Hotel Buena Vista

The hotel is big, nice lobby and the breakfast is reasonable.

No flexibility when it comes to entering the room a bit earlier before the official time.

The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of dishes to choose from. The lobby was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff and bell staff were helpful and professional. I love the bell desk uniform - very traditional and classy. The location of the hotel was convenient with only a few minutes walk to the station. The shuttle bus was also convenient. I did not dine at the hotel restaurant but my traveling companions did, and they said the food was the best Chinese food they have eaten. I loved, loved, loved the afternoon tea and the executive lounge. We took advantage of the afternoon tea everyday during our three day stay. We are not drinkers so we did not go to the cocktail hours.

Although the breakfast buffet was great, it would have been better to have one or two different options from the previous day. We stayed three days and the same options were served daily. Also, Nagano is known for their fruit - apples, grapes, etc. but none of the locally produced fruit was available during breakfast. I have stomach issues so cannot eat acidic fruit such as oranges and pineapples, both of which were the only options available at the buffet. Also, I'm not sure if the lounge ran out of apple pie when afternoon tea was served, but the only time I got to eat the apple pie was on my first day. After that, apple pie was not served.

hotel bellissimo, elegante , raffinato e pulito. Molto grande . Personale cortesissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione eccellente.

Lots of restaurants

We changed the room 3 times due to smell of cigarettes

Hotel is erg outdated. 1 groot stofnest doordat er overal vloerbedekking ligt, zware gordijnen, behang. Niet goed voor iemand met huismijt allergie.

hotel tres bien , chambre spacieuse , petit déjeuner parfait , proche du centre

petite attente pour le petit déjeuner

Colazione abbondante

They don't have on-sen in the hotel however, they arranged on-sen free somewhere with transportation services. Breakfast was good

Very old room

Very good spatious rooms, good facility, friendly staffs, free shuttle bus to send us to the train station after check out. There is a garden before the hotel.

Very well staffed with excellent service. Comfortable room. Coin-operated laundry.

The kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of room

The room was small and outdated, but ok for one night

Comfortable and central. Excellent breakfast. Very efficient shuttle

The room is very small, but it has all that we needed.

Lag zentral für unsere Unternehmungen

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. It has several restaurants and offers a limited selection of room service meals. The breakfast buffet is excellent and even includes chef-made omelettes and French toast for those who'd like a Western breakfast.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and I'd have liked a greater selection of pillows. But that's just a personal preference.

Todo

Personal top, Frühstück top, Lage top, gerne wieder

Colazione ricca, personale gentilissimo, ottima posizione.

The check-out time at 12noon works well for us. The lounge service (photo) on the executive floor was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

Nothing.

Hôtel confortable et accueillant. Personnel disponible et attentif. Bon petit déjeuner.

Manque un peu de charme.

Free Cocktails

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The staff at reception came across as quite reserved and not very friendly. The room was extremely warm despite the air conditioning running. During our trip, we stayed in several three-star hotels that offered better service and facilities at a lower price. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER ! We have been to most of cities in Japan and the breakfast here was the best !!! Not to mention about the chef who is dedicated to omelettes 🙃🙃🙃 Hotel itself was great too although the room was a bit small but all the other things covered it !

The hotel was great, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful !
