La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está a 5 min andando del Palacio de Bellas Artes. El personal fue muy atento y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia, tanto en recepción, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas, como en el personal del restaurante donde se servía el desayuno (soy celíaca y me atendieron muy correctamente; me hicieron una tortilla en cocina todos los días, ya que en el desayuno no tenía opciones). El hotel también ofrece opciones de comida y bebida gratis 24 h a sus huéspedes (cosas tipo paninis) e hizo una excepción conmigo para una de las cenas que quisimos cenar en el hotel y me hizo una ensalada César pese a que se salía del menú gratuito preestablecido. La habitación era amplia, con camas muy grandes y cómodas. Y está en una zona bastante silenciosa.

No tengo ninguna pega, la verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto y repetiría sin duda en este alojamiento.

The buffet breakfast was the best feature of the stay, offering chef prepared authentic Mexican food options that were superior to a continental type breakfast. The location was also very convenient and the hotel was very visibly marked and easy to find in the busy street. Overall the hotel was quite clean and provided for all basic needs.

One night there was loud noise coming from a nearby establishment, but perhaps this was for a once a week event because it was only one of three days of the stay.

La ubicación, muy central pero también la comodidad, limpieza de la habitación. Aunque algo pequeña, cumplía nuestras expectativas. La amabilidad del personal, muy buena.

歴史地区の重要な位置にありどこに行くにも大変便利でした。24時間カフェを利用でき、毎日利用させてもらいました。大聖堂を眺めながらテラスでコーヒーという贅沢な朝は最高でした。

El hotel está en el centro, justo al lado del zócalo, del palacio de las bellas artes y de todas las calles comerciales y puntos de interés del centro histórico. En la azotea tienen un bar 24 horas en el que ofrecen una serie de snacks y bebidas gratuitas, además de otros platos que puedes pedir. El desayuno es variado y muy completo. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda en todo.

La habitación era cómoda, pequeña pero bien. Encontramos el baño un poco justo, realmente no era práctico para ducharte y demás.

Si bien la ubicación era bien céntrica, es una zona muy ruidosa. Dormir sin tapones hubiera sido imposible.

Muy rico y variado.

Hemos estado una sola noche pero el alojamiento está genial: personal muy amable, instalaciones nuevas, limpieza excelente. Además se ofrecen snacks, opciones de bebida y comida las 24h y desayuno de buffet incluido en el precio. Nos han ofrecido la posibilidad de guardarnos el equipaje después del check out. Muy recomendable!

El olor a alcantarilla entraba en la habitación y el tamaño de la habitación era un poco justo para 5 personas.

O atendimento desde a recepção foi perfeito. Ótimo café e o quarto estava sempre limpo e cheiroso. Ficarei lá sempre. O único ponto "negativo" é que não tem risco para usar computador no quarto mas tem um espaço ótimo pra isso

We loved Canada Central: it is in the middle of the buzzing historic centre and still so quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean and the shower, amazing. I cannot talk highly enough about the rooftop terrace and the hotel hospitality providing drinks and snacks there: we would not have left the terrace! Staff were amazing also. A hidden gem in CDMX that I will recommend to friends.

Le plus gros avantage de cet hôtel est sa localisation. Excellent pour visiter la ville, facilement accessible, proche de tout. Le personnel est sympathique. La vue depuis le toit est bien. Ils proposent un service 24/24 sur un petit menu. Pratique.

The location was very ideal, and I appreciated the consideration of the staff most of all; By the end of the week our waiter brought us our usual coffee orders right as we sat down for breakfast.

There was not much space in the double room to open up our checked luggage, but that is the only complaint we can think of. Other guests were talking in the hallway late one night/morning, but nothing that the staff are responsible for.

The breakfast was very good, but to get to the 7th floor, we had to climb seven flights of stairs because we were staying on the 1st floor. There was only one elevator, it only fit four people, and it was always full.

Das Hotel können wir 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, unterstützt bei allen Fragen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, Betten bequem. Das Bad ist nicht riesig, aber es passt. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Es gibt immer Wasser gratis und andere Getränke und Snacks km eigenen Café. Lage großartig. Vieles kann fußläufig erreicht werden, die Metro ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß weg.

Das Frühstück war sehr deftig. Etwas Brot mit Käse und Co wäre auch nett gewesen neben Bacon, Eiern, Würstchen, etc. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt unter dem Frühstücksraum. Ab 7.00 Uhr hört man schon die Stühle rücken.

Elevator was always an issue . If you have mobility issues please keep that in mind. Elevator usually had a long wait and only 3 people could fit in it comfortably.

The hotels location was great, very central to the Zocolo. The staff are very friendly, and the 24/7 complimentary cafe is amazing, with a lot of great choices. Breakfast is great with coffee poured fresh to your liking!

De locatie. De 24/7 gratis eten en drank op de zevende verdieping. Verrassend en lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Het terras. Waren onze eerste Mexico en een aanrader.

Onze eerste kamer voor 3 personen was vrij krap. De andere kamers waren goed. Het boeken van een kamer voor drie was niet makkelijk. Niet op Booking en ook niet op de eigen website van het hotel.

Perfect location. Restaurant on top floor where both breakfast and dinner are included in price. Hotel very clean and nice. Amazing view of the city center and cathedral from the restaurant.

The only downside was a bit tiny room for 5 persons. Apart from that everything was perfect.

The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast area was really nice and we enjoyed going to the rooftop for a few drinks.

The bathroom is extremely small and you can't move in the shower. The bed also sunk in the middle so my partner and I kept waking up to adjust ourselves and the hotel can be really noisy

Fantastic place in the center of Mexico City. Rooms are small but the hospitality and benefits are large !! The place is immaculate, staff is gracious and helpful, you get a wonderful breakfast on a peaceful and beautiful rooftop terrace and the complimentary snacks are outrageous ! Muchas gracias Central Canada ! I will return and recommend you to all !

It is almost too good to be true. Rooms are small as space is a premium in this 500+ year old capital city but the price, location and amenities outweigh not having all that wasted space!

The breakfast offered a lot of options and fresh ingredients. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The 24 hour snack bar was a huge bonus and offered delicious options.

The air conditioning remote was mounted to the wall directly under the unit with only the power and temperature buttons accessable. Because of the positioning under the unit, the remote would not turn the unit on. We had to turn the unit on manually and were unable to control the temperature. The safe had a low battery and did not work. I notified the front desk but it was not fixed during our stay. This did not surprise me as it was a weekend stay. Beds were small.
