The hotel is ok, yet not above average. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

Yet, compared to other Japanese hotels it lacks amenities. For example the hotel has no microwave for its customers. So if you happen to buy food at a convenience store and would like to heat it, that is not possible. The rooms are small and there is no common room like in some other Japanese hotels. Generally the facility seems a bit dated.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe der Krähenburg und Froschgasse. Auch das schöne Museum mit der Ausstellung von Yayoi Kusama ist gut erreichbar. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr bequeme Betten.

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber.

具合悪くなってホテルに着いたのですが、スタッフの対応が良かった。

お城がみえる部屋とかいてあったけど、期待していたが、天守閣だけ見えました。 10%引きの宿泊料金ではなかったのではないかと今さらですが。

Location nearly opposite the castle is fantastically convenient. Staff super friendly and the hotel is immaculately tidy and well run. Dining room in the cavernous former bank building is Very quirky and rooms are modern, comfortable and very functional.

朝食の種類は少なかったですが、品質はかなり良かった。

窓からの展望は悪かった。 駐車場がP1〜P3まであるが、ホテルの１Fの駐車場は何でかほぼ全部Reserveになっていて、ほかの駐車場巡りで狭い一方通行の道を何度もグルグル回された。

新　施設が新しくて清潔。ベッドも快適。松本城にとても近く市街地の中心。スタッフの対応と説明が良かった。

残念な点は、いわゆる壁が薄いのか、水周りの音が部屋に響く、隣の部屋の音が聞こえた。でも、繰り返しではないので不快ではありません。もう少し安かったらお得感があるかなとは思います。

Gelegen in zijstraat van centrum van Matsumoto: alle bezienswaardigheden zijn aan te lopen. Goed hotel. Extra nachten geboekt. Zelfde kamer was niet meer mogelijk daarom een grotere kamer gekozen. Die had een aparte tv ruimte met fauteuils en een keukentje.

Not particularly welcoming. Bottled water not replaced on 2nd day. Given directions to vending machine!! Breakfast not particularly good. Limited choice.

服務人員態度非常好，寄送行李的服務也很貼心。 早餐很精緻，用餐環境非常高雅舒適。

위치가 마쯔모토내 관광지와 가까워서 이동하기 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 일본에서 숙박했던 호텔중에 침대가 가장 편했고 화장실도 넓은 편이었어요. 체크인 전 그리고 체크 아웃 후 장시간 가방을 맡겼는데도 전혀 문제 없었고 직원들이 모두 친절했습니다.

아쉬웠던 점이라기보다는 호텔에서 제공하는 조식은 못 먹어봐서 평가를 할 수가 없네요.

This is an older hotel that could benefit from a large scale renovation. The rooms and public spaces are rundown and the furnishings in our most expensive room were in need of replacement. The one upholstered chair was threadbare and had large rips in it. The carpet was thin and stained.

Great location near the castle. Short walk from the station for visiting places like Kamikochi. Comfortable rooms and lovely staff.

1.Close to the castle and city center. 2. The bed was big and good.

1. There was a bleeping sound from outside. The whole stay. I think it was the traffic lights. 2. Check in was bad. We had to send a copy of our passports to their email. Very bad to do this with such documents. They have to change the procedures and buy a copier. 3. Bed against the wall is difficult for the person who sleeps there, to go to the bathroom in the night. 4. Price rate was too high.

The location is great. The room was clean and spacious and well appointed .The staff at breakfast were really nice.

The parking arrangements could be explained better. It is off site and a walk from the hotel. They hand you a basic map and you basically have to get on with it. The front desk staff are borderline hostile. The lack of any porter or any help with luggage was something I’ve not experienced in Japan. Two front of desk clerks watched my wife struggle with 4 suitcases. Not offering any help, just stood and watched her. I was fetching the car from the offsite parking at the time. For everything else at this hotel that’s is what I will remember most. They stood and watched a five foot tall woman drag four large suitcases across the floor and did nothing to help. I’ve been coming to Japan for 10 years and I don’t recall ever experiencing that from a hotel. Very disappointing

立地だけは良かったが2度目の利用は厳しいと感じた。

部屋も狭く、ベッドもクイーンサイズでは無くダブルサイズ程度。室内空気清浄機が黒色のせいか埃が積もっているのが目立ち使用する気になれなかった。 ヘアドライヤーの持ち手がベタベタしており使用を躊躇った。何よりフロントの方の説明下手にも困惑。

A lovely clean hotel close to the splendid Matsumoto castle with friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night during a group tour of Japan and we were given a room that would be large even by western standards (so huge for Japan!). It was super clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The whole experience felt like an intimate 5-star boutique hotel. The only small downside might be it's a 10-minute walk to get to restaurants. Recommended

Breakfast… hot food was cold. When we asked for bread for toast (only one small crust left in basket) we were told there was no more. Most expensive cup of tea, hard boiled egg and minuscule bread roll I’ve ever purchased.

Spacious room, great location near the Matsumoto Castle and other attractions. The hotel had bicycles for free use and we enjoyed touring the city on these.

We stayed here for two nights on our three week tour of Japan and would happily stay here again. Lovely modern hotel superbly located for the castle about fifteen minutes from the station. We cabbed there to get bearings, but dragged the bags on the way out - no problem. The breakfast room is located in the old banking hall and is fab, but the rest of the hotel is a modern building built on

Tiny room and too expensive. I also tripped and fell at breakfast and this nearly ruined my trip. No offer for compensation other than apologies.

Great location just down the street from the castle - easy/quick run or walk away. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious - exactly what I needed following a week of skiing with friends.

Excellent location, rooms ok. Car park was well organised only cost 1000 yen per day.

Reception seemed to be hidden, as you couldnt see if anyone was actually there or not. We walked in and out without knowing if reception was manned or not - which was From a security point a bit strange.

In particular, the location is excellent, being only 5 minutes easy walk from the very historic Samurai castle, and on the next block to the interesting City Museum. The well known Ukiyo-e Japanese print museum and the City Museum of Modern Art are short taxi rides away. The staff, who have enough English to get by, were all most helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a wide range of Japanese dishes and good Western choices available. The dinner we had at the hotel one night was an impressive tradition Japanese multi-course banquet, with good French wines available at quite reasonable prices. Meals are served in the impressive grand hall of the historic building.

We honestly could find no fault with this hotel.

Chose this because it is only 3min walk to the castle. Loved that they had the national flags of the customers staying there for the night. There is also a convenience store very nearby.

Loved Matsumoto and this hotel. The staff were kind and accommodating. The location is a few blocks from Matsumoto Castle. My first day, I got there just in time for sunset at the castle. Pretty special. On my last day, there was a vintage market over by Frog Street, the shopping street, which is also close by. The city history museum, a block away, was fantastic as was the city art museum. The breakfast service was the best I had on my trip.

室内のランプがエアコンの風で揺れて、落ち着かなかったところ。

Hotel bonito, elegante, bem localizado, quarto relativamente espaçoso (para os padrões locais). Atendimento gentil.

O check in é muito tarde, às 15 horas. Não gostei do fato de cobrarem por um check in 1 hora e meia antes, mesmo havendo quartos disponíveis e prontos. Talvez seja algo da cultura japonesa relativamente às regras...mas foge muito ao costume internacional de permitir early check in por ortesia e sem custos quando há disponibilidade.

年明けの2・3日の1泊2日で利用させていただきました。 チェックインが遅くなって夜はバタバタしてたので、丁度、近く四柱神社で屋台やってたのでそこで食事は済ませました、年始だったのでやっぱり店も早く閉まると思ってたので気にはしてませんが、次の朝の朝食はホテルのビッフェで豪華な所で食べたので緊張しちゃいました。 伝統建物みたいで結婚式とか出きる所なのでビックリしました。 後、バタバタで行ったので正月気分はしなかったのですが、朝食で正月料理と雑煮が用意されてて食べれて嬉しかったです。

特には有りませんでした 今度はゆっくり時間を取って利用したいと思います。
