The accommodation is in a very good location, about a 20-minute walk from Roma Termini train station. The staff were very kind and helpful. A great advantage is that you can leave your luggage there even before check-in.

The bathroom was a little dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the hairdryer.

Personel guleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı. Odalar her gun temizlendi. Kahvaltı ortalama olarak iyiydi Bence çeşitler birkaç günde bir degistirilmeli (zeytin, domates, salatalık, biber vb eklenebilir) Banyo yenilenmişti ve oldukça konmforluydu. Balkon vardı ve güzeldi.

Benim Yastık oldukca sertti çünkü yastığın altında kırlent vardı. Bence yastıklar değiştirilmeli. Ama diğer yastık pofuduktu tabi ben onu kullanamadim çünkü odada iki kişiydik :)

El baño real es muy pequeño, el lugar para la ducha es de 50 cm x 50 cm. Paguè 30 euros más x noche para acceder a una habitación con un baño más grande 3 días más tarde ya que no había habitación disponible con baño más grande al momento de llegar

El dormitorio y el baño sobretodo es muy pequeño, el baño mostrado x booking no coincidió con el real

El baño, paguè 30 euros más por noche para acceder a una habitación más cómoda y con un baño con espacio para la ducha un poquito más grande.

El personal era agradable y la habitación siempre estaba fresca, cosa que se agradecía ya que hacia mucho calor.

I have never seen such an useless building to make ouf it in a hotel. First of all the entrance is not suitable for carrying your luggage, accidentally if you have baby buggy you're screwed to carry them up all the way. At some point you could tolerate the current and inevitable situation, however staff was as cheap behavior as the hotel itself. There was constantly a noise of luggage from the corridor, feels incredibly insecure as someone can be out of control and shouting etc. Like a Colombia cheapest hotels! The room was pretty small, dirty [although they cleaned it] and the bad was uncomfortable/old fashioned matras! Anyway that was bad night and thankfully we could get rid of that unusual experience! Honestly I thought as a business sector hotel management was strong and successful in Rome /Italy. I mean it does not suit Rome. Don't go there folks, It's cheap and unqualified place to spend even 1 hour!

El barrio es bastante variopinto. Los graffitis en el barrio dan una impresión desagradable.

もともと案内された部屋は、冷房がついているが、全くきいていなくて暑くていられない状態。部屋を変えるように伝えても中々対応しなかった。その後別の部屋に移動させて貰えたけれど、そのままだったら最悪で、他のホテルを探すことも考えたと思う。案内された部屋は快適でした。

The aircon

The bathroom was smaller than small. You could not shower properly. The room itself had a kettle but no cups or amenities?! The pillows were paper thin and the bed the same. It was not in walking distance to anything other than the train station which was fine however we never felt safe in the area as it is not a safe tourist area we later found out

Personál byl velmi milý, profesionální a ochotný. Dorazili jsme dříve než je check-in, zavazadla bylo možné dát do úschovy, kam měl přístup jen personál. Pokoj byl dostatečně velký. Čistota dobrá. Blízko hotelu je autobusová zastávka, která je výhodná jako výchozí bod cestování, pokud by to bylo pro někoho málo je odsud kousek i nádraží Termini

Hotel působil stísněně (schodiště), ale pokoj byl velký. V okolí hotelu jsou památky, ale i uličky kam bychom raději nevkročili (pohozené stříkačky, opilci). Místní nám řekli, že je to pro tuto oblast standart (snad nás jen strašili).

Номер оказался очень маленьким, но для Рима и своей стоимости — вполне нормальный вариант. Я приезжал не проводить время в гостинице, а гулять по городу, поэтому места мне хватило: есть душ, туалет, кондиционер и сейф. Никаких проблем во время проживания не возникло. Отдельный большой плюс — возможность без проблем заселиться поздно ночью. После выезда мне также разрешили оставить сумку в гостинице, что было очень удобно. В целом это небольшой, но практичный номер, в котором есть всё необходимое. Для короткой поездки и активного знакомства с Римом — хороший вариант.

Здесь всё зависит от ожиданий. Я понимал, что бронирую недорогую гостиницу, поэтому мои ожидания были довольно скромными — и отель им полностью соответствовал. Завтрак простой: два вида колбасы, один вид сыра, хлеб и круассаны. Но мне этого вполне хватило: я съел несколько бутербродов, два круассана и выпил кофе, после чего ещё долго не чувствовал голода. В целом оценивать гостиницу стоит с учётом соотношения цены и качества. За заплаченную сумму я получил всё необходимое и остался доволен.

Habitación era muy pequeña, cuarto de baño muy pequeño. Todo viejo, muebles viejos. No nos a gustado nada.

A porta do quarto custou a abrir. Fiquei com um parafuso na mão. Tirei fotos. O pavimento estava partido, as paredes sujas. Muito mau. A localização também é péssima.

Les équipements multimédias de la chambre.

La habitación es muy amplia, la limpiaban todas las mañanas y los trabajadores de recepción fueron muy agradables. hicimos le chic-out a las 11:00 y nuestro vuelo salía a las 20:20 y nos dejaron dejar las maletas allí para poder seguir visitando la ciudad cómodamente.

Cierto que el hotel esta un poco anticuado, en la ducha parecía que hubiera una gotera y los colchones no son los mas cómodos del mundo, pero de verdad que a pesar de esto puedes alojarte tranquilamente.

Atención cordial, muy buena predisposición de los empleados, limpio , a una distancia corta de la estación Termini y del metro.

Solo un pequeño detalle que no hace a la atención ,ni a la calidad del hotel, el check inn era a las 14 y no recibimos la habitación hasta las 1530, si bien no nos afectó porque salimos a recorrer, es algo a mejorar.

Airco viel steeds uit, er was blijkbaar een elektrische storing. Op dag 2 was het water stuk en moesten we verhuizen naar hun andere accomodatie Hotel Center 2. Gebroken kast van de tafel en alles is verouderd.

Hemos tenido que cambiarnos al día siguiente por una avería de agua , demasiado antiguo y el desayuno deja mucho que desear ,no tiene buena relación calidad precio.

Es un hotel que no está preparado para ir en verano, con el calor que hace en Roma, los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien hacen mucho ruido y no refrescan y eso se nota

Бронировали два номера. Один был нормальным, достаточно просторным и чистым, с нормальным туалетом.

Второй номер был очень маленький и воняло канализацией сыростью. В душ полному человеку войти очень тяжело, не развернуться не повернуться. Был чайник, но не было стаканов. Холодильник был. На несколько дней пойдет. Метро недалеко минут 7-8 пешком. При заселении у нас забрали паспорта до утра, что тоже не совсем правильно, обычно сканируют и отдают сразу. Но у персонала сломался принтер, мы предлагали просто принести паспорта утром. Но администратор настырно по какой-то причине не отдавал нам паспорта. Что в моем понимании нарушает права человека.

Nous avons eu un très bon suivi par Maede qui s'est occupée de notre réservation, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations. L'hôtel est proche de la gare, la chambre était confortable, il y avait la clim ce qui est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est complet.

This was last-minute but worked out great. The property we had previously booked was a scam, and when we came to reception asking about staying here, the receptionist very kindly called the scam property (we didn't have international calling) and confirmed it wasn't real before she let us make our booking here. She helped us get set up in Rome and was very welcoming. The air conditioning worked well and the elevator was quite helpful. The option for luggage storage before/after check-in was nice, though we didn't leave from Termini so we couldn't use it.

The Rome public transport system is terrible, so it wasn't as well-connected as it seemed. Not the hotel's fault, but it was rough.

Podia ter um tapete na casa de banho

Il bagno era talmente piccolo che il bidet era distanziato solo 5 cm dalla doccia per cui impossibile da usare. Il wc stesso discorso del bidet, veramente scomodo. La doccia invece confortevole ma ahimè sotto il piatto che era rialzato ci deve essere una perdita per cui veniva fuori un lago ogni volta che l’abbiamo usata.

Malissimo. Capisco la struttura che non può essere "modificata" in alcuno modo. Ma lavorare con attenzione cercando di fare del proprio meglio è doveroso quando si parla di voce del verbo "lavorare". Altrimenti è menefreghismo per il proprio lavoro.

pulizia. Letto, bagno, cura dei dettagli (quelli minimi niente di "premium" voglio dire, e va bene visto il livello dell'hotel). Comunque in fase di check in in fila attendendo il mio turno anche una coppia di stranieri davanti a me si stava lamentando fortemente stupiti del servizio, dell'accoglienza, delle camere ecc.

Viskas buvo švaru, personalas draugiškas, malonus ir paslaugus. Galėjome palikti daiktus prieš paruošiant kambarį. Virtuvės nebuvo, tačiau kambary yra mini šaldytuvas, paprastesniems maisto produktams. Vieta patogi, miesto centrą galima pasiekti viešuoju transportu bei pėščiomis. Rekomenduojame!

La chambre était minuscule ainsi que la salle de bain, la douche était super petite, les toilettes étaient penchées et la chambre ne sentait pas bon. Le petit-déjeuné n’était pas bon il n’y avait rien à manger appart des pâtisseries sucrées et des biscottes. C’était très mal isolé on entendait tout. Les portes faisaient du bruit. Les gens gueulaient dans le couloir ce qui fait que la première nuit on a pas beaucoup dormi. Les gens hurlaient, j’ai l’impression que le personnel de l’hôtel gueulait aussi ce qui fait que le matin on ne pouvait pas profiter de dormir. Tout le monde tapait des pieds. La salle de bain de mes parents avait des fuites d’eau.

there are a few steps before the elevator, you have to take it into consideration when you have a stroller ;)

There weren't any cups for drinks

Personal del lobby muy atentos, la señorita Sonia nos atendió muy bien y nos habló en español. Las camas pequeñas pero cómodas y las.toallas muy limpias y buenas.

La decoración de la habitación deberían cambiarla, no se ve ni bonita ni agradable, muy mal esos colores de las paredes,no son para una habitación de huéspedes, la mesa o estante donde estaba La neverita deteriorado.

Det ligger hyfsat nära Termini (10-15 minuters promenad) vilket var viktigt för oss. Det är bemannat dygnet runt och personalen var mycket trevlig.

Vår AC gick sönder inför sista natten och hann inte lagas. Men det är sånt som händer.

Location and staff

The location being close to Roma Termini aswell as a taxi rank and main tram hub makes this perfect for getting around the city while keeping away from the main hustle and bustle of tourist centers. the rooms are decent size for your money with a good shower and bidet aswell as your own safe. Staff are friendly and willing to help, and fresh towels are provided each day. The breakfast downstairs looked good and theres a small vending machine for bottled water downstairs. Access to the hotel is secure and the road its on is quiet and near amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy and transport links. There is plug sockets either side of the bed, making charging devices etc a breeze and the room stays cool throughout the day.

the rooms are dated and a little rough around the edges, the walls are pretty grimy and i had a couple of broken tiles in the floor, however generally theyre pretty clean and perfectly fine to sleep in. English is well spoken by staff however at night less so, but service remains cheery. walls are THIN, which i think comes with the territory of older buildings but with the AC in the rooms youve got white noise and cold air at your disposal so unless guests are really loud which i didnt really experience, itll be perfectly fine. the furnishings were also a little damaged, however unless youre staying in the room a ton, it doesnt really affect the experience.
