Reviewed Aug 4, 2026I liked the check-in hours, the place is flexible and doesn't have any time restrictions for checking-in and we were able to arrive pretty late at night. The location is pretty good as it's 10 min away from the old city.
We were given, as the hotel manager told us, the "super comfort" room (or something like that) but this room turned out to be a moderate one with some equipment falling apart (like the towel hoor in the bathroom), inconvenient position of AC (which couldn't be set up to the comfortable temperature in a very stuffy room and the AC lights are going directly to your eyes during the night). The breakfast was absolutely disappointing: the cook didn't show up on time and they weren't able to tell us anything precise (although they announced the breakfast timing before). Finally, we got our breakfast but it wasn't anything like they show in their pictures (cheese and olives felt like they were lying in some hot and humid space for some time before and nothing you can actually crush hunger with). The kitchen was dirty and used by the hotel staff before so it's not a real hotel service actually.

El estado y organización de la habitación no estaban en sus mejores condiciones. Carece de consigna para las maletas, te dicen para dejarlas en medio de las escaleras

Номер на редкость крайне, просто крайне просторный и удобный: есть отдельный стол для работы за ноутбуком, раскладной диван возле кровати, если хочется удобно усесться, вместительный шкаф и современный минималистичный интерьер, создающий для глаз ощущение спокойствия и уюта. За время проживания не заметил ни единого недостатка. Крайне советую.

The room requires some maintenance, the bathroom is very old and moldy (the faucet in bathroom was a little bit broken, the fan is very old and sticky , the shower head was sticky too ), the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone around. Overall it’s doesn’t feel very comfortable

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Náš príchod na hotel bol o 11 a bolo nám umožnené ubytovať sa skôr než bol oficiálny check-in. Skvelá a tichá lokalita blízko historického centra. Klimatizácia na izbe. Chutné raňajky. Možnosť nechať si v hoteli batožinu aj po odhlásení.
Pleseň v kúpeľni. Izby by asi potrebovali rekonštrukciu. Zvláštne bolo vidieť pána recepčného spať na posteli v rohu jedálne počas podávania raňajok.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Ideal für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal super nett vorallem Herr Ferit, kümmert sich super um seine Besucher.. Wer keine große Erwartungen hat ist es super ideal.. Gehen auf wünsche ein und kümmern sich sofort. Die Reinigungsfee hat extra simit für unsere Kinder besorgt und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Es gab kein Aufzug nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen. Möbel und Badezimmer (leichte schimmel im Badezimmer) stark abgenutzt aber dies wird bald neu saniert, daher empfehlen wir dieses hotel aufjedenfall.

Séjour très décevant du début à la fin. Les photos de l’établissement sont particulièrement flatteuses. Dans la réalité, nous avons découvert des traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain, des joints noircis, des finitions abîmées et un niveau d’entretien très éloigné de ce que nous attendions. L’isolation phonique est pratiquement inexistante. Nous entendions les conversations, les portes qui claquent et même les réveils des chambres voisines. À certains moments, nous avions réellement l’impression de partager la chambre avec les autres clients. Le petit-déjeuner mérite également une mention spéciale. Si vous aimez le choix, passez votre chemin. Pour les boissons, c’est simple : café soluble, sachets de thé et lait en poudre. Si vous rêvez d’un chocolat chaud, de jus variés ou d’un vrai petit-déjeuner d’hôtel, il vaut mieux prévoir un plan B. Les problèmes ne se sont malheureusement pas arrêtés à l’état de la chambre. Durant notre séjour, nous avons subi une coupure d’eau. Aucune information ne nous a été communiquée concernant d’éventuels travaux ou interruptions prévues. Lorsque l’eau est finalement revenue, elle était noire pendant un certain temps. C’est probablement la première fois de ma vie que j’hésite avant d’ouvrir un robinet dans un hôtel. Mais le plus décevant reste la gestion des problèmes signalés. Chaque remarque semble être minimisée ou contestée. Nous avons quitté l’établissement 1 jour avant puisque l’hôtel a signaler à booking que nous nous sommes pas présentés à cette réservation avec le sentiment que nos préoccupations n’étaient jamais réellement prises au sérieux. Pour couronner le tout, alors que je demandais simplement des explications concernant mon séjour, j’ai été filmé sans mon consentement. Je voyage régulièrement et il s’agit de l’une des expériences hôtelières les plus décevantes que j’ai connues à ce jour. Au vu de mon expérience personnelle, je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Dieses kleine Boutique-Hotel besticht mit seiner Nähe von wenigen 100 Metern zum Topkapi Palast, Blauer Moschee, Basilika Zisterne und Hagia Sofia. Auch der große Basar liegt sehr Nahe. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen!!

Por decir algo, porque además lo tienen perfectamente informados: el desayuno comienza a las 9h,en nuestra opinión tarde,ya que cuando viajamos, a esa hora ya estamos en ruta por la ciudad. No tiene ascensor,es importante saberlo, pero para nosotros no es un problema y además lo sabíamos

Mi è stata data una camera praticamente all’ingresso della struttura ed era veramente difficile riuscire a dormire. Si sentiva continuamente il via vai delle persone. C’era inoltre un nido di piccioni vicino all’unica finestra della stanza e dalle 5 di mattina era un continuo tubare. Ho consentito inoltre per un giorno l’ingresso per la pulizia della stanza e non l’ho trovata pulita, ma semplicemente “ordinata”

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Отличный вариант для не привередливых бюджетных путешественников) Прекрасный персонал, уютные комнаты, расположение очень удобное. Для нас главным было: отсутствие запаха, отсутствие насекомых и чистое бельё. Всё это мы получили.
Из минусов это подуставшие полотенца, и отсутствие полотенцесушителя в ванной, отчего там сыровато и холодно.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Великолепный отель находится в самом центре главных достопримечательностей. Приехали раньше check in, но хозяин нашел возможность заселить нас раньше. В номере идеальная чистота. Убирают каждый день. Завтраки! Шикарные! Очень красивая подача. В этом отеле эстетика во всём! Отдельная благодарность персоналу и кошке Матильде за уют и гостеприимство!

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Location was ideal, close to everything you’d want to visit in downtown Istanbul, but on a quiet street.
I don’t want to slam the place, but I believe in an honest review. There was a lot of very loud noise each night up until midnight from other guests slamming their doors, which amplified and echoed through the narrow stairways into our room, the reception was rarely staffed and took a significant amount of time to arrive each time we needed something (once not at all and the property attendee had to call a neighbouring property’s manager to help us check out), the payment machine was not working so we had to go out to find cash to pay our bill, and the bathrooms were in need of some basic maintenance (grout was pretty moldy in the shower). Each one of these things is just an inconvenience, but add them all up and it’s enough to be frustrating instead of being able to enjoy our stay.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Это очень уютный маленький отель с по-настоящему семейной атмосферой и очень приятными сотрудниками. Нам особенно понравился завтрак, который специально готовили для нас. На мой взгляд, более удачное сочетание цены и качества найти очень сложно. Отель расположен рядом со всеми главными достопримечательностями — например, до Айя-Софии всего около 400 метров. Также рядом есть все необходимые магазины, где вечером можно купить еду и всё, что может понадобиться. Поблизости есть и шаурма, и линия трамвая находится совсем недалеко. В целом отсюда весь центр можно спокойно обойти пешком, вообще не пользуясь общественным транспортом.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Khách sạn toạ lạc ở vị trí trung tâm, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan nổi tiếng. Host khách sạn thân thiện, nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Phòng không quá rộng nhưng đầy đủ, tiện nghi. Bữa sáng đơn giản, món ăn sáng đặc trưng của Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Очень довольна осталась. Расположение великолепное. Сам отель чистый, аккуратный, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Завтрак турецкий- не фуршет, подают порционно. Кстати, мы попали в дождливые дни, было холодно на улице, а в номере было очень тепло. На 2 день нам сделали уборку и заменили белье и полотенце, что не во всех отелях встречается при размещении на несколько дней.

- No tiene ascensor - La TV no funcionaba. - En el desayuno la cafetera estaba rota, así que, te ofrecían café soluble con leche en polvo. - El desayuno no nos gustó, te ponían en un plato un montón de cosas en pequeñas cantidades que no sabías muchas veces que eran. Y siempre te cocinaban huevos de distintas maneras. Habría sido mejor ponerlo tipo buffet.

Nagyszerü elhelyezkedés, kiváló közlekedés, kisbolt 1 lépésre, minden látnivaló gyalogosan megközelíthető. Jó szobaméret, jól felszerelt, még papucs is! Nagyon segítőkész, és kedves személyzet, minden kívánságimat teljesítették! Fűtés szuper volt, a reggeli elég egysíkú.
