房间面积可以，有冰箱有空调，适合一家人居住。离圣索非亚大教堂非常近。房东也很友善，乐于助人。周边吃的很多，适合多住几日慢慢探索。

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Sadece bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde Marmararay, Tramvay , iskeleler... ve ister yürüyüş yaparak, ister bir , iki durak tramvay ile Ayasofya ve Sultanahmet Camii'lerine varılır. Mısır Çarşısı ve Mahmutpaşa semti, yürüme mesafesinde. Gülhane Parkı hemen yanı başında. Ben iki kişi gördüm. Sanırsam Karı Koca işletiyorlar. İkisi de çok kibar ve yardımsever. Hergün sordular, bir sorun var mı, bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye. İlk gün 1. Kattan Oda vermişlerdi. İlk başta çok detaylı bakamadım. Ama biraz kalınca rutubetli ve karanlık geldi. Bir de o odada halı vardı. Sanırsam ıslak sildiler, o da rutubetti artırıyor. Diğer katlarda ki odalar aynı mı diye sorunca, onlar, bakabilirsiniz dediler. Baktım, hiç sorun çıkartmadan Odayı deşiştirebildim. O Oda daha aydınlık. Rutubetti yoktu. Yerler Laminat. 11 gün için, rahat ettim. Kliması vardı ve güzel çalışıyordu. Üçretsiz Wireless. Oda Anahtarı bazı başka otelde ki gibi, sürekli resepsiyona vermek zorunda değildim. Bence maksat İstanbulu gezmek ise, burası konaklamak için, yeterli.

Genelde her şey biraz yıpranmış. Ve çok temiz görünmüyor. Çalışan Kadın, temizlik yapıyordu ama bence her köşeye yetmiyor gücü. Mini bar ilk girdiğimde çok kirli di. Temizlemelerini rica ettim. Yaptılar sağ olsunlar. Su ısıtıcı yoktu Oda da. Havlular ve çarşaflar temiz ama çok yıpranmış. Delikleri vardı, bazı günler... Birinci katta yerler halı olması, bence hiç avantajlı değil. Laminat yapılırsa, oda daha ferah olur. Ve Odada eski bir Kanepe vardı. Bence gerek yok. Çok yer kaplıyor.

The staff was very kind. The location is excellent. The sheets and towels were very clean. However, we overlooked the negatives because we got the room price on offer.

The hotel definitely needs renovation. There is no elevator. The furniture is quite old. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. If you get a good deal on the price, the room was suitable for a night's sleep.

I didn't find anything bad

A small inexpensive hotel in a close proximity to Sirkeci train station, which is very convenient if you have an early flight from the SAW airport, and close to all tourist attractions of the Sultanahmet area. The neighbourhood is nice and very touristic, lots of cafes and restaurants around. The hotel is rather old, you should not expect much. The room i was offered was not big, but it was clean and quite ok for my short stay. The street was a bit noisy, but it didn't troble me much. At night it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was working well. The host Giorgy was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, a nice short stay!

there is no elevator, so be ready to use the stairs which are rather narrow. But the host will be there to help! The hotel rooms need renovations, but for the price it was ok!

It is well located- best spot to access everything: the mosques, the galata side and also the assian side (both Marmara station and ferry one are very close -maybe 10 minutes ). Plus the street of the hotel is so charming. The sheets were white and very clean; the towels thick, white and clean. Loved the matress- it's on the hard side and we slept amazing on it. The internet works ok, but the second network (they have 2). The owner is prompt and willing to help, if any issue arises.

The first 2 night someone tried to enter our room - there are 2 rooms per floor - I guess the other guests tried to access the wrong door. The communication is difficult as the owner doesn't speak English. The rooms are definitely beat-up and need a lift-up - cracked paint, furniture

Dated room & was small

Very cosy small family hotel, situated in an authentic location, in the old Sirkeci neighborhood. Street is colourful, with few restaurants around, but very quiet at night. At the end of the street there is tram station, and just around the corner metro station, connecting for the airport. Short 10min walk to Hagia Sofia, and Eminonu ferry station. Hotel is run by friendly couple allways present for your needs. As a solo traveller, I felt perfectly good and safe in this hotel.

The location was very useful for sight seeing. It was only a 5 minute walk from the metro station. The Blue mosque, Basilica cistern and Aya Sofia were all in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a back street and a public park which lead to the accommodation, these are perfect if you want to get to town or the accommodation while avoiding the crowds or busy streets.

The curtains weren't wide enough for the window which let in street light/ early morning sunlight. This was easily sorted by hanging a blanket in the window though

Great location in amazing neighborhood right next to restaurants park, stores. Water and tea available for guests. AC and tv in the room. Owner is very kind person and took great care of us, always smiling and very helpful.

Room was too small for two people. Condition of the room could be better and more modern.

Location, staff. Decent wifi (one wireless point for each floor), but a bit slow, and internet may cut out sometimes.

Situated between Sirkeci Tram station (T1), Sirkeci Marmaray station (Train) and Gulhane Tram station (T1), this hotel's location was great. 3min to Gulhane, 3min to Marmaray, 4min to Sirkeci Tram station. The room was very old but it is a good value-to-money ratio. Room had very good heating and hot water. Bed was comfy enough. The staff was very nice.

Could've been a little more clean, and some items (like drawers, toilet) are too old and really need an replacement.

Booked a double room and received a single bed room, the air conditioner never exist. The temp. Was extra cold at night despite of the heat radiator was in operation. The clean is not so good but also is not so bad, and the furniture is so old and always there was cats on the entrance which is not hygenic thing. The service is so bad, and the communication with the man on desk is impossible unless you talk turkish or russian, and he is so bad. I was charged 15 usd for some blood drops bleeded from my leg while i was sleeping, despite im sure they will reuse the sheets that i paid for. Once i found that the cleaner putted the bag that was inside toilet trash over my clean staff. The location is good but the view from windows is so bad and you can see it in attachments

It is very close to an underground railway station. Also, some tourists attractions are in a walking distance. There is a huge park in the neighbourhood. The room as well as the toilet is spacious and neat.

The location is fantastic. So central to access all the main touristy spots, but secluded enough that it is a nice quiet street. It's a great place to stay if you would normally stay in a hostel but want your own space. Bed, private shower, fridge and air conditioning. Perfect when using as a base camp.

Not having anyone clean the room or replacing the bed sheets/towels for the 6 nights I was there could be improved.

The staff were very nice with me .. i would thank the manager who waited me until 1 am to give me the key of the room and let me check-in the hotel.. Thank you sir .. Location is very good ..

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to major tourist attractions (eg. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet mosque, Gülhane park, Yeribatan cisterns, etc.). Great value for the money, especially if you are traveling on the budget.

Маленький спокойный отель в очень романтичном месте рядом с двумя входами в парк Гюльхане -- вид из окон на крепостные стены и башни дворца Топкапы , Гюльхане это бывший дворцовый парк . В номере было хорошее отопление и много российских каналов по ТВ. Админ хорошо говорит на русском языке . На фото парк Гюльхане .

I appreciated the quiet area, close proximity to everything including the metro and ease with my check-in. The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice and welcoming.

Slecht- geen roomservice! hygiëne is zeer slecht kamers zijn super klein.

Es hat nach Kanalisation gerochen. Nur eine Nacht ausgehalten, nächste tag eine andere Hotel gesucht.

Palace point hotel er mere udlejning af et lille værelse end et hotel som sådan. Fungerede helt fint, hvis man som os, udelukkende var interesseret i et overnatningssted. Set i forhold til prisen burde det være lidt billigere (måske 100 kr pr nat), selvom det stadig ligger i den billige prisklasse. Ingen daglig roomservice Toiletpapir kan hentes fra receptionen Lidt for småt værelse Personalet er dog super flinke og behjælpelige. 5 minutters gang til centrum. Alt i alt OK hotel :-)

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Wir hatten ein großes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zur Winterzeit auch gut beheizt. Allerdings gab es kein Frühstück, welches im Internet als inbegriffen stand.

Ubicacion perfecta, lo demas para olvidar. Los colchones son de otra epoca, no te limpian la habitacion ni te cambian las sabanas...y podria seguir sin parar......

الغرفة صغيرة جدا و الإزعاج بسبب أصوات المارة في الشارع و زبائن المطاعم حجري كان ٥ ليالي و في الليلة الرابعة حصل لي ظرف اضطررت الى مغادرة الفندق باكرا في اليوم الرابع و تبقت لي ليلة طلبت من المسؤول في الفندق التعاون معي و إرجاع جزء من قيمة الايجار لاني لم اسكن في الليلة الاخيرة بل خرجت بعد ٤ ليالي و للاسف رفض المسؤول التعاون

Berbat bi otel. Sakın ama sakın gitmeyin. Yataklar çok eski halılar leş gibi... temizlik sıfır... hotels.com üzerinden rezerve yaptığım için iptal da edemedim. Tek kelimeyle berbat bi otel.

Отель удобен для небольшого периода пребывания. К сожалению уборка проволится очень некачественно... от слова совсем. Предоставленный мне номер был очень грязным, санузел совсем не убран. Номер мне заменили, санузел оказался чистым, постель чистая. Но надо отметить, что зеркала и полочка над раковиной все в подтеках. Видимо не при каждой смене гостей моют эти предметы. Я бы не хотела еще раз пользоваться этим отелем. Но район очень хороший: близко к достопримечательностям, но не так шумно как на султанахмет

トルコ旅行中に予定が変わり、急遽、前日にホテル検索。直前ということもあり、駅近お手頃価格の宿があまり選べず、こちらにお世話になりました。 ホテルの建物も設備もとても古いです。 不潔というわけではないと思いますが、女性には不向きだと思われます。 布団にダニがいて（足に貼った湿布にそれっぽいものが付着）使う気になりませんでした。 ある程度の快適さにはお金を出すべき、という良い教訓になりました。 立地は悪くありません。シャワーのお湯も出ますが、排水は時間がかかります。 宿の人は悪い人ではないので、申し訳ないのですが、ボロ宿も面白い！と思える方にオススメします。

It's very bad hotel, not clean فندق سيء جداً جداً جداً، غير نظيف على الاطلاق، الحمام قذر، ولا يوجد حتي صابون!!! الأرضية متسخة، رائحة السجائر تملأ الفندق، والتعامل سيء، باختصار حرام أن يسمى هذا فندق أصلا

Oda çok pisti. Uzun zamandır temizlenmemiş görüntüsü vardı. Keza banyo da ayni sekildeydi. Sadece konumu iyi onun dışında çok kötü.

Merhaba otel tam bi rezaletti hiç komseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Бронировали номер на 6 ночей.Брали семейный номер: двуспальная кровать и две односпальные. Расположение отличное, до мечетей Айя София и Голубой мечети 5-7 минут пешком. До метро 5 минут. До пирса минут 10 мешком. Все очень близко. Договорились с администратором и нас встретили в аэропорту (бесплатный трансфер). Отель не совсем новый, но это компенсирует прекрасный администратор, который от души старается во всем оказать помощь, подсказать, помочь! Предоставил нам на весь период проживания свою "Истамбул карт". На время отъезда из Стамбула в ОАЭ, мы оставили в отеле часть своего багажа. Спасибо!

Ekelhaftes Zimmer bekommen. In dem Hotel werden Mücken gezüchtet. Badezimmer voller Schimmel und neue saubere Handtücher und Bezüge auch dreckig. Die Antwort die man bekommt wenn man es Anspricht: Wir geben die ja zur Reinigung die Sachen kommen halt so zurück. NIE WIEDER!
