cut off time for breakfast is too early...
Although the weather did not cooperate, and was quite cool for August we did go in the pool and use the hot tub which was enjoyable.
I am sensitive to odors and could smell musty odor in the carpet which did bother me the whole time I was in the room. Also, my sister stayed the night as well and it was disappointing that she had a much larger room and paid a lot less than I did.. I feel like I paid for extra amenities that I could not use as there wasn’t enough time to do all those things and were also not a priority for us.
Location was good
The price wasn't mach for the service. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable. They didn't put shampoo in the shower. It was very noisy.
The location and the staff
The room was a bit stuffy, old AC, outdated used sofa bed mattress
I love the location and how it is walking distance to the main village square. The staff was very friendly and accommodated well to our requests.
Expensive to stay here
Stuff
No place for dogs to be close to the pool
Very nice and great service highly recommended Thank you to all service from the front desk and for all the great service
Location was excellent, right on the Blue Mountain village. Bed was comfortable but was a little small for 2 adults,
Units are fantastic and spacious, bed was very comfortable, location is great

Everything was great, location, next to the village and all the entertainment facilities, very clean and tidy, lovely rooms with enough amenities for guests, very beautiful outdoor space, and very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, the stay at this hotel was excellent with all the facilities it had.
The only problem was the sofa bed, the bed springs were very annoying and noisy and I had severe back pain and insomnia for the entire three nights of my stay. My suggestion is that with all these advantages, the hotel should use sofa beds that are at least comfortable for the guest to sleep.
the location and stuff are really perfect
Away from the village, quiet and peaceful
Room service could be better not enough people handle calls. I waited too long on the phone. I had to Uber food
Really cool hotel, great location, really friendly bar staff
Pool was really small for size of hotel, no area for adults or people with older kids during the day. Wasn't clear when booking that beach isn't on-site
location, family leisure, large room, great food with good amount of food
great food, but it could have more options;
Its very convenient
Nice staff, liked location and room
The front lobby is well taken care of and smells very clean
Fantastic hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Our two bedroom suite was perfect for our family - a lovely lounge, kitchen and eating area which made it a real 'home from home' for our 10 days in the Blue Mountains. The food in the restaurant is delicious but there are also lots of other good eating options close to the hotel too. The private beach was a real highlight for our family - what a hidden gem! It is lovely and quiet with plenty of sun loungers and light snacks available. There is also kayaking and paddleboarding available at no cost - the children spent hours in the water doing activities and swimming. Whilst some of the activities in the resort are free for guests, we opted for the 'play all stay' passes so that the children could access all of the activities as many times as they wanted throughout our stay. These were very reasonable in price, especially when the children did the climbing walls, Ridge Runner and Plunge Aquatic Centre on most days of the trip.
We honestly loved the whole experience and would highly recommend, especially if taking active children who enjoy the outdoors. If we had one small gripe it would be that the service at breakfast was often quite slow. Having to order and ask for everything (even extra butter or a spoon etc...) and then it taking a long time to come meant that breakfast time often dragged on for quite a while! Also - this is not a criticism of anyone just a fact - it gets very busy on a weekend in the resort which means that there are long queues for activities and some of the restaurants. Top tip is to stay during the week if you can, or do the activities at the resort during the week and then plan excursions out of the resort on the weekends.
The location is great and staff are friendly
The bed mattresses are not good and not comfortable. Sofa bed is also not comfortable at all
Very, clean, everything you need in the room, staff are so friendly and dogs are welcomed
Nothing, everything was great

Loved our suite anf O&B restaurant. Service was Amazing at the hotel and restaurant
The TV converter was lousy! Lol
Lots to do, walk no cars
Some fumes in parking
Had a terrible experience as I arrived at the Blue mountain village resort to attend a wedding the next day and was told our room had issues and only 1 room left with no air conditioning(35 degrees) was sent to the Westin and the staff was amazing. Pierre insured us a room for the 2 nights we were there, got parking and Starbucks vouchers!! The restaurant is amazing, 10/10, 100% recommend.
Nice facilities, comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff.
Would have liked a personal parking space right next to the elevators with my name on it. But I might be asking too much...
The restaurant was lovel
Location in the village close to everything.
My room was on the first floor, and although the description listed it as having a “balcony,” it was actually a small concrete patio that was overgrown with weeds. This was quite disappointing, especially compared to my previous stay, when I had an upper-floor balcony overlooking the village. Because of the layout and lack of view, I didn’t use the outdoor space at all during this trip.
The Westin Trillium is a stain on the Blue Mountain name and the Westin name. When I booked, the views promised were resort view or mountain view. Nowhere was “parking lot” view mentioned. These rooms should not be sold at the same tier as the other rooms in the category. We asked to change rooms and were told they couldn’t. Unacceptable. Nobody should be staying in this room at full price in my opinion. The Westin doesn’t care though. What a disappointment. I can’t believe we paid more to stay here than in one of the little hotels.

Really appreciated the anniversary greetings along with wine, chocolates & Carmel corn. Loved that we had a covered balcony so that we could sit outside while watching the summer rain and view of ski hills enjoying or treats. Staff were very attentive!!
Location in Blue Mountain is excellent, we had a very good 5th floor suite with an amazing view! Close to lots of outdoor activities, food in the O&B restaurant was well presented, and very good. Service everywhere in the hotel was top notch! Our room was especially chosen to fit our needs. Would definitely come back
The hotel is placed inside the Village and the ambiance is excellent
We waited for 55 minutes for 1 plate of chicken tenders at Oliver and Bonacici. It was very very dirty, the room and the general hotel. The pools have just had maintenance and they look worn, dirty and full off debrie. Sad to see this hotel deteriorate so badly.
Location
The pullout couch was very uncomfortable
Walking distance to the village
Very crowded
We arrived early, and although our room wasn't ready we were able to park and use the pool, which was perfect. When our room was ready, Lynn was an absolute wonderful front desk agent, who helped celebrate our special occasion, Lynn was also friendly and kind. The room was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed our balcony and the fresh air, and view of the village. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back.
Location
Parking rent high
While the room was really nice (kid upstairs for kiddo) the air conditioning barely worked and it was extremely hot & uncomfortable. We had to fill the pots from kitchen with ice but that didn’t help. Terrible sleep for all of us. Extremely disappointing when you’re paying well over $500 for one night. I saw online this is a common complaint. Hallways very hot too. Also I’d emailed the hotel prior to our stay with an inquiry and received no response. Staff was friendly upon arrival and checkout however. As was housekeeping staff in hallways.
The staff were great. Excellent customer service.
Amenities could have been better to add value for the money paid for the room .
Location
All good
Very clean Family friendly
Nothing
Location for access to the blue mountain area and activities
No breakfast buffet, HVAC was loud and I it was hard to cool the room.
Excellent getaway stay for the day.
The room was okay. The location was okay.
At check the clerk was trying to offer an upgrade to us. When I asked where the upgrade was she said it's on the first floor. How the heck does an upgrade from a king suite be on the first floor? She appeared to try and took us for idiots. That whole check in process left a terrible taste for the duration of the get away. I don't think we will go back to this place. Furthermore we were charged 44 per day for parking which to me was a bit ridiculous and it's a pet friendly place which I should have taken into consideration. An alarm went off early in the morning because someone was smoking in the elevator as per another guest.
Great location, staff was amazing
I wish there was 24/7 complementary hot drinks available in the lobby. Free wifi would be nice at this price point.
The staff was so helpful and nice. Rooms are large with comfortable beds
The Westin Trillium House hotel itself is fine — attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and pet-friendly service. However, when a serious staff misconduct incident occurred at a partner attraction during our stay, local management's response was a generic form letter. Despite my explicit request for confirmation that video footage had been reviewed, no such confirmation was ever provided. I had to escalate to Marriott corporate myself to receive any resolution. If something goes wrong during your stay, do not expect management to investigate or resolve it.
This place was fantastic, a short trip up to Toronto and drive to the Westin Blue Mountains. The accommodation was top notch, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, perfect for five of us. The resort area reminded me of a Disney village with shops, restaurants and activities for all (zip lines, roller-coaster, gondola) the Concierges was Mark Ripco, there is nothing I can say that could do justice to this man. He became my wife and mother-in-law’s new best friend, providing advice on where to eat at the resort and in town. What activities to do and so much more. In a perfect world every place would have a Mark! Thank you Mark for making our trip PERFECT!
Another great Stay at Westin Blue Mountain! Everything top notch. Pricey with the additional resort fee however great amenities (Fitness, Pool, Hot Tubs). Need to however resolve hot tub jets not circulating very well.
Hot Tubs are good however jets while on, were very weak / not circulating or bubbling very well
Our room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was great to have ! I thought the refurbishment was really up to standards. It was a rainy weekend, so it was great to have access to the outdoor pools. The location of the hotel is also perfect, directly included into the whole Blue Montain resort.
The main outdoor pool was not warm enough, especially for kids. The pools were also not super clean. The sofa bed was not very comfortable either and was missing a duvet (there were covers available but it would have been great to have a duvet as well). Overall, the room was comfortable enough for 2 nights.

Faltou comunicação na hora do checkin
I recently spent a couple of days at Trillium Hotel Blue Mountain—something I try to do periodically to fully disconnect after extended periods of demanding travel and work. Once again, the experience was exactly what I needed. The service was excellent throughout. The manager on duty, Andrew MacIlwrath, demonstrated a refined attention to detail and a clear understanding of what constitutes a truly restorative stay. Most notable was his intuitive sense of balance—an ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately, with minimal direction. This level of discernment and quiet efficiency is both rare and highly effective. The overall atmosphere, combined with consistently thoughtful service, created a seamless and genuinely restorative environment.
Casi todo fue perfecto. Y la piscina climatizada al aire libre genial.
El sofá cama de mi hijo no era cómodo, la nevera hacía bastante ruido y el aire caliente también.
Ideal location and friendly service
Not a lot of people eating in restaurant exc
Easy to access everything in the village and conference centre
The only complaint was about Oliver and bonacini restaurant but that technically is not about the hotel. The restaurant had terrible service and overpriced mediocre food.
L'emplacement et la piscine extérieur
Restauration de l'hôtel était complète
Good facilities, friendly staff, accessible
Location
Hot tubs were dirty, and I did not like my room because it was right across from the elevators so it was noisy
We booked a triple room from Hotels.com. We spent 3 nights. All was ok. When we went to the reception for check out, they forced us to pay extra 149cad. They Said we should pay for daily resort fee. When we object to pay extra fee, they gave us a card of reservation fee inclusions. We were not informed about this during the reservation. And nobody told us about this while we checked in. This was an unproffessional attitude. So keep this in mind before you make a reservation
Muy bonito la habitación
Sentímos un poco elevados los precios respecto ala habitación
Room was spacious, plenty of bars and restaurants near by.
Housekeeping would come very early, when asked to come back she handed us towels and water and walked off. This happened more than once! 09.30 was too early. There was a conference on and was asked to leave bar as private event, not acceptable especially as was happy hour!
The bed was very comfortable. The room and kitchen was well-equipped. The pool and sauna facilities were exceptional.
No complaints.
The price was too high and didn't match what we would have expected. The Westin seems tired and requires some upgrades. It feels like it was high end in its time but you defintiely require upgrades and renos if you are going to charge the prices you are charging. The free skating passes plus other activities were wonderful and we loved that
I didn't think the rooms were up-to-date, the whirlpool jets were not working properly
Location and space
Everything was excellent
Stayed at Weston Trillium in Blue Mountain. I have loved this hotel for years. It’s a go to. It’s dog friendly. This year it was different. Sadly. The quality has dropped. There were four issues that need to be resolved. The toilet was not secured properly and shifted off the floor ( loudly ) each time you used it. Very loud. EVERY time. The sink in the kitchen had a plugged drain. Almost impossible to wash a dish - sink would just fill up. The rrobe they leave for guest use was so very old, not cotton, dirty looking. SHABBY. Very disappointing !! The liquid body wash in the shower was EMPTY I did bring it to their attention, but no one refilled the container. Sadly these items made the 500/night suite seem tired, old and broken. BERY DISAPPOINTING. I did call to discuss these matters with a staff member who advised I submit a review - said it would have more impact. ?? Better than our phone conversation ? Do here’s my review …..
La ubicación
Instalación bastante viejas, el jacuzzi no tiene capacidad para la cantidad de huéspedes que se hospedan en el hotel
Great bar and restaurant, cozy sizeable rooms, nice kitchenette features, free ski lockers, easy parking. The pool was pretty cold for a heated pool, but the different temperature hot tubs were plenty big enough. Great option in one of the best ski resorts in the area.
Still is a bit of a walk to do ski on ski off, but with the basement level ski lockers it isn't too much of a hike. May even be better than some of the "in village" lodging. Also note the mandatory resort fee per guest.
Amazing location! Ski in, ski out, right in the village and all the action. We had a loft suite room and it was perfect for our family of four. Parking garage was great. Hot tub and other amenities were on point. Never waited longer than a minute for an elevator. Staff was attentive and while they were busy, they definitely all deserve five stars. We would definitely stay here again. With that said a few things of note: 1. We were never told about the ski lockers or provided our combo for the lock. Perhaps a newbie ski family mistake for not assuming, but also frustrating. 2. I had called about clearance height for vehicles as we wanted to use our Thule on our SUV. The front desk was not much help. Had we known there is a valet lot for vehicles with rooftop boxes, we would have done it for the nominal fee. As I am sure many parents can relate, driving in a snow storm when you can't see out the rear is not fun... roof box solves that. 3. The restaurant on site is lackluster. Service is on point; however, food is just alright and pricey, it is chaotic, and why in the heck only "reservations get window seats" is a policy is beyond any family we spoke to. All these awesome window tables looking at the village and lake that go empty because "walk ins" are subjected to interior seating despite all those tables being empty our entire dining session is beyond me. This isn't Manhattan. 4. The restaurant bar, given how nice the rest of of the hotel is, looked pretty sad. You could see all the shelf lighting was defunct, it looked tired and not well kept. As a business owner myself, and for how front and center the bar area is, my gosh keep it tidy, lit up, and gleaming with some pizzaz. Thankfully for those of us with older kids it is open until midnight, and once again the staff is Johnny on the spot, but geez it has seen better days. I realize it sounds silly, but this hotel is pretty awesome and with the large lobby the bar area should be the North Star, not something I look at and wonder "are they closed already?"
We recently returned from a 5 night stay at the Westin Trillium House for a belated birthday ski trip. Whilst the Hotel looks lovely on the website, dont be fooled by the pictures or some reviews! This hotel has seen better days in appearance and staff attentiveness. We arrived late on Sunday after a long-haul flight and drive to the resort only to find that parts of the room description (amenities) are nowhere to be found. There was only 1 Bathrobe in the room, despite the booking being for 2. I love my husband but not that much that I want to share a robe with him! No slippers at all, I looked in every nook and cranny. No shower bonnet, now you might wonder why not just wash the hair every time... well the hair dryer was something to be desired. Unclear whether it was on it's last legs or just generally lacking oomph but it didnt blow enough air out to dry anything, least my hair. One morning my husband blew on my hair as it seemed more effective than the hair dryer! No ear buds, no face pads. As we prepared for bed, I wanted to make some tea but there were no mugs in the kitchenette, which was supposed to be fully stocked. Also, dont hope that two could have herbal tea, no such thing! It's black tea for one and camomile for the other, what a choice! There were disposable cups with plastic lids for coffee which I hate as it's wasteful and highly unsustainable. Nobody needs those, get rid of these along with your stirrers. A mug and spoon that one can wash are the way forward. Mugs were delivered along with a shower cap and second bathrobe early the next morning, we were still in our PJ's (errrmmm... jetlag!). I made a coffee and after finishing attempted putting the mugs in the dishwasher, only to find that the previous guests crockery was still in there, ready for me to unload! This is where I drew a line. Why would housekeeping not check this!? I empty the dishwasher at home enough, a holiday is for me to relaxe every now and then not to clean up after others. This really riled me up bad! Fire place had no instructions on how to operate or turn on, it took a maintenance guy to put it on pilot, yet still no mentioning of the operating panel behind the TV to actually putting the fire on. Luckily my husband worked in hotels for a long time to know what's what. Unfortunately (or more like fortunately) even he drew a line when the plug socket where the coffee machine is plugged in fell half off the wall. I found a screw on the first night by the coffee machine but didnt quite see where it belonged until the next morning. All kitchenette cupboards have dirt in them and need wiping out and some of the cutlery had the previous guests dinner still on them! On day two of our stay the shower gel had run out and we had to use the soap bar which both my husband and I had an allergic reaction to and we dont have particularly delicate skin! The elevator doors had the same dirt mark on it for 3 days consecutively until someone wiped them off and a room service tray was on the floor for almost 24 hours without being removed. Carpets are all threadbare throughout. Several times we had to walk through a private event to get to and from ski lockers/room. It was frankly embarrassing. Staff had no real dresscode and seemed to just wear whatever was clean that morning in their wardrobe, quite mind boggling. We stayed in a suite as expected it to be immaculate (we dont usually do that, we are quite happy in regular rooms. We arent snobs by any means.) but if that is the standard of a suite, goodness me, I feel bad for the people in the regular rooms. This hotel might suit people without a hotel/hospitality background and can overlook general grubbiness but to us it was unacceptable on so many levels. What was supposed to be a birthday week of relaxation was spoiled by simple things that a housekeeping manager could have easily picked up on when doing the final room check and general public area checks! On a positive note, the hotel is right at the bottom of the slopes so you can super easily carry your ski's to the lift (it's NOT ski in and ski out, you still need to carry them about 300m). It's also in the center of the quaint little village with ample coffee shops and lunch/dinner places.
We stayed twice there during Christmas holiday seasons. We liked the village surroundings and onsite restaurant in the hotel, Oliver & Bonacini. A couple of years ago, we stayed at a two-bedroom suite so the big family could spend more time together. We liked the spacious living room for family time, and therefore reserved a family suite again this past holiday season. However, for some reason, the suite we booked was not available for us at check-in. Mr. Singh, the hotel manager, was super apologetic and offered us a reasonable solution. Tips: do not use the fireplace if you stay at a loft. The loft we stayed was super hot in our first night. I believe all hot air from the fireplace was trapped there. The second night was normal after we stopped using the fireplace.
Ficamos em apto Otimo
The location and Outside hot-tub and heated pool
The toilet was not fixed so every time I sit it tilted made me uncomfortable. My unit room had used towel hung behind the door with used night gown and my husband’s night gown was missing…. I visited this hotel many times as I was satisfied but this time, it was disappointing in many ways..
Everything was nice.
Everything was great.
The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was great!
The additional fee was very high. Paid over $100 in fees and taxes alone. Makes it hard to justify staying at the Westin versus another hotel that’s right in the village, or just going for the day.
