Nice place to stay in Malang. Vi stayed in one of the villas for 3 nights, they are spacy and well designed. Very nice pool area at the hotel. Good breakfast menu.

It’s a little bit away from the Mainroad but not to far it’s quite and has lot of space u got 3 different pools, can get a massage and u have a gym and a restaurant

The staff made a mistake at the cafe. They also always charge when you eat instead of writing it on the room and paying at check out…. Then make a mistake.

The villas could do with a bit of an update. They are tired in areas and the bathrooms could do with renovation.

I had a great stay :) The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, comfy and the pool was amazing! The WiFi connection was really good. The internet was fast, stable and reliable. I work remotely (WFH), so a stable internet connection is crucial for me. I didn't have any interruptions during my Zoom calls. I highly recommend this place!

The amenities was good it gives a sense of tranquility.

The rooms comes with lots of ants. We placed our bought food items properly sealed and placed on the room countertop and small ants penetrates and goes into the food. We have to discard them 😔

Locatie is dicht redelijk dicht bij het centrum, maar toch wat buiten de drukte. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Helaas vrij gehorig, zowel voor geluid van buiten als binnen het hotel. Verder waren er de hele dag werkzaamheden aan een deel van het hotel, waardoor rust ver te zoeken was.

The layout of the villa was good. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The cleaning was a bit inconsistent.

Lingkungan nyaman, aman dengan nuansa alami. Recommended banget buat pasangan dan family. Jauh dari kebisingan.

Secara kebetulan kamar yang saya dapat pipa air untuk WC bocor/rusak. Namun setelah menunggu dan terus follow up ke reception akhirnya Mantenance nya datang dan pipa digantikan yg baru.

Room especially bathroom cleanliness, Staff helpful,. Quite and peaceful atmosphere.

The Villa was a perfect fit for Family stay. While It's ideal for 4 adult. It could still comfort for 6 people. The Microwave and electric stove was a huge plus point esp if you have toddlers or infant with you. It's a great for value since you live in a villa setting with the hotel facilities.

Small maintenance over here and there would be great. (Some worn stuff)

Breakfast menu is variable. Lots of choices. Mrs. Anita is the best. Caring, hard worker and treat customers like family. We feel so welcome by her and her staff. She should get employee of the month recognition.

A very positive experience. The staff were always very attentive and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed during our long stay. Special thanks to Zaki, a member of the housekeeping staff, who was always very kind, smiling, helpful and professional. Thanks also to Tiara and all the restaurant staff.

I came here from Rome for a the weeks meeting. I enjoyed the location, the exceptionally friendly and and cordial atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable... the staff are extremely polite, gentle and hard working and committed. There's always a smile on their faces...I had more time to interact with the restaurant staff and they are simply incredible... the food was delicious and there was always many choices to opt for...I would like to specially mention the names of Anita, Ayu, Tasya, Zahra, Setyo, Santos, Vina, Dika, Sevina, Halisya and of course the chefs Erna Priytna and Agung for their Master- Chef touch that made the food really delicious.. the pleasant and joyful service of the staff is really worth appreciating...I also appreciate the warm and pleasant service of Uchi and Tiara at the front office. The cleaning staff like Lolita, Galih, Yuda are also excellentso. Over all I give a 5 STAR to all and would love to come back here again.

Die ruhige Lage, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Leider war das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen und für den Preis definitiv zu teuer. Auch der Wäscheservice hat leider nicht funktioniert. Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, das ist für so ein großes Hotel viel zu wenig. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte, leider auch die falsche Adresse. Der Muezin war hier nebensächlich.

Always a nice stay at the Harris Malang

Convenient location for my business trip. The outdoor area is great, nice swimming pool, and a nice restaurant area/sitting area by the pool. Cheap and quick laundry service. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable.

The rooms are very dated, and require refurbishment. The bathroom was dirty, it had mold and some areas required deep cleaning.

It was memorable stay at HARRIS malang, my first time stay at suite room, the room was comfortable with the complete facilities such as bathub and Coffee machine. The view from my room very amazing facing to the mountain and swimming pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food tasted good and varied. GONNA STAY BACK HERE FOR SURE ! 💯

The breakfast was good(+soo tasty i love it😋). The receptionist was kind and super helpful💕💕💕. The room is so clean and comfy. The environmental conditions here are very good and comfortable, nice for relaxing. The swimming pool is clean.

good place for business trip, quite room and clean. the location near by the exit tol singosari but the hotel little bit far for public area such as mall, the service was good the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast had many choices from indonesian and western food. Good for all recomended

If you looking for a hotel for a business or leisure; individual, couple, or family; the Harris Hotels and Convention Malang is probably the best option among other hotels. The hotel is very convenient for kids and elder people. The hotel provides standard room amenities and breakfast menus. The room was clean and comfy room, with enough space for our luggage. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered decent price including additional breakfast for adults and/or kids. Special breakfast price for kids amazed me where other hotel does not have much for this option.

The cleanliness in the restaurant and public area rest room. Staff shortages can have a serious impact, affecting guests' satisfaction. So, please make sure your hotel staffs taking quick action and do not wait until the guests asking for cleaning the dining area and public area rest room.

The location is great. Near the river, outside the busy city center. Good ambiance for the family. The swimming pool is nice. The staff is friendly and helpfull

The room need a big maintainance. The curtain is dirty and so do the lamp. The bathroom as well. Is getting old and dark spot is clearly seen in the shower. The floor also dusty and not well clean.

The surriounding environment is nice. The facility aligned with a 4-star.

I think overall it's overpriced. Especially for breakfast price, the variety and taste didn't meet our expectation. There were power disruptions, though it was just a few seconds. And I couldn't believe hot water in shower room almost didn't work when I used it late at night.

Good for relaxation..... Hotel is clean. All staff is friendly. Away from noisy traffic. We have long morning walk to Riverside Residence at up hillside have a panorama view of the mountains. I will recommend friends and relatives to come here.⁸

the facilities were great, I used the gym, it was proper. The swimming pool was nice as well. Most of the facilities there are pretty good.

the room surprisingly dirty, the floor has a lot of dust. The price I expected was a decent clean, but this visit, the room was below expectation.

The villa had a large sitting area and there was a guard outside.

Airconditioning units both indoor and outdoor as well as pump at entrance of villa made so much noice that sleeping was impossible. It was horrendous and the complaint was not taken well. Despite the villa being a 4 person villa, it is equipped for just 2 and it is rather outdated. Very poor experience.

Staff always so friendly and helpful. Facilities are good for Malang. Food is consistent, reasonable choice of western food along with the local dishes.

Stayed here over 5 years ago, nothing has changed or been updated. Rooms are a little tired now, corridors could do with a lick of paint, but overall it's OK. Wifi is terrible in the restaurant/bar area, slightly better in the rooms. Should have an ATM for cash withdrawals on site.

The property was quiet and a decent location, with grabs easy to get. Pool was lovely all to ourselves as most people staying were at meetings. Staff were excellent in the restaurant - very attentive and excellent service throughout.

Stuck at the property for food as nothing else was really close by. Food was okay, could’ve been improved. Rooms were basic and not as pictured.

The villa are very large and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and very big and nicely decorated living room at the ground floor. Two bathrooms. The villas have 24 hour surveillance. Good breakfast with Indonesian and European options.

Westafel in the villa 1st floor bathroom was not so good. Take time for the water to get drain.

The pool is fun since it has slider and separate places between pool for adult / kids and but needs more for maintaining and cleaning. The breakfast also food, we can select the place to be seated indoor or outdoor. I think the variant for foods need to add more.

People can smoke wherever they wanted. Disturbing us who did not smoke and wanted to have fresh air. For the last 3 days, the TV cable did not work. No convenience store.

I have ordered a room that can smoke, but when I arrived at the location the receptionist did not want to provide a room according to the order that could smoke, broken old and dirty room interior.

The villa was tastefully decorated, clean and had comfortable pillows and bed.
