Great location, close to but not in the city. Nice spacious room with full kitchen facilities, including dishwasher. Good quality everything. Good-sized pool and hot tub.

The toilet was way too low to ground for people with back or leg issues very hard to get up from😳‼️ The Bath tub with shower over was so high I could not get my leg up high enough to swing over very in safe no handles for you to use😳‼️

Loved the suite with full kitchen. The suite was fine. The extensive outdoor landscaping is lovely when maintained. The restaurant has lovely meals, wonderful ambience, and will do takeout for guests. There is a laundry area off the lobby, elevator, and they are pet-friendly. The bbq area is also great! They are next door to a large waterslide park, fun for the whole family.

Disappointed with pool closed the entire time and hot tub that looks like it needs some major cleaning of jets - there were areas in the hot tub that look very discoloured or stained over the years of use.

Meticulously clean, comfortable beds - huge rooms, great shower, absolutely genuine, kind staff.

The location is very tough to get out off with a very busy highway directly in front. The decks in the highway facing rooms are tough to enjoy because of the traffic.

Pillows were massive and the sink in the bathroom is not ergonomically installed/designed. We found it difficult to wash our hands.

We loved our two bedroom suite with TWO bathrooms. Definitely coming to stay again.

The very spacious suite was great, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets, duvet and pillows were clean and good quality. The attendant in the lobby, Carra-Dee, I am hoping that I got her name correct....she was very attentive, bringing towels to the pool when there was none left for us to use during our 8pm swim and hot tub, and the very nice thick robs to use when leaving the pool and back to our room. :) and supplying bag of ice for drinks.

The pool was cloudy, not very clear at all, could not see the bottom. There was mention of a pump issue on the days prior and it had recently been refilled, However , I personally have a pool and it needed to be treated and re-balanced to clear Properly for guests to safely use We did not go into the pool for this reason...the hot tub was okay, but there was a layer on the entry steps that made it very slippery, this also should have been cleaner for guests to safely use...I actually slipped and almost got seriously hurt. Good thing I was using both side rails and was able to rely on my upper body strength and saved myself as my feet went right out from under length me! Pool and hot tub maintenance is very important to me as I am sure it is to you and this otherwise great mini staycation spot in the interior of BC.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Really liked the well appointed kitchen. Very nice to have full size appliances. The kitchen area had everything that was needed . The view from the room was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The restaurant was closed for the first two days of our visit and only open for dinner when it was open. This was not indicated on the web site. Parking was always at a premium. The pool was closed the first day we arrived and when it did open, the water was very cloudy.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We really appreciated the wooden flooring, dishwasher in the kitchen, and the outside heated swimming pool and patio furniture. The staff was very customer oriented and quick to provide assistance.

The kitchen was missing a dish drying rack. It was uncomfortable washing a few dishes by hand and not being able to place them anywhere aside from onto the kitchen counter. It would have been great to be able to use the outdoor swimming pool a bit earlier than 9 AM. And at 9 AM the pool should be ready to be used and not maintained as of the same time. That was a bit annoying.

It was very big and spacious, nice and clean, comfortable beds. Good sound proofing, could barely hear the highway. Just all around great place. If I didn't have a few challenges with my wheelchair bound husband I would have given it a five star review.

My husband was in a wheelchair and it was a little challenging. I gave the front desk some ideas on how they could make it a little easier for someone in a wheelchair, they were so kind and courteous and wrote down my suggestions.

It was comfortable, clean and roomy. I liked the layout of the room which was more like a suite. The bed was very good.

Heel aardig personeel. De executive suite is een open ruimte. Geen deur voor slaapkamer boven en beneden is het ook allemaal open. Was mij niet helemaal duidelijk uit de informatie. Had echt gevraagd om een 2 slaapkamer appartement. Voor ons een reden om te annuleren toen we ter plaatse waren. Zij waren wel heel coulant om ons 2 van de 3 nachten te restitueren. Dit zeer op prijs gesteld.

Nice location just outside of Vernon. Perfect place to stop off for a night on our road trip. The rooms are clean and very large, we even had room to keep our e-bikes in the room with us. Friendly staff, highly recommended.

The rooms here are MASSIVE! We booked the cheapest room and was expecting a small room with a queen bed but we got an entire apartment. When we checked out and commented about how big it had been, the receptionist let us know that we had actually stayed in the smallest room they have available. The restaurant on property is also fabulous and extremely delicious!

The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped and the bed comfortable. We only stayed one night but I had not read any reviews before and I assumed it was on a lake. It is not near the lake but on a four lane highway that was very noisy. The people above us had small children that seemed to be either doing gymnastics or crying. The balcony was nice but it looked out over the highway and too noisy to sit outside or open the door, not to mention the “honey wagon” that came to pump out the septic tank for a considerable length of time right in front of our room and was very smelly. The market “across” the street is not walkable and is actually a 5 minute drive to navigate across the highway. There was no stairwell only an elevator to get to and from the rooms and the access to the elevator was locked after eleven pm so the only way to get out would be to hike to the roadway and go down hill on foot. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly but we would not book there again.

Place is great , clean, family oriented, beautiful view. Not too far from anything out there.

We upgraded to the suite as it wasn’t much more. It was very spacious and comfortable and had a living room and kitchen. We even got bathrobes! Which were nice to walk out the outdoor hot tub. The views overlooking swan lake were also nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The on site restaurant is a great spot for dinner! High end dining for a reasonable price!

Proximity to a loud highway. As morning progressed the sound of vehicles on the highway could be heard and as I’m a light sleeper it prevented me from sleeping in.

Close to the highway

The room was spotless and very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we stayed 4 nights, they immediately told us at check in that if we needed any extra towels or toiletries, we would just have to ring them.

I loved the patio, the view. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Having a kitchen is really convenient. The hot tub was great and it didn't have too much chlorine. We had an excellent dinner at the Bistro. The front staff were very accommodating.

Loved the upper loft and having full bathrooms up and downstairs! Bonus was that the outdoor hot tub was open ~ so relaxing especially with the gentle rain.

Found the beds a bit firm but that is just personal preference.

The one bedroom unit was more spacious than expected and very clean. Staff were helpful. We found the bed to be comfortable and the large kitchen was well equipped. We made use of the shared hot tub. We used the Castle as a ski base and enjoyed driving up to the mountain on back roads. Although Swan Lake is a short distance from Vernon, there is a supermarket across the highway.

The heat pump was an older model and wasn’t very quiet, so we turned it off when we slept as the February temperatures were mild. We could hear the family in the unit above us (not very soundproof), but that was only one night; it was quiet during the week.It would be nice if the TV was set up for streaming.

Large room.

The tv in the room was the size of a postage stamp. Unbelievable for a great hotel.

Can not get over the size of the ''room'' it was more like a whole apartment - truly stunning, the bay window with the view over the lake massively exceed expectation. Very spacious but cosy space, i have stayed here twice and have no complaints at all! Easy/friendly check in, quick and simple. Could not ask for me from the members of staff at The Castle at Swan Lake.

The location was great with a great view. The bed was good and the kitchen with stove, oven and fridge was nice to have.

I think the bedroom area could benefit from some blackout curtains and the lights by the door are quite bright a the blinds only do so much. Maybe some more accessible plugs near the side tables would be nice (not having to reach behind the side tables.

The kitchen is fully functional.

The resort location is too close to the highway. The pool location in the middle of the resort and therefore it is very noisy.

It was close to Silverstar ski resort

Parking was a nightmare and it was not convenient at all offloading your vehicle to the-room. There was no cooking supplies in the unit. We had to purchase our own stuff from Walmart.

Very spacious and clean. Great for family stay and the unit is equipped with cooking utensils.

No water pressure + shower tap handle very stiff, hard to adjust. Water tasted terrible - high chemical smell and taste. We used only bottled water. Kitchen was not stocked - missing tongs and oven proof dishes; no dish rack. Housekeeping did not provide dish cloth or tea towel. Long term residents on site and the resident above our room was very noisy every morning at 6:00 am. Location is noisy (highway noise) so thankfully we got a room at the back. Weird set up with the pool/hot tub. No walkway from your back door .. overall a very weird property
