Underneath there is a food hall open in the evenings with 12 different izakaya style shops with different foods and drinks, great food and atmosphere. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the amenities plentiful. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

There are many amenities available like hair brushes, face wash/oil, moisturiser etc. On the 8th floor there are vending machines and ice in case you need something late at night. The breakfast downstairs changes a little each day. It is a wonderful spread of food with huge variety of western and Japanese options to please everyone. There is an automatic coffee machine that makes a good coffee (coming from a fussy Australian)
An extra pillow on the bed would have been good as they are very thin, but still a comfortable sleep
