The hot springs are open from PM 3:00-11:00 and AM 6:00-9:00.
To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttles are offered between 15:00 and 20:00. Guests must also call the hotel upon arrival at Kawaguchiko Train Station.
Free shuttles to Kawaguchiko Train Station from the hotel are available at 08:45 and 09:45.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026rapporto qualità prezzo a dir poco eccellente, consiglio assolutamente di prendere il pacchetto con la colazione, merita davvero tanto ed è buonissima i gestori sono persone davvero gentili e offrono anche un servizio di navetta gratuito per la stazione davvero comodo mi raccomando, private l’Onsen, ne vale davvero tanto la pena consiglio anche di dormire nella stanza con tatami e futon, è stata davvero una bella esperienza, e la vista era mozzafiato

Los baños compartidos. Es algo incomodo no tener baño en la habitación y tener que ir al onsen para poder ducharte .

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Accoglienza caloroso e molto gentile del proprietario. La struttura è una locanda tradizionale a gestione familiare, ma ha tutti i comfort necessari. Eccezionale la colazione tradizionale, ottima e cucinata con grande attenzione anche nella presentazione!
Accedere in macchina non è semplice perche non si capisce subito che bisogna salire una rampa di accesso molto pendente. Ma seguendo indicazioni di maps non si puo sbagliare.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Le propriétaire ne parlait que Japonais, mais a été très patient avec l'application du téléphone pour nous répondre. Il nous a arrangés pour notre arrivée. Nous avons pu lui laisser nos bagages plus longtemps avant notre arrivée et au moment de partir. L'hébergement est au bord du lac, et est très bien situé, 20/25 minutes à pieds du centre ville, proche du feu d'artifices qui a lieu début juillet. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable!
J'ai payé un peu plus cher pour une chambre avec vue sur le mont Fuji, mais malheureusement le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous (trop de brouillard)!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Il Ryokan è situato in un' ottima posizione per vedere il monte Fuji,peccato che noi a causa del tempo nuvoloso non abbiamo potuto ammirarlo. La struttura dispone anche di una bella terrazza panoramica con vista sulla montagna. Molto comodo il servizio navetta gratuita da e per la stazione.
La vasca per l' ofuro è un po' piccola.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The Japanese traditional essence, the view from inside the room and the balcony, and the staff were impeccable. The room felt really comfortable. Breakfast was incredible! We also got a ride from the Ryokan to Kawaguchiko station when leaving, which was great.
Having some shared facilities can be bothersome for some people, but we found it okay.

Dommage de ne pas avoir au moins des WC et un lavabo dans la chambre - tout est commun, les douches sont même au RDC dans le Onsen (qui est commun intrasexe et pas de vêtements autorisés) Un peu excentré de la gare (30 min à pied et 2 navettes tôt le matin) et des divers restaurants de Kawaguchiko Lake. La terrasse est sous-exploitée (pas de table et pas de lumière le soir).

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Las habitaciones son muy grandes, amplias y comodisimas y la experiencia de dormir en un futón fue de lo más agradable. El onsen era una maravilla, también nos encantó poder disfrutar de esa experiencia por primera vez. Se puede reservar en pareja durante 40 min y usarlo de forma privada. A destacar además lo agradable, simpático y resolutivo que es el propietario. Nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y se mostraba atento y disponible con todos los huéspedes. Además, ofrece también un shuttle gratuitamente desde el ryokan hasta la estación de Kawaguchiko a las 08:45 y 09:45. 100% recomendable. Si volvemos a Japón nos encantaría repetir. Nos arrepentimos de no haber reservado el desayuno, que tenía una pinta increíble.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze authentieke ryokan. Het was een bijzondere ervaring om in een echte Japanse ryokan te overnachten en we hebben uitstekend geslapen op de comfortabele futonbedden. Er waren volop voorzieningen aanwezig, zoals shampoo, douchegel, handzeep en zelfs een tandenborstel met tandpasta. De gastheer was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. We communiceerden via Google Translate, wat prima werkte en zorgde voor leuke gesprekken. Het Japanse ontbijt was met veel zorg en liefde bereid en erg uitgebreid. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er verschillende visgerechten worden geserveerd. Als je geen vis eet of niet van vis houdt, is het verstandig dit vooraf door te geven. De ryokan is goed bereikbaar met de Green Line-bus; vanaf de bushalte is het ongeveer vier minuten lopen. Ook lopen vanaf het busstation is goed te doen en duurt ongeveer 20 tot 25 minuten. Al met al een authentieke en warme ervaring die wij zeker aanraden aan iedereen die een traditionele Japanse ryokan wil beleven.
Het gebouw is wat ouder, wat je ook terugziet in het traditionele interieur, maar alles was zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Het enige kleine aandachtspunt zijn de lichte gordijnen, waardoor er 's ochtends vrij veel daglicht de kamer binnenkomt.

The hosts were incredibly polite, kind, and helpful — true professionals who made us feel like welcomed guests. But what truly made this place unforgettable was the spectacular view of Mount Fuji right from our room window. The view was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! The breakfast was another standout — quite simply the most delicious breakfast we had during our whole time in Japan.

Очень удобное место расположения для прогулок, выход прямо на озеро, рядом прекрасный парк. От вокзала пешком 30 минут, но хозяин вас отвезёт и привезёт – не стесняйтесь просить об этом, да он и сам предложит. Такого завтрака, как здесь, не встречал нигде. Готовиться индивидуально, из свежих и качественных продуктов, очень разнообразный и большой! Для тех кто едет – учитывайте, что это именно традиционное жильё, а не европейский номер. В нашем номере был только туалет и раковина для умывания, ближайший душ – в онсене также на территории отеля, но это нисколько не уменьшает до достоинств объекта. И ещё раз огромное спасибо хозяину.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026居住体验： 工作日入住客人不多，夜晚非常安静，睡眠质量很好。浴池泡澡极其舒适，店内还提供和服体验，整体氛围很有国内“浙江优质民宿”的亲切感。 服务态度： 老板非常敬业，一个人包揽了早餐制作以及河口湖站的往返接送，辛苦且周到。 总体评价： 是一家极具性价比、充满人情味的宝藏住宿。
地理位置确实有些偏僻，如果自己搭乘红线bus过去，下车还得步行10分钟。入住的是比较传统的日式客房，连榻榻米床铺都需要自己动手铺设，对住惯现代酒店的人来说需要稍微适应一下，不过也是一种挺新奇的体验。

Nous n'avons pas réussi à joindre l'hôtel à temps pour savoir où et quand prendre la navette et n'ayant pas trouvé de taxi, nous avons du nous y rendre à pied. Il aurait été souhaitable de connaître avant de nous y rendre les horaires que nous avons eu ensuite.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The staff were very friendly and the traditional breakfast was amazing! The location was great too, right by the lake with a park nearby to enjoy views of mount Fuji. There is also a view from the roof. Nearby, there is a place where you can rent electric bikes or regular ones for the entire day, which gives an easy way to explore the lakes. The elderly man who was running the ryokan was so friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. He always made sure everything was ok, and when I mentioned I wanted to go to 5th station on the mountain, he went above and beyond to help me find cheap tickets at kawaguchiko station. He also helped me carry my bags and provided a shuttle transportation to the train station when requested. I also adored the traditional room with the tatami mats, the futon bed and the yukata for the hot spring, as well as the view of Fuji from my room's window as I woken up. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to go to Mount Fuji and have an excellent stay.

La chambre est simple, le mobilier un peu vétuste mais elle offre une superbe vue sur le mont Fuji. Nous aussi apprécié le service de navette gratuit offert entre le logement et la gare.
Le personnel est très serviable mais parle un anglais basique. Le tarif est un peu élevé mais aligné sur les prix de la région.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026El propietari va ser molt simpàtic i agradable. El ryokan era gran i estava net. L'habitació era espaiosa i teníem vistes al mont Fuji. L'esmorzar era espectacular. Com que està lluny de l'estació, ofereix un servei molt útil de recollida desde l'estació.
El bany públic de les dones era una mica petit i antiquat

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Es uno de los mejores Ryokan en los que hemos estado. Es un lugar donde prima lo verdaderamente japonés tradicional. Limpieza, amabilidad de la familia dueña( nos llevaron a la estación solo a nosotros) un onsen muy amplio y confortable. Tiene también una terraza con vistas impresionantes al Fuji. Queremos volver y espero que en mi próxima visita pueda manejar mejor el japonés y entablar conversaciones más profundas.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Our favourite night in Japan so far - I couldn't recommend it higher! We had a glimpse of the base of Fuji on a rainy fay but to be honest, I would recommend it even if you don't have a view of Fuji (which we all know, is rare). The rooms are very traditional and it really feels like you are staying in someone's home. The breakfast is amazing, too!

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They provided relevant and unique information for seeing Fuji as I'd wanted to, but it was rainy the first day. The breakfast was delicious.
The lack of busses in that vicinity, but it's not their fault. The place is on the lake with great views and they provide shuttles to and from (times are limited with both but they're present)

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Lovely ryokan. Family-run. Very clean. Amazing, unobstructed view of Mount Fuji. There is a breathtaking view of the volcano from the rooftop. Beside Lake Kawaguchiko with lovely views of that too. I had a big but cosy tatami room with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The breakfast was amazing and it was different every day. The owners are very kind, helpful and responded quickly to my messages, before I arrived. The ryokan itself was really nice after a day of sightseeing and you can book a private time to use it. The owners offer pick ups and drop offs to the bus and train station. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Le petit déjeuner était somptueux ! Nous avons pu privatiser le Onsen pendant 40 min pour 1000 yens japonais. La chambre 12 a vue sur le Mont Fuji, c'était exceptionnel. Nous appréhendions le couchage sur tatami mais les matelas étaient confortables même pour un gabarit de 90kg ! L'aubergiste nous a même amené à la gare routière le matin même. Cela nous a facilité la suite de notre séjour. Nous recommandons, M. Watanabe était aux petits soins ! Encore merci !
L'hiver, au Japon, les logements ne sont pas très bien isolés mais le tapis chauffant et le chauffage nous ont permis de ne pas avoir trop froid dans ce Ryokan.

Первое знакомство с онсеном состоялось именно здесь, и мы остались очень довольны этими общественными японскими банями. Вид из номера и вид с крыши были просто потрясающими. Хозяин такое пошёл нам на встречу и приготовил для нас настоящий японский завтрак, лучший, что мы пробовали за всю нашу поездку.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Raramente valuto con un 10 un alloggio. Questa esperienza si merita una valutazione massima per diversi motivi. Innanzitutto il padrone di casa è gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto. Nonostante la barriera linguistica limiti le interazioni, ci siamo capiti discretamente bene. La camera è tipica giapponese con pavimento in tatami e letto futon da assemblare alla sera. E' stato davvero divertente costruire il letto in autonomia per la sera, spostando il tavolino. Un'autentico salto nella cultura locale, compreso di vestiti tipici per la notte! La colazione che avevamo prenotato poi è stata eccezionale: il padrone di casa ci ha preparato una colazione abbondantissima, piena di prelibatezze locali davvero squisite. Ultimo appunto positivo, la navetta per la stazione dei treni, 2 volte al giorno (al mattino). Che dire, l'esperienza più vera e autentica di tutto il viaggio in Giappone. PS. il tutto con una splendida vista sul monte Fuji!
La camera un po' fredda alla notte, anche se c'era la coperta termica.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Breakfasts exceeded our expectation- each morning we had a set breakfast included 3 different fish, 2 pork dishes, 1 egg dish, plus salad, yogurt, and 3 different type of fruits. The items also changed between the two days we stayed there. It was absolutely amazing!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The view on the rooftop, the chamber was nice, not too pricey in the end if you don't go alone. Among the few places we stayed it was probably the best one, not to mention the breakfast. Kawaguchiko il a beautiful place too.
