Ramada Plaza By Wyndham, Chandigarh Zirakpur

Location as per my requirement was reasonably good. The staff was reasonably good and Cooperative.

The swimming pool was not clean, bearing dirty water. The lift was non operational. The rooms were having small insects. The bathroom shower hardly had any pressure to take a good shower.

The property seems very old. You can see through the condition of room and common areas. In the name of welcome drink, they are serving you something like electrolytes. Cleanliness does not exist in the hotel. The toilets for room are worse than a public toilet. (You can see the brown stains on commod) The bed sheet and duvet covers are not clean. There are weird stain all over along with unpleasant smell around the place. I was staying in room 5521, which I chose after looking at 10 different rooms since I’ve already paid and they couldn’t refund the money.

The boyfriend took me out to sight see today, we returned to this beautiful setting!!! It made the entire day wonderful. The staff here has been so pleasant and friendly. I’m from the United States and I don’t know much of their language, but I can understand their kindness and that goes along way!! Sapan and Suresh did a beautiful job with the room today thank you so very much.

We chose Ramada Plaza Zirakpur, Chandigarh to host my sister’s wedding in July. The entire team was unbelievably supportive!! The team was with us at every step: Whether it was moving the mandap indoors due to last minute rain, or providing electrical equipment to the make-up artists equipment, or letting us practice our dances at the Sangeet venue until right before the event started Balbir sir helped ensure every event ran smoothly, including last minute requests like a projector and screen. Meena ma’am & Sachin sir helped ensure the check-in process was smooth for all guests. The team event gave us advice for card jackets & wedding stationary!! And they honestly told us when an alternative venue within Ramada was better-suited for the Haldi (and they were right!!) Chef Bikram crafted a beautiful menu, taking into account both the bridge & groom’s preferences. Our relatives mentioned that the food was amazing across all days. Highly recommend the paan ice cream & pineapple halwa! I am grateful to the entire team for hosting my sister’s wedding so wonderfully. They have my absolute recommendation!

they do'nt have cctv footage for my loose sun glass for value 35,000.00 they told me every where we have live camera no recording is avialble on the reception and lobby area please avoid to leave your belongings at the lobby area . They dont cooperate at all to find out my sun glasses stay was for 6000.00 but loos was for 35000.00

My experience was very disappointing from check-in to check-out, especially as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. When we checked into the room, it was full of flies, which was very unpleasant. We also discovered that the bed linen had not been changed and had to call reception to have it replaced. The swimming pool was very dirty and clearly not maintained properly, which was disappointing and made us avoid using it. The reception staff were not familiar with the package we had booked. They were unable to explain what was included, and I had to keep asking for information myself. As we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, I had informed the F&B team in advance to bring the birthday cake after dinner. We waited for more than 20 minutes, but no one brought the cake. In the end, we went back to our room and requested that the cake be delivered there instead. Unfortunately, it took a very long time to arrive, which spoiled the surprise and the celebration. During dinner, no water was offered to our table until we specifically asked for it. Basic hospitality and attentiveness were clearly lacking. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and staff communication were far below the standard expected. What should have been a special family celebration turned into a frustrating experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements so future guests do not have the same experience.

I had a wonderful one-day stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, Chandigarh Zirakpur. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and offered excellent hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my short stay very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had opted for two meal booking. Yesterday when we went for lunch they had not catered for non veg options..on checking they said because of an event they had kept oy vegetarian options ( which were also limited). Though they did serve a chicken dish on the table later but I expected some more decent options..that could have been kept on the other side of the restaurant. There were many other small small things like no socket near the bed for charging, clogged wash basin to say a few. It is a decent place to stay but for my overall experience I found it over priced

The unprofessional and rather rude behaviour wrapped in politeness of the front desk staff. Delay in billing even after full payment and requested checkout a day before with all the details. The staff changes in shifts and nobody passes the proper information during the shift change. The manager dodges you with sorry which doesn't work every time. Resturant staff are busy to themselves and laughing insane during dinner. Bathroom don't drain water.... Mini pool.

I was in room 6625 the shower drain was blocked so in the evening to have shower in the bathrooms that didn’t work so they change my room to 4424 and the shower Slade was no good so i reported these to manger but nothing come of so I will never stay at this hotel again

The size of the room was decent size. Breakfast was great.

First of all their contact number on the website is wrong, that number no longer works. I had so much difficulty to find this hotel because I couldn’t get through their number. I had just landed from Melbourne and was expected to check in around 21:00 hours. I was calling on the number they had mentioned on their website and that had no response. Upon arriving at the counter I asked them why does that number exists on the website if no one is going to answer it. They said they have not updated the current number! Upon arriving into my room, I noticed room size was quite spacious. However, the bathroom blinds were absolutely filthy, it legit had mould on them. The stickers on the glass were torn. The cupboards had their own closing issues. Shower needed a better curtain, the shower drain drains water so slowly that you have to pause your shower to let water drain through first. The room service phone unit had wrong room number. The hand wash was out of soap, the paper towels were not stocked every morning during room cleaning, nor the hand washing soap. It being a one of the well known chains, it did not meet the expectations that you expect it to meet. The photos on website are absolutely misleading about the presentation of the property. The ground reality is totally different.

The breakfast spread/options could have been better. Bacon etc would have made things better, plus thing were not replaced promptly in breakfast buffet.

The experience was good. The restaurant is just okay but the staff is friendly. Special mention for Ankit Dubey who has been very nice and proactive.

Overall experience is okay ish, service/quality needs improvement and even though room size was big. captain manpreet and chef manoj saved the day, she did great service during breakfast.
