Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und daran hat das gesamte Team einen großen Anteil. Eigentlich hätten wir nach 11 Tagen das Zimmer wechseln müssen aber dank Sophia konnten wir die restliche Zeit doch noch in dem Zimmer bleiben . Uns hat auch sehr gut gefallen das man wenn man wollte auch leckeres Frühstück fast am Strand serviert bekam.

Das Bad war relativ groß aber die Dusche ist doch ziemlich klein .Bei uns hatte die Dusche eine Spitznamen ( und das ist spaßig gemeint ) die Zwergendusche . Am Ferienwochende war der Pool auch von einheimischen sehr gut besucht.

Sehr Nähe am Strand, Zimmer gut ausgestattet.

Zimmerreinigung zwischen 11.00 und 16.00 Uhr. Somit die Ze, wann man eventuell ein Mittagsschläfchen machen würde/könnte. Ameisen im Zimmer, Steckdose beim Bett hat nicht funktioniert, aber wir haben eine Lösung gefunden.

La posizione strategica per potersi spostare ad Heraklion e dintorni.

Inhaberinnen sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen und freundlich! Super Lage, alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Viele leckere Restaurants, bars und Cafés. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Apartment. Strand bevor es ins Wasser geht schön sandig. Im Wasser jedoch sehr steinig. Empfehlung bei empfindlichen Füßen: Wasserschuhe! Die Autobahn ist schnell erreichbar, jedoch sind viele klassische Sehenswürdigkeiten/Orte weiter weg, z.B. Elafonisi ~3 Stunden und Chania ~2 Stunden. Wirklich begeistert waren wir aber von den beiden Vermieterinnen. Wir haben an einem Abend keine offene Tankstelle mehr gefunden und sind gerade so bis zur Unterkunft gekommen. Am nächsten Morgen fragten wir nach der nächsten Tankstelle und wie wir vorgehen müssen, falls wir liegen bleiben. Für die beiden war es selbstverständlich, dass sie uns dann "einsammeln" würden und gaben uns ihre Telefonnummer für den Notfall. Es ging alles gut, die nächste Tankstelle ist keine 2km entfernt 😉

Toilettenspülung hat leider nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Problem war wohl schon bekannt, wurde allerdings nicht behoben. Wir waren dankbar, dass wir einen Putzeimer im Zimmer hatten, mit dem wir "abspülen" konnten. Schnell Ameisen im Apartment, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Mülltonne stand deshalb auf dem Balkon.

We really loved the staff — they were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay. In my opinion, the hotel is especially suitable for couples. The beach is beautiful, the pool is very nice, and the overall setting is relaxing and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby, which made getting around really easy.

Szuper figyelmes, mosolygós személyzet! Sofiát külön kiemelném, az egyik legjobb vendéglátó! Nagyon jól főztek, minden étel finom volt! A medence is nagyon kellemes, a tengerparti strand rész is szépen kiépítve, nagyon jó a kettő között elhelyezkedő zuhany, beach bar.

Csak ajánlanám, hogy a szobákban legyen esetleg mikrohullámú sütő, gyerekkel utazóknak kis könnyebbség lenne.

O apartamento, perto da piscina e da praia privada, tem espreguiçadeiras sempre disponíveis em ambos os locais. Na rua principal, quase em frente, tem vários autocarros para o centro da cidade e para o aeroporto.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Lage war sehr gut und besonders der gebuchte Meerblick hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Der Strand war ebenfalls sehr schön und gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal: Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war recht klein. Besonders schade war, dass der Balkon am Nachmittag der vollen Sonne ausgesetzt war. Da kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden war, konnte man den Balkon zu dieser Zeit leider kaum nutzen. Und ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen, war allerdings in der Beschreibung des Zimmers auch nicht aufgeführt.

Génial aussi bien l'emplacement que l'établissement super accessible via le bus 1,80 € le ticket depuis l'aéroport. Petit supermarché à côté ainsi que le restaurant.

L'appartamento era carino ,parcheggio comodo e accesso vicino alla spiaggia

Purtroppo nell'appartamento c'erano molte formiche e non era possibile lasciare del cibo. La pulizia veniva rifatta tutti i giorni ma non molto bene . C'erano briciole su una sedia e sono state lasciate lì per tutto il soggiorno, inoltre sotto i letti era molto sporco. Nota dolente l'uso della piscina e della spiaggia . Anche se é un servizio offerto dalla struttura pretendono che si debba consumare per forza al bar. Ti continuano a fissare e passano di continuo a chiedere se é tutto a posto ,se si desidera qualcosa . Non é possibile bere o mangiare nulla di proprio in piscina e in spiaggia (capisco la regola per quelli che arrivano da fuori , ma se soggiorni presso la struttura questa regola non dovrebbe valere )

Das Frühstück am Strand war wirklich toll und auch lecker. Für 10 Euro mit Kaffee und frischen OSaft auch wirklich ein fairer Preis. Der alte Herr der alles gepflegt und gereinigt hat, und dafür am Strand im Zelt lebt .Das personal war sehr nett.

Nachmittags sehr voll am Pool, da viele Einheimische die Anlage nutzen. Die Getränkepreise für Hotelgäste recht teuer. Haben ein Zimmer mit großem Bett gebucht, und nur ein Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten bekommen. Dunkel und alt eingerichtet. Klospülung undicht, und auch die Kloschüssel undicht. Ständig war der Boden uns Klo nass. Haben Der Chefin Wein und Gebäck aus der heimat mitgebracht.Diese hat sich nicht einmal bedankt. Wirkte eh sehr gestresst und unfreundlich. Das Personal ist allerdings ganz toll

Posizione, piscina, ombrelloni gratis. C'era tutto il necessario sia nella struttura che nei dintorni. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Tanti servizi a pochi metri dalla struttura (negozi, autonoleggio, bar-ristoranti, fermata dell'autobus). Parcheggio interno disponibile.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Saját strand a tengerparton, de ha kell, van medence is. Minden nap jöttek szobát takarítani. Rengeteg üzlet, autókölcsönző a közelben.

Rengeteg a hangya a szobában, az kicsit kellemetlen. Az ágyon a párnák borzasztó kényelmetlenek. A zuhanytálca ajtaja akad, sokszor kijött a sínből.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con buen aire acondicionado y lindo balcón. La es preciosa con cómodos camastros y la piscina es perfecta para disfrutar con la familia. El personal es muy amable!

Das Personal ist besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Ein perfekter Service. Die Lage ist super.

Very price effective, near to bus stop, very welcoming staff and nice beach

Maybe the beds could be a little bit more comfortable, but it is not a game changer.

Perfect location, friendly staff, we felt at home here. We visited Crete many times before, all places were nice and had friendly staff, but this is the only place we felt at home.

Super concediu! Sophia este o gazda foarte primitoare, veselă și amabilă. Cazarea confortabilă: curățenie zilnică, prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic. Piscina, barul și sezlongurile sunt înșiruite până la malul mării. Un plus: Daniela - servire promtă cu veselie și antren....

Lage am Strand, sehr nette Mitarbeiter und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Kostenlose Liegen für Übernachtungsgäste.

Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas älter, aber das hat uns wenig gestört. Evtl. könnte man an einigen Stellen Renovierungen betreiben, z.B. neue Silikonfugen in der Dusche, die schon stark verschimmelt sind. Waren aber den ganzen Tag meist unterwegs gewesen.

Schöner Strand, toller Pool, freundlicher Service - haben uns wohl gefühlt!

I loved the hosts: the two Sofias, especially big Sofia as she is called because there are a few Sofias and thats how they tell them apart. She was so much fun - she sang with us. She was so welcoming and kind - even drove my friend to a pharmacy when she needed it!

Etwas verzögert durch schlechtes Wetter zum Saisonstart wurde die Anlage in Windeseile in einen gepflegten und ansprechenden Zustand versetzt. Sophia tat Alles, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Zimmer im strandnäheren Gebäude hatten keinen Straßenlärm, aber durchaus Musik am Abend aus Nachbarhotels. Die Einrichtung war gepflegt und Alles sehr sauber. Vorne an der Straße hält der Bus (Linie 1) direkt nach Heraklion und zurück (Linie 6). Tickets gibt es im Minimarkt bei der Bushaltestelle. Das war perfekt. Auto konnte zum Glück stehen bleiben. Das Frühstück bietet verschiedene, vorkonfektionierte Optionen. Alle mit frischem Orangensaft und Kaffee. Der Strand ist eher grob, aber es gibt genügend Liegen und Schirme und man kann Relaxen und Baden. In Summe war das für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Anscheinend halten sich nicht alle Gäste daran im Zimmer nicht zu rauchen. 2 optionale Zimmer rochen deutlich nach Rauch. Die Regelung müsste man vielleicht etwas verschärfen.

Superbe petite structure avec piscine et accès à une plage privée. On se sent comme à la maison grâce à la bienveillance et la bonne humeur du personnel. De plus l'hôtel est proche d'Héraklion. Je recommande !

We were very happy with this accommodation, everything was superlative, the room was cleaned every day, the staff was very kind (Sofia especially) they were always helpful with advice about the area and nearby restaurants, they gave us beach towels and helped us surprise my wife for her birthday....we went to Frank Burger in Heraklion (a family business) where we had the best burger of my life Everything was wonderful, we will definitely come back Efharisto Sofia&Sofia

Everything was perfect

The entire staff was amazing! Sofia, Anna, Dimitri, and Dani where beautiful hosts. All of them going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure that we had a great stay! We wanted to bring Dimitri home with us, but my luggage was already at 50 pounds! Our apartment was always clean, the the pool was great and being right on the ocean just put the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

Привітний персонал, Софія просто неймовірна, готова допомогти у будь-якій ситуації, ми заселилися на 2 год раніше і виселилися на 3 год пізніше, смачна кухня, величезні порції, готель біля моря, пологий вхід, піщаний пляж, безкоштовні лежаки, великий басейн, який підходить для всіх і діток, в тому числі, чистий номер, який прибирали кожного дня, , все було дуже класно🫶 і комфортно, просто незабутній відпочинок ☺️ дякуємо 🙏 ви найкращі 👍🤍 ми так не хочемо виїжджати 🥹

Proximité de la plage

Very clean and cosy apartment, nice balcony, super close to the ocean ans shops and restaurants plus easy car-parking.

The noise from the road when sitting on the balcony but inside the apartment with the windows closed in was perfectly quiet. The property is also a bit difficult to find as the driveway is a bit hidden and narrow but with instructions where to turn exactly it was easy to get to.

Le matelas très dur pour moi

Super miejsce! Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, Panie bardzo miłe i zawsze pomocne. Apartament był czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Dużo miejsca na plaży i przy basenie. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje, a do miasta bardzo blisko ( co 15 minut autobus). Na miejscu super restauracja w której jadłam pysznego burgera.

Sehr nettes Personal, schöner Strand mit Liegen. Leider war das Zimmer sehr altmodisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Tür hat extrem geklemmt und die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.

Most likely this is the best place on this beach. Although the rooms are a bit outdated, the pool, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the entire staff makes you feel right at home. Lovely people and best beach bar. Highly recommended!!

It’s at the beach with beach access, also has a pool, a restaurant/ bar and is located very very close to a nice street with all kinds of restaurants and shops. I liked that I have a wonderful shower- water pressure 10/10!, lots of space and a small kinda kitchen and balcony. The staff is also very nice and helpful!!! The food was delicious!!

I had hair on my sheets and a dirty pillow. But it got fixed immediately so all good.

Dobrá lokalita, dostupnosť do mesta .V okolí viac reštaurácii. Výborná pláž a služby priamo pri mori. V ponuke sú super burgre.

Trošku hlučnejšia lokalita, v okolitých hoteloch každý večer hlasnejšia hudba .

Rand väga lähedal, lisaks ka bassein, mis lastega peredele väga mugav.

Tuba meie perele pisut väike, ruumi liikumiseks vähe.

Das Personal war super nett , vorallem Sofia und die Bedienung am Strand, wir wurden behandelt wie alte Freunde obwohl wir nur 2 Tage dort waren, Schöner kleiner Strandanschnitt und super poolbar

El personal, encantadora familia y trabajadores. Daniela con su buen humor y servicial, la familia Dimitri, las Sofías, Kalla, Joana, Tarzan, en fin todos. Gente muy cercana, estábamos como en la terraza de casa. Tienen todo muy bien organizado. Como para no tener que salir de allí. Se come bien, bueno, bastante y muy barato. El restaurante de 10, la piscina epectacular, el chiringuito de lujo a pie de sombrillas, tumbona y playa. En fin, repetire 150 % segura. Gracias por todo familia.
