Solaris Hotel Malang

good

nice service, cozy place, friendly staffs

All services are good and it satisfy with its price

Great location near exit tol. Room was clean and great for family vacation

Very good location Hotel, Breakfast very good..Room is good 👍

already good, like service and everything

Staff is very friendly. The food during breakfast mostly very cold. Room very hot and we managed to ask the staff to repair it on the 2nd last day before we checked out. Bathroom lighting should be white lights instead of yellow as not bright enough.

They changed the towel everyday, the pool was nice

I have a good experience on here because the service good and make me enjoy in here 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

All services and facilities

Nothing

Lokasi bagus, air dr shower bau, sepertinya pipanya, staff baik sekali

Air dr shower bau dan selimut warnanya kusam

The location is easy to reach

The hotel room was poor with mold on the ceiling and wall. The room was damp and moist, not soundproof, and they put me in a back room like for crews or something. When i told them about the mold, it was a disappointment because they offer me a spray? I mean it's so irrelevant.. stuffs also was unhelpful, no one was at the front door to show where the parking lot was. Could get a better one in the city with the same price tbh. I checked out only a few hours after my stay and they didnt offer me a discount or anything to make it up.

Service from the staffs. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Small rooms. Food mediocre.

Staff was very helpful and the hotel was located at a very strategic location , clean and well maintained. Lokasinya strategisss exit toll tempatnya kuga limayan enak kalo buat transit ……….//////………………………………………………………………………

good experience, good hospitality, clean & spacious room, delicious food, ample parking lot, strategic location, recommended

good hotel nearby singosari best price nice hotel, you can visit with family and friends..........................

Good place, good services, and good sales. Thank you miss Desy for your service for me and my client. Hope we can stay in solaris again

Room quiet clean. Wifi was decent The staffs are friendly and the location is not to crowded. Will be back someday. Recommend place in malang

Mr Ardian The General Manager and Ms Vebby - Sales Executive are very well organized person to lead all entire team of Solaris Hotel Malang to make our stay comfortable one. This hotel is not young anymore as many new hotels open. They need to do good maintenance for cleanliness of the room especially bad smell from the drainage as well as downstairs at level one from garbage room. The room is quetly convenient, FB Staff is alright nevertheless need to pay extra atttention to cleaning up some left over immediately before asking. Many cigarette buts were not good taking care. The major outstanding points are friendly and helpfull staff of Front Desk and Security Guard. Keep up the good work and do better for the rest to win tough competition in the city.

Five stars best value and near exit toll singosari, pokok nya top deh pelayanan ok makanan enak dan air di kamar mandi kencang wifi high speed

Nice experience so far. The room is clean and neat. The facilities are working as advertised. Will go here again in the near future.

## Solaris Hotel Malang - *Location*: On the outskirts of Malang city, near the toll gate - *Rating*: 8.5/10 - *Amenities*: AC, restaurant, swimming pool, 24-hour front desk, parking, WiFi - *Pros*: Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location for those heading to Batu - *Cons*: Some issues with cleanliness and maintenance

Start Very good and welcome and good greeting Very cleanliness and complete and very complete Iminities and very good making bad

amazing, cool, such a good ambience and a nice hotel to stay in when you go to malang city. and the hotel is nearby to exit tol singosari

Nice hotel and cleqn room, breafast was simple but good taste. Hamble and helping staff. Hotel near exit tol and malang city. Cheers..

A recommended hotel for your family to spend a quality time during weekend . This hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a cozy room and a good breakfast. The receptionist staff are very helpfull and humble and i really really really enjoy and wish I could stay here in next trip.

Vriendelijke personeel en een lekker zwembad!

Moeilijk vanuit daar te lopen vanwege drukken snelweg en nog 25 minuten met de Grab rijden naar het centrum .

I stayed at Solaris Hotel Malang for a few nights and it ended up being one of the most pleasant surprises during my trip to East Java. The location is super convenient, close to the nearest airport (18 minutes away by car), and perfectly positioned between the routes to Bromo and Batu, which made exploring the area really easy. My room was clean, airy, and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi and a beautiful city view. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice mix of local and international dishes. What stood out most was the staffs, everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. With all the promos they offer, the value for money is excellent. I’d happily stay here again when visiting Malang.

Good places to relax , access near exit toll Singosari and there is so many point of interest. Swimming pool is clean and crystal clear water, breakfast menu is complete with various menu like Indonesian taste. Cleanliness is good enough for 3 stars hotel and they just on progress for their Villas project this year. Recommended for stay!

Nice

Friendly staff, possibility to clean your room daily. Had breakfast once, not to bad. Room service oke, but food is oke or not so good, depands what you order. Well our stay was oke, make sure you get a room not at the road. If you are on your way during the day it is a good hotel to stay, standard room.

location

none

We had a decent stay here, easy to access to places and the bed were comfortable. They had the worst breakfast options felt like they just doing it for the stake.

Good spot to take a rest after a long travel.

Very little breakfast option. The colour of the towel is look like floor mat, they need to wash it better .

Location

Old hotel, didn't refurbished well and even the amenities.. very old towels, old linen, everything looks outdated.. the color changed to brown already:(

Friendly staff

The bathroom could be cleaner. Food options too could be of more variety.

I love the staff, especially the security❤️ bcs he's let me borrow his motorcycle for short needs

The bed sheet look old, but thats okay its clean

Swimming pool clean

Salad for breakfast not fresh, already told to their staff, but they dont care to change F&B staff not good in service for customer

We are coming with big group from Bali and checked in on March 2nd, 2024 only for a short stop 1 night. Even only for a short stop, our stay was incredible. Started with our first moment stepped in to the hotel, we embraced by the warm and welcoming atmosphere by all team here. The room is comfortable with completed amenities. The hotel also offers wide-range breakfast choice. Their sautéed vegetables (capcay) was one of the star! ⭐️ The staff even makes a special Nasi Goreng as our requested and help us to make coffee which we bring by our own. The overall ambience of the hotel, with its thoughtful touches and attention to detail, made our stay unforgettable. Although I regret the duration of our stay, we hope to return for a longer time next time. Cheers!

We won't come back here. First impressions are king, and they were bad. First they informed us upon checkin that although we had purchased "including breakfast" for the 3 pax family rooms (×2), they were only giving us one breakfast per room per day. Ie, we were going to have to pay for the kids. We ordered the kids room service that night. It took nearly an hour and was almost cold (kids fish & chips and nuggets). My wife and I went to the restaurant, the menu was limited, so i went with one of the 3 Nasi Goreng options, none were available (in Indonesia?). Trying to sleep was a nightmare due to the heat (the AC was not up to it), and the outside road noise, and in one night also due to downstairs karaoke. Also bad. Location - nothing nearby except Hawai Water Park, limited English speaking staff, poor and cold breakfast (except white rice), limited menu, tiny rooms, no luggage or cupboard space. Good. Pool is good, staff are lovely, rooms and hotel is clean

Location room is comfortable Room massage service is very good...the therapist give good foot massage

Food is tasteless They served condense milk with water for the cereal not UHT milk (my kid said its just taste water no milk 😒😒) Restaurants service very slow, food quality and service was under standard hotel restaurant

Staff was friendly and helpful

1. My bed has a blood stain 2. Until 1230am someone is talking out loud from next door, banging sound 3. Water in shower didnt flow properly. Had to off the water just to wait the water go down the drain 4. Toilet smell so weird 5. Room flooring patchy mark

Excelent service from solaris team. And nice banquet staff. Nice surrounfing for business. Quiet hall for business meeting and wil give new experience for MICE. Thank you Mr. Irul for service at all. Successfull for all team

Buffett breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is very easy to find

I stay on 7 January 2023 with my family. stay at room 102. room clean, ac cool and comfortable. room with pool view. my kids was very happy. staff kind and helpful. I will stay back when go to Malang. keep it up.

The breakfast (buffet all you can eat) type was very pleasant with good quality food.

The hotel is good for a 1 night stay for a work trip. Rooms are correct but avoid the room on road side (very noisy from early morning to late evening). The area has nothing to show at all. Just road.

I knew that this hotel is only 3 stars but the staff don't have understanding to situation of the guest.. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 am. My doughter have just threw up on the way to the hotel from surabaya, so i explained all to the receiptionist so maybe i can get an early check in but the answer is a BIG NO. I have to wait until 2pm to get my room. She could saw that my daughter's shirt was dirty and her condition is at a bad shape. But we still can't get check in. At the end she told me to pay 100thousand rupias to get early check in. Im very2 dissapointed

The interior design is quite adorable, it's clean and comfy. Though the building may be a bit old, it's simply recommendable for staycation or short holiday as the price is also affordable and the location is near to the city and inter-city access.

It's just a very normal stay for me. The room is considered fine. The aircon was not really working but the technician did come and clean it for us. The TV was noisy but they also able to fix it at last. The service attitude was good. Breakfast is not really satisfying, choices are very little.

very small room, uncovenience for guest who bring 2 or 3 suitcase, no breakfast, yes we knew it before but for the price given should be compliment with breakfast located in remote area in Malang suburb (Kabupaten Malang) not in the town of malang

Booked this hotel only because others were full. The location is actually good but the traffic was horrible all day all night long. There is a waterpark nearby though so you can always escape to this place. Hotel staff WERE INCREDIBLE very friendly, helpful and skilled. Restaurant food was so so, but room was big enough for a family with 2 babies. Pool was clean and big enough although towel had to be asked for instead of prepped by a staff around. The AC in my room was frozen and threw ice when set less than 24C, TV had one or two channels in bad signal. Cleanliness was very well managed. No fitness centre so I think making one would be a great idea. Shout out to Mbak Pipit for surprising me with a banana frittes birthday cake, so lovely of her & her team. Overall, it’s a fair enough satisfaction compared to what I paid & expected.

I know this is a budget hotel. I don't expect luxury for a budget hotel, but I demand cleanliness. When I check in, the blanket on the bed is full of stains. It should be obvious for the hotel staff but it seem it is normal in this hotel. Cleanliness standard is very low in this hotel. There are no non smoking room in this hotel. Breakfast is below average. Parking lot is at the back of the hotel and quite far from the lobby entrance.

Spent my one night and thanks Solaris for your hospitality! I do really love the staff there :) The hotel deserves 5 stars with their clean rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staffs and the position between Malang central and Batu city. I'd love to stay here again when I'm in Malang. Keep the good work!

Quick check in. Very friendly staffs. Room is pretty clean. Breakfast buffet yum!

this hotel located near the main road from lawang to malang. the room is quite big for budget hotel with an affordable room rate. room was clean and nice. bfast variant and the taste is so so. if you want to find some food you have to go to malang first.

stayed here bcoz it was the nearest hotel to the place I worked for 3 days. Hotel was quite clean, room size was enough, bed was quite comfy too. Breakfast was ok, not much selection but taste ok. Was here during the fasting month so I kinda have the breakfast place just for me.

I was in a seminar when I decided to stay in this hotel. A budget hotel with standard room. Breakfast lacked of variety but I thought it was normal for this kind of hotel. Room was clean, staffs were helpful. It may not the best Budget Hotel in Malang but I think you may pick this as one of your choice

The room was rather basic. It was however old and toilet was not very clean. The service was good. Managed to get breakfast box as we were leaving early for mount broom tour and could not be back for the breakfast.

Light on purse away from the town but faces a terrible road traffic. Bath rooms exhaust not working pool in servicing

Its nice to stay there. nice place and nice price

Saya sudah 2x menginap, hotelnya cukup nyaman, hanya family roomnya sempit. Kalo menginap untuk tujuan ke kota Batu di saat long weekend kurang pas karena jarak yg jauh dan macet

I chose this hotel for my family mainly because of our plan to commute between Batu and Malang for our holiday. In the end heavy traffic prevented us for such plan, so the first day we only went around Batu, then we had our lunch in Malang before returning home on the second day. The hotel itself is just okay; can't expect much on a budget hotel such as this one. Room and amenities are basic. The staff are courteous though and breakfast offers quite a variety of foods for a 3-star hotel.

Stayed one night with friend for our friends wedding. Chose this one for the transport flexibility either to Malang or Batu (because we haven't decided that time hhahaha) we enjoyed the time we had here. great service, great ambience,

Overall is very good for the budget hotel. The only things is the location of the hotel that far from city. Around 10-15 min using taxi to reach the city of Malang.
