Het is mooi, ruime kamers en goed winkelen in het hotel met alle merken boutiques.

Slecht/langzaam buggyservice, onvriendelijk personeel en extreem overpriced.. voor deze prijscategorie maar 1 beach toegang is niet ok in Turkije. Erg druk in de lobby met aan en afrijdend verkeer en geen taxis beschikbaar. Slecht georganiseerd allemaal

We got a moldy apartment. We discovered the leakage from the roof to inside of the room. The whole area above windows in bedroom and living room was contaminated by the mold. For the premium price paid we got quality below any standard.

Loved everything about this property and I’m already planning my next visit! The food, service, and staff were all exceptional. We only stayed for five days, but honestly didn’t feel like leaving the hotel. The beach was beautiful, and every meal we had was delicious. + cute kids club and baby sitting if you’re traveling with kids. The hair salon was also excellent and efficient, quick. The spa was good, although it wasn’t the highlight of the stay for me, I didn’t feel it offered the best value for money. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

This the paradise of Turkey, the best infrastructure and comfort stay . Everything like facility and view is amazing . The stuff is best trained and polite from many world class hotels . I am staying 2 months each year in Mandarine Palace Abu Dhabi by business , this hotel is better view and nature .

Bir this value the kitchen is not good. The steaks and chicken meat are like plastic .. this will s not the delicious Turkish food. Actually may be is in the start of season . I eat with more passion on the Turkish airline free food court when I leave . The meat wraps on the airport was better .

Some of the prices were a bit ridiculous, the food at the restaurant is extremely expensive for relatively small portions. Although the food is delicious it’s overpriced as well as some of the service such as laundrey for example. Very very expensive but you can tell the staff goes above and beyond for you to have a great experience

Perhaps the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! The room and facilities were exceptional - all super high spec, spacious, private and luxurious. The food at Sofra for dinner and breakfast was amazing, lots of choice for vegetarians too. And all the staff went over and beyond time and time again and they paid extra attention to make our stay so memorable. The standards were so high from all the staff, but special mentions to Beyza and Mehmet in the spa facilities, our assistant Idil, and all the team at Sofra and welcoming us every time we entered the property!

Friendly staff, nice hotel, views are good, clean, good gym, nice beach, hotel grounds good.

Most restaurants closed already so food variety was not good - Hakkasan disappointing and main restaurant not enough turkish food. Most things not available anymore, so maybe they should just close the hotel. Kid friendly but not extraordinary, they charge 10€ for a babycino, kids food too expensive also. No plush toys, drawing things or any small amenities. Other hotels in this category provide plenty of that, which is obv not a must but a nice gesture! Cats all over the restaurant, it’s not very hygenic. Butler service was not consistent and a couple if important things were nit carried out although confirmed.

To miejsce tworzy personel, który przez cały okres naszego urlopu dosłownie stają na głowie, by niczego nam nie brakowało. Nasza Pani Opiekun Rufeida była wręcz wspaniała.

Ceny niektórych dań na plaży były mocno przesadzone. Ponadto obsługa w restauracji Blue Beach zdecydowanie odbiega od pozostałego personelu. Był to zdecydowanie najsłabszy punkt naszego wyjazdu.

Where do I begin .. Terrible house keeping , rooms never felt fresh or clean. Very dated & needs to be refurbished Dirty carpets & walls. ( curtain rail fell on top of me while drawing the curtains at 1am) no compensation offered , barely a decent apology , just sent someone to put them back up like nothing happened. Housekeeping didn’t bother changing the bedsheets despite the dust caused by the drilling ! Common sense ! Nearly got run over by a golf cart by the over zealous speeding staff drivers at the lobby. We were 3 people , however they hadn’t prepared anything in the room for 3. No extra towels , bath robe, slippers. Bed sheets weren’t changed during the 4 day stay nor was there any signs for a request . Breakfast choice was limited for a hotel of that standard unless you chose a la cart When we arrived , the concierge didn’t bother guiding us to anywhere . We had to figure out everything , thankfully we had her on our WA but some basic introduction to amenities , where & what time breakfast is , Spa location etc would have been nice . Twice the housekeeping boys entered our room without knocking or ringing the door bell. Btw there are no locks on the doors! As 3 women in the room we were really not happy at all , but once again received no apology - accepted behaviour or pure arrogance , could be both . Ladies be very careful. Frankly , I won’t be returning - the MO standards in Bodrum are beyond disappointing especially when we compare it to Dubai . It’s bordering - overrated & definitely for all the above, over priced . Not recommended unless you are ok to accept such low standards. It’s also very clear to see the regular clients / residents get preferential treatment. I would like to add there are some very good individuals working there . The issue seems to be the management or lack of . P.s We had a sea facing king room.

The property is a piece of heaven. We were upgraded to a villa. Staff treat you as if you are the most special and unique guest. All staff were very supportive and friendly (Yarin, Ela, Rabiya, Ramazan, Ege, Hasan, Berfu(breakfast reception), Murat at Hakkasan and to all the buggy drivers BIG THANK YOU

The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and supportive. The kids' area was fantastic—welcoming and well-staffed with friendly, attentive team members. There is also a great shallow pool for kids and outdoor playground which my toddler loved. The concierge was incredibly helpful, attending to all our needs with care. Overall, the service was truly top-notch—definitely five stars!

Many of the restaurants on the property were closed during the off-season, which limited dining options. The available food, while decent, was significantly overpriced for what was offered.

Walking paths shared with buggy traffic. Screaming kids not supervised by their parents in neighbouring rooms did not allow for a relaxed stay.

The property is beautiful. The facilities, the restaurants, the rooms are all top notch. This is a premium resort.

Property location excellent. Restaurant and quality of service worst ever Behavior no privacy 3 girls was sexy act posing at pool with no privacy to surrounding and they include us with videos we reported this to hotel ! The pool keeper was enjoying the show and no comments raised !!

They theft us double prices at restaurants and we claim , staff very bad attitude, and on purpose when we ask for buggy they kept us waiting at the entrance 20 min this at Luca by sea First day at hasaksn we took our food with wild cat at table sharing every moment ( with respect to cats ). They bring all food too salty !! Still was better than thefting .
