Acho que a logística do café da manhã pode melhorar. Quando tem pouca gente funciona bem, mas quando lota fica complicado.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel from Mexico City Airport feeling very distressed after a very uncomfortable journey. The concierge and reception staff were incredibly kind and caring, which immediately helped us feel welcomed. Throughout our stay, the bellboy Didier was exceptional – always helpful, attentive, and genuinely trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One day he surprised us with a lovely cake and a thoughtful note wishing us wonderful memories in Mexico, which was such a beautiful gesture. He also recommended a fantastic traditional Mexican restaurant, Café de Tacuba, for dinner on our first night, which we absolutely loved. I cannot thank Didier enough for his kindness, the care he showed to us and to every guest, and for helping make our stay truly special and memorable. ******************** Breakfast was unfortunately not the highlight of our stay. The quality of the breakfast was fairly basic and the coffee was of poor quality. On our first morning, we walked towards the fruit buffet and were abruptly told that breakfast was waiter service only and that we should not be there, which felt a bit rude. It would have been much nicer if the staff had simply explained the breakfast system to us in a more welcoming way. That said, the location of the hotel is excellent – very close to the Historic Centre and many great restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as we were able to hear the television playing in the neighbouring room during the night.

The main downside was that the front door of the hotel was often left open, which made the reception and breakfast areas quite cold, especially as the temperature in the mornings and evenings dropped to around 3°C. This made breakfast time a little uncomfortable and the space didn’t feel very cosy. Breakfast itself was fairly basic and the coffee quality could definitely be improved. Additionally, the sound insulation between rooms could be better, as we could hear the television playing in the neighbouring room during the night.

Ras super hôtel propre et au centre ville

Lovely building with good amenities. Comfortable beds, complimentary water available on all floors. Compact but well equipped gym. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We had booked an airport transfer through the hotel which never showed and when we asked for the staff’s assistance in getting a refund, this was actioned within a few hours of a request being made. The food& drinks provided as part of the stay were also great and very convenient. Lastly, breakfast and the waiters working the breakfast shift were great too. Whilst I prefer the Roma Norte area of Mexico City, this hotel was a perfect choice for exploring Centro Historico.

This is not an isolated problem, but rather a feature of most building in Mexico, but the sound proofing in the room was not amazing and we could often hear if people were talking in the communal area outside our room.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the Historic Center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Their cafe is a very nice extra perk. Everyone at the hotel is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s only a few blocks from the Zocalo and some of the top museums so if you want to stay in the historic district, it’s ideal. But the distinguishing feature is the service…very guest focused, five-star level

Breakfast was very good and available all morning, Additionally the hotel cafe is open 24 hours for free coffee, soft drinks and snack food for registered visitors. The hotel is well located for most tourist highlights of central Mexico City. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We originally booked a room facing the street which was very noisy all night long. Fortunately, the hotel gave us a room that was very quiet as we requested a room change.

The location could not be better. The breakfast has many good options, each we tried delicious and the staff extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms very comfortable.

The staff are so caring and friendly. The breakfast is heathy and delicious. The room is well designed. The complementary drinks and light food are so helpful. The hotel location is convenient for sightseeing,dinning and shoppinh.

Gym is kind of small.

El desayuno es top. Hay una gran variedad de opciones que se pueden tomar para no pasar hambre en todo el día. Los camareros son muy amables y muy atentos en todo momento. Además, incluye los platos de la cafetería, exceptuando cócteles, etc., en el precio. A su vez, te puedes autoabastecer de todo el agua que quieras, ya sea del tiempo o fría. La ubicación, por último, es excelente, estando en pleno centro.

Nada que añadir, repetiremos cuando volvamos a Ciudad de México.

Some of the pictures of the Zocalo did not match the view. The lighting in the room was minimal. There was a loud busy street outside of our room.

It was a gorgeous place, with special touches (bathrobes, slippers, full access to cafe included in price, wide range of toiletries, etc.)

The TV was a smart TV (showed Netflix, prime, etc) , but no internet access to use the smart features.

The staff was so professional. I appreciated the small touches like the gift of a candle on New Year’s Eve. The unlimited bottled water and free 24 hour cafe were also great, especially since I’m an early riser and enjoyed coffee before breakfast.

Great location, near Zocalo Plaza. Excellent breakfast options, and so nice to have food available 24/7 at the Central Cafe. Loved the sitting areas on each floor, outside rooms. Enjoyed the chocolates provided on the pillow each night.

Room was a little on the smaller side for 3 people; would have been nice to have a little larger room.

Historico Central Hotel is an excellent choice in Mexico City thanks to its unbeatable central location, just steps from major sights and historic landmarks. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. An added bonus was the 24-hour café, offering great food and drinks at any time of day or night—perfect after long days of exploring. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully run hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!

The staff was incredibly helpful and they offered amazing amenities.

The included food was good and breakfast was exceptional. The staff members were all so nice and welcoming, especially to our 2 year old. We had a great experience. The bed was comfortable and the location met our needs.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit viel Aufmerksamkeit behandelt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Valeria an der Rezeption. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Besonders erwähnenswert: den Gästen wurde gratis eine 3-stündige geführte Tour durch die Altstadt angeboten. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Bistro, das wir oft abends genutzt haben. Das Essen und die Getränke mussten wir ebenfalls nicht bezahlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The staff almost without exception were excellent including the cleaning staff, the room was just fine and the location was excellent.

We had one evening when we went down to eat in the restaurant at about 6.00 pm knowing that it closed at 7.00 pm but thinking that there was enough time. However, the waiter that came to us made it very clear that the restaurant was closing soon and made us feel very rushed and uncomfortable. We had a snack meal to speed things up but from then on we did not eat in the hotel restaurant which was a shame because all of the other waiters that had served us previously for meals or breakfast were really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect stay in the centre of Mexico City. Very nice staff, beautiful hotel lobby, nice room with comfortable bed. Cleaning was always on spot. The best surprise was unlimited food and drinks from hotel caffeteria. We did not spend any money for food in Mexico City - what a perfect bonus from the hotel!

Very poor wifi connection. That was the only missing thing, otherwise our stay was perfect!

Beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent staff (especially Regina and Jair). Very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. They offer additional services like tours and transport and a free 24/7 cafe to order food, snacks and drinks. I would happily stay here again.

Building is not soundproof so ear plugs are needed for light sleepers

The room was comfortable, the location was great, the included breakfast and coffee bar were a real extra, and the staff were wonderful in every way!

Location is nice and close to Bella artes - a little further from the other main areas though. Staff were incredible and the food there is absolutely delicious. Rooms were very nice and I was greeted by a hand written note!

Everything was good, however, as a solo traveller I would have felt better being closer to the major tourist areas. Roads were closed in el Centro due to the Day of the Revolución which made getting around a little bit complicated.

We had booked a room with balcony to the street and hoped for a good view. That didn’t turn out to be the case from only the second floor and the street was extremely noisy! I strongly advise to get a room to the back/side. The WiFi was very spotty.

The location was half a block for a Special Wedding we attended. Breakfast was included and was great. There was also a Cafe with food that was included. Valet parking was included. The wait staff were very courteous and helpful. I would book this hotel again.

The weekend we were there for the Wedding, there was a protest with several streets blocked off, but didn't affect us hardly, because the venue was half block away.

All inclusive, had a nice coffee shop with sandwiches and snacks Excluding drinks and craft beer. Awesome value.

Free food! The breakfast was great, made to order. The Central Cafe had delicious salads and sandwiches anytime of the day. Location was perfect; a short walk to the Zocalo and museums.

I think the room was a bit small, although it had 2 double beds. We had A/C but didn't really need it. What we really would've liked was a window we could open for fresh air.

The room was quiet and clean. I liked that it was dark and the temperature was cool I got some great nights of sleep at this hotel. Near to city center (Zocalo) and other points of interest like Torre Lationamericana. Easy to walk to nearby shopping. Plenty of food options in the immediate area.

Limited wi-fi connection which restricted our access to emails and Apps Also the A/C in the room was too cold and the fan blew directly over the bed.

Breakfast offered a lot of variety, was freshly made and tasty and service provided was great. Very well situated, relatively easy to walk to various sites/ restaurants, etc. Felt safe. Concierge's provided great info regarding tours/ restaurants/etc. Shop at front of hotel...forgot the name, was great to get coffee, drinks and snacks and service was friendly and efficient at all times...unexpected bonus.

The wi-fi was not great as we were not able to have whatsapp chats with family and clients. Although I mentioned to front desk, it was not resolved. In fairness, we didn't persue any further. I couldn't access my banking site or speak to my daughter in USA. Not the end of the world, but bit disappointing.

The place was quiet, being that I am an American and Spanish is hard for me to speak, I appreciate that the staff did not make me feel uncomfortable about it. The location was great, pretty much everythng is close to the Historico Centro. The room was cozy, and the options for breakfast were great.

I did not like that the fan for the air conditioner was loud.

En el desayuno no tenian opción sin gluten, pero absolutamente nada. Pedi te, me trajeron otro te, pedi pan tostado, estaba helado sin tostar, muchisima tardanza en traer las cosas. Me dijeron que tenia check out a las 13hs y me mandaron mensaje 12.20hs que aun habia cosas en mi habitación. Con cartel de No Molestar, entraron igual.

We got a room without a window or the window was towards pipes and cables. No daily light whatsoever. Terrible. Staff not helping. For 150 usd this was a fraud
