well appointed rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend visiting surrounding area. Biking/hiking trails (Georgian Trail). visit Spy Cider and Heather. Side Launch Brewery is a must. Local towns on the Bay all offer there own flair. Take in the local culture and enjoy the welcoming hospitality of the locals. If enjoying nature and beautiful surroundings is not your thing, don't go.

Clean, A/C worked great. Bath tub was big and comfortable. The hot tub and adult only pool were literally right behind our place. (We enjoyed it being adult only.) Bed was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful.

I wish the pillows were a bit firmer. Wi-Fi is kind of spotty.

The unit in the photos was not the one I booked. The photos showed a mountain view second floor with balcony. Balcony stated in description. Actual unit had first floor pool view with deck, not a balcony.

Lots of pools and hot tubs. Clean and well up keep. Close to good restaurants and shops.

No free parking where the shops and restaurants are for guests. If you’re disabled that’s a con.

The studio units are great for a short stay

Would be great if the pool was operational year round

Ground floor, I have Mobility issues and found the stairs very difficult

Check out is at 10 am, very early for vacationers. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable.

Clean and well equipped with everything we wanted for our stay. Very enjoyable and the facility was quiet during our stay. I would definitely book this resort again.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also great in the fact that it had a big bathtub, as well as a shower. I appreciated all this.

This past weekend was quite windy and the wind made a constant noise where the chimney from the fire-place went outside. It sounded as if the wind was going into the chimney and that made it difficult to sleep on the second night there. I was also surprised to see that there was no restaurant available. This was a first for me while staying at a Hilton and I have stayed at Hilton hotels from the US to India, UK, etc.

Lovely rooms, clean and well set up for coffee tea etc We enjoyed the property, it’s right across the street (5mins) from the base of the ski hill and the little village, making it a much more affordable stay. The only disappointment was the bed needs an update.

The Hilton is a great choice for your stay in Blue Mountain Village. While not directly in the village, it is a short and safe walk to all the shopping and dining options. The hotel is a beautiful lodge style, which makes it so much cozier. Since there are multiple lodges on the property, we never get like there were too many people. Which made for a relaxing and intimidate time away.

There was construction going on and we drove over a nail on the path to the room. I understand that construction means noise but I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with a flat tire because of it. We spoke to reception and they were very dismissive. They told us that there are signs stating that there is construction (the signs were only about noise) and they wouldn’t do anything to help or compensate us for the cost. We had a golf booked for that morning that had to be cancelled (more money spent) and CAA had to tow the car 30 minutes away. Terrible customer service.

The room was clean, a close walk to the village, a really nice environment. Will definitely book here again.

Had a fantastic week at Blue Mountain Hilton Grand Vacation Club. A big Thank you to Nate and Sue at reception. They were so helpful with getting us checked in to a suite on the first floor which so so appreciated as my husband has issues with his legs and we didn’t think of calling ahead to explain that a first floor suite was needed. The room was comfy and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The heated Adult Only pool and hot tub was awesome. The thick cushions on the lounge chairs were super comfy. The lounge areas were so relaxing especially with a great fireplace in the Lodge Cabin. The whole resort was clean and well kept. All of the staff we saw and spoke to were very friendly. A great place for some genuine R&R.

Besides Sue at the front desk when we checked out, who was lovely - the rest of the staff that we interacted with were unfriendly and unhelpful. The property itself is nice, clean and well-positioned.

Loves the balcony and hammock, pools and hot tub

Took my sister for belated bday gift for 2 night. It was clean and all the staff in hotel very nice and respectful. Just wish we could get the room at 2pm instead of 4pm. I was tired driving in bad weather from Toronto. Good stay for 2 night 3 Days

The 6-night stay was wonderful. Grounds and cleanliness of the resort are top notch. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Only drawback was that the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Luckily, there were two other chairs for evening relaxation.

The property had a AMERICAN FLAG flying and no Canadian FLAG . This is not appropriate . Our current political situation with the US and Trump is challenging. Hilton Hotels need to respect their Canadian guests here in Canada by flying a CANADIAN Flag. We believe that Hilton Hotels needs to address this matter immediately.

The bed was very uncomfortable

We will definitely return. The only downside was the 10am checkout. However we were able to park for the day and use the facilities.

Large one bedroom apartment with beautiful views. Full kitchen and laundry. Part of a time share complex near Blue Mountain ski resort.

Beautiful room, great price, nice prooerty unfortunately tainted by the large weeds allowed to grow everywhere. And desoite the fact the weren't many peoole staying there they made it very difficult to have a late checkout...of only one hour to 11am. Lastly they asked that when checking our WE takeout tge garbage...to a dumpster. We found that rather insulting.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms look like recently renovated, so everything looks modern and fresh. It’s packed with amenities, making the stay really comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which I appreciated. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay!

It was great but has old vending machines that only took cash. and didn't have a small convience store at reception. was a beautiful room and balcony.

No pedestrian crossing on very busy roadway to access village amenities

Beautiful suite. 2 showers. 1 stand alone bath. Great pool. No blackout shades and horrible flat pillows. So it's a poor fit if you're sensitive to light or have kids who are. And recommend to bring your own pillow.

Perfect getaway for my husband and me. We have family members that require daily meals and help. We have not taken time alone together in about 6 years. This was a great time to just focus on each other and relax and this was the perfect place to do it.

Great hotel in Blue Mountains in a fantastic location with the usual top notch hilton service expected. Stayed there for 4 nights and was very enjoyable.

We had an exceptional suite with two bathrooms (for 2 of us)..........nice !, and even a hammock on the porch. It was well done

The room was well equipped and spacious. Our porch walked right out the pool and boathouse which was great. There was a hammock and 2 chairs and a table but they were dirtied with bird soil so we did not use them. We had some dirt on the kitchen floor so I made A call to reception asking for a broom so I could tidy the mess but was assured housekeeping would be coming. We went out for a few hours and housekeeping did come but the kitchen floor was not cleaned. The outside tables/chairs were not cleaned either. We were enjoying the beautiful weather sitting by the pool when the landscaping crew arrived. They cut, whipper snipped and leaf blew for almost 2 hours. It was very hard to relax with all the noise. It was our 20th wedding anniversary which we had noted in our booking and at check in however the hotel did not have any kind of celebratory offerings that would have made us feel valued as guests. We had looked at many resorts with so many inclusions for special experiences, could be why we had hoped for a bit more of a personal touch.

When I think of Hilton Grand Vacation Resorts, I expect nothing but quality and a great atmosphere. The Blue Mountain location did not disappoint. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The resort amenities included everything I expected for a weekend getaway.

Property was clean and well kept. Room was comfortable; everything you need is there! Full fridge and stove pots pans, etc. Staff were great! Pool area was lovely! Short walk over to “The Village”

Beautiful area, went just before summer break, was not busy. Has two hot tubs and two outdoor pools. Had a great stay!

This place felt like a combination of a cabin and home (that I didn’t have to clean). It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were responsive to any questions.

Peaceful property with sizeable rooms and lovely amentities. The staff (Lisa) is more than a cut above. I was in town for an event and was welcomed as if I was coming home. The big, beautiful, rustic yet luxurious room, provided the perfect respite less than a five minute drive from the event venue. Many dining options were available across the way in the village (short walk if you are comfortable on an unpaved shoulder). It was a bit chilly for the pool, but I visited the boathouse, utilized the fitness centre, and warmed up in the jacuzzi.
