Most dog friendly stay we've ever had; they gave him a warm welcome and provided us with treats, dog bowls and a dog bed. Great food, facility and perks, friendly staff, easy parking and excellent location. Great for families.
Location was close to the village and was accessible. Voucher for the inn restaurants was a great touch
None. Everything was the way we liked it.
Nice place to stay, excellent service, staff is very helpful. Worth for the $$.I paid.
No shower.in the pool area and restaurant is little expensive.
Accessibility to the village, hot tub and indoor pool, great in house restaurants
Everything
Liked the location and staff were helpful and friendly.
The blow dryer in the washroom doesnt work. Although they gave me a separate blow dryer on request. The shampoo and conditioner cans in the bathroom was empty... thank God I carried my own stuff.

The breakfast option
Staff was so accommodating and friendly.
Location and parking. Bruce at the front desk was awesome.
Run down. Furniture in the lobby really needs replacing.
Overall
Wifi didn't work at all
Professional, clean, courteous staff. Everything perfect no surprises. Quiet, well-maintained, very helpful friendly front desk staff.
Bathroom old and worn out. Heavy pocket door didn’t close properly. Glass door on shower misaligned and slams shut. Toilet old and too much water in it. Very very loud flush. For $300 a night real glass drinking glasses expected not cheap plastic glasses.
Very clean and comfortable.
Location was great, we typically walked down to the village for dinner/shopping. We ate at The Alpine Pottery and the food/staff were amazing! Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable.
We just noticed the shower had a bit of mold in it.
Clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a very smooth check-in process. Quiet and safe hotel with a great location near the attractions . Comfortable beds and friendly staff. The restaurant was good and so was the food.
Didn’t have breakfast
Everything is very good The staff are ready to help all day Facilities are amazing 👏
Close to everything
The carpet in the room…
Great location to village, free shuttle used in the rain, tickets for gondola and climbing included with stay. Great value for BM accommodations! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great.
Room AC was noisy
The location wasn’t bad
The beds were very small and didn’t feel like a double bed. The rooms are very old and not clean. Very disappointed to find the rooms at this condition. Felt more like a 1 star hotel.
地理位置和工作人员都很好
房间里面的牙刷牙膏烧水壶一次性拖鞋等等的东西都没有,都是需要去前台找工作人员拿的,真的很麻烦
I am a regular customer and have been helped by Sukh who is absolutely amazing. Not only friendly but is an active listener and always willing to go out of his way way.
Right room sizing, cleanliness of the whole facilities. The helpful, kind, friendly and collaborative employees.
The late check in’s, it is not like but It is something that maybe can be change and consider in the future.
Jozos bar was amazing! Loved the room Loved facility Friendly staff Loved hottubs
Destination, prices
Staff were amazing at hotel and everywhere I went in the village thanks so much will be back like always
I like that there’s 2 restaurants on the property, and that it’s very quiet.
It’s far out from the village. Rooms are dated and need a refresh.
It was our first time there. It was comfortable & relaxing. Went on Gondola & visited the village & then went & used the hot tub a little & then just relaxed
Everything was decent. Perhaps another side night table on the other side of the bed & a little more efficient timing with cleaning our room the next day.
Ambiance
The view
Location was great and room was comfortable - the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly
Seemed to be a lot of pets, but understand this hotel is pet friendly which could be a plus for some.

Lift was not working at early morning
The staff's behavior was excellent both day and night. The room was clean and the restaurant food was good.
Just a few minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village. The staff were terrific! Really helpful and wanted to make sure you were happy. The staff at the Pottery Alpine Restaurant were amazing, very good breakfast, that is located in the inn. The room was very clean. Lots of activities around the Blue Mountain Village, the area is very nice to walk around.
Everything is good
The view near your premises
The rooms are dated. We paid the $234 to booking.com and then had to pay another $234 on arrival. So made $500 for a below average room. We found the booking.com VERY deceiving in price. Highly disappointed
Clean and pools
Little away from village
The staff was amazing . The cleaners were very helpful and gave us towels and toilet paper right away.
The room was not very clean Found a medicine syring No toilet paper Chewing gum stuck on carpet Sticky drawers Hairdryer out of order
La place de la chambre avec les jacuzzi extérieure qui sont facile d accès
Location and the staff experience (reception) morning shift
No breakfast
Parking area for guests only. A short 5-7 min walk to the Village Activity area.
Internet. Had 3 devices and could not log in on 2 of them. Staff gave me a phone number to call. Wasted over an hour of my time trying to get access.
The room was comfy. Location not far from blue mountain village. Check and check out was easy.
I think the hotel needs a refresh as it seems a bit dated. Elevators were slow. Breakfast was not included. They could offer a complimentary shuttle to blue mountain village.
Les activités le jacuzzi la piscine et surtout la plage privée
L'odeur dans la chambre Ça sentait pas bon une trop forte odeur On se croirait dans un vieil hôpital
Good location close to the Blue Mountain village.comfortable beds.
Old hotel. Has been refurbished a bit but old furniture, uncomfortable chair in room, mini fridge was super small, no microwave in room and both room and bathroom were very small. Hotel is pet friendly but the activities bracelet doesn’t allow you to bring pets to anything. Pet rules are extensive and aren’t allowed anywhere except rooms and no pets on furniture or beds. Website said they offer pet bed and food bowls but nothing was provided to us
Tiene todo los lugares para visitar serca
El Internet muy lento
Everything, except
Shower not available in change rooms for pool. We checked out already so we didn't have access to hotel room shower.
It was really good Perfect place
Nothing
Too expensive. Prefer continental breakfast
Continental breakfast
The staff were so amazing !
Maybe a refresh of carpets
Bruce at the reception was amazing, always willing to help you, great service
That the spa new an upgrade and also some people get baths fully dressed that is not very comfortable for me,.
The personal hot tubs, clean room, activity bracelet
Restaurant a bit pricey
Hot tub jets didn’t seem to work very well
Location is very good
Nothing
Emplacement idéal. Piscine et jacuzzi appréciable. À noter l’Excellent accueil de Bruce. Merci
Rien
It was perfect my family and I love it
Every thing it was ok
Walkable to the village and inclusions
Nothing
Front desk team were lovely and helpful. We arrived early and had a room immediately. Loved that everything was walkable and great inclusions with the room
The hot tubs could have been better, the jets did not work and the age was showing.
The location was fine.
My room had a shower problem. When the water turns on, it pushes the door open and the water sprays all over the bathroom and the floor. It was a lake, and soaked the bath mat and my clothing. Reported it on the first morning of my stay, and they said either maintenance would fix it or another accommodation would be made. Never heard about it again and nothing was fixed. No accommodations were made either.
If it had free breakfast, it would be one of the best places to stay in Blue Mountain.
The value for the location was great.
Room is showing wear and tear, bathroom trim was clearly water damaged from a shower leak. The Carpet had some stains. Our comforter on the bed had a blood stain and we had to request a new one.
I liked that it was clean, affordable, and reasonably priced. It was also convenient that there were 2 restaurants on site. Loved the jacuzzis in the back where I could lounge in the shade in the afternoon.
It was a bit dated, didn’t have a microwave in the room, and a bit of a walk to the village (about 10 minutes) with the resort shuttle only operating on weekends.
Pool and restaurants
Furniture is outdated
No pool No food Not worth it
Proximity to the village, 5 min walking distance. Access to the private beach which I was not aware of at the time of booking and staff politeness.
Rooms were a bit outdated and the bathrooms were too small
Nice location, good value for money..
Loved the pool and the short shaded walk to the village. Concierge staff was phenomenal with local recommendations.
Staff were kind and very accommodating. They were able to respond in timely manner to our questions and requests.
Clean and away from the noise in the village

I had a very pleasant experience at Blue Mountain Inn. What I liked the most was its excellent location and the wide range of services they offer, which make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the internal transportation system, including the shuttle buses that take you to the beach and around Blue Mountain Village, making it very convenient without needing to use a car. I also loved the wristbands that provide free access to the gondola, which really adds great value to the experience. The additional perks, such as the $20 voucher for restaurants and bars, as well as the Starbucks drink voucher, were a very nice touch. Free parking is also a big advantage.
Regarding improvements, I believe the rooms need more attention. It would be ideal to update the carpets, improve the quality of the bed sheets, and enhance overall cleanliness to ensure a higher standard of comfort. Overall, it is a beautiful place with excellent services and a very complete experience, but there are a few details in the rooms that could be improved to make it even better.
Welcome staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and treat us for our occasion.
Our kids were too young for the canopy climb that is included in the stay.. would have been nice if the access bracelets we received were more age inclusive, to include the 0-3 play structure. Minor inconvenience, but would have been really fun for the kiddos!
The staff was very friendly and we got some chocolates for our anniversary but forgot it in the fridge
I didn’t like that there was no soap in the shower
Very friendly staff.
Staff. Facilities. Parking.
That the restaurant wasn't open. Threw me off for meals
I have stayed here for 2 nights with family. My kids loved it. The rooms were clean and cozy. There is so much to do at the property if you don’t want to go for sightseeing. Blue mountain village is just 10 mins walk away. Staff were polite and accommodating. Would love to come here again
Breakfast at The Pottery Alpine was really good, portion sizes were large, and the place looks clean.
The room cleaning and smell on the 4th floor.
All organized well. Close to the village i could enjoy my weekend.
It is VERY close to the Village.
Breakfast at the local restaurant was ok, service was slightly slow due to having only 1 or 2 servers. Food was good and plentiful for the cost.
Didn't realize Blue mountains was a location for local school trips and/or camps in June. The middle schoolers made it lively but also more crowded.
The room we were given to accommodate our dog was more than perfect. We could walk straight out to a large lawn, and also the hot tubs!
Awesome location, great swimming pool. The staff were very kind to let us check-in early. The property also includes a shuttle to the village as well as passes to the gondola and tree top canopy. Overall loved the experience
Private relaxing staff was wonderful Hot tubs were nice. Rooms were clean cant wait to come back.
I like the coffee available.
Fast friendly check in, proximity to the village
This hotel was very welcoming and much better value then others.
Since the indoor pool & hot tub were closed during our stay, we were upgraded to the Grand Georgian in the village. Thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience & location.
Wifi did not work in the room.
Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub
The pool area could be cleaner and the rooms carpet could’ve been cleaner and the bathroom. The food selection also wasn’t great. We had to leave the hotel and go into the village a lot for food. The mini fridge was the smallest mini fridge I’ve ever seen in my whole life.
Close and convenient
Very out dated in need of repairs, beds and rooms are small no fan in bathroom
Location
Food - restaurant sold french onion soup for $15 and it was a very small portion.
the proximity to the village
it was a little outdated
Staff was warm and welcoming - they went above and beyond what they needed to do to make our stay better
Breakfast is amazing!
Rooms to be a little more cleaner, the room was a little dusty and dirty towels from the guest before were left in the closet.
The ski lift was literally out the back door. Really great location and comfortable beds. The suite was clean and well maintained especially considering how many people come in with ski boots covered in slush and salt.
Not deal breakers, but there were a few odd things that could have been improved. The door to the bathroom for one was a sliding door and incredibly squeaky and hard to move. We had to sleep with the door open in case someone needed to go to the bathroom so we didn't have to make noise opening the door. Also, when we're in the bathroom we could hear the people next to us in the bathroom through the wall really clearly. The other parts of the room were ok, but the walls in the bathroom were especially thin. One thing I would like is to have some coffee options, like a Tim's, on site and not have to rely on the two restaurants (which are quite good) for quick food. The closest places (from what I could tell) were in the village. It's a short 8min walk, so not a big deal, but would still like options without having to leave the hotel.
The children liked the swimming pool.
- The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were a huge hit with the kids. - The rooms were comfortable and enough space for a family of 3. - It’s not far from the village at all, but also far enough removed that it’s very peaceful.
- The rooms could definitely use some upgrades and updates. They are just dated and run down feeling.
Very convenient for my daughter’s dance competition. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Our room would have been better if it had a microwave. Also, we had a partial toilet paper roll (no extras). The bottles of toiletries in the shower were also empty.
