מלון ישן,הכל ישן מימי אנטיוכוס,אוכל יפני זוועה. חדרים משנות השבעים עדיןן יש מפתח לחדר. קמצנים ברמות ביקשנו עוד 2 ענבים כי זה מה שהביאו דרשו על זה תוספת תשלום. לא ממליץ להתקרב.

Il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente lo staff, con noi sono stati super carini e gentili, cercando di rispondere sempre alle nostre richieste. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera tradizionale vista lago, molto carina.

Alcuni ambienti sono un po’ vecchio stile ma onestamente non c’è niente di particolarmente rilevante da segnalare in questo campo.

Everything is great! I booked the open bath, and it was very pleasant experience. I tried on-sen, and i really recommend it! The hotel has shuttle bus service, restaurant, the bikes rental is nearby.

Some renovations needed for a better experience, for example there was spots on the walls and the valve on the sink was loose. But that is not really bothers me. A little hard to navigate, because there is 2 steps, and they go to different places.

The view was phenomenal and the food was great. The hotel was next to a park, which is ideal for a stroll after dinner. The baths were clean and enjoyable. Great shuttle service.

You do see and feel the age of the hotel. Our room felt old. Even the bathroom had a bit of cobwebs. The chairs felt like something out of the 80s.

Das Zimmer und das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren sehr Japanisch aber sehr Schön. Personal war freundlich das Zimmer sehr schön mit eigenen Onsen auf den Balkon mit Blick zu Futji.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und Da etwas neue Farbe Vertragen.

A vista para o mont Fuji de um lado e o lago kawaguchiko do outro e o facto de termos banheira privada no quarto. Eles têm transfer gratuito de e para o hotel.

A banheira já estava cheia antes de nós chegarmos e não dava uma sensação de limpa. O pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar para quem é europeu. Não é mau, mas é preciso atenção que é mesmo tradicional japonês e mesmo quando é considerado “western” difere bastante. Para ter o serviço de transfer, caso não tenham número japonês, é necessário pedir na estação que liguem para o hotel a solicitar o serviço

The old feeling style and filled with memories. Though, it’s old but it felt nice to feel something familiar. Nowadays everything modern is boring. The onsen I enjoyed it quite well. Sadly that day I couldn’t see Mount Fuji. The stay was wonderful for me.

It’s not that I didn’t like, I was wondering why did the bathroom smell abit.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Auch die vegetarische Option hat gut geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Dusche und das WC waren in getrennten Räumen. Das Ryokan bot einige Produkte wie einen Kamm, Zahnbürste mit Zahnpasta, sowie Yukata und Obi zum Benutzen an. Das Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unsere Dusche roch stark nach Abfluss, was sich ohne das Einschalten der Lüftung zunächst im ganzen Zimmer ausbreitete. Die Onsen sind sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Man sah mehrfach dunkle Flecken in den Fugen sowie Chlorablagerungen. Alles funktionnierte jedoch einwandfrei.

Lugar y trato excepcionales. Si buscas una experiencia tradicional de un ryokan es muy buena opción. Cogimos la habitación con onsen privado y vistas al Fuji, con desayuno incluido. Todo limpio, ordenado y el trato del personal excepcional. Aparte, yo personalmente tengo bastantes tatuajes y no me pusieron problemas

The place has a great view and food is very healthy and tasty

The whole place is a bit old, paint moisture machines noises. The carpet smells. Also we took a traditional tatami room and we could hear from the floor the sound and vibration from the washing machines close by. The staff was very nice and the view perfect. The Onsen was also dirty (hair, black stuff floating, floor broken).

The location is fantastic, just across the street from a lovely park. Walkable to restaurants and the grocery. And the views of Mt. Fuji are excellent if you select a Mountain View room. The public baths are full of surprises, don’t miss the roof top tub with a eye level view of Fujisan! We didn’t have opportunity to dine for dinner but the breakfast was excellent. Service was spectacular, staff was attentive and caring. They even took time to help us with our train schedule and booked an early shuttle to accommodate our schedule.

I don’t have any negative feedback from our stay!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Es gibt einen Spa-Bereich und ein Restaurant. Die Matratze ist bequem. Der Spa-Bereich ist ausgezeichnet! Das Essen im Restaurant war richtig lecker. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!

The hotel itself is a bit old. It is clean and tidy but everything is if you would move back to the nineties.

Beautiful view and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Nothing major, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing was the location of the luggage storage which is in front of the fridge which makes it awkward to open.

Very nice stay and the dinner was very good. The best part is the location, near the hotel is a park which has amazing views of Mount Fuji if you go early in the morning (zero tourists too ;))

Nice location. Food was a great Japanese experience. Staff very kindly and diligently provided vegan meals for my daughter that looked as amazing, and with as much variety, as for the regular meals. Lovely to have an onsen to use. Nice to use the different sides of the onsen as the men and women’s changed round over night. Pool up steps when right hand entrance particularly nice.

Hotel a bit ‘tired’ and a shame - not that that is the hotels fault - that no Japanese guests when we were there (and the other tourists didn’t know the etiquette to wear the lovely yugata around the hotel)

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the very first moment. While we were enjoying dinner, they prepared our futons for the night and were always available to help with any questions we had. The terrace on the upper floor offered a stunning, almost unobstructed view of Mount Fuji, making the experience even more special.

As someone who has experienced traditional Japanese ryokan dinners before, I felt that the meal here was slightly adapted to Western tastes. We also booked the room with the bathtub. In the past, when I’ve stayed in ryokans and booked rooms with a private bath, it was more like having a private onsen. Here, it was simply a regular bathtub. It was still nice, but a little disappointing since we were expecting something different.

Upon checking-in, we were informed that the private Onsen will be free with our booking, so we booked it twice thinking it was very, however upon checking out i got surprised that they charged us for both times we used the private Onsen (wasn’t expensive though)

This is a wonderful and relaxing hotel. The food was so thoughtful and incredibly artistic for how nutritious it was. We enjoyed walks along the lake nearby and how close it was to Mount Fuji. I am hoping to return sometime as it was one of my favorite stops in Japan.

We hebben gekozen voor een vier persoonskamer met een privé onsen. De kamer was heel mooi en de onsen was een lig (bubbelbad). Voor de echte onsen moest je in het hotel naar de publieke onsen. Deze onsen was heel erg warm, ik denk een gaat of 42. We hebben geboekt inclusief ontbijt en diner. Dit was werkelijk fantastisch eten. De tafel werd erg mooi gedekt en het eten was iedere dag weer een verrassing. Er rijdt een gratis shuttlebus van en naar het station van Kawaguchiko.

Rooms are very rustic. Sleeping on yoga like mattresses on the floor. No night lamps. Breakfast was served without choice, not to our liking.

Alle Mahlzeiten waren hervorragend, aber ausschliesslich japanisch. Beste Aussicht vom nahegelegenen Park auf den Mount Fuji und den See. Der Fahrdienst vom Hotel war hervorragend.

It’s traditional spot, rooms look exactly how you expect from ryokan, onsen is pretty good and clean. Food was unexpectedly good, here I disagree with other commenters.

The hotel and rooms are weary, traditional room that we stayed in wasn’t clean by Japanese standards, there was dust and dirt in some spots. One set of towels that you should take with yourself to onsen as well. The hotel itself also feels like it had better times and there is not enough customers to keep it in a good form. Staff tries to do whatever they can, but the resulting impression is disappointing for the price. However, I may be biased since I didn’t have any ryokan experience before and so it‘s all expected.

Es war eine rundum ausgezeichnete Erfahrung! Das Hotel liegt perfekt angebunden zu Kawaguchiko, nur ein paar Busstationen vom Oishi Park entfernt und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick sowohl auf den Lake Kawaguchiko, als auch auf den Mount Fuji. Es ist sehr traditionell, wenn man ein Ryokan-Zimmer bucht. Das Onsen ist toll ausgestattet und einfach eine Ruhe-Oase, inmitten der Berge. Das Restaurant bot uns eine traditionell japanische und köstliche Gourmet-Erfahrung und alle waren höflich, zuvorkommend und sehr nett.

The roof terrace has a great view of Mt. Fuji. Good views of the lake from the window in the room. Futons and yukatas in the room made it more immersive. Meals were a nice experience, though could do with more direction about which order to eat things in. Private onsen was nice. The staff were really helpful.

Wi-Fi in our room was unusable (good in the lobby). Only cash accepted for accommodation tax & private onsen.

I liked how kind the staff was. The traditional food was fun to try. I liked the open air baths.

We had to check in very late due to a typhoon. It was non-refundable. Otherwise we would have tried for a different date. I was disappointed that we didn't get much time there due to things out of our control. We would have liked to enjoy it more. We couldn't see Mt. Fuji out of our Fuji View room due to the weather as well.

Quiet clean room has amazing view of Fuji-san! There’s even a public onsen (and you can reserve a spot for private onsen bath). Just opposite Kawaguchi-Ko and you can take a stroll around Yagizaki park for a beautiful scenic view of Fuji-san!

Distance from station - need to call them for pick up but that’s the price you pay for peace and serenity and a place by the lake!

Besonders gut war natürlich die direkte Aussicht auf den Fuji und der private Onsen auf dem Balkon. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und der Service war super.

Leider ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mit kleinen Restaurierungen wieder glänzen. Das Frühstück und Abendmenü könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen, ansonsten war es okay und es war mal etwas anderes.

Booked a room with futon and lake view and had a very good time. Room was very spacious and had clean bedding which were very comfy. Had a nice view of the lake too. Loved the pick up plus drop off service from and to kawaguchiko station. Friendly staff.

From start to end, I enjoyed every single moment! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff that immediately took over our luggage, check in was smooth and they brought us to our room. Introduced us to the facilities, showed us how to use the hot bath and allowed the ladies to choose our yukata! The room was very spacious with tatami floor, and they came at 6pm to prepare our futon beds. The hot bath was already prepared upon our arrival, I enjoyed soaking in the bath with a magnificent view of Mt Fuji when the skies was clear. Staff was super accommodating and very professional, they made sure our stay was comfortable and inviting. Will definitely come back again!

As my stay was very short, everything was within my expectations. There was absolutely nothing I can complain about!

המלון נמצא במיקום יפה מאוד משקיף על האגם, החדרים מסורתיים עם מחצלת טטאמי ומרווחים. למלון יש הונסן יפה ונוח מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר מסורתית ומאוד עשירה. נראה שלמרות שהמלון אינו חדש הוא מתוחזק טוב ומאוד נעים לשהיה בו.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage. Wir sind mit unserer 3-Jährigen Tochter angereist und konnten somit jeden Tag den privaten Onsen nutzen. Auch die Nutzung des öffentlichen Onsen mit Kind war kein Problem. Weiterhin war das Essen eine absolute 10/10! Unfassbar gut und absolut weiter zu empfehlen :)

Leider ist das Hotel schon relativ gealtert, die Zimmer sind alt und sehr hellhörig.

Die Lage der Hotel ist wirklich super. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes traditionelles Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und haben es genossen. Die Onsen geben einen tollen Blick auf den Fuji.

Das Hotel könnte etwas erneuert werden, da es etwas heruntergekommen ist. Wir hatten das Frühstück dabei und leider war es nicht gut , was wir von der japanischen küche nicht gewohnt sind.

This ia not only a hotel, is a full Japanese experience. We stayed in a tatami room with private Onsen and it was perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast had o a lot of options and it was tasty. We will always remember the experience from this hotel

El Onsen espectacular ( el privado no merece tanto la pena), comida tradicional buenísima ( estaba todo buenísimo pero faltan opciones más occidentales) , la habitación estilo tradicional era súper bonita te dan un kimono para estar por allí muy chulo y el personal excelente muy serviciales.

Las instalaciones están viejecitas y más opciones en la comida.

Équipements un peu viellot, mais accueil sympathique et professionnel Les futons sont un peu minces à mon gout Nous avons dîné le soir, c'était très bon, parcontre attention, petit déjeuner seulement avec des produits salé

Um hotel clássico japonês. MUITO bem localizado, com uma estrutura completa e uma vivência única, principalmente se pegar a meia pensão. Onsen e vistas é o grande diferencial.

O hotel é antigo, o que pode vir a fazer parte do charme dele. Porém, vale se atentar que isso abre espaço para algumas sujeirinhas, principalmente no onsen.

Location by the lake is beautiful. The dinner and breakfast was totally worth it. The onsen with Monte Fuji view was a very nice experience. Friendly staff. Pick up at the station was a plus and very fast reply service.

For such a destination, they could offer the guests a bike to go around or possibility for rental.

The bathroom wasn't super clean, but the overall stay was amazing! I would suggest explaining the kaiseki meals to guests since we were not sure how to start and when to eat certain dishes.
