Har været her før og kommer helt sikkert igen..stedet ligger perfekt inde midt i gamle Alicante, nemt at komme til alt..blev modtaget helt fantastisk, fik hjælp til alt det jeg hjemmefra havde været bekymret om ..nøgle på mobilen, mv.. lejligheden har alt hvad der skal til hvis man vil lave mad selv..vi er SÅ tilfredse med at bo der når vi besøger byen..

Fantastisk placering og dejlig moderne lejlighed, hvor der er tænkt på det meste. Der blev skrevet at der var stille, det var der næsten også fra gaden, men mellem lejlighederne var der knap så stille. Mangler måske lidt info omkring wifi (blev løst hurtigt) og fx. Hvad med skrald?

I stayed at this place twice. It really is a lovely accommodation. Clean, serene and in a good location. The air conditioning was just marvelous. I would always book this place on any trip to Alicante, Spain. Keep up the good work!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect! and the person responsible for the reservation is super helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a peaceful stay and enjoy beautiful days in Alicante. Next year my husband and I will be back for sure! :)

Hyggelig betjening. Nydelig toppleilighet og fin uteplass. Sentral beliggenhet. Kunne vært noe bedre renhold og service i løpet av uken, eks. tømme søppel, vaske bad osv..

Excellent location, excellent service, quirky, and very well equipped. Perfect for a few days sightseeing in Alicante. Weekends could be a little noisy if your apartment is in the front of the building, but it is compensated by being in the heart of the old town/tapas areas.

Ett mkt mysigt boende i ny fräsch lägenhet mitt i Alicantes charmiga Old town, med ett myller av restauranger. Endast 5min walk till närmsta strand o flygbussen vid Plaza puerta del mar. Ett boende vi gärna återkommer till🙂

Excellent location right in city center. Very close to tram / bus, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. Helpful and supportive staff. Cozy and comfortable apartment At night it can be slightly noisy due to the large number of bars in the neighbourhood although it’s bearable. That would be my only downside.

Sød og kompetent reception, der også kan tale engelsk. Tilstede fra 10 til 22. Ligger i det gamle kvarter med mange gode spisesteder og tæt til alt.

Faultless Exceptionally clean,reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the location was perfect. I wouldn’t consider looking for an alternative apartment if I ever return to Alicante

Excellent customer service. In a fabulous location. Beautifully restored and very high specification. Wear the ear plugs because it can get noisy when the clubs finish.

Superb position of apartment next to Cathedral and near all the wonderful restaurants. Able to borrow beach towels from apartments. Spotlessly clean. Everything you would need for a holiday. Close to beach. Great walking to adjacent beaches. Castle, modern Art Museum wonderful. Trams very handy for going to El Campello and Vilajoiosa a must to visit.

great location..... on the backside of San Nicolas catedral. Walking distance to the beach and to the churches. I was very much impressed. would like to spend more time there. Maybe next time.

Fantastic stay at the penthouse apartment(s) with family of four adults and two kids. Amazing location and views right in the heat of the charming old city. Service was super - very helpful and fixed minor issues immediately (boiler didn’t work, one toilet was a little smelly...)

The Apartamentos Tito San Nicolas had all the needed conveniences. The accommodations was bright, airy, large and quite comfortable. The location was idea. Do not miss seeing the Sundial. Highly recommended and I would return.

Fin leilighet 2 soverom og 2 bad, Takterasse som kunne benyttes. Stille område, sentralt. Ulempen var tidlig utsjekk 11 og vi hadde seint fly, men der var muligheter for dusj og skifte før vi reiste. Personellet som jobbet der var super hyggelig.

Apartamento muy centrico en Alicante , la plata muy cerca, esta bien equipado y es muy acogedor. El inconveniente es q no lo limpian durante la estancia y la limpieza tiene q realizarla uno mismo, Por lo demás nuestra estancia a sido buena y por las personas de recepción son muy agradables.

Great location in the centre of everything. Great having dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. We cooked in 2 evenings, and had our breakfasts in the apartment. The air condition was good and internet. We found the bed a bit soft for us. Overall a lovely place to stay. Near beach and transport.

Idealement situé dans la vielle ville et proche de la plage. L appartement est tres beau dans un immeuble ancien, et tres bien rénové. Petit bémol sur l isolotion entre les appartements. Le personnel au top. Comme dans un hotel avec le confort d'un apoartement.

Utmärkt läge Rummen är väldigt lyhörda, och föredrar ni mjuka kuddar kan ni få en utmaning. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Located right in the middle of the Old Town,next to the Cathedral,and on the bottom of the steps to the Barrio de Santa Cruz, with enough Bars & Restaurants you can shake a stick at. 400 meters down to the prom.

Really helpful and friendly staff Clean, comfortable apartment with lovely little terrace, also balcony. It was very well equipped Central location, close to good restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach and also the castle.

Apartamentos tito san nicolas ligger veldig fint til i gamlebyen. Nære til både strand og cafer , resturanter. Leil var stor og romslig ,men liten terrasse. Minus takterrassen kunne man leie for 21 euro 2 timer.

The apartment was fresh and clean and the apartment was located right in the middle of the old town.

The apartment is located on the edge of the old town which made it central for easy walks to all attractions, especially the beach. The area is full of restaurants and bars, so finding somewhere to eat or drink was easy. Unusually the apartments have a manned reception area, even though you can use the Stay My Way app for check in and key issue, which was manned by two very knowledgable people who’s help was greatly appreciated. The apartment was spacious, modern and airy with a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, everything you would need for self catering is provided, however the close proximity to numerous cafe’s and restaurants means that you would probably only use the wine glasses.

This apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone. There are bars and restaurants all around, hence it can get a little noisy at weekends. An excellently equipped space, with extras such as hair straighteners, smoothy maker, washer/dryer to name but a few. An electronic opening system from a mobile app worked well, and friendly staff were on hand to assist with any other problems. I will definately stay there again, highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay.

The only negative thing I can honestly say about our stay at the Tito apartments was that I would have liked softer towels. Other than that it was perfect in every way 😍😍❣💜

Et vidunderligt sted midt i den gamle bydel.søde , behagelige og hjælpsomme personale. Der var alt i køkkenet til selv at kunne lave mad, marked med fisk, kød og grønt kun 5 min gang fra hotellet.strand også kun 5 min gåtur derfra..alt i alt et vidunderligt sted..skal dertil igen, helt sikkert..

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Alicante. Hotellejligheden var rigtig god, og så var det dejlig centralt. Midt i det gamle kvarter og gåafstand til stranden.

Vi var 3 søstre på tur, hadde en flott leilighet med to soverom og to bad og en nydelig veranda (uteplass) Veldig blide og behjelpelig alle sammen. Vi kommer tilbake neste år til den orange leiligheten😊

Apartamentos Tito San Nicolas was a beautifully renovated apartment with everything you could need from washing machine to nice little balcony. Unfortunately the noise from the street was very loud. You could almost imagine that persons singing, talking and arguing on the street are in the apartment... So at least bring your eardrops if you value sleeping.

Zum ersten Mal ärgern musste ich mich bereits vor dem Betreten des Apartments. Im Vorfeld wurde mir ein digitaler Schlüssel gesendet, mit dem ich auch vor deren Bürozeit (10-20h) ins Haus kommen würde um mein Gepäck abzugeben. In Haus bin ich damit gekommen, jedoch war jener Raum, der sogar noch in einem Online-Video als Gepäckraum beschrieben wurde abgesperrt. Ich musste über eine Stunde warten bis jemand kam. Als ich Stunden später ins Apartment kam, war ich eigentlich recht angetan. Die Ausstattung war zweckgemäß und alles funktionierte, mit Außnahme einer guten Lüftung im Badezimmer. Das Bett ist sehr hart gewesen, die Kopfpolster noch mehr. Der Boden im Apartment hat bei Betreten geknarrt, wobei das auch der Fall war, wenn sich jemand im Stockwerk oberhalb bewegte. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, reicht aber um darauf zu sitzen. Die Fenster isolieren nur bedingt, was gar nicht so stören würde, wenn in den frühen Morgenstunden nicht Massen an gröhlenden Nachtschwärmer durch die gegend ziehen würden. Die Handtücher im Apartment wurden in vier Tagen nicht gewechselt, Toilettenpapier nicht ersetzt und die Mistkübel am Wochenende nicht geleert. Aber insgesamt war hier alles funtionell und das Nötigste vorhanden. Das WLAN war überraschend stark und die Dachterrasse absolut einen Besuch wert. Wer also für ein paar Tage in Alicante ist und selber kochen können möchte und nicht allzu große Ansprüche hat, der wird hier zufrieden sein können.

Fint rom sentralt i gamlebyen. Minus for den knøttlille altanen. Lytt mellom etasjene så knaka godt i gulvet når de gikk i etasje over. Og lytt inn fra livet i gata, spesielt natt til lørdag og søndag ble det lite søvn. Pluss for nærhet til strand og kafeer.

Verkligen mitt i gamla stan. Trevlig lägenhet med möjlighet till egen lättare matlagning. Ganska litet badrum med en minimal dusch. Eftersom lägenheten ligger mitt i stan så måste man räkna med att störas lite från intilliggande restauranger.

Location is fantastic - in the old town with great restaurants everywhere yet only a few mins to the seafront. . Inside the appartment was also great. We loved every minute of the stay.

Great location - a short walk from beach, marina etc. Plenty of places to eat with excellent choice and prices. The castle is really worth visiting! Staff were exceedingly polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfy. The only 'downside' for us was the noise at night. Between 12am and 4.30am on 3 of of our 5 nights stay, we were unable to sleep due to revellers in the street below. Although completely good natured, it was very noisy indeed! Rooms with windows at the front would suit those who would participate in the night life... we are an 'older' couple and past all that!! We will book again but select an apartment at the rear.

Wonderful apartment, with trip starting with the shuttle service the apartment can arrange. Door to door, advantageous with trip member with reduce mobility. Location perfect for our needs, just a stroll to the seafront and restaurants, shops and other activities. The staff were very friendly, always greeting with a smile and a chat, and help if so required. The apartment was comfatable and gave us the freedom to go to the mercado and get own food in to cook and relax in your own space. A wonderful stay and would come again Thank you

Amaizing stay from checking in right until leaving. Apartment very fresh and spacious. Great location right in the middle of all the action, great restaurants and bars literally on your doorstep. Reception isn’t 24/7 so if you’re needy, this might not be the one for you. Had a problem with the shower not being warm but they send people out to fix it straight away.

Location could not be better,right in the heart of the old town, lots of good restaurants in the area. Easy bus transfer from the airport, then 5 minutes walk to the apartment also to the beach and marina. Well equiped modern spacious apartment with every appliance needed. Staff and service excellent. Being so central we did experience some street noise but would highly recommend these quality apartments

The friendly staff at Apartment Tito were brilliant and made our stay really enjoyable.

It was a great stay in Alicante, the room was spacial and clean, and there was a welcome drink after we checked in, definitely a relief from the fatigue caused by a long road trip, which was so good! What's more, the receptionist was very kind and hospitable, he really provided us with outstanding service and made us feel at home.

Nice apartment. Ours had views of the castle and cathedral. It was nice and quiet, though may depend upon the location of the bedrooms (front or back). Ours was a twin bedroom, each a decent size. Friendly staff. Good central location. Nice and clean.

This was our second time at Apartamentos Tito, although it was our first at the San Nicolas Apts. Both times were great. The apartments come with everything you need except for an oven, although it has a microwave combi oven. The owner and staff could not be more helpful. In terms of location, you could not be better placed. The apartments are only minutes away from the beach, shops, and most sights. We will return - highly recommended.

Great Apartment to stay in. close to the beach and nightlife. But warning those who are not enjoying the nightlife it can get really loud in the neighborhood at night till 7:00 in the morning.

The apartment was lovely & clean and the location was great if you want to enjoy the nightlife, however if you didn't it was really noisy during the night and we did struggle on one evening when we stayed in.
