Not happy at all.. we was told by the receptionist it was a nice room but the room we stayed in had a chimney outside the window that was very noisy keeping me awake all night, also the shower door leaked wetting all my suitcase and all the clothes within it. I had a very important meeting the next day having to turn up in jeans, I spoke to a manager about this who wasn't vey sympathetic at all.. sh said she would call me the next day but didn't even get a call back..I feel i was totally ignored with this matter and offered no compensation what so ever..

The bed was comfortable, the room had blackout blinds and curtains and it was quiet. The shower was AMAZING!!

The food. Expensive for what you received. Limited choice from the lunch menus and very small steak on the steak sandwich. Asked we wanted it cooked but medium/rare was not an option as it was a choice of well done or pink!

Luxurious hotel, clean, comfortable bed with great pillows! Breakfast was amazing, value for money and good access to the motorway and a well lit car park!

It was our anniversary and they done us a lovely little momento at dinner. Much appreciated. Food brilliant as usual. Room clean and had sky sports!

I was allocated an Executive Room on the top Floor which I found to be well appointed with Nespresso Pod Coffee machine, Molton Brown toiletries, dressing gowns / slippers and comfortable bed, arm chair. The room was well lit - to enable working. I was able to check in early which was a bonus. A complimentary starter was provided at dinner time which was a lovely surprise.

There is a service charge for eating either in the bar or restaurant which is automatically added to your food bill.

The view out of the bedroom and the tv remote was difficult to work.

Don’t think beds should be double. Too small One of the room i was staying in had a broken bed. Mattress sunk every time you sat on it. It creaked very loud any time anyone turned. And the room stunk of wee which was more noticeable once ac was turned off for a while over the night. Probably embedded into the carpet or bed. We were only there for the night times after long days of travel so did not have the energy to get rooms changed. But did raise the broken bed with staff after the first night But nothing was done about it and we came back to sleep in the same bed. As a gesture of good will, would appreciate a reimbursement.

Helpful staff

I had agreed a price through Booking but I was charged extra for a ‘zed bed’ - the extra bed was offered by the hotel but there was never any mention of an extra charge, so I was surprised that I was charged £30. This took some of the enjoyment off the stay.

Over priced! £50 comes off straight away and have to wait Five days for it to go back on card. Be careful of them charging to room! You will have additional charges.

Attending a Birthday party. The employees were very attentive n polite, made me feel welcome. The room we had was lovely. Enjoyed the chill out experience, and had fun dancing to the DJ 🎶 music in the function room. Food at party was lovely.

Everything about our lunch was superb. The food was terrific, location perfect and the hotel had a lovely vibe. However the best part of the lunch was the service from the staff. Particular shout out to Antony (a mini Kevin Bridges in the making!) who was a great guy and super waiter. Thanks Antony - what a credit you are to Decota.

Stayed in all Scottish Dakota hotels. Eurocentral is by far my fav as I work here a lot during the day usually once per week. All the team here are incredible and so attentive. Antony is such a credit to the team and his chat is amazing even hearing him with everyone around me is so refreshing.

Lovely light lunch in bar area. Served by Antony who was friendly and helpful. Very nice surroundings.

MysMy wife and I had a lovely lunch at Dakota Eurocentral. Daniel’s was very friendly and professional. We felt well looked after the entire time. I would highly recommend it!

With the price my company paid for this hotel the service was very very poor. It looked like the house keeping had just chucked the towels on the towel rail and was all squashed up and untidy. The items in the mini bar were completely frozen including the drinks.

Stayed a few times here now and the rooms are comfortable, clean and most importantly this past few months air conditioned. Free parking is a bonus, service is excellent, room service very good - great food. Minor gripe is the TV system is so complicated you need a degree in electronics to work it. I'm pretty tech savvy but had to call for someone to set it up properly...then at 3 in the morning the TV turned itself on, nearly gave me a heart attack.

Visted the bar for my sons 21st Birthday lunch. Georgia was our waitress she was lovely and provided a great service for us. Lunch was delicious.

I stayed for 3 nights, with two of them disrupted as the kitchen extractor fans did not work. This meant that the menu was reduced quite a lot. Whilst my stay was overall very good, the fact that the steak menu was not available when I had clients with me was a little disappointing. The staff on the other hand were excellent and are a main feature of this hotel

We have stayed here many times but are becoming frustrated with corners being cut and lack of ownership around issues raised. Breakfast service can be hit and miss - getting orders wrong / long waiting time for coffees. Our room wasn’t serviced one day which was brought to the attention of the duty manager, who basically said she’d pass on our comments to housekeeping. No attempt to appease us despite being regular visitors. We will be looking to book somewhere else in future.

Disappointing stay - we have stayed here many times but it’s becoming increasingly obvious that corners are being cut. Staff do not want to take ownership of any issues raised. Breakfast can be hit and miss - orders wrong / long waiting times for coffee / staff under trained. Had an issue with our room not being serviced and basically the duty manager said she would pass on our comments to housekeeping - no attempt to appease us despite being regulars. Definitely considering staying elsewhere next time.

Enjoyed my experience in the bar grill this evening, even though there was a limited menu due to issues in the kitchen, the menu was still varied and the food was as good as ever. Very pleased. Anthony looked after me all evening and even though he was obviously busy because of the issues he was very attentive and polite. Thank you

Lovely hotel and excellent food but the service of the staff fell way below the standard we expected. We were overcharged by £50 at check in and we are still waiting on a refund. We were wakened in the early hours of the morning by a young resident challenging people to fight him in the corridor directly outside our room. I appreciate this isn't the staff's fault but the matter should have been dealt with a lot better and quicker and not even an apology when I mentioned it to the staff on reception...... he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed!

We had a private dining booking at Dakota Eurocentral on Sunday for my mum's retirement, and from the initial planning stages right through to the end of the evening, the service was absolutely 10/10. Hayley was incredible from the very beginning, helping me plan every detail to make the occasion as special as possible. We were surprising my mum, and Hayley made the whole process completely seamless. She also allowed us to decorate the private dining room and add personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. On the night, Emma looked after us and her service was outstanding. She made our whole family feel so relaxed and comfortable, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a truly wholesome and memorable evening. One of our family members is coeliac, and the care taken to cater for their dietary requirements was fantastic. They felt completely looked after, and it was so reassuring to see how knowledgeable and attentive the team were. The food at Dakota is always exceptional, but the private dining experience took everything to another level. The attention to detail, outstanding service, and beautiful setting gave the evening that extra "wow" factor. Thank you to Hayley, Emma, and the whole team for helping us celebrate such a special milestone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Dakota Eurocentral's private dining.

An amazing hotel booked on our route up to Scotland, not a brand that we had heard of before, but it blew us away. Someone at the top finally understands what makes a good hotel experience. Check in was amazing, friendly staff, well presented, a clean area. The room was clean with proper carpet, fantastic bed and a great bathroom and the whole hotel smelt amazing. Great bar and waiter service. Had a great night's sleep, really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to stay at other hotels belonging to this brand.

Luxury Hotel. Had the Bed, Breakfast, and Dinner package. Very good value for money.Room Excellent. Meals were Very good. Didn't like having a "descretionary" tip added to my bill though. Seems more and more are doing this American thing.

Massive dark curtains as you try to get into reception - lighting not great in the rooms and dark corridors coming out of the lifts until the censor comes on. breakfast was very tasty and piping hot, but had to wait 1/2 hour for my bacon roll.

The property is conveniently located just off the M8 and has Tesla SuperChargers in the car park area.

The property is pitched as luxury but misses the key customer service you would expect. Waiting times in the bar way too long, general attitude of staff seems overly friendly and at times even aloof - we along with almost everyone we encountered in the bar area had to chaser servers, or even go to the restaurant to get assistance. The flow of the hotel itself is very weird - Reception sits in the middle of the ground floor between the bar seating area and the bar. Group arrivals turn up with their cases, chatting loudly and checking in whilst you try to enjoy your expensive cocktails. Oh and ... walking through a velvet curtain into a hotel reception isn't luxurious....or mysterious, it is ODD. From online pictures, the vibe looks cool, but being there just feels staged and unnatural. We really wanted to like this hotel and we got a great weekend price, but even at that price we wouldn't stay again.

Maybe I am old fashioned but this place could do to be a bit brighter inside. It is one of these dimly lit places where you can just about see enough to read the menu. The staff are very good, polite, friendly and always ready to help. The hotel looks clean enough but TBH you can't see that much in the place so not sure. It is certainly not the cheapest place to stay but it is well positioned for work when in Eurocentral. The menu in the bar side is very basic indeed, but this is maybe a ploy to get you to sit in the restaurant where there is more choice but it will cost you more. If I wasn't there on business I wouldn't stay there.

Stayed here for my partners 23rd birthday, rooms were spotless and very well presented, didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but stopped in to the bar for drinks prior to heading back up to the room, served by the happiest guy in the world called Antony😅Took our drinks order more or less straight away, and was cracking jokes the moment we walked through the door, a proper welcoming experience you don’t get in a lot of places anymore.

Extremely accommodating staff with great travel access around Scotland. The in house restaurant was very nice also. Possibly the best shower I’ve come across. I found the beds really quite horrible but I’m a cripple and need a special mattress so as not to cripple me further. The car park was never heaving so no long walks to reception. The whole atmosphere was impressively sedate and well mannered

Arrived early and reception staff were so welcoming, they allowed us to check much earlier than normal. Rooms are very luxurious and well furnished and spotless, sound-proofing is great, we did not hear a thing all weekend from the hallways or surrounding rooms! Amenities are great, AC is very good and cold, rainfall shower is nice. Housekeeping does a great job of making the rooms each day. Location is very handy, being right on the motorway, only thing is at the weekends, none of the surrounding shops/cafes in the business park are open. You are only 20 minutes from Glasgow, so this was not really an issue. We had rented a car, but there are buses from the business park as another option. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was great value for money. The hotel is very elite looking, well maintained and all the staff are lovely. Would really highly recommend!

The nice friendly and helpful ginger haired girl on reception made my stay a very pleasant one. The Vegan breakfast was excellent , especially the vegan sausages which didn't actually taste like vegetable based sausages. Comfy room greeted with a complimentary bar of Dakota chocolate. Great service overall.

This is our second visit here and Antony the barman has been fabulous on both occasions. Very attentive, helpful and friendly - he will look after anyone who visits. Made us feel welcome.
