Es ist doch ein Stück weit weg vom rethymno Stadt. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank ein Auto.

Le personnel a été très agréable tout au long du séjour avec des petites attentions. La chambre était exactement ce que nous attendions, excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Il faut privilégier la location de voiture pour bouger autour de la location car sinon on peut vite tourner en rond.

La camera è molto bella, curata e pulita. Il balcone vista mare è una chicca. Fuori dal traffico e dal rumore cittadino ma comunque comoda per gli spostamenti e il centro città a 10 min di macchina, molto consigliato avere un mezzo di trasporto. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, ma è a disposizione di tutti e sembra molto pulita. Ci sono ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti qualora si scegliesse di passare la giornata in spiaggia libera.

Il lavandino in camera fuori dal bagno non è il massimo della comodità ma non è così in tutte le camere e purtroppo per quanto belle ma le docce walk-in non sono il massimo della comodità dato che si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno.

nous avons été surclassées dans une suite magnifique avec 2 balcons hyper sympas, la piscine aussi était très agréable, tout comme le personnel qui nous a offert de petites pâtisseries. De plus, l’hôtel est super bien situé à proximité de rethymnon et d’une petite plage très jolie

Чистота, уют, современность. Хозяева очень приятные и вежливые. Хороший персонал. Очень удобно взять автомобиль прямо на месте по отличной цене. Просто супер. Рекомендую.

Le cadre, le lieu, le style

Il se mérite … à pied il y a une belle montée !

Superbe vue sur la citadelle depuis la chambre, nous étions dans la celle face à la mer. A l intérieur du logement tout était conforme à la description...équipements et décoration, rien a dire sur la propreté, nous sommes restés 5 nuits le ménage et le linge changé en milieu de séjour.

Seul bémol peut être, le stationnement se fait dans la rue qui est une impasse avec peu de places. Mais il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule pour se rendre au centre ville, pied compter une bonne demi-heure.

The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind welcoming and helpful. They were always happy to assist without hesitation, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

La chambre était très propre, la piscine aussi (on en a bien profité surtout lorsque la mer était agitée)! Il y a un bus gratuit qui part d’en bas de la résidence et va jusqu’au centre-ville toute la journée jusqu’à 23h le soir. La plage est située juste en bas et il y a de bons restaurants tout autour. Je recommande cet endroit !

La résidence est située en hauteur donc il y a une 50aine de marches à monter si vous n’avez pas de voiture..

Huoneistohotelli oli erittäin siisti ja yhteisissä tiloissa soi miellyttävä lounge-musiikki. Siellä oli hyvin rauhallista ja nukuimme hyvin. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Vuokrasimme hotellilta auton edullisesti kolmeksi päiväksi ja sijainnista pääsi hyvin liikkumaan eri suuntiin saarella. Suosittelen ajelemaan. Hotellilta on sopiva kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin iltaa viettämään.

Huoneistohotelli sijaitsee mäessä ja sinne johtaa pitkät ja jyrkät portaat, joten ei sovellu huonokuntoisille ilman autoa. Sänky oli melko kova.

Appartamento perfetto, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Vicino al centro città ma è necessario avere un auto.

The hotel was excellent and had everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the location is convenient, close to the center of Rethymno and its beautiful beaches. Everything was exactly as described. A special thank you to the hotel's driver for providing the airport transfers. On our return journey, he kindly drove us directly to our hotel in Heraklion, despite the difficult access to the property. We really appreciated his help.

The second bed was a bit too small. We also missed having a full-length mirror. Although the mirror in the room fits the décor nicely, its location is not very practical or convenient.

Sinceramente non rispecchia le foto pubblicate e siamo rimasti molto delusi.

È inconcepibile essere in vacanza e lottare ogni sera con blatte che entrano nella stanza dagli scarichi( Rappresentato il problema mi hanno spiegato che era dovuto alla struttura accanto, ma questo non giustifica e non ripaga il nostro soggiorno rovinato), camminare su un pavimento non a norma reso scivoloso dall' acqua che traboccava dalla piscina e mai asciugato, piscina non trattata e piena di insetti, stanza con mobilio vecchio e dotazioni datate,doccia che perde acqua e allaga il bagno. Stanze poste poste nel piano interrato con finestre fronte piscina che violano la privacy e non ti rendono libero. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Everything was amazing! The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and friendly - truly wonderful people. I arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, but they kindly let me in almost right away, which I really appreciated. The room was cleaned daily, and from the balcony we had a stunning sea view with beautiful sunsets every evening. There’s also a nice pool. The only small thing to note is that without your own transport it takes around 30 minutes to get to the center (since public transport doesn’t go directly there), but this wasn’t an issue for us. A big advantage is that the beach is within walking distance. Thank you, Rethymno Hills, for such a great stay! 🌅

I had the pleasure of staying at Rethymno Hills for 8 nights, in 2 types of rooms. Both rooms were well-equipped (if something was missing, the owner was helpful and took care of it right away). The cleaning staff is thorough, the rooms were spotless. Both rooms I stayed in has sea- view which was breathtaking, and also that side of the hotel faces North, the sun doesn't reach those rooms. So in September the AC was not needed at all, however the wet clothes and towels dried slower on the balcony. Since the hotel is situated on the top of the hill, it is very quiet, which I loved. The rooms are well insulated, I couldn't hear the neighbours. It is a family- run hotel, and the owners are very friendly and helpful and will do their best to make your stay the best possible. I highly recommend Rethymno Hills.

Not that I wasn't happy about these things, but I think it's good t know when you book here: The location is best accessible by car, however the hotel doesn't have a designated parking lot. It can mean that if you arrive late- when the locals are also at home- you have to circle around to find a parking spot. Rethymno town is far on foot and the main street taking you there is far from being picturesque and not pedestrian- friendly at all. There's a small beach not far from the hotel, but it is dirty, so if you want to spend some nice time by the sea, go to Rethymno beach. There's no lift in the hotel and the stairs are narrow, take that into consideraton when packing and if you have trouble with stairs. Sometimes the bathrooms can smell terribly because of sewage. But that is not the hotel's fault it's an unfortunate common phenomenon in that area.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

L’eau de la douche avait très peu de pression, la salle de bain était assez sale (présence de fourmis et de petits insectes). Nous avions deux lits simples collés au lieu d’un lit double, et la chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos. De plus, l’isolation sonore est insuffisante, on entend beaucoup de bruit.

Personnel à l’écoute, logement très bien, un peu excentré, il faut absolument une voiture. Sinon tout était super !

Het balkon vond ik niet prettig. Geen privacy, direct bij de ingang en doorloop naar ander appartement.

View was amazing. It was a small family hotel with a super friendly & supportive staff all the way around.

Non è vero, come scrivono, che la spiaggia è facilmente accessibile dall'hotel, loro stessi mi hanno suggerito di non andare a piedi ma di prendere necessariamente la macchina. Forse sarebbe meglio aggiornare la descrizione, perché ci si aspetta altro. Inoltre la camera standard è davvero piccola, ma i proprietari sono stato molto disponibili a cambiarla.

Strada per arrivare in salita e dissestata

Siamo stati qui solo per una tappa notte. La camera era carina, pulita e provvista di tutto il necessario. Dista circa 20/25 minuti a piedi dal centro di Rethymno, cosa fattibile più in sicurezza di giorno perché la struttura è posizionata su una collinetta un po' sopra la città. Ottimo per chi viaggia in macchina, noi abbiamo parcheggiato appena fuori.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Unfortunately we received the wrong room and the pictures were misleading in terms of the rooms and the breakfast options and when we brought up the different room they didn't off a different one. There was also a problem with ants in the room.

Personnel très agréable et très serviable, établissement très accueillant et propre. Il est facile de trouver de la place dans la rue pour se garer, nous n’avons eu aucunes difficultés. Nous sommes en moins de 10 minutes au centre ville de Rethymnon en voiture. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation!

Équipement télé (chromecast par exemple car aucune possibilité de regarder nos films)

Appartamento molto pulito. Letto comodo. Non abbiamo preso la colazione. Vista mare. Vicino al centro 5 minuti in auto, lontano dalla confusione. Scendendo dall'hotel si può trovare il parcheggio sulla strada principale e arrivare in centro a piedi, è una bellissima passeggiata. Staff gentile e cortese.

Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina. E' molto piccola.

The room was nice and it was clean

The pool is very small and right in front of 2 appartments Balcony very small. Although the reviews said the location was good, it was a good thing we had a car rented. It is up hill so would have been quite the walk going down and up If you like quiet and smaller family venue and you have a car rented Then this is the place for you.

The extra bed was very narrow and placed near the window. The kid would have fallen if she used it. Us adults would not fit. We used the king bed instead. Fortunately it was big enough for all three of us.

Everything the place was fantastic man at reception unbelievably friendly and the my room was amazing best place I’ve stayed in a long time
