Das Personal ist rundum bemüht, sowohl was die Sauberkeit, als auch die Freundlichkeit angeht. Es sind alle zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, fleißig und achten auf die Einhaltung aller Regeln, auch was Ruhe und Rücksicht angeht. Ich war 10 Tage vor Ort und kann es nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Es gibt ständig eine Fluktuation von Gästen gibt, die nur 1-2 Nächte bleiben, das Personal schafft es jeden Tag diesen Anforderungen mit Freundlichkeit und Fleiß gerecht zu werden.

Jeder Gast kann Geschirr abspülen! Zur Entlastung des PERSONALS wäre es aber hilfreich, wenn ein funktionierender Geschirrspüler für das Frühstücksgeschirr vorhanden wäre!

Mala experiencia. Las camas no tenían cortinas, por lo que no había privacidad. El personal era poco amable y había demasiadas limitaciones. Además, solo había dos baños y dos regaderas para mujeres, con muy poca privacidad, ya que prácticamente se veía todo.

Pokój dwuosobowy wysoko po schodach, ale to ciekawy budynek. Łazienka obok pokoju była wspólna, ale nikogo nie widziałem. Śniadanie na parterze bardzo dobre. Jest też mały ogród. Kuchnia zamykana o 22.00.

Le tarif avant tout avec petit déjeuner inclus (simple mais suffisant) L’auberge de jeune est propre, le personnel très bien. La cuisine contient tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire à manger.

Maybe the house rules are not communicated properly. Some guests took showers at 2am, when it's not allowed to shower after 11pm, and that made a lot of noise + lights for other rooms and guests. Somebody also had a smoke while taking a poo poo, and that made the whole bathroom stink like tabacoo for 2 days..

Best hostel ever. Immaculately clean and bright, smells very good everywhere. Showers & Toilets are great. Lovely wooden flooring all over the house. Flan open kitchen overlooking the large garden.

Somo rules are awkward: a) You can't Checking IN after 11 pm because the hostel is completely closed and nobody will open the door for you.... b) The kitchen closes at 10:30pm b) You cannot have a shower after 11pm. So, if you arre lucky enough to have a late shag (I had a couple during my stay) you´ll have to go to bed with it... c) It looks like you can only fart Tuesdays & Thursdays, once a day from 7 pm to 11 pm.....So life finishes at 11pm.

Acredito que falta de privacidade nas camas, acredito que ter cortina ajudaria um pouco. Para trocar uma t-shirt eu tinha de ir a casa de banho rs.

The location is fine, the property is clean, and having breakfast included for such a low price is a definite plus compared to other budget options, saving you from having to head out immediately to eat. It works fine for older travelers, families with children, or anyone strictly looking for absolute silence and a cheap bed to crash in

My stay here was extremely disappointing due to the rigid rules and complete lack of empathy from the staff. They honestly might as well rebrand this place to an "elderly retirement home" instead of a hostel. If you are out exploring during the day and hope to relax, chill, or connect with others in the evening, this is NOT the place: Zero social atmosphere & nowhere to talk: Because the kitchen, living room, and garden lock down at 22:30, your only chance to meet people is during the short breakfast window or a brief chat in the room before bed/checkout. Since dorms and hallways require silence (staff immediately intervened angrily when quiet conversation happened in the hallway at night), having no open common area leaves you with nowhere on the premises to talk. You are forced to either sit in absolute silence or leave the premises entirely. No 24/7 reception: There is no front desk staff overnight, meaning that if you accidentally lock yourself out or misplace a key, you are completely stranded outside with zero assistance. Locked out of basic necessities: Arriving with food in the evening, I was forbidden from taking cutlery, could not store leftovers in the fridge, and was denied access to cold drinks I had already put inside. (The only silver lining was that I was eventually able to retrieve my groceries before leaving). Bizarre bathroom rules: Showering is strictly forbidden after 22:30. Mandatory room lockout: Guests are forced to leave the dorms between 11:00 and 13:30 every day for cleaning, leaving you stranded if you need rest. Basic breakfast: While included, the breakfast itself is very bare-bones and underwhelming. Patronizing staff & zero hospitality: Right after checking out, I sat down in the lobby for a few minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and book my onward transport.

The common rooms are closed in the night and we are around 14 people per room so could be a little noisy. It look like a huge dormitory without a space to be alone in your room.

Hola que hay chinches qué me han picado y q tienen q desinfectar el lugar para q a otros huéspedes no les pase lo mismo q a mí q estoy llena de picaduras y que tengan más limpio , q hasta la fecha en ningún otro sitio me había pasado esto es la primera vez y adjunto foto para q lo vean yo no doy ninguna valoración a este sitio

As meninas super simpáticas. Desde do check-in ao checkout. Explicaram o funcionamento do alojamento. O pequeno almoço era bem servido e podia comer a vontade, com variedade de chas, pão, queijo, fiambre, leite, café, capuccino, chocolate, cereais. A área comum era bem limpa e aconchegante. Não teria problemas em me hospedar novamente.

O fato de poder tomar banho entre as 08h e 22h. A casa de banho feminina só tinha uma sanita e uma ducha a funcionar, e tinha um pequeno vazamento. Não tinha ventoinha nem ar condicionado no quarto, tivemos que dormir com as portas e janelas abertas, e o barulho da rua incomodava um pouco. A beliche superior balançava muito o que com certeza incomodava quem dormia na cama de baixo.

Si llegas 5 minutos mas tarde de las 11.00 ya no puedes hacer el check in. Creo que es muy inportante saberlo cuando dependes de un avión y no tiene ninguna flexibilidad no avisando con 2 dias de antelación

Calidad precio increíble. Lo mejor el desayuno buena variedad y las duchas-baños muy logrados, se respeta la privacidad. La terraza muy de Chill.

Para el que no le guste andar, quizás le resulte un poco lejos del centro, para mí no fue un inconveniente.

Schöner Altbau, gutes Frühstück, Lage top, Porto ist eine tolle Stadt und im So coo Hostel haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Keine echte Kritik, da es bei einem Hostel und zu diesem Preis nicht zu erwarten ist, aber wir hatten ein 2-Bett-Zimmer ganz ob unterm Dach und ein Fahrstuhl wäre grandios gewesen um die schweren Rucksäcke hoch zu bekommen. Hat aber auch so geklappt.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and there are enough power outlets, although not all of them are located close to the beds. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the E line train station, which connects directly from the airport. The breakfast is good and starts at 8:30. If I may share a small suggestion, for those walking the Camino de Santiago, this time might feel a little late because it means starting the walk later and spending more hours walking under the sun. This is just my personal opinion, though. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this place.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Servicepersonal war freundlich. Das Hostel liegt nahe an einer Metrostation. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restsurants

Als ich 6.50 Uhr eine Dusche machte, wurde ich durch die Tür von einer Angestellten beschimpft, wir unkorrekt ich sei, vor sieben Uhr zu duschen. Allerdings hatte ich dazu keine Info bekommen. Für die Frauen (d.h. für fie Hälfte der Gäste) standen nur 2 Duschen und zwei WC‘s zur Verfügung, für die Männer die doppelte Anzahl. Im Bad gab es einen Gummiteppich, der immrr total durchnässt war.

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner sont très.bien. Le jardin aussi est un plus. Pour une ou deux nuits, l’établissement convient parfaitement.

La chambre est vieillote et c’est une veille bâtisse dlonc tout grince un peu et est plutôt sonore.

Entry time was too late around 2-3 o’clock and exit is early around 11 o’clock in the morning. The entrance time should be 1-2 o’clock. And exit should be 12 o’clock.

the location is truly amazing and everything is accessibler by foot or public transport. The rooms where nice, with a "private" bathroom for the only-girl dorm which was really appreciated :)

Not so cool The wellcoming was really dry, we arrived 1h before the check in and they almost didn't let us in, we had to specify we wanted to leave our luggage. We then wanted to sit in a communal area to organise our stay, turned out they were "closed" and we weren't able to stay (we understood after they looked at us weirdly for 30sec before saying, like it was common sense, that we had to leave). The workers there were really dry and not nice at all (they truly didn't smile once). Except the owner (we guessed) who was here at 21:00 when we came for check in and who gave us some tips for our stay. You have to leave from 11:00 to 14:00 everyday but no one told us so we were ejected out our room at 11 without time to get ready nor go to the toilet (the communal toilets were also closed ofc). And even when they could have warned us they didn't took this chance: one worker came at 10:30 when my friend was already awake to just look at her and then leave (seeing me still asleep) before coming back at 11:00 and throw us out very very not nicely.

I appreciated the wonderful customer service I received. For whatever silly reason I had confused my dates online and then booked for 2 people rather than one. This was all sorted by the staff ( Kristina - spelling OK I hope - was so helpful and kind throughout as she spent a good while TWICE on the phone to sort this out ). Meanwhile I found an excellent coffee shop that opened very early ...6am I think ...and I went there early morning to attend to work matters.

Hostel bardzo czysty, z dobrą lokalizacja, obsługa bardzo miła. Gorąco polecam.

The people at the reception desk were really kind and helpful, the room was nice and clean.

The schedules for showering. We like night walks but we had to head to the hostel early to take a shower before the curfew (23.00) and also, because the next morning we had trips before 6 am or flights so we couldn't take a shower in the morning (shower time starts at 7.00)

Simpatia dos funcionários, em especial da Susana, que mostrou disponibilidade para nos receber fora do horário de check in, devido ao atraso do nosso vôo. Pequeno almoço bom.

Kellemes kert és viszonylag jól felszerelt konyha. Tágas szobák. Nagyon kedves volt a recepciós hölgy.

Nem használhatod a konyhát, kertet és a zuhanyzót este 11 és reggel 7 között. Nagyon zajos környék, forgalmas utcára néz a szobák fele. Csukott ablaknál a meleg miatt, nyitottnál a zaj miatt nem tudsz aludni (még füldugóval sem). Az ágy nem igazán masszív. Ha a veled egy emeletes ágyon alvó már kicsit is megmozdul, mozog az egész ágy és felébredsz, a létrája is kellemetlen a talpnak. A reggeli nagyon minimális, igaz ezért az árért nem vártam túl sokat.

Air conditioning was helpful during the heat wave. Breakfast being included was super handy.

The bathroom was very outdated, had to hold the shower head, the water stopped working at one point during our stay, there wasn’t a lot of space to sit on the toilet.

It is a bit further from the centre, so there is no noise of the city, just birds. Clean shared bathrooms.

The key couln’t unlock the front door ( from the street) we came in at 9.00 pm it is good the lady let us in.

La amabilidad del personal. La habitación que nos tocó. Muy grande. El jardín fuera para poder sentarse, desayunar, tomar algo, con acceso directo desde la habitación. Cocina completa disponible todo el día. Suficientemente cerca del centro para poder ir andando pero suficientemente lejos para ser tranquilo.

Podría ser mejorable la cama, pero no costaría lo que cuesta. El suelo suena, para el que sea de sueño ligero, puede ser un problema, pero no es mi caso. La falta de aparcamiento gratuito en los alrededores. En general, todo lo que podría mejorarse, haría que costara mucho más. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció muy buena.

Wydaje mi się, że właśnie tam coś mnie pogryzło (mam na myśli pluskwy, sprawdziłam inne opinie i rzeczywiście by się to zgadzało), w ogródku widziałam szczura.

Sobre todo la recepcionista, que me ha ayudado mucho por tardar de llegar al hostal.

Calor no quarto estava demais e fez com que tivéssemos de dormir com uma janela aberta e portadas o que fez com que não conseguíssemos descansar

Location is good, not in the city centre, but close to bus and metro stations, there are few shops nearby, generally nice area. Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. They also give a towel. My roommates were also nice)

Rules are weird af. You can't stay in your room from 11 am to 2 pm, even if you're sleeping. The same with kitchen after breakfast and showers during cleaning time. They just kick you out of those places. I've worked and stayed in different hostels and it's never a problem to clean while there are people in the room, but this place is an exception. Also you can't use toilets or showers after 10 pm, wtf? Breakfast is below average – tea, coffee, one bun, ham and cheese, cereals and some fruits. Atmosphere was rather hostile.

La possibilità di scegliere una camerata femminile con il bagno in camera. La posizione non è centralissima ma camminando si raggiunge il centro in una 20 di minuti circa (dipende dalla destinazione) Gli spazi comuni sono abbastanza ampi e la cucina è molto accessoriata. La.posizione vicinissima alla metro lo rende una buona scelta in caso di voli molto presto verso l'aeroporto che appunto si trova ad una mezz'ora circa Proprio sotto l' ostello sono presenti dei piccoli market e vari ristoranti e bar dove poter mangiare ad un buon prezzo.

L' ostello si sviluppa su diversi piani, il che se si hanno valigie pesanti o cmq tanti km sulle gambe potrebbe essere un po' complicato. L' edificio è un po' vecchio con i pavimenti in legno che scricchiolano il che rende il soggiorno notturno un po' complicato così come il risveglio in quanto si fa rumore per qualsiasi passo. All' interno della camerata erano presenti due bagni (uno un po' più strettino ma cmq completo) la doccia è molto ampia con il doccino (molti ostelli hanno il tasto temporizzato per fortuna questo no) Nella mia tariffa era presente una colazione inclusa che per me celiaca è stata poco utile in quanto ho potuto approfittare in parte ecco perché solitamente è un plus che non guardo in queste cose. Nota finale purtroppo sono caduta in ostello colpa mia... Ma questo ha rovinato tutti i piani futuri trovandomi con una brutta distorsione. Ho fatto presente alla direzione di segnalare in qualche modo lo scalino in quanto potrebbe succedere di nuovo.

El patio , el comedor y la habitación en ese orden.

A pesar de llegar demasiado temprano 12 y tener el check in a 15hs, me pareció un poco feo decirle a alguien que recién llega desde muy lejos y tener que irse con 35 grados. Nose al menos hubieran dicho, quieres dejar la mochila? Fueron atentas cuando les pedí un cargador , hasta que encontrará el mío. Pero no tuvieron una buena actitud. Espero que puedan ser al menos un poco más simpáticas.

Terribly ridiculous rules. It feels like you're in a prison. You can't access the kitchen or the courtyard at night, and taking a shower at night is prohibited. You aren't allowed to stay in your room during cleaning — they just kick you out at 11:00 AM, no matter how you are feeling. Breakfast is just cereal with milk or bread with jam. Nothing special, but it's better than nothing. You cannot check in at night, and they don't even let you into the building until 3:00 PM (check-in time). After checking out and handing in your key, you are not allowed to stay on the property either. I have never seen such strict rules in a hostel. It feels more like a monastery or a prison...

Excelente localização e tudo muito limpinho.

TER HORARIO PARA O CHECK IN, liguei para avisar que não conseguia chegar a horas, o erro foi meu pk não reparei. Mas fui logo confrontada como o querer ir para casa, pk tem família, se fosse eu , era igual. Concordei com a minha falha, mas depois a senhora prontificou se em esperar. Agradeci, mas fiquei a pensar sobre o assunto, e resolvi sair mais cedo, para não prejudicar ningém. Voltei a ligar para informar da situação. Onde me disse que não seria necessario, que inclusive tinha outra menina que ia chegar mais tarde. De resto correu muito bem. Tudo muito cheiroso, tive pena paguei o peq almoço, e não usufri. Culpa minha, mas recomendo.

Estou cheia de picadas de percevejos e pelas reviews parece ser um problema recorrente no hostel.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und mit Licht durchflutet, das Frühstück war simpel, aber sehr einladend. Das Einzige, was zu bemengeln ist, ist der Schimmel im Badezimmer, sonst war alles Tipp Top und ich kann das Hostel sehr empfehlen, wenn man zentral in Porto ausserhalb der Touristen sein möchte.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, which made the stay at this hostel very pleasant. The breakfast was basic but satisfying and fresh, and the room was cleaned every day. Every room has its bathroom which is a big plus since you don’t have to share with the entire hostel, just the people in your room.

I wish there were curtains on beds for more privacy, but overall everything was fine. Recommend

Que para todo tienen un horario fijo muy incómodo, llegue am y llegue un día después, no me dejaron acostarme hasta posterior las 2 pm aprox estaba muy cansado y el baño que tenga horario fijo igual mal las necesidades humanas no tienen horario

Adorei tudo! Fiquei uma noite com o meu filho e foi tudo impecável! A Sra que nos recebeu na recepção era super amorosa e ainda nos explicou os melhores caminhos/transportes para o que queríamos. O quarto e a casa de banho estavam muito limpos e cuidados.

lokalita a snídaně v ceně

Tento hostel opravdu nenaplnil svůj název So cool hostel! Již při komunikaci ohledně pozdějšího checkinu byla zřetelná neochota jakkoliv nám vyjít vstříc. Při našem příjezdu jsme zazvonili a zaťukali na dveře, přičemž už při příchodu vedoucí hostelu začal náš nepříjemný pobyt. Již před vstupem do budovy na nás začala křičet, opakovaně vyhrožovala, že nám již zaplacený pobyt zruší, vyhodí nás na ulici a to vše jen kvůli tomu, že jsme zaťukali na dveře, což jak nám bylo řečeno, je velmi neslušné:( slušně jsme se omluvily a i přesto na nás byla velice nepříjemná, zlá a křičela anglicky I didnt like you:), You wanna speak? Speak! A to vše ještě půl hodiny před skončení checkinu. Následně nás upozornila na to, že na osprchování máme jen osm minut, což bylo po dlouhé cestě nemilé. Dodnes nechápeme, že pozdější checkin byl problematický, i když jsme vedoucí hostelu slyšeli ještě v půl jedné ráno křičet na kolemjdoucí před hostelem. Další nepříjemnou skutečností jsou velmi malé kabinky wc (když sedíš, dotýkáš se koleny VELMI PRŮHLEDNÝCH dveří a stěn mezi kabinkami). Třešničkou na dortu byl hlasitý návrat našeho spolubydlícího a chrápajícího celou noc.
