Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, súper amables.
Caja fuerte gratuita.
Peaceful, calm, clean, very well projected - you have everything on hand. The, food and drinks very nice, basically just like everywhere on Gran Canaria.
In the beginning there was an awkward situation with people leaving their towels overnight to hold their sunbads and the staff hesitated to sort it out according to the hotel rules. We didn't really mind, we did not need to stay by the pool, but it influenced the atmosphere for couple of days - basically everyone around us was discussing it. Not sure, what happend, but one day sudenly the management sorted it out.

It was a nice experience. we first reserved for 2 nights but as everything was great my daughter insisted on extending at list one night more and we didi. The food was amazing.
As an artist, I expect more luxurious design at least for facade.
Not enough umbrellas near the pool
La comida y la animación
La falta de hamacas
Bel posto, buon sevizio e buonissima posizione.
We really enjoyed our stay at Servatur Playa Bonita. The staff were very friendly and always did their best to make you feel welcome. The buffets were good and varied, with plenty to choose from, including lots of tasty fish and seafood as well as healthier options. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a really comfortable bed. The only downside was the sunbed situation. People started reserving them with towels from around 10 p.m. for the next day, which meant there were hardly ever any available if you simply turned up at the pool. We asked the lifeguard about it, but were told to take it up with reception. Luckily, it didn’t bother us too much – the ocean is just a short walk away and we actually much preferred swimming there! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back!
**Great food and location, friendly staff, but poor all-inclusive bar drinks** The hotel is in a very good location, in a lively area with plenty to do. It’s about a pleasant 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach, and only a little further to the amazing sand dunes. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. The hotel has a limited number of paid parking spaces, but even during peak season we always managed to find a free spot on the street nearby. The food at the hotel is excellent. There is a huge variety, the quality is very good, and everything we tried was genuinely tasty. The all-inclusive drinks served with meals are also perfectly fine – wine, sangria, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea are all of good quality. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive drinks at the bars are a completely different story. They are very poor – not tasty, badly presented and clearly made with the lowest-quality ingredients. This was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the hotel, which definitely adds to the overall experience. The evening entertainment was also a pleasant surprise. Considering that this is a relatively small hotel, the entertainment programme was of a surprisingly good quality and made the evenings more enjoyable. The rooms are not the newest, but they are clean and comfortable. When something stopped working in our room, maintenance came quickly and fixed it without any problems. Overall, considering the price, I would recommend this hotel. The excellent food, friendly staff, good location and proximity to the beach and dunes definitely make up for some of its shortcomings.
My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a 10 day all inclusive with TUI. Overall Summary This hotel has some clear strengths, particularly its excellent location, spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, and hardworking staff. However, several factors, including poor soundproofing, repetitive food, limited facilities for a 4-star all-inclusive resort, and the highly competitive sunbed situation, detracted from the overall experience and reduced the value for money. Location The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, the beach, and a wide variety of restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring the local area. Atmosphere The atmosphere is pleasant and very family-friendly. The evening entertainment was adequate but lacked the variety and engagement I have experienced at other resorts. One of the biggest drawbacks was the extreme "sunbed race" each morning. Guests were reserving sunbeds very early, and if you want a bed near the pool, or even one with a parasol, you may find yourself setting an alarm for 5:30am. Unfortunately, it became a case of joining in rather than missing out. The staff were all excellent and focussed on their tasks and very efficient, but this often detracted from any engagement with guests. Rooms The rooms are a real highlight. They are spacious, with comfortable beds, excellent storage space, and well-appointed bathrooms. However, the soundproofing is poor, and noise from neighbouring rooms and people walking in corridors, even barefoot, can be clearly heard, which impacts both relaxation and sleep quality. Value for Money For a hotel marketed as a 4-star all-inclusive resort, the value for money was disappointing. There is no gym, spa, or similar wellness facilities, which feels like a missed opportunity. The food was average and became very repetitive, with little variation from day to day. The themed evenings offered limited differentiation and were generally underwhelming. By the middle of our 10-day stay, dining in the restaurant had become more of a necessity than something to look forward to. Another issue was the large number of flies in the restaurant, particularly around the cold food stations. This was quite off-putting, and there appeared to be few measures in place to minimise the problem, such as food covers or fly deterrent systems. The pool itself is excellent but becomes extremely busy around lunchtime. On a positive note, the daytime entertainment team are fantastic, energetic, and work incredibly hard. The aquagym sessions were particularly enjoyable and a standout part of the holiday. Cleanliness The hotel is immaculately maintained, and the housekeeping and grounds teams deserve significant credit for the high standards throughout the resort. The only downside is that cleaning activity starts early, and from around 7am there can be considerable noise from furniture being moved and preparation work taking place, which may disturb lighter sleepers. Overall, I am sad to say I would not recommend this hotel as a great 4* all inclusive but can see how it would work perfectly as a short stay central location to experience a lot of fantastic experiences in Gran Canaria.
Absolutely brilliant experience, loved the place and the pool, The staff were great especially Selina and the activity team who went out of Thier way to make sure my grandkids had a good time, food was great and a wide range so everyone found something they liked. We would definitely return.
We stayed here as a family of four with children aged 11 and 8. The biggest positive is definitely the location. It’s within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and bars, so it’s a great base if you like to get out and explore. The hotel and grounds were generally clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. However, housekeeping was a little inconsistent. We arrived around 1am after flight delays and motorway traffic, only to have the cleaner knocking at 8:30am the next morning, so definitely use the Do Not Disturb sign if you want a lie-in! The room seemed to be cleaned more thoroughly during the first half of the week than the second. We found someone else’s flip-flops under the bed when looking for the kids ball, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned underneath. On our final morning, the smell from the bathroom drains was awful - so bad we shut the bathroom door and avoided going back in. Our room itself was spacious enough for the four of us, with a good-sized balcony overlooking the pool, and the air conditioning was excellent and very much needed. There aren’t many plug sockets, so take adapters, and the sockets in our room were quite stiff. We also had the electrics trip twice during our stay, although reception arranged for this to be fixed quickly. Check-in was straightforward despite arriving around midnight. As we’d missed dinner, we were told there was a cold meal available in the restaurant, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the food had clearly been sitting out for hours, the restaurant was very warm, and there were flies all over the salad bar, so we decided not to eat it and went to a nearby restaurant instead for chips. The food throughout the week was what you’d expect from a standard all-inclusive. The fresh pizzas were lovely, and my partner and the kids really enjoyed the burgers and toasties from the snack bar. The waiting staff worked hard and were always quick to clear plates. Sadly, the biggest issue was the flies. There were so many of them, especially around the fresh bread and salad bar. We’ve stayed in several all-inclusive hotels and have never experienced anything like it. The lack of air conditioning in the restaurant didn’t help either. The pool was a good size and was cleaned every evening, but the shallow area was small, meaning our 8 and 11-year-olds could only stand in a limited section. The biggest negative of the whole holiday was the sunbed situation. On our first morning we went down around 8am and there wasn’t a single sunbed available. The following day my partner went down just after 7am and managed to get beds but no parasol. After that we had no choice but to set alarms and take turns going down between 5:30am and 6am every morning. Even then, all the beds around the pool had already gone, leaving us further back, which wasn’t ideal with two children. We really hated having to do this, but otherwise we’d have had nowhere to sit. We didn’t really get to experience the evening entertainment because by the time we’d finished dinner there were never any seats left in the entertainment area. We weren’t eating particularly late either. Lots of people ended up sitting on sunbeds further away because there simply wasn’t enough seating. Overall, we had a lovely family holiday. We made the most of it. We got a good price so perhaps got what we paid for (£2800 all inclusive for 7 nights). In our opinion this hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star property and is closer to a 2/3-star experience. While we’d definitely return to the area, we probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of the issues mentioned above.
I had high hopes for this holiday, especially considering how much I paid, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The location is good, and the cleaning staff deserve special recognition. The rooms are very dated, but they are kept exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team work incredibly hard. They were by far the best thing about this hotel. Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations. I would not say this hotel offers value for money. The restaurant was one of the biggest issues. There were flies everywhere, constantly landing on the food. I've travelled abroad for many years and have never experienced anything like it. It made meal times very unpleasant. The pool area is far too small for the number of guests, especially during the school holidays. It's absolutely packed, and people are getting up from 1am onwards just to queue for a sunbed. Even then, you're not guaranteed to get one. The lifeguard was also very disappointing. A child had an accident in the pool, and instead of dealing with it immediately, he simply stood watching it from a distance until another guest reported it to reception. Only then was the pool closed. On another occasion, a child nearly drowned while the lifeguard appeared to be more interested in his phone than supervising the pool. We also experienced repeated power cuts throughout our stay. The bar lost power, our room lost power several times, and there were occasions when there was no water either. It's simply unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices. I also witnessed British guests being treated unfairly over sunbed disputes, while Spanish guests appeared to be allowed to behave the same way without consequence. That left a very poor impression. The entertainment is very basic and not particularly memorable. Overall, I paid a small fortune for this holiday, and neither the hotel nor Jet2 seemed interested in addressing any of the problems. From the day we arrived, things just seemed to get worse. It's a real shame because the hardworking cleaning staff deserve much better than the overall experience this hotel provides. I will be making an official complaint to Jet2. This has been one of the most disappointing holidays I've ever had, and I certainly wouldn't return or recommend this hotel to others.
Location is good - plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distances. Rooms are clean and a decent size, kettle in room but no tea or coffee etc, although we just used the canteen. The hotel is very clean, cleaners constantly cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Food was average, typical all inclusive really. We’ve had better but had worse. The only downside is the sunbed issue. We went down one morning at 7am and all beds were taken around the pool, the next morning I went down at 630am and the same. You have subbed away from the pool but you can’t see children in the pool if you have any. Staff always friendly and helpful. Chilled atmosphere around the hotel and not too noisy.

The location was great, plenty of bars / restaurants & beach front close by. Rooms were immaculate, bed / pillows were excellent. All hotel staff were amazing! The food was okay, not anything special. This is the worst all inclusive I have ever done, for that reason alone. The entertainment was okay. There is not even sunbeds / seats in the evening if you go in the summer holidays. All beds around the pool were taken before 6:30am. I hate staying somewhere where you have to set an alarm just to get a bed, but you end up having to do the same or there is no where to sit. The life guard was awful to quite a few people we spoken to. Luckily the reception staff dealt with this very efficiently and he was soon gone. Well done to them for listening to their guests. Another note is that the restaurant is too small for the amount of guests in the summer hols, there was lots of queuing and it is extremely hot in there, there is no air con anywhere in any communal areas of the hotel. The flies in the restaurant was something I have never experienced before. They were all over the salad / bread area and I didn’t even want to risk it. Drinks were okay for standard all inclusive, local spirits. Pre mixed cocktail juice with spirits added on serving. Lastly, I have stayed in hotels that are 3* but still include a gym regardless if it is just a cardio area with limited weights & machines. If this hotel is a 4* due to the facilities they provide then I’m not sure how they have gained this without providing even the smallest gym. Even though the staff were fantastic I would not stay here again, we had a budget that we wanted to stick to and we certainly paid the price for it.
I’ll try to keep it concise: Cons - Not a 4 star hotel - Found cockroaches and worms in our room repeatedly - room key regularly faulty, annoying to go back to reception or get a replacement - never any sunbeds - pool cramped with too many people - poor sound proofing for rooms on ground floor - buffet food is full of flies - cooking eggs (fried and omelette), ham and pancakes all in the same area with same utensils - I don’t eat meat. Should not cross contaminate food! - food is bland, and tasteless. - massive queues for eggs in the morning and only one chef making them all (9am onwards) Pros - staff are friendly - rooms are big - cleaned daily - not far from beach (but it’s not a nice beach, maspalomas so much better) Advice - don’t go all inclusive, B&B is more than enough and get out of the hotel area. - it can be good and cheap base if you prefer to explore - if you want the all-inclusive and stay at your hotel all week then go elsewhere - if your a couple, stay in adults-only. Nothing against kids at all but it was too cramped and so many of them, meaning no peace.
Location is amazing atmosphere is good rooms are not the best but good for its value the noise is quite loud though but the service is the best I've ever seen or had
Just a shout out to LORENA absolute legend. So attentive and always making sure you have everything you need. Works like a dog in that canteen, very hard worker. Great stay and good hotel!
Just came back from a week at Playa Bonita...my honest review :- One of my pet hates on a holiday is sunbed wars 🥲 to get a sunbed around the pool area you need to be up around 4:30am to 5:30am to put towels out,for the beds further back where you cant visually see the pool 5:30 to 7:30am any later and it's pot luck if u will even get a bed ( far more people than beds )..I went at the start of school holidays which I guess is going to be the busiest time. If we hadent paid for all inclusive we would have travelled to the beach Dailey to avoid the chaos. Night time entertainment area ,again, far more people than seating unless you eat early and run across to grab a table. There is a good variety of food and its pretty constant (you won't go hungry) Lots of flies in the restaurant area though 🤢 which i get with the climate but there is no deterents to keep them down.My daughter came back with a salad mid holiday and she had a live caterpillar in it 🤢. The rooms are a good size , air conditioned and clean 👌.
Stayed here with my 2 boys for a week. The hotel is clean and the rooms are decent. The cleaners however want to enter the room at 8/8.30 in the morning. If you don’t want this make sure you put the do not disturb thing on the door. The pool is small but it was enough for us. The issue is ‘sunbed wars’ as I was travelling alone with my 2 young boys I had to be around the pool to keep an eye on them. I kid you not at 5.30am sunbeds have towels on. This made me become someone I always didn’t want to be. A person who is up early to get a bed. You even had people around the pool in the day who didn’t even go in the pool. Inflatables are allowed in the pool but no balls. Food was a bit hit and miss. Didn’t think the variety was up to much but could always go out for dinner if budget allowed. Overall it was a decent well within budget holiday, just a few minor issues
Excellent week's stay with a family of 5 (kids ages 18, 16, and 11). We will definitely return! The Positives: Location & Area: Excellent location from the airport with a very short transfer. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and there is an excellent open-air market just outside the hotel every Wednesday and Saturday! Hotel & Staff: The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were extremely hardworking and constantly cleaning and tidying around the hotel, as well as very friendly and welcoming. Rooms: Spacious and very clean, with daily maid service and fresh towels. (Tip: Maids arrive very early, so use your DND sign if you want them to come later!) Food: Outstanding choice and quality—anyone who says otherwise can never be pleased. The kids loved the chocolate fountain, Nutella at breakfast, and the ice cream machine. The chefs were welcoming and always said hello. Pool Area: The pool area gets very busy, and people do reserve beds early. However, just around the corner is a grass area with plenty of beds that don't need to be reserved, where beds were available all day just seconds from the pool. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Hygiene: The flies in the restaurant were everywhere—on the tables, chairs, and flying around the food. While it's a hot country and flies are expected, there were no fly catchers or deterrents, which was quite surprising. Pool Maintenance: The pool was great, but I did not once see anyone clean it, and there was debris at the bottom the entire time. Drinks: The all-inclusive drinks were very standard, and the cocktails were rubbish (like kids' non-alcoholic fruit juices). The pink and white Cava was good at night, but too heavy for the daytime heat, so we ended up buying wine at the local supermarket. Evening Entertainment: The schedule needs work. The kids' mini-disco was rubbish (only a few songs) and too short, running from 8:45 PM to 9:00 PM after arriving from dinner around 8:15 PM. The main entertainment was only on from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, after which the animation team would pack up and leave. There were lots of awkward gaps and sitting around with drinks until 11:00 PM with no music or entertainment was very disappointing. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. We came for the food (having two hungry teenage boys!), and this wouldn't stop us from returning. Great hotel for the price we paid—I even cried when we left! 10/10, thanks Servatur."
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Servatur Playa Bonita and wouldn't hesitate to return! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome, and the level of customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety of options for both adults and children. While some dishes were repeated during the week, everything was consistently fresh, tasty and of a really good quality, so there was always something to enjoy. The restaurant staff were great and were always friendly, attentive and happy to help. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with excellent air conditioning that was very welcome in the heat. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, cleaning the room every day and changing the towels daily. They were always friendly, polite and worked incredibly hard. The animation team truly made our holiday extra special. They were absolutely amazing with the children, creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Our child looked forward to the mini disco every single evening and had the best time joining in. The evening entertainment was always enjoyable and varied, with something for everyone. If we arrived early enough, we could easily get a table, but on busier nights we were just as happy relaxing on the sun loungers in the garden while our child played nearby and we enjoyed the music and entertainment. The pool was lovely and surprisingly spacious, so it never felt overcrowded even when the hotel was busy. As with many popular hotels, there was an early morning rush for the poolside sunbeds, but we actually preferred the loungers on the artificial grass. They were much more relaxed, gave our child plenty of space to play safely, and were conveniently close to the children's play area and mini club, making them the perfect spot for our family. The location couldn't have been better. It's only about a five-minute walk to a beautiful beach and within easy walking distance of plenty of shops and supermarkets. We also really enjoyed visiting the local craft market, which takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The reception staff were always friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent advice on local transport and recommendations for days out around the island. Overall, Servatur Playa Bonita exceeded our expectations in every way. The wonderful staff, fantastic entertainment, excellent food, comfortable accommodation and brilliant location combined to create a truly memorable family holiday. We left with so many happy memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, friendly and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. We can't wait to come back!
Honestly this hotel passed expectations. We were really lucky and got a room on the ground floor right by the pool. The room is massive and kept exceptionally clean by the maids. I am a cealiac and i was incredibly impressed by the resraurant. They offered to make me seperate food gluten free but i chose to eat the food already prepared. Breakfast fully seperate section, lunch and dinner i just made sure i got there first and checked the signs. No problems and a big selection, fish, meat, paella, salad etc. Adult area was amazing with the hot tub. Biggest plus though has to be the staff, they are honestly a massive asset for the hotel. Friendly, approachable, efficent. Couldn't fault the service.
Me and my partner visited Playa Bonita for 5 days for the first time and honestly had one of the best experiences. The range of food at the buffet was perfect for picky eaters and people who enjoy everything. The room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels everyday. The entertainment and activities during the day were great! Not just for kids but for adults too! The Animation team were so welcoming, friendly always stopping for chats and encouraging you to join in! Also the staff members were very lovely too! Definitely recommend staying here! Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and shops too! We will be back again :)
Good location, food was ok
Problem with parking, pre-mixed coctails, I have never seen it before, I think it could be better for that price, poor entertainment, older hotel, needs some reconstruction, sunbeds around pool were occupied at 7 am, beds have little wheels, sometimes i though i would wake up in the pool
La calidad de la comida. Comodidad de la cama. Habitaciones amplias. Limpieza.
We recently stayed at Servatur Playa Bonita for 12 days. Overall, we had a good holiday because we hired a car and explored the island, but I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4-star property. It has some great points, but there are also several areas that need significant improvement. The positives first: our room was lovely, spacious, and kept very clean throughout our stay. Fresh towels and toilet roll were replenished daily, which was appreciated. The restaurant itself is spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent, with the Irish Centre just a short walk away and plenty of taxis and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, there were quite a few negatives. The balcony door latch was broken, so whenever it was windy the door would swing open and bang, which was frustrating. Our room also tripped the electricity twice while using the hairdryer, likely because there's no extractor fan in the bathroom to remove moisture. The food was the biggest disappointment. It was very repetitive, and I wasn't keen on the quality or appearance of most of the meat, so I ended up living on pizza, fries, and the occasional vegetarian or dairy option for most of the holiday. Hygiene in the restaurant also needs improving. There were flies around many of the tables and all over the jams, honey, and fresh bread. The cold meats, cheeses, and salads were left uncovered, which meant they were also covered in flies. This wasn't pleasant to see and put me off eating many of the options. During our stay, the lift in Block 1 was out of service for a full day. Climbing four flights of stairs in the heat was exhausting and certainly wouldn't be practical for anyone with mobility issues. The pool area was another downside. By 11am it was completely packed, and all of the sunbeds had been reserved by around 7am each morning. There also weren't enough tables or seats for the evening entertainment, making it difficult to find somewhere to sit. We had to end up leaving and going to our room. The lifeguard was also very strict, telling people off for playing ball games in the pool, which took away some of the fun atmosphere. Most of the staff were fine, but a few of the restaurant cleaners had a poor attitude, which didn't create a welcoming environment. We also asked to keep our room for just a couple of extra hours on departure day because there was nowhere else with air conditioning, but this wasn't possible. We tried to sit in reception but as there was no air-con, we made the decision to spend €50 on a taxi to the airport instead rather than waiting on our transfer in sweltering heat until 6pm. Overall, we still enjoyed our holiday thanks to getting out and exploring Gran Canaria, but the hotel itself fell short of expectations. With improvements to the food, restaurant hygiene, pool management, customer service, and maintenance, it could be much better. At the moment, I'd say it's an average hotel with a great location rather than a true ‘4-star’ experience.
We are currently enjoying our last few hours at this hotel and we are gutted, would love to stay longer! Food was lovely, something for everyone ( even fussy eaters would be well fed here! ) Big rooms cleaned every day! Plenty of sunbeds around a large pool, or by the jacuzzi if you want peaceful times Entertainment team work hard with activities and dont pester you to join in Only downside for me was evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, but being in a central location, theres a few bars only a minutes walk away ( o’neils, mulligans) so this wasnt really a problem! Set a lovely table up for my birthday at hubbys request including cake and champagne! Staff hardworking, lovely and friendly! Would definitely come back!
Just sitting around the pool on a last day at the Servatur Playa Bonita and thought I’d write this review. This is not a moaning review. We genuinely had a fabulous week here but there are a few things that I’d like to address Rooms are spacious and kept clean on a daily basis. There’s a balcony and airer to dry towels costumes etc. It’s a bit cramped but we don’t tend to sit on a balcony so didn’t bother us. There was a choice of pillows and a kettle/fridge in the room. Toiletries are provided shower gel etc but our shower did flood the bathroom so we aimed it at the wall. Not a big problem really but did make the floor a bit slippery Hairdryer also in the bathroom and shelf to put your own toiletries on too. In all a lovely room. We faced some bars which could be noisy but your on holiday so some noise to be expected. Ear plugs are our solution to this. Food is excellent. Good variety and there was a chocolate fountain. Best was the soft ice cream machine which you could make your own cones or tubs. Only gripe was the choice of vegetarian meals were basically the same each day. Only today did they hv a lentil curry and veggie paella. My son & his girlfriend are veggie but they made the best of it. Location is great for shops and restaurants and the beach is also just a short stroll away. Pool was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds but I could see this could be a problem in the height of the season. What was a problem was the lack of umbrellas and this did cause a few arguments amongst holiday makers. We didn’t hv to get up extraordinarily early. 8am to secure our beds/umbrellas but there were a few people after 9am who couldn’t get beds or if they did couldn’t get umbrellas. Some guest walked around asking if a party needed there’s. Some just took them if there wasn’t anyone around. Personally I feel a no reservation policy of beds etc to be placed before 10 when the pool opens and anything laid before that is removed by staff labelled and a note left for the owners to collect from the life guard. This has worked very well in a few other hotels we’ve stayed in. Poolside can get slippery but just walking with care sorts this out. Entertainment was good you joined in as much or as little as you wanted. If like us you weren’t leaving the hotel till the evening there’s a shower room which can be booked at reception which supplies all you need. Staff on the whole are polite and friendly. The hotel is kept clean and personally found it to be excellent value for money
ROOM 4006! This room was covered in mould. Made us unwell on holiday receiption completely aware when we raised it. Unsafe and not clean should not be able to give this room out to people.
It was a lovely hotel, rooms cleaned everyday but cleaners are about very early so got woke up most days, food was fine for a few days but then got very repetitive, my husband got ill and spent 1 day in bed due to what he thinks he ate the day before, there are flies everywhere, even at breakfast which was off putting, alcoholic drinks were a bit naff, soft drinks all watered down, not everything is all inclusive, lifeguard told everyone they can’t play ball after a few days as someone complained, we like to go to the beach but over 100 steps to get there and back up so only went once, wouldn’t go back but mainly coz we go somewhere different every year
was so worried about coming to this hotel after reading some of the reviews but the welcome i received at reception was so nice and friendly. Our room smelt so clean and there was no issues there The food was amazing breakfast lunch and dinner if your wanted 5 star hotel food that wont happen here. Snacks was amazing in the restaurant however the dessert was not a lot to choose from. So some of the reviews about reserving the sun beds is very true the are getting full by 7:30 but again at the end of the day its just a sun bed and there is plenty to choose from just probably not the one you want. The staff in general are really nice and couldn't fault them but you do get the odd one is very moody! The pool is so clean and around the pool is clean. There is a jacuzzi that you can use for free with double sun beds which is a massive plus to this hotel as in previous places I've stayed the use of this would be at an extra charge. The view from the restaurant towards the pool is beautiful with mountain views.
Limpio , gente muy amable y habitación cómoda
I have just got back from a stay here for 7 night with my boyfriend, staff were lovely on arrival and the hotel and surroundings are very clean. The pool was spacious as not overly busy for the second week of July. Hotel room was lovely and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. Not mentioned in the hotel advertisement but there is a jacuzzi that seats up to 11 people. The location is great and you can walk into playa del ingles, where there is great nightlife , suitable for most ages. Animation team was great and consistent each day. Really enjoyed the mat on the pool. Overall would stay again! Food was also on the plus side as you could watch certain foods being cooked, Good range each day which alternated.
Stayed 2 weeks This hotel offers good sized rooms which are comfortable and clean . Air con excellent. The food here is outstanding . We only went out once for a meal as the food in the hotel was excellent . Pool was a good size and there were plenty of areas to sunbath even a grassed area which was quiet and relaxing . Drinks were great . I cannot fault this hotel it offers great value . If I was to give any negative comments it would be the communal areas outside the rooms look a little dated. One negative regarding the staff . Witnessed SOS person removing umbrella from guests who had gone for lunch to give to other guests who had come down to the pool area in the afternoon .On this occasion it didn’t cause any issues but potentially this could cause trouble amongst guest especially if you were using it and had got up early to secure the bed and umbrella like this couple had .They had simply gone for lunch !!! Don’t feel this is good practice ,fair enough if it wasn’t being used but in this case it was and this was obvious to the eye . Overall loved this hotel . Thank you so much to the lovely kind and welcoming staff who overall created a happy holiday for everyone .
Just had a fantastic week here, the hotel is lovely, very high standard of cleanliness. The staff are all lovely. The food was excellent, very varied and plenty of it, nice and warm as cooked in front of you. Never had any problem getting sunbeds, we got the same beds everyday, came down at 7.30am for breakfast and got them then. Nice large clean pool, plenty of space to swim and chill out. The Entertainment we saw was good and everybody was enjoying it, a good singer one night, a very good acrobatic show and the magic show was very good. Location is good for plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, beach is very close but you do need to go down a lot of steps to get to the beach. Once on the beach a good choice of sunbeds. The ones at the bottom of the steps has a nice snack bar and toilets. Would definitely come back to this hotel as really enjoyed it.
I have just returned from a 10 day stay here with my boyfriend for reference we are mid 20s. We got a taxi from the airport it cost us €40 and only took 20 minutes which was great! On arrival the staff were very welcoming and luckily our room was available early around midday. The rooms were very spacious, we were in block 3. The food here was amazing, one of the best all inclusive hotels we have been to and definitely above normal standards. It only has 1 restaurant, which is also where the snack bar is. Each night they have different cuisines like Mexican, Asian, Spanish and local cuisines which were all great as well as a self serve ice cream machine that was delicious! The staff here were so nice and all worked extremely hard all day everyday, they were all happy to help! The lady at reception actually printed us out a bus time sheet and circled which one we need to get for our journey which was really helpful. We did not watch the entertainment so can’t comment on whether it was any good but the animation team were great lots of activities throughout the day to do, and they aren’t pushy if you don’t want to join in. There is a small Italian restaurant about a 3 minute walk from the hotel called Bell’amore which we ate at 2 nights in a row, it was delicious and really reasonably priced! There are also a few bars in walking distance that all have live music, drag shows and that were also playing the football which was great for us. There is also a water park 10 minute drive away which is one of the best we have been too so overall location for us was perfect! The only cons I would mention here is that there is a lack of umbrellas around the pool, which I feel like is a must because of the heat! If you didn’t get one in the morning you would struggle to find one! As well as this in our room for a few days we had an awful sewage smell in the bathroom, however we did not complain about this so this is our fault for not saying anything! But the smell did eventually go. Following on from this around 8:30-9:30am for quite a few mornings it sounded like beds or chairs were being dragged around the room which was disturbing for us and did wake us up on a few occasions but again we did not mention this to the staff! Saying this, overall we loved our stay and felt very welcomed and safe here! I would definitely recommended this to a friend!
No complaints. Room was spotless. Food was 10/10 and the pool area was amazing .. go down early for a sunbed tho as they fill up fast .
Le personnel la propreté
Rien
Klein balkon, alles best verouderd. 1 zwembad voor veel mensen. Erg gehorig.
Wouldn’t say it quite hit 4 stars. It was overall a good stay but that was it. Just ok. When we arrived granted we got there early but they told us the room would be an hour, so we went to a lovely bar came back and they said it wasn’t ready but couldn’t tell us when. Cue sitting there for another three hours. It is very nicely designed into four circular buildings that have both lifts and stairs. Rooms are spacious enough, good storage, clean enough. Although it’s listed as a double room, it’s two single beds with mattress toppers that kept moving half off the bed. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. Mini fridge that is okay. Shower pressure was wonderful. Walls are paper thin so definitely heard “things” multiple nights. The windows don’t do anything to block sound so we were woken up many times due to football matches, glass recycling, coaches etc. The restaurant is okay, gets a little warm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible with pastries, churros, waffles, full english, fruit etc. Lunch and dinner were okay-ish, listen to the comments saying everything is weirdly salty, it is true. Found a few things inedible due to how salty they were. I won’t lie we did mostly live off the self serve ice cream machine. The self-serve drinks machines were broken on either side of the room almost everyday. Drinks were okay, basic range of cocktails with the all inclusive. The pool was really nice although does not get very deep (i’m 5’8 and could stand with flat feet). Other reviews are correct with the lounger situation. We got up first thing for breakfast and by around 8:30 all loungers had towels to reserve them even though it’s apparently against the rules. Sometimes they’d go unoccupied for hours. Oh and at least twice a day there a wafts of unpleasant smells, including sewage and weed. Very noticeable. Also, not that most people care, but the air quality was one step away from being risk to life although it is not the hotels fault. Overall, it was an ok stay but I paid the same amount for a 4 star in Morrocco that was miles better for the same distance. I wouldn’t come back I don’t think. Maybe if it was cheaper or i’d only do half board instead of all inclusive.
Ok, so as the title goes, I’m an ex holiday rep who came here with an open mind. I was a bit cautious as the Servateur name hasn’t got a great reputation. However, the reviews were mainly good. Now here I am, 2 days into a 2 week holiday, writing this review and desperately trying to find alternative accommodation! Let’s get the rooms out of the way, not 4 star, but ok, clean and tidy. However, I haven’t had a maid service since I arrived 2 days ago so now no clean towels. Other than that, the room is a good 3 star (paid extra for the pool view). If you are coming here to sit around the pool…. Good luck! You will need to be up by 4:30am to claim your place. Apparently, this place is “quiet” and not full. But not a sun bed to be had ANYWHERE! Including all the surrounding gardens around the buildings. It doesn’t help when people grab 4-8 sun-beds and literally move them into a circle. So no sunbeds…. What about maybe a chair near the pool bar? Nope. 3 tiny tables in an 8 foot by 3 foot area. All claimed. So the choices are now gone. So you have tomeither go out of the hotel to a beach or somewhere else… or sit in your room. Totally not a relaxing place to be. Now on Expedia/air bnb looking for anything else I can find for the next 12 nights. Totally ruined a £2500 holiday! Oh and I’m lucky, I hired a car…. But parking in €6 euros per night for the first 6 nights, then €8 euros per night after than. Payable in advance and the parking spaces are more limited than the sun beds. I can’t say what the food is like, as after my holiday has been ruined, I don’t feel like going to eat and find out! Worst holiday ever… and I have seen some bad ones.
We had the most amazing holiday, arrived at approx 8.30pm, check in said to go to the dining room and finish later, we mentioned about a phobia of lifts and request for lower floor. When we got back they had upgraded us and put us the first floor! The room was immaculate! Full air con, Couldn’t fault it. The dining room was amazing, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and efficient! The food was fantastic, there literally is something for everyone. Loads of choice, hot or cold. Fresh Fruit and vegetables aplenty. One previous review moaned about breakfast but I don’t know what else they could want unless they went in from 10-10.30 when only continental as they catered for everything. The Pool and surrounding areas were also immaculate and the pool very refreshing but not cold. We had no issues with getting a lounger but we were slightly out of season, you can see how they may run out. People put towels on them from 7am despite it saying not to do but that always happens wherever you go. Evening entertainment wasn’t all that but the acts were brilliant at what they did and professional, more of a personal preference. The resort had mixed ages from late Teens to retired. Not a noisy resort at all and the bars close at 11pm. All the staff we came across were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great, rooms sparkling The only issue with where we were staying is that there is no ‘strip’ where you could go to different bars etc, there was an area just a five minute walk with a couple of bars and a Rock bar, live music etc that was good fun. Maspalomas was a nice area with lots of restaurants and a fab cocktail bar called the Tipsy Hammock that is worth a visit. It is at least 15 minute walk to this area and down a lot of steps but they do also have lifts for those that need it. The bus system is amazing and very easy to use. The Mini Gold is great fun and a must! They have a bar etc. so much fun. If you like Westerns, then go to the Soux City Park. Well worth a visit but it is hot so have plenty of water, there is a free bus and we got it from the Global Tropical area which is 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Our first holiday in 17 years without the children and ticked every box for us.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you to Alejandro, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He greeted us with a big smile every day and was always so kind and helpful, which really made our stay extra special. The food was good with plenty of choice, the hotel was clean throughout, and the chill-out area was a lovely place to relax and unwind. Overall, a great experience with fantastic hospitality. Thank you to Alejandro and the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Stayed here for 5 nights from June 20th 2026, couldn't fault the hotel to be fair. Staff always cleaning around the hotel and rooms too. Pool area was good with plenty of sunloungers available, restaurant was also good with a wide variety of different foods on offer, would definitely return for a stay in the future.
I’m writing this review whilst laying in our hotel room on our last night before we go home..so very much an “up to date” review. We arrived about 20 minutes before the end of dinner service on Thursday night and were immediately made to feel like welcome. There is a very inclusive atmosphere at the hotel with everyone made to feel as welcome as each other. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything is clean, everyone is so friendly and professional, rooms are lovely and fresh, beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is second to none. Located close enough to outside bars, shops and restaurants to make them easy access, but also far enough away from them to get none of the late night “fallout”. The beach is a couple of minutes walk down the road and is lovely. I’ve never once been to an all inclusive hotel where the food hasn’t had some repeat dishes, so I’m unsure why anyone would jump on that as a shock. There are plenty of things to choose from..in 5 dinners we’ve had at least 4 different meats (just as an example). I would add…there isn’t a chocolate fountain (despite this being a mentioned “USP” by EasyJet). So don’t promise that to any young guests prior to your arrival. There is however an ice cream machine…so that may soften the blow. A great value for money, safe bet, family friendly 10/10 stay. Would highly recommend.
We have just returned from our week long family holiday to Playa Bonita. We arrived late at night due to delayed flight and slow transfer and was informed upon checking in that they had put a cold buffet out for us in case we were hungry - This was an amazing thoughtful touch which often gets overlooked. Throughout our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our restrictive diets that our twin girls have - They couldn't do more for us! A big shout out to the chef "David", who went the extra mile all day everyday. You are a credit to the hotel and I hope its reflected in your salary. The buffet food, in my opinion, was very good. I have never seen a buffet serve steak, prawns and other expensive foods. The rooms are spacious and always cleaned to a very good standard. The pool and gardens are kept clean and tidy. My only gripe is that the all inclusive offer for drinks is pretty poor including the cocktails and evening entertainment is pretty bad. Other than that, an amazing week and we would look at returning again.
Cannot believe the value for money, my expectations were low! Unbelievable quality, service, the food was really good one of the better all inclusive that I’ve been too, rooms large and the hotel is spotless, the staff are amazing and problems rectified immediately. Pool bar staff were 10/10 particularly Alexjasndro, the entertainment team were very welcoming, recommend this place highly, my only downside was the lack of gym but that’s just my preference if it had that and the bar was open until midnight this would be five star
