and not far form city center and Rim Kok riverside. Good for parking car this hotel no breakfast just coffee and bread but good reasonable price. Staff's friendliness and help.

Short to the point yeah, +clean +good location +nice staff -overpriced (800 baht per night: no hair dryer and just coffee and bread for breakfast - so didnt bother -loud corridor I like this place but it is overpriced by a couple hundred baht.

A good stay with reasonable price. Room and bath room was clean, In the morning hotel offer complimentary coffee and snack. Overall good stay. Definitely will stay here again if come back to Chiang rai.

Good value budget hotel. 10/15 minutes from airport. Very clean and contemporary styling. Rooms adequate yet spacious. Shower ok, good temperature range; certainly better ones out there. A/C very efficient They only offer a very basic breakfast of toast & tea/coffee/juice and there are no local eateries close by that cater for European and Western cuisine Location is remote from City Centre, but staff happy to call Meter taxi for you. Cost us 80 baht and takes only 10 minutes to get into Town even in busier times. When in Town we found all the taxi and Tuk Tuk drivers new La Belle so getting back after an evening out was no problem. La Belle is situated close enough to main roads to be an ideal location for day trips. I'd recommend this place for short stay trippers on a budget. No whistles and bells at La Belle, but good value for money.

Hotel what very good but one thing I want to tell if breakfast not include you should tell guest should not say that include but not thing for guest just only toast that not breakfast I like the hotel but I don't want they lie in the beginning. still I going back again but they should change this make it better like what they do now better sat that no breakfast in include that will make guest fell must better to stay there Hotel

Nice place, excellent service, hot water and smiling staff. Only downside isnthe tile floors aremslippery nd Ifell down twice in three nights. If you are a budget traveler in Chiang Rai I highly recommend La Belle.

I really really wanted to give this hotel full marks as i'm very easy going with hotels, but unfortunately there are points that can't be overlooked. I shall say postively that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did their jobs wonderfully but the actual hotel lets the staff down. The location is a 30-40 min walk from the town centre and the pavement along the highway is narrow so I didn't feel to safe walking along, I only walked back to the hotel 1 night as it's so differcult finding a taxi NOT tuk tuk which I used once and didn't feel to comfortable in. You have to take a taxi from the hotel to go anywhere but at least they're cheap. There are no eateries close by, we ate in the town centre every night. The room was very clean and basic but the bed is super hard, if you like hard mattresses then you'll love it and the whole hotel has zero sound proofing, you can hear everything and if your a light sleeper you won't get a good night here. The hotel states free breakfast which is only tea/coffee and toast and it states complimentary airport transfer but the taxi charged us?? Overall lovely staff but I won't say here again.

We were disappointed because when we checked in, we were told that the rooms were all full. But we already made a booking and paid for it. Stranded for few hours at lobby and my 4yrs old girl was sleeping in the sofa as it was past mid night already.

I know this is a Budget Hotel and have stayed there a few times but simply to sleep and have always been on the first floor.There are NO elevators(Lifts) here.I've usually stayed there just to sleep then leave early morning.We booked 2 rooms located on 2 nd floor 800 Baht/room each day.We carried our luggage upstairs then took long walk for lunch.They offer coffee in the am.The rooms are OK but there is NO Smoking Permitted.The other couple in 2nd room smoked on the balcony.There was Little if any How water in the shower and when turned on high pressure ONLY Cold.The hotel ordered us a cab for about a 5 minute drive to Clock Tower usually 40-50 Baht this driver wanted a Flat Fee of 150 Baht.We ordered another cab and cost 60 Baht.Our fist night we decided to check out in the morning.The TV Channels had 1 English station for the news.

Stumbled on this place when I couldn't find the hotel I was looking for. Staff was friendly, the hostess at the counter spoke very good English (I've tried to learn Thai....I'm hopeless). The room was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable. Just the basics, but that was all we required. It is a bit far from the night market area, but we didn't mind. Found a nice place to eat within walking distance. Breakfast was juice, coffee and toast. Nothing special. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a new-looking hotel. While it doesn't have lift, the staff would help you take the luggage to room. The staff are nice, while only one of them speak good English.

Pros....the hotel is clean and the rooms are adequate. Taxis are inexpensive. Cons.....very few of any of the staff speak English. There is no elevator. There are no safes in the rooms and the front desk will not or cannot offer a place to keep our valuables. It is not near the city center. No quaint restaurants nearby.

Stayed for one night. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Bed was not comfortable. Location was out of the way some but I enjoyed my stay.

Nice new clean hotel.However unless you have a car or are prepared to hire taxis it's a long walk into town. Not much of interest in the immediate area.

-----the good----- clean room (almost too clean..sterile like a hospital) -----the poor----- poor location - it is a 25 minute walk into the center of town. You can stay at comparable guesthouses right downtown. Front desk staff did not speak any english

Rooms are clean. Location is very good as without mentioning the soi or road, all taxi drivers and tuk tuk drivers know this hotel. Hotel didnt even charge us extra when we had a small accident and stained the bed sheets. The price is very cheap for such a hotel Only thing is they have some guests who love to slam the door and this made it hard to sleep. The night receptionists didnt do anything about it and I am sure she was aware of the noise from the second floor as it is directly above the reception desk.

I stayed one night in this lovely hotel on Nov 23th, 2015. The price is very afforable, nice and clean room, toilet. When booking, you can book for the breakfast or not. There's no tuk tuk from the hotel, only taxi. If you come to the hotel by a tuk tuk, ask the driver to come back later to pick you up to the place you want. From the hotel to the old terminal, it's about 40 baht (tuk tuk) and 60 baht (taxi meter).

The best hotel when i traveling to thailand with the cheap price... Clean, large room, free drink, free breakfast But location is about 2 km from the chiang rai old terminal, need walk 25minutes to chiang rai old terminal

No character but perfect, clean, excellent condition, air conditioned room for a very good price. Exactly what we wanted. Very friendly service. Reception kindly organised taxi on first night and moped hire the next day. All ran very smoothly. Breakfast was just toast and jam but just right for us. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in many hotels around Chiangrai and Chiangmai for business trip. I like this hotel. La Belle is very new, clean, and bright. It is worth the price we paid. 400฿ per night in low season. The price included easy breakfast. It provided instant coffee tea and toast. We impressed a nice lobby, lovely bar for breakfast, warm welcome receptionists. Surprisingly in bathroom, water system is very good condition, heavy flow shower. Very fresh after long drive. Good wifi

Amazing accommodation, clean, neat, over the top friendly staff, excellent service (went out of their way to make us feel at home, yes. . . at HOME). Will definitely recommend this warm place for anyone looking for a very good priced hotel for 1 night or for two weeks. It'll be worth every dime!! This little place was perfect for us, we had a car so easy to get around. Cute, clean, A/C and shower worked great and at a rate of under $30. The breakfast is a bit silly but you don't pay for it so no big deal.
