Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Aguascalientes Airport

Super clean

Breakfast is not good coffee is weak eggs the same always

Clean room professional staff

Very clean and safe, staff was very helpful and nice. We had no issues in getting reimbursed for the taxi fee from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was just right, plenty of options, clean set up and organized well. My sister stayed here two years ago and she recommended the hotel, I’m glad I took her word for it.

Great costumer service

Coffee is weak not strong breakfast all ways the same no changes

Great costumer service

Excellent please

Lovely place

Do not stay in this hotel. The bathroom has a door that slides sideways. When i slide the door close and try to open it again it got stuck. If i would have been inside the bathroom alone i would have to have scream very loud and bang the door and see if someone pasding outside the hallway could seek for help . Very dangerous to say in this hotel. We called the hotel clerk and the maintenance employee had to bring in some tools to slide the door. It took him about 10 minutes. Then he offered if we want to change rooms. This happened at 10pm when my family was already in bed and we had just arrived from the airport. We were so tired when we got to the hotel from the airport that night and then this incident happens. Horribly stay and earlier before this incident happened, there were very loud bangs comming from the hallway, probably another door getting stuck from another guest room. I have video and pictures on how the maintenance employee struggle souch to slide the door open. Very scary moment for my family. Do not stay in zny of these rooms in this hotel.

We liked that the hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the airport. Its clean and feel safe.

The staff was amazing and very attentive, but on the bathroom of our room there was a very bad smell, we mentioned to the staff but seems to be building issue

We got a very dirty room when we check in but the lady in reception promptly moved us to a very nice and clean suite.

It is the closest hotel to the airport. Quiet and comfortable, it even has a decent pool.

Woke up early. Hot water was not coming out quickly enough. Not sure if it was because of the time. Overall, good experience.

Super relax

You have to try this place!

Near the airport, the gym and the pool

I liked the place

Staff make you feel like you’re home.

The breakfastes

It was a pleasure to stay at that property! Very friendly staff

I really enjoyed staying there, the employees were very friendly and always attentive to my needs!! I really recommend this hotel!! The breakfast was excellent.

I really like this hotel but our key wouldn’t work we had to go down 3 times to exchange , when try calling from the hall the front desk didn’t answer more than anything I was frustrated no one’s fault, I was charged twice for the room and I haven’t gotten a refund , other than that it’s a nice place, friendly staff , good food

Everything was great

Everything was great

Proximiti to the airport.

My husband and toddler needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight home to the USA. They were extremely happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. The facilities were beautiful and clean and the airport shuttle was right on time at 3:30am. We will be staying with them every trip now.

Nice and clean, worth my money, great selection food , options shopping for snacks and dinner

Good place to stay near the airport and they offer free shuttle Service e to the airport.

Very nice hotel and excelent service, very close to the airport in Aguascalientes.

Fine

Far away from city. No working telephones on property- cannot call this property. Shuttle service works only in limited hours. No variety of food in the area. Taxis are a rip off. The hallway floors were dirty. The whole hotel was not Hilton quality.

Staying was wonderful, breakfast awesome and shuttle to airport magnificent!

Very clean

Friendly staff very helpful.love that the room was clean and also the hotel provided free shuttle to the airport,I give five stars

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Closer to the Airport

We were late to our check in due to our flight being delayed. We made it to the hotel 30 minutes the cut off checking time which was midnight and the service clerk was kind enough to honor our stay. I was so happy and thankful for this.

Staff was very helpful and Friendly. It was very convenient that they offered free breakfast and shuttle to the Airport.

Muy conveniente para nosotros que nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano está muy cerca del aeropuerto

Friendly and quick check in. Rooms were clean and the price was excellent.

Beautiful hotel clean and safe

Big room with a couch and table. 15 minutes from airport. Shuttle and al.

Everything was good attention and the people

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, breakfast was really good, clean hotel and staff very friendly and helpful.

The pool had to many black aunts. Asked for courtesy water for my coffee no one brought it to my room

All was great thank you !

First time staying at this Hotel, it was very convenient since our flight was super early. The staff was friendly, most of the areas were clean, except the pool, you can tell pool had not been cleaned.

It was absolutely clean, great service, friendly people all around

Rooms were kind of small but they were comfortable and clean. Safe place, great customer service. Restaurants within walking distant and we liked that they offered free shuttle service to the airport.

All perfect

Not a bad place to stay, relatively quiet considering its next to the highway but a bit far from downtown so it is not walking diatance.

Great staff and perfect distance from the airport.

Close to the airport

The reception didn’t allowed me to check in when I arrived she said my reservation wasn’t valide so I had to go to a different hotel because she didn’t even offer me a room there, When I arrived at the other hotel and checked in I called Expedia and the receptionist said I never showed up. That my reservation was ready. Expedia never gave me a refund and the hotel never tried to make things okay so I ended up paying for 2 hotels for 3 nights my experience was terrible with the hotel

Safe transportation

Close to airport

Very clean, friendly and the employees were very welcoming and helpful

The hotel property was good, the customer service was excellent 👌👌👌👌

We were pleasantly surprised on how clean and spacious our room was at this hotel. I didn’t really have high expectations but loved everything about this hotel. I will definitely return to stay here again.

After spending many trips at this hotel, I have observed a reduction in the quality and attentiveness. The hotel is in a great location for travelers. However the trucks park on the side of the road all but blocking the entrance. The overall condition of the hotel was good but not as pristeen as with previous visits. The parking was difficult with a lack of space in the front of the hotel. It seems that he occupancy of this hotel is a bit low for the size which keeps the noise down.

Everything ok.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly..

The check-in member was polite and helpful. The small restaurant was convenient, but the service was awful. The server got our order wrong after several repetitions of what we wanted. We had to ask for our drinks twice once our food was served because he never came back until bringing us food and it was partially wrong food. It took so long to get I ate the food anyway and just picked the meat off the pizza...which I don't eat.

The people

Affordable and basic needs included

Excellent service and the property is in excellent conditions. Customer service is outstanding.

It exceeded my expectations and I would certainly give my unreserved recomondation of this property.

The hotel was a good stay overall. The restaurant and food service was not available when we got there. The hotel did not appear to have many guests. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the TV carried the US football games (although the commentary was in Spanish). Overall this is a good hotel stop when going through this part of Mexico.

very clean

Reasonable price, close to the airport, shuttle too the airport, but NOT from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to airport. Reasonable prices. Friendly stsff

Fast check in, very friendly staff. Clean room

I booked my flight & my stay through Expedia.com. When i got to the hotel they asked for a credit card. They charged my credit card again for the 1 nights stay. Luckily I came back down to the lobby later in the night with my expedia recipt & the receptionist realized her mistake & tried to refund my credit card for the 1 nights stay. It is now over 2 weeks since I stayed tehre & no money has been returned back to my account.

The service was very good
