Eigentlich nur die Aussicht vom Balkon

Service war nicht gut, Frühstück empfand ich nicht sehr ansprechend, Hygieneartikel im Bad sehr gering, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und eher zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ich wúrde es nicht mehr buchen

We had a top floor room and the view was stunning. Only a 20min walk into the old town which was great for meals. The pool was lovely, always a sunlounger available and the poolside bar drinks and snacks weren't overpriced. Good selection at breakfast, all staff were polite and friendly, overall very happy with our choice!

The mattress was quite soft which just wasnt to our personal taste. Otherwise it was perfect.

The breakfast could have been more varied daily . Too bad kitchen staff tried to fool us all by recycling grapes , a woman in the dining room flatly told us they do not provide Greek coffee !!?( until we quizzed the owner and next morning ….bingo!!

الاطلاله على الكورنيش جميله الاستقبال ا/ استيليو نصحيه اتعاملو معه واسالو عنه يساعدكم بخريطة تعريفيفه لكل الاماكن التي تستحق الزياره بكريت مع مواقعها وعندما عرف بوجود مخاوف صحيه قام بنقلي الي غرفه مطله على المسبح في مكان اخفض وايضا اعطاني ايميل بعرض خصم ٢٠٪؜؜ للحجز المباشر لديهم وكان حريص على عودتنا الي المكان الفندق قريب من مطعم حلال اسمه شام انصح بتجربته اكلهم لذيذ وحلالالوحيد بالمنطقه حلال قريب من السوبر ماركت ومن ممشي المنطقة تصميم الغرفه عصري يوجد شطاف لكن ماء ضعيف الافطار عجبني هوت شوكلت

الافطار ضعيف جدا المخبوزات من المحلات الخارجيه نكهتها افضل الاكل غير متنوع لا يناسب العرب في الغالب مجرد راي شخصي ندمت اني اخدت الافطار غرفة الافطار حارة وصغيره لايوجد لديهم مواقف خاصه بهم ولكن يوجد مواقف مجانيه في الشارع قريب الحمام لا تتوفر به ادوات الشخصيه باب الحمام الزجاج يحتاج صيانه تسريب الماء للخارج لا يوجد بطانيه ولكن شرشرف مثل المستشفيات السعر مبالغ فيه مقابل صيانه المكان وتصميمه انا دفعت ١٣٧ يورو اي ٥٥٠ ريال تقريبا

L'emplacement un peu à l'écart mais suffisamment proche de la vieille ville. La gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a conseillé restaurants, visites et lieux de baignade aux alentours de Rethymnon. La piscine est un plus pour se détendre après une journée de balade.

Nous avions demandé un lit double, notre souhait n'a pu être honoré. La salle de bains est assez petite.

Everything was great. The service was attentive from the beginning, the breakfast was excellent and varied, the location was great as we were close to everything, and the facilities were modern and very clean. The view from my room was perfect!

De ontvangst was super, we kregen gelijk veel informatie en werden begeleid naar onze kamer. Prima kamer met mooi uitzicht. Zwembad was klein maar prima, lekker rustig elke dag. Het is een mooi hotel en goed gelegen. Vlakbij een gratis parkeerplaats om een huurauto te parkeren.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar niet onze smaak. Er was vooral veel aanbod in Griekse gerechten en minder continentaal. Kamer schoonmaak kan beter. Lunch aanbod was ook niet uitgebreid en kwaliteit voor wat je betaald viel wat tegen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, le service ainsi que les nombreux conseils qui nous ont été donnés. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : juste en face de la mer, dans un environnement agréable et paisible. Pouvoir profiter d’un tel cadre sans être entouré de trop de monde, surtout au mois de juillet, est devenu assez rare et cela a vraiment contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de commander à manger le midi. Lorsque l’on voyage avec un enfant, c’est un véritable confort supplémentaire. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, varié et généreux, avec un large choix. Une très belle adresse où l’on se sent bien dès son arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région. Merci !

This hotel is amazing. The facilities are perfect, clean and beautiful. Everything was designed so well. The view is breathtaking and you get a warm welcome from the manager who gives you a tour of the property. My husband and I loved this hotel and will definitely return.

Chouette hôtel à proximité d’un bus gratuit qui vous emmène dans le centre de Rethymnon. Petit coup de cœur pour le personnel qui est accueillant et de bon conseil pour les visites et les restaurants alentours.

We got a room with a private pool. It was smaller than expected. Also the location is kind of away from the town center and it’s not easy to get transportation.

Se face gălăgie cu paturile , fiind de o singură persoană un cuplu se poate trezi între paturi una dintre persoane 😂. Se poate lăsa așa de o persoană dar se pot găsi soluții pentru a nu se mai dispersa atunci când cazează cuplu

W pokoju na I piętrze z widokiem na morze bardzo słychać hałas uliczny. Nie da się spać i rozmawiać na balkonie przy otwartym oknie. Na szczęście jest klimatyzacja, ale fajnie byłoby móc posiedzieć na tarasie. Nie wiem czy do góry jest lepiej ale radzę postarać się o pokój na wyższym piętrze.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city fortress. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights after long days of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out, always ready to offer recommendations.

The only minor downside was that the walls felt a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. That said, it didn't significantly impact our stay.

The location of the hotel is amazing in regards of the old town of Rethymno, as well of the cozy beach across the road. Andreas (bartender) made sure to always take great care of us as we enjoyed the pool at the hotel. Make sure to ask him to make his specialty drinks, as he's creative and have great taste! Alexander (one of the receptionists) always has a smile on his face as he greets the guests and is extremely helpful. Stelios (owner) greeted us upon our late arrival and helped us to our room. He's a great face to the hotel as he's sweet, kind, understanding and helpful! The housekeepers did a great job and were working really hard. The stay was really enjoyable we will definitely come back.

Rarely do we come across a hotel today, where we are greeted by, as he calls himself, “the little boss” - a polished gentleman who knows every detail of his hotel. You feel that his kindness and hospitality are not artificial, they are part of his nature. Morning or evening, he always finds advice on where to get the best pie or in which bays the best beaches are found. It is said that pirates once hid there. :) So, to sum up, this is the genuine hospitality that you, as a traveler, look for in every hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The accommodation was excellent, the view from our room was beautiful, and the staff were wonderful. We also loved the food and appreciated how clean, tidy, and welcoming everything was.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Archipelagos Hotel und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams und des Gastgebers. Sie waren jederzeit für uns da und haben uns jeden Tag mit tollen Tipps geholfen welche Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten wir unbedingt besuchen sollten, welche Strände besonders schön sind und wo man richtig gut essen kann. Auch bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge und der besten Route haben sie uns immer weitergeholfen. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen konnten wir viele wunderschöne Orte entdecken und unsere Zeit auf der Insel noch mehr genießen. Der Manager war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns immer tolle Tipps gegeben, damit wir die schönsten Seiten der Stadt entdecken konnten von Sehenswürdigkeiten über besondere Orte bis hin zu sehr guten Restaurants. Dank seiner Empfehlungen konnten wir wirklich das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt machen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls wunderbar ruhig, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und trotzdem ist die Innenstadt schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier wirklich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nagyon kedves volt mindenki, a tisztaság kiváló volt, a reggeli elég változatos. Hasznos információkat kaptunk a helyi látványosságokkal és éttermekkel kapcsolatban. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló volt, Rethimno városa gyalog is könnyen megközelíthető volt.

A falak elég vékonyak voltak, és behallatszottak a különböző zajok. A reggelinél lehetett volna több felvágott, illetve húsos étel, de egyébként minden tökéletes volt. Köszönjük! 😊

Great view, pool and beach right across the road. Staff friendly and room cleaned daily. Also felt very safe. Good location if you dont mind a walk into old town. Great for us as we were between old town and some preboooked events the other way. The beach over the road has almost a lagoon feature which was great.

Not a lot not to like, staggered lifts as its on the hillside might put some people off but we didnt mind. Thats why you get the view. Maybe a bit further from old town than we thought but it was a 17 minute walk to the centre of the cafes and shops etc so you can get your steps in and earn that ice cream! You cant flag down a taxi in the day but they were easy enough to get back at night.

Due to delayed flight and late arrival, we stayed for 1 night before commuting to our holiday accommodation. The apartment was a very pleasant surprise. Clean, easy to manage everything, comfortable, made a positive difference for late night tired travelers. Besides, the value for money was excellent

Très bel hôtel bien situé en face d’une petite plage agréable. Centre-ville accessible à pieds ou via une navette gratuite dont l’arrêt se trouve à 300 m de l’hôtel. Le personnel est toujours disponible et très accueillant. Superbe vue depuis les chambres des étages supérieurs !

Tout! L’hôtel était fantastique, l’ambiance très cosy. L’emplacement est idéale, proche de la vieille ville avec possibilité de navette gratuite. La plage en face de l’hôtel est parfaite, surtout avec des enfants. La chambre était au delà de nos espérance, nous avons été upgrade dans une suite avec piscine privée vue mer, c’était juste fantastique! Chambre très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Encore un grand merci à Stelios pour cette expérience fantastique ! Nous recommandons à 100% et espérons y revenir très vite !

Malheureusement, nous étions dans une chambre où le dessus est une terrasse qui a fait que grincer toute la nuit avec des bruits de claquement dû au vent sûrement mais cela, pour les deux nuits que nous avons passées... Également nous étions dans le passage à côté de l'escalier, les chambres sont très mal isolées

The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful. The only slight downside was getting to the higher floors, as you have to change lifts three times. That said, the views over the town and sea are absolutely worth it. It’s very peaceful, with hardly any noise apart from the sea and cicadas. The small pool on the 8th floor was a lovely bonus. It was easy to find a time when we had it all to ourselves. The beach is around a 7-minute walk away, although the route is along a fairly busy road. The beach itself wasn’t crowded at all, and the water was very clean - even better than at some of the more heavily advertised beaches. The location is great for exploring Crete. Overall, a lovely hotel with fantastic views.

Chambre au 5ème bien qu'en catégorie supérieure avec vue sur la mer mais aussi sur les toits avec chauffe-eau. Demander à être dans les étages supérieures (7ieme ou plus). De plus petite chambre et cuisine pas adaptée.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und es wurde immer nachgefüllt. Die Lage zum Zentrum war gut. Man kann zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt sein oder mit dem Bus dorthin gelangen. Vor dem Hotel kann man in natürlichen Becken im Meer baden oder man nutzt den Pool.

Tutto!! Accoglienza personale e pool-room meravigliosa!! Vista splendida sulla Old town e la fortezza oltre ad un tramonto incredibile! Sono stati proprio una coccola prima del rientro e quale ultima tappa del nostro tour dell’isola. Vicino a spiagge splendide e anche super attrezzate per divertimenti acquatici in mare o organizzazione gite in barca nei dintorni! Le “cave” saranno la prossima meta ..mare agitato gli ultimi 2 giorni, peccato!!

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, με όμορφη θέα προς τη θάλασσα και τη Φορτέτζα. Η πισίνα είναι μεγάλη και το νερό καθαρό, ενώ υπάρχει και χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο. Το στρώμα ήταν ποιοτικό, το πρωινό επαρκές σε ποσότητα και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό.

Ως ζευγάρι είχαμε ζητήσει και κλείσει δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, όμως στην πραγματικότητα υπήρχαν δύο μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα. Αυτό έκανε τον ύπνο αρκετά άβολο, καθώς κάθε φορά που πλησιάζαμε ο ένας τον άλλο καταλήγαμε στο κενό ανάμεσα στα δύο στρώματα. Τα μαξιλάρια επίσης δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετα. Τα έπιπλα ήταν εμφανώς πολυκαιρισμένα και σε αρκετά σημεία είχαν χάσει το χρώμα τους. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα όμως ήταν η πολύ έντονη και δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά από το σιφόνι του μπάνιου. Αναγκαζόμουν να το καλύπτω με το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου και να αφήνω τον εξαερισμό ανοιχτό όλη τη νύχτα, ώστε να μη μυρίζει ολόκληρο το δωμάτιο. Τα amenities στο δωμάτιο ήταν ουσιαστικά ανύπαρκτα, πέρα από δύο μικρά δείγματα αφρόλουτρου. Η πισίνα, παρότι γενικά ήταν πολύ καλή και το νερό καθαρό, στο επάνω τελείωμα των πλακιδίων είχε εμφανή μάκα και χρειαζόταν καλύτερο καθαρισμό. Το πρωινό ήταν επαρκές σε ποσότητα, αλλά η ποιότητά του ήταν εμφανώς μέτρια. Πληρώσαμε 170€ τη βραδιά σε προσφορά, αντί για 210€. Ακόμη και στην τιμή της προσφοράς θεωρώ ότι η συνολική εμπειρία δεν ανταποκρινόταν στα χρήματα που ζητούνται. Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά ούτε θα το πρότεινα.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is also really good. The old town is walkable. But what I liked the most was the kindness of the workers, especially Alexander, thanks for his help in booking a trip to Balos and Gramvousa. He took great care of us.

Fantastic location with stunning panoramic sea views and sunsets. Management was great (Mr Stelios in particular). Very good breakfast and cleaning services.

No separate air con in the living part of the apartment which we used as additional sleeping area. Some small repairs would be beneficial (sink tap).

Привітний персонал, відгукувались на запити, в 10-25 хв пішки смачні заклади, старе місто.

Обирали готель по відгукам, але були розчаровані. Це точно не 4 зірки. Готель відверто потребує оновлення. Уся постіль та рушники були в старих плямах різного походження, сірого кольору. По зверненню замінили постільну білизну, але на ній було чуже волосся. Системи кондиціонування старі та потребують чистки, при включенні і роботі був запах сирості. При заселені також знаходили в різних кімнатах волосся, пісок. Немає ні халатів, ні капців. За 360 євро за добу без сніданку очікували більш комфортних умов. На 9 поверх необхідно підніматись трьома окремими ліфтами. Нажаль, зворотній звʼязок персоналу не вирішує проблем, вони глобальні.

Alles war auf höchstem Niveau. Der Hotelbesitzer hat uns empfangen und verabschiedet. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und alles erklärt. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben, wohin wir fahren und wo wir essen sollten. Er hat sogar auf der Karte der Insel Sehenswürdigkeiten markiert. Auch im Zimmer war alles hervorragend. Sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war einfach großartig. Jeder konnte sich etwas nach seinem Geschmack aussuchen.

He was waiting to welcome us with a smile when we arrived quite late on our first night and was super helpful throughout our stay. -amazing views of the sea and venetian castle from our balcony -breakfast was decent- a good variety everyday -the kids thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool -staff were always polite & friendly. Special shoutout to Alexander in Reception who went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service to us

Due to the structure of hotel (on a hillside), we had to take three lifts to get to & from room but you get used to it after a while!

Encore une fois la position géographique excellente et il faut préciser : une fois la route traversée une plage naturelle et agréable. À 10-15min à pied de la veille ville très facile de se repérer.

L’accès à la chambre : 3 ascenseurs presque et cela n’était pas précisé ; il faudrait le préciser pour ne pas être surpris ;

- La grande piscine avec vue panoramique sur la mer exceptionnelle - La même vue depuis la belle terrasse ombragée de la chambre - Personnel très souriant, accueillant, chaleureux et de bon conseil - Pouvoir déjeuner sur la terrasse de la piscine - Le calme - Le confort de la chambre - La petite plage en face très sympathique.

- Pas de parking mais places accessibles dans la rue - Musique un peu forte à la piscine l'après midi - Pas de vrai kitchenette dans le studio comme indiqué sur booking mais équipement nécessaire (réchaud, machine à café, lavabo, vaisselle) - Un peu excentré (20 minutes à pieds) et sur une grosse avenue mais ça se fait bien, et le départ en voiture pour nos excursions étaient faciles du coup

The property is in a great location close to rethymno and in the centre of the island so easy to get around. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. It was clean and had great views of the sea. The price was good compared to other places

If I have to be really picky I would say it could do with some TLC

Mooi hotel. De eigenaar was een vriendelijke, grappige en behulpzame man. Het ontbijt was meer dan 4 sterren waard. Elke ochtend een nieuwe, gevarieerde keuze. De eitjes werden ter plekke gebakken, zoals ook de pancakes.

Super séjour à archipelagos hôtel, très bel emplacement avec vue incroyable sur la mer et la forteresse de rethymnon , personnel très agréable , souriant et disponible, chambre faite tous les jours, petit déjeuner buffet délicieux, espace piscine très agréable, merci à stelios , le manager pour son accueil et sa réactivité, à conseiller si vous passez par rethymnon 👍👍😘

Le bar de la piscine ferme à 19h , un peu tôt pour ceux qui aimeraient prendre un verre en soirée à l' hôtel quitte à mettre un relais de personnel pour la soirée, merci d' ailleurs à Andreas pour ses délicieux cocktails

L'accueil de Stylianos (j'espère ne pas écorcher son nom) était parfait. Nous avons trouvé de la place facilement devant l'hôtel. Nous avons passé une seule nuit à grand regret car c'était le meilleur hôtel de notre périple. Le bâtiment est comme moulé dans la roche, c'était presque une aventure d'accéder au 7e étage (avec ascenseurs). Surprise en arrivant en haut : mini piscine "semi privée" à l'étage et balcon avec vue imprenable sur la mer. La chambre était bien agencée, avec une vraie séparation entre les 2 chambres. Magique. J'espère y retourner un jour !

Close to the beach and the old town is 15 mins walk away. Comfy beds, nice sea view from the terrace. Great pool area and there was a wode variety of breakfast some items changes every morning, very delicius, they had plant basef milk as well. The owner Stelios was very kind and looking after our needs.

Room service changed the towels every day, which sounds mindful but not so environment friendly, would recommend the drop on the floor if needs to be changed rule.

Vriendelijk personeel en gunstige ligging

Komt totaal niet overeen met de foto’s en de bewuste keuze die we hadden gemaakt voor 2 x 1-persoonsbedden en 1 x 2-persoonsbed. Krijgen we alsnog een slaapbank voor onze dochters van 11 en 13, want die combinatie is er simpelweg niet. Terwijl die optie wel wordt aangeboden en de reden is dat we voor dit hotel hebben gekozen. Ook komen de foto’s totaal niet overeen met de feitelijke ruimtes en interieurbeelden. Beetje misleidend allemaal. Tot slot zaten we op de 8e verdieping wat betekende dat je of 3 x met een lift naar boven moest of heel veel trappen moest lopen. Ontbijt was zeker uitgebreid maar jammer dat ze meer zoetigheid en zaden bieden dan variatie aan vers fruit. Ananas en perzik uit blik bijvoorbeeld niet te eten. Koffie uit de automaat niet lekker, investeer in echte bonen! Eten bij de poolbar wel echt lekker en snel bereid.

The owner, Mr. Stelios, is exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every guest. His recommendations helped us discover many fantastic places and activities, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. If we visit this part of Crete again, we will definitely choose to stay at Archipelagos Hotel once more. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with stunning views and outstanding hospitality.
