Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Moose Jaw

I really liked the front staff. They were friendly and accommodating.

Location was close to downtown and very quiet. Easy to get to Moosejaw Tunnels and historic mural walk.

Door is very sticky, hard to close without making too much noise.

Highly recommended. Very clean, quiet with welcoming staff.

Water of the pool was cold so we couldn't use it.

Staff were friendly and facilitate were clean.

Some Reno’s could be done.

couldnt swim in the pool not heated.That was the reason we booked the room cancelled our stay and went to another more expensive motel with a heated pool

Staff were very helpful and accommodating; we had booked 2 rooms, and on check in they changed one so that we were side by side which was much appreciated. We also got a ground floor room which was helpful for my mother who uses a walker and cannot do stairs very well. The communication throughout the booking process was also excellent.

It was all good, nothing negative to say about it. The check in and check out was very efficient, and it was a good central location too.

Pool was freezing cold. Room had traces of drug residue on dressers. That hadn't been cleaned up.

The beds were comfortable

The TV picture was poor, the volume continuously turned off on its own, the bathtub was dirty, there were long black hairs on the sheets and the carpet felt greasy . I had to wear shoes all the time. The hotel is very outdated.

The bed was quite comfortable. There was limited selection of items at the breakfast buffet and the buffets were not available on all mornings. When not available, my breakfast order was taken and the meal delivered to me from the kitchen. Overall the breakfasts were adequate. it was nice that there was a pool and a gym, though i didn't have the opportunity to use either of them

The pool has been closed the last two times we visited it there. BUT the staff was accommodating in a rate reduction and helped us with our family plans in providing a meeting room.

Hot tub not functioning Had to wait for room to be clean even though chk in was at 4. I stayed from june 25-28,never got my $200 deposit back. They gave me a crappy voided reciept stating they voided my deposit. Call them x3 manager wont call me back to resolve my deposit. Lost $200 because of them.

There was enough to choose from and it was all hot and delicious.

1)Sheryl at the front desk was an absolute delight. We collectively loved her personable nature and enjoyed speaking with her daily. She filled us in on things happening in town, also. This girl is worth her weight in gold and I surely hope she is being rewarded for it. 2) The beds were sooooo comfy!! Like cloud fluffy awesome. 3) The water pressure during showers was awesome, probably the best showers I have ever had.

Things that were advertised, weren't totally available during the stay. 1) the pool was too cold to swim in 2) hot tub was emptied and out of order 3) ceiling falling down in the gym...seemed unsafe to be there. 4) the walls in the corridored we ripped open...seemed unsafe 5) the rooms looked and smelled dated and worn. 6) the "included breakfasts" were satisfactory but there was one out of the three days that we were there, that we were given bagged breakfasts which was fine but was not notified of prior to paying for the room. 7) the restaurant was never open the whole time we were there. Only for the 2 breakfasts. But not during the day or evening. Which was a serious selling feature for us and why we booked with this hotel. Honestly, I think the rooms should be cheaper than what they are. I could have booked with the hotel across the road for just a little bit more money and had all the things included that this hotel had advertised. AND it is a much newer hotel. I feel like the only customers they get are those who are too hopeful that the reviews are wrong...

Location was great, staff pleasant and friendly, the room clean, bright and comfortable and above all, quiet! I'll be back!

Nothing to complain about.

Unless this property gets a major upgrade than I wouldn't stay here. We had 5 rooms and all same issues. Our carpet was damp, 24 hours after having a shower the condensation was still dripping from the bathroom ceiling, paper on the desk was damp.

The rooms were large and beds comfortable

The breakfast was subpar. Luke warm.poor selection. We were told we could get order from silo's menu until 9. When we tried to order at 830 we were told they were closed. The pool was very cold and no hot tub. We have stayed here numerous times thru the years. This will be the last time

We did not stay at the hotel. I booked on line with photos, but the reality did not match the photos promoting the hotel and room.

The hotel was dark and needs remodeling and refurbishing. The staff was very nice about us not staying there after we saw it. Any of the sites offering this property needs to go and check it out. I am now skeptical of the company I usually use to book lodging.

The card reader at the back doors do not work. The reason we booked was the pool which turned out very disappointing as it is not heated.

The front desk staff is very slow. I’ve never seen such a long waiting line checking like this and the worst thing was the staff did not even try to speed up nor other came in to help her.

The only good thing about this stay was that the fridge was cold and decent size.

First the hotel is dated, that's something I can live with. There was no elevator so we had to hand bomb our stuff up to the second floor. No help was offered. No heater in our room so there was a space heater if we wanted heat. It's annoying to sleep with that sound. Also the window looked onto the pool so the blackout curtains didn't cover all the light coming in. The bed was ok, I could feel the springs and the edge of the mattress. Very dusty headboard. Absolutely no hot water in the bathroom, showering and washing hands in luke warm water at best. I couldn't even shower the day off The shower supplies provided was a 2 in 1 and a lotion. No body wash just a tiny hand soap bar. When I was running the water to see if the hot water would eventually come it filled the bathtub, it wouldn't drain. The pool was freezing like ice cold, no towels provided and the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was not enjoyable at all. Dirty dishes and utensils. Paying 160$ a night I expect bare minimum to be able to shower. Few outlets to plugs phones in, ect. The main floor bathrooms didn't even have locks to close the stall I'll never go back ever.

The check-out process was very unprofessional. The staff seemed confused about my room and asked me to wait while they checked a different room. This mistake caused a delay of around 30 minutes. Poor communication and lack of coordination between staff made the experience frustrating and inconvenient. This is not acceptable for a hotel stay.

The room was extremely hot we had to open the windows, the pool and diner were closed and our room came with a meal. We were offered a bagged frozen breakfast sandwich after we checkout but couldn’t heat it up.

Slow with replenishing the food. Not much variety.

Not enough towels for the number of guests. Never received towels when requested more. The ice machine didn’t work. The hotel smelled musty. Would of appreciated being informed staff were on strike before booking room.

I don’t eat breakfast, but it’s nice that they offer it to the guest that do. Not sure what it consists of. In future bookings, I would probably request a room overlooking the golf course at the back of the hotel.

The hotel appeared to have very little guests. For whatever reason they always put you at the back of the hotel, which is an awfully long walk to the front desk lounge pub area.

That picture is NOTHING like the hotel. The carpet was wet there were stains on the wall and throughout the hotel. There was black mold. It was very unsanitary. The tub had a wring around it of dead skin. I had them come up and clean it. There was toilet pater stuffed in the peep hole. Black mold around the pool. The pillows were very lumpy and old but the sheets were clean. They told us because it was booked through your site I couldn’t get a refund. Terrible experience. There was a picket line that we had to cross every day with disgruntled union workers. I would like consideration on a refund here. Someone needs to go out to this establishment and inspect this place.

We appreciated the free breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful. The cleaners asked if we needed anything when we passed them in the hallway. 👍

The door close to our room slammed shut. It was very loud and woke us up everytime someone went in or out. It should be fixed.

The room was dusty, the pool wasn't working. We were told at the time of booking that the pool would be open by the time we were scheduled to arrive.

The pool was down for maintenance for over a month and half ( when we called at time of booking in Nov we were told it would be working). Restaurant limited hour closed by 930 am and not open again tell at 4 to 8. Lounge closed Sunday and monday all day, no reql options for food in hotel, had to travel for food. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 8yrs and have never had this issue, very disappointed in our experience. We really expect more from a hotel that has been great in the past, will be rethinking were we will stay the next time ( we go to mossejaw at least 1- 3 times a yr and always stay at the same hotel), to to rethink were we stay. Very disappointed in the hotel that has always been great.

Pool area was closed. Although the linen was clean, the mattress needed replacing. The springs were worn out and there was a sharp edge around the top of the mattress.

The heat was cranked so high we had an uncomfortable sleep, the handle on the toilet was broken had to take the lid and pull the chain to flush it.

The location was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant located with the building very good. Beds were comfortable. The room was a little cool when I first arrived but was able to adjust it. The building is very quiet and beds are very comfortable. There was a good fridge and microwave in the unit. A coffee maker also included.

The building is two stories with no elevator and my room located quite far from the lobby. If you have a mobility issue or lots of heavy luggage that would be difficult for someone. Also the breakfast that was included is very minimal. Just scrambled eggs with sausage and hash browns and pancakes. No fruit toast or anything else. The building is also showing its age with some of the fixtures a little worn.

I am here already second time. Staff is really friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast is simple but all what you need.

The restaurant and “order of the menu” free breakfast is amazing. Close to the Trans Canada highway. Our beds were very comfy. Nice mattress pads. Actually a quiet A/C heater unit. I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice enough standard type room however our bathroom was in need of a makeover.
