Nuestra estancia ha cumplido con creces todas nuestras expectativas y ha hecho que nuestro paso por Marrakech sea súper ameno y especial. Gran parte de que la experiencia haya sido tan fantástica es gracias a Souleymane: un anfitrión encantador, súper atento y servicial en todo momento. Desde el minuto uno nos demostró su increíble hospitalidad. Llegamos a la ciudad de madrugada y no tuvo ningún inconveniente en esperarnos para recibirnos con la mejor de las actitudes, explicándonos con calma todas las directrices e instrucciones para movernos por la zona. Además, nos dio muchísima facilidad al permitirnos pagar las tasas municipales al día siguiente, dándonos margen para ir primero al centro a cambiar nuestro dinero a dírhams. Para rematar, hoy nos venían a recoger muy temprano para ir de excursión al desierto. Aunque era antes de su horario oficial, Souleymane nos hizo el enorme favor de madrugar y prepararnos el desayuno para que pudiéramos arrancar la ruta con energía. Un alojamiento súper recomendable con una atención humana que marca la diferencia. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo, Souleymane!

El trato por parte del personal fue nefasto, grosero y prepotente, el recepcionista que nos atendio nos trato bastante mal, fue maleducado con nosotras, lo que hizo que el resto de la estancia fuera horrible

Suleyman fue super amable y atento todo el tiempo. El Riad es muy tranquilo y es lo que uno necesita.

A pesar de que está muy céntrico no sabíamos que era en un callejón, está bien la ubicación pero la primera vez fue un poco confuso llegar.

War sehr schön, sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer ist etwas dunkel und eng zum Bad und das Wasser war sehr heiß aber es gab eine funktionierende Klimaanlage und das war soooo gut! Die Lage ist perfekt. Mittendrin und doch ruhig. Das Frühstück war super lecker und liebevoll hergerichtet.

El lugar y la terraza para desayunar eran muy bonitos y el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno y la habitación amplia.

Las fotos del desayuno eran abundantes , en cambio, nosotros vimos poca variedad y en varias ocasiones no le quedaba alimentos.

Está muy cerca de la plaza y no hay ruido. Muy recomendable. El personal es encantador y el desayuno es delicioso.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Eva. Nous avions réservé initialement pour deux nuits, puis nous avons finalement prolongé notre séjour de deux nuits supplémentaires, ce qui en dit long sur notre satisfaction. L’endroit est calme et agréable, et le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. Un grand merci particulièrement à Souleymane, qui a été très professionnel, serviable et toujours prêt à nous aider. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, copieux et varié. Nous recommandons vivement le Riad Eva et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Wonderful riad in a great location easy to find and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mr. Souleimane, who assisted us throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. His hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Super Lage, schöne Terrasse, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr hilfreiches Personal. Es gab einen kleinen Zwischenfall und Souleymane hat alles dafür getan sich darum zu kümmern und uns auch danach zu helfen.

Die Luft im Zimmer im unteren Geschoss könnte etwas besser sein (kein Fenster, feuchte Wände)

Bardzo miło i przyjemnie ,te tarasy świetne, bardzo ladne malunki na scianach ,wieczorem można posiedzieć. Jest klima więc w pokoju nawet znośnie. Dostaliśmy pokoj na samym dole bez okien ale poprosiliśmy o zmianę i nie było problemu .polecam

The location of the Riad was perfect. Everything was just like in the pictures, so we were happy. The terrace in the top floor was especially good place to chill. The staff was great as well, everything was clean throughout our stay. And Souleymane was super kind and helpful.

Our room was on floor 0 and we had no windows. The problem was that it was super humid in the room, because it could not get any air circulation. There was an AC, but it didnt solve the problem, our clothes and stuff got smell bad because of the musty air. So I do not recommend the rooms that has no windows.

Very lovely place in Mdina, close to the main square. The place is very comfy and clean. It has amazing rooftops where you can chill.

Reservé una habitación con aire acondicionado y me dieron otra, al quejarme me cambiaron pero el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido tremendo. Tenía que apagarlo antes de dormir. La habitacion no tiene ninguna ventana. La habitacion que reservé tenía caja fuerte pero ninguna caja estaba disponiblePor otra parte el desayuno malísimo, no preguntan qué quieres beber, directamente me traen un termo de café negro, más bien agua y más que café. Pésimo en todos los sentidos. He incluido la primera habitación con el ventilador y no aire acondicionado y he incluido también la foto del aire acondicionado que hace el tremendo ruido

The Riad is based in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but still easy walking distance to the Jmaa el Fna area. Lovely rooftop area, nice and cosy. Liked the colours and the original features of the Riad.

The room wasn't what I expected. Our initial room was tiny (not deluxe at all as stated when we booked it). The staff however was friendly and helpful and we were able to swap with another room. Unfortunately that room had a damp and mould issue. The bathroom was very damp (and mould in areas). As we had a short stay there we did not request a move to another room as it was manageable.

Fizemos uma marcação pelo Booking em cima da hora da chegada porque está escrito que aceitam check in até às 23:00. Chegamos às 22:00 e não havia ninguém para abrir a porta. Por acaso, depois de batermos por minutos à porta, um hóspede abriu-nos a porta, e nós mesmo escolhemos o quarto 😳 Se não têm recepção à noite, não deveriam aceitar reservas. Pequeno almoço muito fraco.

Todo perfecto y el anfitrión Souleyman súper bien en todos los aspectos. Amable, educado y te hace sentir como en casa. Volveremos sin duda.

¡Cuidado con la ubicación! La dirección de Booking te lleva a un lugar incorrecto, hay que buscarla directamente con Google Maps.

Beautiful Riad, located centrally in the medina of Marrakech. Host Souleymane took great care of us and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and on the top floors of the Riad with cute tables. We will definitely back!

Es muy complicado llegar, lo típico son los callejones pero no hay ningún tipo de señalamiento para llegar y Google maps tampoco te lleva exactamente hasta el Riad. Al final necesitamos ayuda de las personas de allí para poder llegar. La recepción no funciona 24h como dice a la hora de la reserva. Cuando llegamos el recepcionista estaba dormido ya que llegábamos luego de las 00:00 y lo avisamos vía booking y no sirvió de nada avisarlo.

Buena relación precio calidad

Que la ubicación en Google maps era confusa. Es demasiado difícil dar con la dirección exacta.

Als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, wurde uns unser gebuchtes Zimmer zugewiesen... Schon beim Öffnen der Tür des Zimmers kam uns ein penetranter Schimmelgeruch entgegen und es war sehr feucht das Zimmer. Wir haben sofort gesagt, dass wir in diesem Zimmer keine Nacht aufgrund des Geruchs verbringen werden. Daraufhin hat der Angestellte nur den Chef kontaktiert und es wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, für welches wir zusätzlich 15€ zahlen sollten. Auch dieses Zimmer roch nach Schimmel und es war seitens der Ukterkunft kein Entgegenkommen aufgrund des schlechten Zustand des Zimmers. Über booking com direkt hätten wir das neu zugewiesene Zimmer zum gleichen Preis buchen können, sollten aber vor Ort 15€ zahlen. Wir haben uns dann für die Dachsuite entschieden und haben 25€ zusätzlich gezahlt, wobei diese Suite per booking com günstiger gewesen wäre. Diskussionen waren nicht erfolgreich, es wurde nicht darauf reagiert, dass das gebuchte Zimmer starken Schimmelgeruch aufweist und es eine Zumutung ist, dort zu schlafen. Frühstück ist extrem schlecht für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, da haben andere Riads einen weitaus besseren Komfort für den Preis. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Wenig kundenorientiert und frech bei Beanstandung des Zimmers aufgrund von starkem Schimmelgeruch weiteres Geld zu fordern, wobei das Riad recht leer war.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im Riad Eva, die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß und wir finden, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr ganz. Lage ist inmitten der Medina, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Frühstück o.k.

DONT BOOK THIS RIAD!! The room was completely DISGUSTING!!! We found a lot of stains on the sheets. We sent multiple messages to the host, begging her to handle the situation, and got zero response. We managed to find the staff member who takes care of the riad, and it was chaos. At first, he tried to change the sheets, but then couldn’t find any clean ones. After a lot of back-and-forth between him and the host on the phone (we could hear her screaming), he gave us a new room. He was nice and tried to help, but the language barrier made everything much harder in a situation like this. Everything was dirty: the sheets, the dishes we used for breakfast… We felt like we were staying in a HOUSE OF HORRORS! The room is TINY! We couldn’t even open our suitcase. Breakfast “starts at 8am”, but since the same staff member handles everything, we had to wait for him to set it up every morning, and only had breakfast about 30 minutes later. Communication with the host is impossible. We sent her several messages about the stains and got no reply. This place is HORRIBLE!

The staff was incredibly kind, polite and discreet. The terrace(s) around the coyrtyard and on the rooftop are really charming and provide a calming place for delicious handmade breakfasts and sunset views. The location on a side street from the souks is perfect for exploring on foot.

The room on the ground floor was a bit humid.

Service top. Bashir était un excellent hôte tout comme les dames qui faisaient le service. Emplacement proche de la Medina permet de faire de nombreuses visites à pied.

En période de pluie, il est difficile de s'installer sur le mobilier extérieur dont une partie limitée est couverte.

Localização. Em apenas 5 min a pé estávamos na praça o que nos permitia chegar rapidamente a todos os pontos de interesse. O pequeno-almoço era agradável.

Chegar ao ryad e encontrar toalhas e lençóis completamente sujos / usados por outras pessoas . O primeiro impacto foi bastante insatisfatório felizmente no dia seguinte depois de uma reclamação acabaram por limpar o quarto , o que nos permitiu ter um pouco de mais conforto no resto da nossa estadia . O facto de todo o ryad não ter o mínimo de insonorização também foi desconfortável.

J’ai aimé la proximité avec la place jemma El fna. La gentillesse du personnel, et l’accueil de Bechir. J’étais avec ma soeur et on a adoré aussi la décoration du Riad. Les p’tits déjeuners le matin. Être entouré de personnes gentilles et bienveillantes.

El personal del Riad es muy amable atento e servicial , estuve 3 días con mi familia i en todo momento estuvieron muy atentos, la habitación la hacían todos los días y el desayuno muy bueno, sin duda volvería a este Riad!!

The location is good. Very close to the square. One bed was comfortable.

The room was too small, more like a hostel. The whole place was dirty and uncared for. Bathroom shower ,sink ,toilet area all dirty and need attention, Public toilet was dirty, wet and smelt of urine. Wardrobe mirror cracked. Felt unwelcoming in the evenings. Rooms and public areas were very dark. Breakfast very basic and dry and tasteless, but the honey helped. All crockery was chipped and cracked.

ontbijt was zeer karig, 2 stukjes brood (we vroegen om meer , was er niet. kregen een lepeltje jam en een lepeltje pasta voor brood. pasta hoefde we niet, dus volgende dag alleen een lepel jam. (vroegen om kaas/vlees of ei, ivm. onze diabetes, mag geen suiker hebben. was er niet, daarom zelf kaas en vlees gekocht.) (op foto's zag het ontbijt er uitgebreid uit, ook fruit!!)

we hadden een suite (28 mtr) MET 2 slaapkamers geboekt, we kregen alleen 2 slaapkamers en vieze badkamer (badkamer had allerlei gebreken,! )deze ruimte zat ook vol met schimmel. .....te duur voor wat we kregen. we hebben dit meermalen aan Soul gezegd, die deed er niets mee. (ik las in de reviews dat er mensen al naar 2 dagen het onderkomen hebben verlaten. Alles stonk ook heel erg muf. Er hingen ook dagelijks lakens en badhanddoeken te drogen over de balustrade op het dak, keken we de hele dag tegenaan. konden na een regenbui niet buiten zitten, kussens waren door en door nat. en die suite hadden we niet dus we moesten op bed gaan zitten.

An sich eine gute Lage, nur stimmt die Beschreibung nicht, es befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße (definitiv ruhiger dort). Mit Maps so nicht gut zu finden. Frühstück war lecker, wenn auch sehr überschaubar.

Innenliegendes Bad ohne Fenster und Lüftung (Schimmelproblem) Immer wieder von Personal auf Übernachtungssteuer hingewiesen (sehr penetrant), keine Quittung nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalten.

Die Lage

Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist und haben eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Die Decke unter der ich schlafen sollte hatte Blutflecken. Die Handtücher waren alle feucht und manche fleckig. Das ganze Zimmer war von Schimmel befallen. Das Frühstück am ersten morgen wurde auf dreckigem Geschirr serviert.

La grandeur des chambres étaient trop étroites l'une était vachement humide ça se ressentait les draps du lit et nos vêtements étaient humides et l'autre chambre quand je me tenais assise mais je toucher le mur de chaque côté pas de rangement à part 4 pour ranger nos affaires et pas de place pour poser les sacs vu l'espace

Die Lage in Mitten der Medina ist top. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und die Dekoration ist toll. Die Dachterrasse gemütlich. Frühstück ist süß, gibt Dreierlei Pfannkuchen/Brot mit Marmelade und Schokocreme.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es ist sehr feucht, einige Zimmer haben keine Fenster was das Lüften erschwert. Die Handtücher und Betten waren nicht richtig sauber/ fleckig und durch die feuchte Luft auch klamm. Es könnte besser gepflegt werden. Zudem ist das Riad ohne Hilfe bzw Maps unmöglich zu finden. Wir haben uns einen netten Herren unterwegs geschnappt und er hat uns gegen Gebühr durch die vollen Souks Straßen geführt. Ohne ihn und mit Koffer zu Stoßzeiten fast unmöglich. Taxi kann nicht bis ans Riad heran fahren, da es eine kleine Nebenstraße ist. Ganz wohl fühlt man sich in der Nebenstraße auch nicht (nachts). Für das Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet, man zahlt für die Lage.

La poca collaborazione, in quanto avevamo chiesto un aiuto per le colazioni, pagate, per tre giorni nei quali siamo usciti molto presto per delle escursioni, i bar a quell'ora sono chiusi, non siamo pretenziosi, ci bastava un sacchettino attaccato alla porta anche la sera prima., Via ma lo staff ha fatto orecchie da mercante.. .. Pazienza, lo sapiamo per la prossima volta, se se ci sarà un 🙏

Unser Zimmer war über den Dächern von Marrakech, über der Medina. Einrichtung und Ambiente ist stilvoll marokkanisch,einschließlich Dachterasse. Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Der Chef hat uns Ausfüge organisiert und ein marokkanisches Essen kreiert. Täglich gab es Zimmerservice. Das marokkanische Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Keine Kritik, Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt!

L'accueil et les petits déjeuner étaient parfait !

CHAMBRE MINUSCULE, obligé de poser la valise sur le lit. La salle de bain plus que minuscule. FUITES DANS LA CHAMBRE on avait une bassine qui prenait toute la place et je vous laisse imaginer le bruit des gouttes qui tombaient du plafond dedans toutes la nuit ! De l'eau le matin le long du lit parterre, j'étais ravi j'avais posé mon ordi. Les toilettes fuyaient et la douche était bouché ! Alors ok l'endroit est sympa de par la déco mais très petit ! Et la PATRONNE n'a fait pas prit ses responsabilités concernant les dégâts de la chambre ! RIAD à ÉVITER

Pésimo. Llegamos y el Riad no se parece en nada a las fotos de Booking. El hombre encargado una persona sin muchas ganas de trabajar, bastante desagradable y maleducado. Cuando entramos en la habitación (que era una de las premium y más grandes) vimos lo extremadamente pequeña que era, unos 10 metros cuadrados sin exagerar para 3 personas, un cuarto de baño en muy malas condiciones y una humedad increíble. El desayuno muy mediocre y limitado, muy por debajo de las expectativas. El Riad es 0 recomendable y encima es extremadamente caro para lo que ofrece.
