- Friendly accomodating staff - Location being on still clear water - Excellent breakfast - Terrace family suite at the top was refreshing - Tip: take a walk or a short taxi to Golkoy mahallesi and stroll by the beach
- The hotel does provide ironing and laundry services which is good, but an iron board and iron in the room would be convenient for last minute quick press on the run.

Price compares the very small room
Beautiful deck with access to Aegean. Good snack type food. Nice breakfast. Pretty facility.
Terrible pillows. Staff a bit hard to communicate with. Endless loud beating music on sea deck was really annoying.
Lovely palce, great view, the owners are so kind. Thank you 🙏
The staff are all absolutely lovely
Not so much the property but everything is closed nearby. I think the location could be better
The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the room was lovely.
Right on the beach. Very affordable. Super attentive staff and as a bonus there was a Turkish bath to be used.
I had a truly wonderful stay at Elista Spa Hotel! ✨ The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared 🥐🍳 But what really made the difference was the incredibly kind and attentive staff — they made me feel genuinely cared for 💛 Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so special. I’d definitely come back again! 🙏
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this beautifully designed boutique hotel. The tasteful décor and thoughtful details throughout created a truly special atmosphere. We had initially booked the wrong room as two singles, but upon arrival, Ali was incredibly helpful and arranged a more suitable room for us, with the price difference settled later. Despite arriving very early in the morning due to our flight, we were able to reach Ali with ease, and he assisted us immediately. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, were gracious and attentive. Every team member clearly takes pride in their work, and their passion truly enhanced our experience. The hotel’s cleanliness, charming touches, and exquisite interior design made our stay memorable. The nearby pier, just a short walk away and overlooking the sea, was the perfect place to enjoy Bodrum’s beauty in September. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making our stay so special.

Yeri çok güzel, çok temiz be konforluydu
Decor, ambiance and friendly staff
The staff was exceptional. Helping in whatever way they could. Would it be bring something to the room, book taxi's for a very large group of people (we were over 20 people), arranging restaurants near by, everything was very convenient and helpful. I would definitely repeat my stay. Check in / check out was super easy. 12/10 for the staff. And the property was nice, rooms were good value for money, we had a little beach house just in front of the hotel. Very happy with my days there
I really have no complaints
Everything was clean, well maintained and exactly what you need for a holiday. The staff is the real star here and excels in providing excellent hospitality.
Nothing
Great location, good breakfast and good beach/sea area for guests.
The spa sauna was never on and had to be heated in advance if you wanted to use it. And there were no towels in the spa area. It was also loud in the evening.
Great staff, location was great and room was comfortable
Nothing- was lovely!
The property is centrally located in Türkbükü. Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff is wonderful. Sun deck is great for getting a tan and watching boats pass by. Breakfast was included and delicious.
genel her sey cok guzeldi
sahilde muzik sesi gereginden fazlaydi bence
-The Location is great. lots of nice restaurants along the strip outside. They also have a nice beach deck which you can use. - The reception staff were very helpful. The safe wasnt working when we arrived and they immeditately repaired it for us. They were also helpful in organising taxis for us
The breakfast could have been much better. Not much variety and the same was served every day.
Good location, clean beautiful sea
Gran Ubicación y Atención. Desayuno Excelente
I couldn’t wait to share how special this place is. From the very beginning — even before we arrived — we were welcomed not just as guests, but as if we were returning friends. The booking process over WhatsApp was smooth and kind, with Kamil and Bayram at the reception being incredibly helpful and efficient. Knowing I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother, they even sent me a video to show the exact steps and entrance — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel safe and cared for before we even stepped into the hotel. Once we arrived, that same spirit continued. The entire team may not speak fluent English, but their kindness, generosity, and heartfelt attention spoke volumes — far more meaningful than words. Every single member of the staff was warm, present, and genuinely attentive, especially to my mother. Their care made all the difference in our stay. ⸻ Room (S01 – Honeymoon Suite): Every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from soft-close drawers and bedside sockets to a serene balcony with both sunrise and moonrise views. There’s a cozy little gourmet corner with kettle, teas, coffee, and fridge. The bathroom is compact but perfect, with excellent water pressure and lovely, high-quality products (the shampoo and shower gel smell divine). Housekeeping was spotless — our room was taken care of daily by two kind, attentive ladies (Suraya and Medine) who never let us run out of water, towels, or anything we might need. 💧 It’s a wet-style shower — so yes, the bathroom floor can get wet if you’re not careful 😂 But it’s the same in my own home, so I felt right at home! 😉 I brought my laptop to watch films and series and ended up not even needing the TV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. 👉 A thoughtful detail worth mentioning: The sliding glass door to the balcony is sound-insulated, which is ideal since Türkbükü is a lively area — yet inside the room, it feels calm and quiet when the door is shut. The air conditioning is also cleverly designed: it only activates when the balcony door is fully closed, which not only helps with energy efficiency but also ensures that the room stays cool effectively. You can easily control the temperature and fan speed — everything works smoothly and intuitively. ⸻ Breakfast is a true Turkish feast — varied, generous, fresh, and delicious. The pool stays warm from the sun all day — my mum loved it in the late afternoon before sunset. ⸻ The Sea Deck — a hidden gem: The deck area is pure bliss. The sea is calm, crystal clear, and truly feels like a private pool. The gentle steps made it super easy even for my 80-year-old mother to enjoy a refreshing swim. There’s a shower right after, and the whole setup is serene and simple. But what truly made this area shine was the wonderful host at the deck — (Fatih— who, by the way, wears the coolest shirts in Türkbükü). He is kind, attentive, and incredibly generous with his time and energy. Not only does he care for the guests with sincere warmth, but he also goes above and beyond — sharing local tips, helping with anything you might need, and even offering to take you to his favorite spots as if you were an old friend. He brought a beautiful spirit to our stay, and I won’t forget it. But have to mention Eren and Abdul Rahim and I wish I had the name of all of them because they are all absolutely amazing. ⸻ The Area: There’s a super convenient minimarket right next door, open until 2:30am. A lovely seaside promenade starts just outside the hotel, lined with restaurants, and leads to a marina. We had a great kebab at Ahmet Kırtasiye — simple and perfect. Though we rented a car, we barely used it. We visited Bodrum, Yalıkavak Marina, and the charming fishing village of Gümüşlük, where we had fresh grilled fish at Fenerci Restaurant — but honestly, we always wanted to come back “home” to Elista. ⸻ Parking: There’s a small free parking area behind the hotel, but it’s not always available. On the first day, I paid 1,000 TL for 24 hours in a nearby lot. After that, I always managed to find a space — but it’s something to keep in mind, especially during high season. ⸻ Nightlife: If you’re looking for music and a lively dinner vibe, Miam is just steps away. We didn’t go (we were early risers), but walking by at night, the atmosphere felt fun and vibrant. Another detail that makes a difference: the family who owns the hotel is often around — present, caring, and clearly involved in the day-to-day. You’ll even spot their adorable dogs wandering peacefully around … In Brazil, there’s a saying: “tudo funciona bem com o olho do dono” — things run smoothly when the owner is present. And here, you can feel it. Their presence brings excellence to everything. ⸻ Final Thoughts This place has soul. It’s not flashy — but it’s full of care, kindness, and quiet beauty. A gentle kind of luxury, where hospitality is heartfelt and nothing feels forced. We arrived tired — and found balance, warmth, and a feeling of home. Highly recommended. Already dreaming of returning in September. ⸻
Perfect location for us—beautiful surroundings, close to the water, walkable promenade, beach bar with recliner chairs and access to the water. The hotel itself is laid out sensibly. Bedroom with a nice view. Beds comfortable. Outdoor pool was nice for a more private swim (than the dock). Staff was unbelievably helpful. Bayram in particular, helped us schedule a taxi, exchange currency, provided instructions on how to get around—very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a sumptuous feast—generous portions of several different foods—fruits, pastries, eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, bread and jams, delicious coffee or Turkish tea. With other relatives staying at nearby hotels, Elista is an elegant setting at a great price.
The facilities still look very good. There are a few areas where “wear and tear” are starting to show (paint fading or flaked). Note: there is no elevator in this hotel. If you have trouble with stairs (ours was a circular staircase), that might be a problem. That said, many properties in Europe lack an elevator
Çok memnun kaldık çalışanların ilgi alakası güler yüzü ayrıca odaların temizliği kahvaltının enfesliği gitmek isteyen herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederiz
This hotel is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places to stay in Türkbükü, Bodrum. The rooms are absolutely stunning, with gorgeous and tasteful decor that creates a truly luxurious feel. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's pier and bar area – it's such a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Bodrum!"
Great breakfast. Comfy beds. Great shower.
Extremely well located. Friendly staff. We will get back.
Super clean, amazing breakfast and the staff (medina and Azat) were absolutely incredible. Really went above and beyond for us!!
Great location… Excellent Service!
Staff extremely helpful and clean and pleasant room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well presented, nutritious and plentiful. The location was superb. Access to sea swimming from the private deck was a great feature.
The air conditioning was not important to us at the time of year, but the controls were not easy to understand and we could have benefited from some written instructions had we needed to rely on it.
Welcoming staff .. very attentive and helpful .. great service .. blankets are to small on the beds .. lovely tasty breakfast …
The most charming bijoux hotel. Delightful staff who could not have been more helpful, clean well appointed rooms, and great breakfast of local foods. If you want an authentic sea side experience this is the place for you. I had a lovely time.
A wonderful setting, amazing sun deck and access to sea and swimming. Perfect location for a nearby wedding. Would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.
Çok memnun kaldık. Her şey çok güzeldi
Great service
In terms of location, food, the room, and cleanliness - our stay was as expected. We knew the room wasn’t going to be very big, but had weighed this up for the price against other more expensive options in the area. The general vibe of the hotel, including the private pier, was beautiful and calming. It wasn’t overcrowded and felt very relaxing lying out in the sun. All of the food we ate at Elista, including the complimentary breakfast, was really good quality and tasty (and some of the better food we ate along that coast - special mention here NOT to go to Miam which was inedible). Bodrum is an expensive holiday destination in general, so we struggled to find anything cheaper of that quality. Everything else was about £100 more a night.
Aside from the barman and the cleaner, who were friendly and went the extra mile, most of the staff weren’t very friendly, particularly the woman on reception who was rude and unhelpful. We felt like we were a hindrance to the staff. This was surprising, as most of the reviews we read before booking expressed how great the staff are at Elista. The room we booked said it had a garden view, but looked out onto a generator and a wall.
I recently stayed at this hotel in Bodrum, Turkbuku, an area I’m very familiar with. The overall design of the hotel is quite eye-catching, and the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and appeared clean. However, I had a few issues during my stay. First, the bedding: there was only one twin blanket provided on a queen-sized bed, which was uncomfortable for two people. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a coffee machine, water, or a kettle with complimentary drinks—something I would expect for early mornings or late nights spent in the room. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but not bad either. The beach area was a nice touch, and I appreciated the hotel providing towels for the beach. The Turkish coffee was great, but I ordered an iced latte, and unfortunately, there were coffee kernels in it, and the espresso itself wasn’t to our taste. Lunch was also just average, not bad, but nothing special. We paid $260 for the night on a deal, only breakfast included, though the regular price is listed at $300. At this price point, I expected more in terms of services and amenities. Overall, while the design and some aspects of the stay were pleasant, I believe the hotel could improve on the little details that make a stay truly comfortable and worth the price.
Nice pier, nice Turkish breakfast.
The staff at Elista are very rude and slow and their command of the English language is poor- non/ existent which was surprising for a hotel welcoming international guests. The rudest of all was the female receptionist who was extremely unhelpful, forgot to return our passports at check-in and laughed in our faces when we told her our room had not been cleaned. On that note, the hotel has only 1 cleaner so don’t expect your room to be cleaned until very late in the day. We were attending a wedding and needed to shower but did not have clean towels and when we asked the receptionist for these we were told that it was ‘not her job’. The hotel doesn’t provide an iron and instead sends your clothes to be pressed for 300 Lira per item - which is expensive for a crap 3 star hotel. We had to attend a wedding and needed a shirt ironed and were told it was not possible. I was ignored as I am a woman and it took my male partner to complain for the shirt to be sent to a local drycleaner to be pressed. The rooms are very small, dingy and the shower leaks all across the bathroom leading to a very wet floor. We were actually excited to go home as we could not stand being in the hotel room, even just to sleep. Whoever is running this place is making a killing - the price of the rooms should be £100 less per night than they are.
I recently stayed at Elista and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed.
However, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The noise level was a major issue, with the cleaning staff making a lot of noise while servicing the rooms, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, I was disturbed by the constant barking of dogs, which added to the overall noisiness.
The location was amazing! I loved it. The beach is right there and Main Street with all restaurants and stores was just out of the hotel.
Nothing
Property is OK in terms of facilities and well located, but could benefit from more of a service culture from the staff.
We loved this hotel. A bit pricier than surrounding hotels but it is very worth it. It’s not crowded, the staff is friendly, they will go above and beyond to try and get you free parking (otherwise there is a nearby parking lot for a daily fee). They have a great setup with beds on the water. It’s in a great location as well. The room was nice and clean. There is also a swimming pool which I didn’t expect. The breakfast was one of the best we had!! Definitely recommend you splurge and stay here. Also recommend you go to Miam for dinner (we went there both nights we stayed and didn’t regret it). You can get a table for 2 without a reservation if you go before 7:30/8ish!
On the port located
Women at reception did not care about clients ,, nobody at reception at night , no security , very small rooms standard with no light on basement almost .. no Pool usage ,, nothing like on pics bookings website , ,, very expansive for the comfort
This hotel is a newer property in a very nice central location of Turkbuku, however, it is very overpriced compared to all the boutique hotels surrounding it! We paid almost $300 a night and we were told that this was for a budget room underground and that they upgraded us to a standard room which also was not even worth that price! The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and towels were wonderful! The breakfast was ok but it was served in a hot area since there was a metal roof that was radiating heat! All the nearby hotels, meanwhile serve their breakfast in a covered area by the sea on their docks, which is a lot nicer. The staff was nice and friendly most of the time. Adem was a nice waiter who went out of his way to be helpful. Barkın & Beyza were very nice and friendly at the reception. Azat, the bell boy was very nice and Medina was wonderful in the cleaning crew!

Elista is wonderful with its great stuff, fantastic location and amazing beach. I has the best time sipping my iced latte and watching the busy streets of Bodrum. The location is perfect close to all amenities, great location and clubs. There is something for everyone.
I spent a wonderful week at Elista. The staff took very well care of us, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The scenary is extraordinary, the service and the warmth of the staff made us immediately at ease, and food was made with care and fresh fruits and vegetables. I definitively recommend a stay at Elista, and hopefully will return some day.
One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. The hotel's facilities and staff were of very high quality. We are thinking of coming again. Our children had a great time. The food and the beach were of very high quality. We thank you for everything.

The staff was very helpful and the beach was magnificent. The rooms are litteraly equal to 5 star hotel rooms and the room service was extremely helpful even though i was asking too many questions ahaha. 100% Will stay here again. 10/10 Recommend it.
Very expensive for the service they offer.
- The Deck on the Beach is stunning -Hotel situation, in the little center -Room number 322 in a calm area
-Rooms are small, but that is ok. The bed is not comfortable as well as the pillows. -Around the Rooms and Swimming pool area, few things could be upgraded, to make it look nicer -The breakfast is not Waow
The hotel is beautiful, as are the bedrooms and the staff were exceptional - they went above and beyond and were so sweet and thoughtful! Breakfast was possible the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The pool is amazing, location on the Harbor is perfect and lots of delicious, picturesque restaurants a stones throw away… Thank you for having me. Lily
We have just stayed at Elista for four nights and it is a beautiful hotel. We visited out of season and got the feeling there were maybe only four or five other guests during our stay. Turkbuku is about 45 minutes by taxi from Bodrum airport, which was a fixed rate of €55 for the transfer. The property is right on the esplanade which I imagine is great during high season but during our stay almost every property was having work done on the waterfront bar/restaurant areas so it was kind of quiet walking along the front in the evening. It seems that the season was due to start at the end of May. There are (I think) 29 rooms split across three blocks El, Is and Ta. Our room (321) was a good size, with a hot and powerful shower. The shower screen is pretty small so it’s almost like a wet room and the floor around the toilet gets wet after showering. The bedroom doors require you to use your room key to close them without having to pull the food really hard which I guess means you shouldn’t lock your room key in the room. There is a nice pool next to reception. It is quite small so I imagine it might be difficult to get a bed when the hotel is busy. There are however plenty of beds on the decking area in front of the hotel that extends out over the calm and blue (and quite shallow) sea. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented although it took a long time to get served each morning and we wondered what it would be like when there are lots of guests. Staff were really nice and we would happily recommend to others to stay at Elista.
The hotel was in a great location, with a taxi rank just a short walk away.
Swimming g pool out of action, breakfast was basic (orange juice extra) and they forgot to clean our room one day.
Her sey bekledigimiz gibiydi. Temizlik ve konfor guzel. Kahvalti oldukca iyiydi. Calisanlar ozverili ve nazikti. Tesekkur ederiz
Location is great, breakfast is great. Very clean hotel. Particularly the staff is really nice. They are very helpful and kind people. I will definitely go again.
perfect location, with gorgeous deck over the water for swimming. short walk to restaurants.
not a thing, it was perfect!
It had a good location. The staff were welcoming.
There were a few noise issues due to the location and some electricity problems. The quality of food/breakfast wasn’t the best.
The location and staff are very good in the Elista Hotel
Bed isn’t comfortable, and the shower wets the entire bathroom floor during the shower. On the way to our room close to the pool, we saw in many days dog pee and poo on the floor that easily anyone can miss and step on during the night.
The location was very nice , and we really enjoyed the beach side.
The room was quiet small and external spaces were poorly maintened. Quite expensive for what it js.
Rooms small but the area around very nice nice beach
This is unfortunately the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
The photos are are completely misleading. We booked one room with two beds and they gave us another with one bed, and added a fold-out bed that was horribly uncomfortable. The air conditioning was broken and they were unable to fix it or offer us any solution. The woman at the front desk yelled at us and tried to deny us the free breakfast when we complained politely about the experience. I have never been treated so badly at a hotel in my entire life. The room was also very loud. Neither my friend nor I got any sleep because of these conditions. I can’t believe how expensive it was for such a horrible experience. The deck/beach area is also poorly put together and incredibly loud due to thudding base.
I had an excellent stay. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant and the beach is amazing, a good place to relax. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is perfect. I would definitely love to visit again.
