Beautiful property with the most comfortable rooms and day beds. It’s a very relaxed easy resort . The swimming pool is fabulous and never used.

It’s very expensive to eat and drink . A small glass of house wine £15 and a beer £10. All the restaurants and cafes in this area are very expensive

So noisy at night that we couldnt sleep at all. Toilets are smelly no fresh air inside, no windows.

Flamm's layout with the restaurant area, pool area, the green area and the beach area was superb - even on a crowded day, you did not really feel the crowds... The room we stayed in was right by the water, sleeping with the sound of the sea was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water, and the food was fresh and delicious. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The front office team was especially professional and made everything—from check-in to check-out—smooth and effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Never visit this place if your safety matters. My child suffered a serious cut because of a broken area on the property. Instead of immediately calling an ambulance and helping us, the staff’s first priority was to cover the damaged area with fresh cement, as if they wanted to hide what had happened. They never called an ambulance. The only help they offered was to call a taxi so we could go to the hospital on our own. I had to carry my 30 kg child because she was unable to walk due to the injury. No one took responsibility, apologized properly, or even followed up to check on my child’s condition. If you or your child get injured because of unsafe conditions at this venue, don’t expect any real support. Based on our experience, they seemed more concerned about hiding the hazard than helping the injured guest.

Flamm is located right at the sea and offers comfortable beach chairs and matrasses to enjoy the view over the bay. Rooms are fine (with airco). Breakfast was very complete, served with seaview. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Hurray for Feyza for her friendly communication and hospitality. Recommended!

It is an ideal place to stay just by the seaside. However, paying 849 TL for a slice of watermelon is unacceptable. They have to review their pricing policy

Flamm was a perfect beachfront getaway. The location right on the beach and the view of the sea and mountains was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the smaller size which created a personalized and intimate experience. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We will go back!

Hava çok rüzgarlı olduğu için denize giremedik, ancak havuzu muhteşemdi sürekli havuzda takıldık. Belki gittiğimiz dönemden kaynaklanıyor otel çok sakindi, biraz daha eğlenceli olabilirdi. Really wonderful spacious room at the waterfront: you literally step in waves from your room. Abundant breakfast, perfect location, very nice facilities! Valet parking very convenient. Great place to stay in Bodrum area!

Very friendly and committed staff, but sometimes not properly managed and then a bit lost. Cappuccino or Flat white at breakfast should not be charged extra.

Manager Feyza and every staff member were more than accommodating. They were all so friendly and very kind. They took care of all our needs. There is a tremendous amount of detail and coordination throughout, everything treated with tip top care and elegance. With a relaxed and sophisticated vibe.The the sea was very accessible and good for swimming. We had a very enjoyable time. Hope to go back soon again.

We were looking for a hotel that was dog friendly, by the beach, comfortable with a good atmosphere and Flamm delivered! Staff are such animal lovers, from front of house, to wait staff and valet staff. Dog bowls were provided along with lovely gardens for our dog to play in. Amenities, from pool to beach club, restaurant and bar, we had a lovely stay and will be returning in September!

Location right on the beach! They upgraded us to a suite with windows and doors overlooking the ocean. All the staff were lovely, especially great with my 2 year old daughter

Nothing it was great

Fantastic boutique hotel with great facilities. Our suite was just great with loads of room and everything we needed. My wife is an interior designer and she commented that the room was likely designed by a female due to everything being in the right place with great lighting etc. Private sun decks are brilliant and staff second to none. Hotel manager, Feyza, was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much effort. I would highly recommend Flamm if visiting the area. Perhaps not the best place if you have teenage kids as not much to do for them apart from soaking up the sun and playing in the pool/sea.

This is a lovely beach club/hotel which we accessed through our hotel as it is a partnership arrangement t with them and provided a shuttle service. The place is really lovely, with boardwalks out onto the sea and a lovely garden. What wasn’t so lovely was their food and drinks prices outrageously overcharging… eg £10 for a small bottle of beer. Even in Bodrum that is pushing it! Won’t go back which is a shame. Noticed very few other people were having a drink, and I can see why now!

The beach is great, comfortable and clean. The food is served either on the beach or the sitting area of the restaurant and the menu is the same. The service is perfect and special thanks to Mr Hasan and team for their professionism and proactive attitude.

Nice place, the sea, very friendly staff (particularly Mrs Feyza!)

The beachfront was not well managed from a hygiene point of view. The chairs were not clean (every night a dog sleeping on one of them). Don’t know why they couldn’t protect the platform during the night. And once, when I asked to change the cover, the person on duty just tried to clean the sheet a bit, but with dog hair still left on it….

A truly wonderful hotel. Really special vibe and an amazing kitchen. If you want to relax then this is the place. If you want to get off your yacht then pop in for a tuna tartar. The rooms are perfect and the service is 5 star, we had a fabulous stay.

Reception team was outstanding-welcoming and ready to help. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast which was fresh and included amazing pastries. Hotel pool/beach were beautiful.

Yabancı biri için zorlayıcı bir kahvaltı, daha sade seçenekler de sunulabilir. Onun dışında otelin koydaki diğer işletmelere göre sessiz ve sakin olması en büyük artısı.

It was really expensive and the hotel was not as good as we expected. The most disappointing part was for us the pricing and portion of food. If you want to spend as same as money you can find a better ones. We were staying at hotel and they charged money even a glass of water. In this hot weather of course we drunk water and we paid them in an very high price. The quality of furniture was not in a good quality. The sea was not bad

Amazing holiday spot!

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful view, friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing beach.

The only option was Turkish breakfast with 2 options of drinks Turkish coffee or tea. I had to pay extra for my cappuccino even that the breakfast was included in my room rate.

The breakfast could do with changing. It could have been a self service small buffet with an egg station. But overall the grounds, gardens, pool, sunbathing areas was beautiful.

The drinks and the food was so expensive. And we could walk along the beach to other places but it was difficult as my husband is blind and it wasn’t an easy walk. We got a taxi into the nearest town one evening which was lovely.

Flamm is located at a very beautiful spot along the coast making it ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Upon my arrival my room was upgraded to a more beautiful and spacious room (without a request). The owner Feyza Hanım is a very kind, attentive and experienced host making you feel valued as a guest throughout your stay. She is joined by the manager Serhat Bey and harmony of their collaboration shows. The breakfast and food in general was excellent. All service personnel was very welcoming although they were outshine by Tolga Bey. I highly recommend staying at the Flamm.

Amazing location directly on the water. We paid a substantial price but it was during high season and worth it. The food was very good.

The staff, in general, were amazing. I ran out of Turkish lira so I did not have much to tip the porter on arrival--he spend the rest of the trip glaring at me . I tipped him well on departure , but that did not seem to lift his mood. I consider this an anomaly as the rest of the staff were excellent.

A lot of praise goes to the entire staff - the service is impeccable! The food is also very high quality and eating by the sea was a special treat (would have loved more traditional Turkish options). Breakfast is among the best I have ever had. Very clean and attentive. Beautiful sea spot in a gulf, comfortable sun decks, beautiful garden. Loved the fact that it is pet friendly and you can meet happy cats and dogs around. Overall very relaxing place.

The location is a secluded oasis in the middle of nowhere unfortunately. Nowhere to walk and nothing to see without an aprox 30 min cab ride which is fine for a weekend but not ideal for an entire week. The suite size was small, the photos gave me the illusion of a larger room, was not an actual suite, but a regular room with a small extra bed. Bathroom is a good size with double shower. Prices for anything (e.g. water sports) are very high given there is no competition in the area.

There is no internet connection most of the time. It is not very convenient for the families with kids below 3 years as there is no playground at the place.

This hotel is very nice, so close to the sea. The service was excellent. Each morning we had breakfast by the sea. We swam in the sea too. There is also a large swimming pool. Loved it.

This place is a gem combining a stunning location with privacy . Go for the cottages or for the suites facing the beach

Words are not enough to describe how wonderful to spend your holiday in Flamm. We stayed at the old stone cottage whose door and windows open directly to the sea. We greeted the mornings with gentle sea wave sounds. We swam with fish the water is very clean. Staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and gentle. They love their job! Food was amazing. I will miss dining there.

Excellent place and service. We have been coming here occasionally since 2017, and flamm never disappoints. Top quality food, super helpful staff, great location.

- Wonderful beach - best in Bodrum - Very clean rooms & general hotel environment - Tasty breakfast, food & cocktails - Comfortable room with a garden view - Restaurant area has a lovely atmosphere, I can easily say the best in Golturkbuku

- Wi-fi connection was unstable - would not be reliable enough for work video calls - There is a separate beach deck area dedicated to hotel guests, which have buttons to be used for service, which is a great idea, but it did not work most of the time, and there was no dedicated personnel waiting in the deck - Dinner menu was exquisite and the food was tasty, but the pricing does not seem right. Main course prices are acceptable, but all side dishes, starters, drinks, etc. are significantly overpriced

As a family of 3, we enjoy staying at the hotel and spend time on the beach where we feel very comfortable. Child friendly, excellent food and great hospitality. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bodrum or passing through for couple hours.

This is a top notch boutique hotel. Very spacious rooms with everything you would expect and more. The beach is unrivaled, one of the best locations in Bodrum. The food is very delicious and the service is on par with the best restaurants out there. I will definitely come back again next year.

I stayed at Flamm for a week in 2020 and hoped to come back for longer. This year we arranged to come as 4 friends and stayed for 12 days. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Our room was near the sea with a garden of its own. So we kind of had our own private outdoor area. Food was excellent. I only regret not having tasted all of the desserts and the cocktails on the menu.

Really good beach with a supreme restaurant. You can sunbathe either on the pier or on the grass. The sea is really noce too. Or if you want your kid to run around, you can do so around the pool area. The restaurant is really good too. For lunch i recommend turkish dumplings. For dinner the steak is really good. And if you’re a dessert person, you could get the apple baklava.

The hotel is immaculate.The level of service was incredible. It’s rare to be able to find this blend of professionalism, friendliness and attention to details. The beach and the restaurant is a must see. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bodrum.

Minor comment, but the beds were not comfortable. Very rigid and because pillows were shallow, you needed two, which was bad for neck posture.

Everything! rooms are comfortable, clean but not pretentious. Sunbeds are comfy with all day service with a smile. The team is always ready to help with a smile... They know what you like and remember the way you prefer your drinks food etc. cant wait to be back next year

Service levels and not upto the mark for the price that you pay. Hardly anyone can speak in English, some of the their staff are quite rude.

The best hotel & beach club experience. Private dock for hotel guests. Recommend splurging on room right off the beach/view of ocean/dock. Room was trendy and clean. Air conditioning! Right along the beach and other restaurants and flamm def had the best set up

Kahvaltı gayet doyurucu serpme şeklinde,her ürünün en kalitelisi seçilmiş.Akşam yemeği ise kusursuz. Fiyat/performans olarak bakıldığında,Türkbükü'nde böyle bir plajda bulunmak,denize sıfır bir restoranda özenle hazırlanmış yemekler yemek ve bir de üzerine konaklamak şeklinde değerlendirildiğinde bölgedeki diğer alternatiflerle kıyaslanamaz olduğunu düşünüyorum. Yine tüm personelin son derece güler yüzle ağırladığı,bir ricamızı iki etmedikleri bir tatil geçirdik.Seneye mutlaka tekrar gideceğiz. We use the beach on a Saturday. Great staff! (Gurkan or gokhan cannot remember was great), very kind! cocktails and food is amazing. Cool house/lounge music does not interfere with your day. Recommend it to everybody. The sunbeds are away from each other, Covid careful, great environment.

Stayed in Room 12 (Terrace Suit). The quality of services, food&beverages, and the facilities is impeccable. Management philosopy here is based on maximizing guest comfort and satisfaction. The room service, front desk and restaurant/beach area personnel demonstrated great effort to make us happy. The beach is spectacular, the pool is very nice, and the outdoor lounge area is both comfy and aesthetically pleasing. Pets welcome. Kitchen is Michelin star quality, make sure to order the beef rib and the grilled octopus. The only area of improvement I can think of would be increasing the hot water capacity of guest rooms. We had cold water coming from the pipes approximately after 5 minutes in the shower. Will definitely stay again. Big thanks and congrats to Tolga for setting high management standards.

Stayed in one of the converted fishermen’s cottages right on the beach. I have to say this is one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. The cottage is kitted out with his and hers shower, lovely towels and linen and a super comfy bed. The door opens onto a seating area right on the water. The restaurant is good although the menu didn’t change for the duration of our stay and they ran out of the wine I wanted to order and some food. This wasn’t replenished for the next night. I can only imagine that’s because we came right at the end of their season. However, don’t let this deter you from going. The standard of food is very good. It’s a short taxi ride into the busier area of town which is quite upmarket. Not the same vibe as Flamm or relaxed feel to it. Beautiful place though but lots of expensive yachts moored up with beautiful people drinking overpriced cocktails. We cannot thank the hotel enough for their help booking flights. The guy on the front desk was superb.

Always have the best days at flamm - the service, food, and cocktails are superb. The beds are nicely spaced and all hygiene precautions have been taken. Highly recommended for a guaranteed good time!

Positives: + Great beach. Doesn’t get too deep too quickly but is not too shallow either. Seafloor is sandy, no rocks/pebbles. + Select clientele, mature, respectful guests + Extensive breakfast and dinners included in the half-board rate (less alcoholic beverages and add-ons like granola bowls) + You get good meals and service, you won’t be served half-baked meals just because it is included in the rate. Our tables were always served with a new set of table linens, our coffee/tea was refreshed whenever we were finished before we asked for it. + Best staff I’ve seen in a while across local/international, high and low-end properties + Elegant music at the restaurant and beach which is never intrusive or loud (they have a great DJ) + Paw friendly + Interior design of the rooms, beach decks and the restaurant is quite pleasant + Guest rooms have their own beach deck (the main deck us open to daily visitors) + Our standard rooms had a small secluded lawn which we enjoyed for stargazing and when wanted to sunbathe at the privacy of our room + Their website is a good representation of what you are getting Neither positive nor negative: +/- This is not a budget stay, but the value you get for your money is incredible +/- Wi-Fi isn’t fast which we did not mind because we wanted to stay away from it. Access is possible both at the guest rooms and the beach +/- Shoulder seasons (spring, fall) may have rain and not be as warm as summer (we still averaged 27 celsius weather and 24 celsius sea temperatures end of September. If you do not like too hot weather and prefer a little more quiet you will find these periods the best, especially September. +/- Flamm has a beachy, relaxed setting. If you are after s giant concrete resort with hundreds of people, tennis courts and water slides, this is not the place for you. Neither of these were what we were looking for. +/- Bodrum sea can be windy/wavy at times. While this is true for Flamm as well, the bay is prtected by the natural extension of the land almost 3/4 of the way. Thus the property is placed in a bay well-protected. +/- Not much to experience at walking distance. We liked this as it keeps rhe crowd away. +/- Beach menu: If you are an international tourist, you’ll fond the rates decent. If you are a domestic tourist, you are looking at prices a little higher than mid-range Istanbul rates. Quality and good service at a serene place has a cost. Negatives: - No kettle in standard rooms - If you are reserving last minute, you might have difficulty finding availability over the weekends as this is a super popular property for weddings

Wow such a fabulous holiday. I came here on recommendation of friends and it was everything I was looking for. I have a bad back and needed a few days of total relax and totally got it. My room was the beautiful beach suite, where the sea literally laps at your door. The sun beds were so comfortable and wait staff are on hand to bring you everything you might need. Towels food and delicious cocktails. The manager and staff were brilliant and made me so comfortable. Restaurant so chilled, food fabulous and the DJ playlist just perfect! I have travelled all over the world but I've been searching for somewhere like this all my life and will certainly be back. Hopefully next time without a bad back 😊

I generally tend to stay away from "beaches" because of the obvious reasons (over priced meals without quality, rude people, arrogant staff, artificial fols around and etc.). However, none of it existed in Flamm. Very polite and nice service people, high q food and drinks and a good atmosphere. We were with kids and the kids also loved the pool which was a bonus in addition to the sea. This place may not have very budget prices, but I dont think it was a rip-of and I had the feeling that I did get the return of my money. Plan to be coming back.

We stayed in a room right opposite the sea. It was beautiful and tranquil in the mornings. The room and service was excellent and the hotel manager, Tulga, was very accommodating. A really lovely gentleman. We would definitely go again. If I was to offer any advice on improvements it would be not to skimp on small necessities like better luxurious slippers in the room; better quality dryer, fresh drinking water everyday and some variation in breakfast choices, like cereal or yogurt etc.

We visited here for the day (twice) as a guest at the partnering hotel el vino. Really lovely spot. Great decking out on the sea with lovely views and low slung cushion beds. Restaurant to the side and cocktail bar. Pricier than most other places we visited but no more so than you’d expect from such a hotel. Staff a little prickly sometimes, maybe the language barrier. Cocktails and drinks were nice. We added to the tab and paid after. Beautiful scenery. Excellent snorkelling spot. Tasty food at the restaurant. well Kemp’s gardens and grounds. We’d definitely visit again.
