The cosiness of the place is very relaxing. The bed was very comfy and the shower was hot. The bathroom was very well provisioned. No complaints at all.

My husband was unwell, so we could not do justice to the fabulous breakfast - French toast with fruits inside, with fresh fruit on the side.

Incredibly sweet ownership, lovely accomodation, really nice space for the money. Kitchen is equipped, and facility is overall excellent.

Tub could probably be cycled once in while independent of guest use and hot water tank could be a little bigger.

The room was clean and was nicely furnished. Complimentary water, juice, cookies, coffee or tea was available anytime. Breakfast was french toast stuffed with berries and fruit and juice were also served. It was really good!

Everything was great, no negative comments to add.

This location is perfect for a couple. It is unique, romantic, and quirky. The staff was absolutely amazing, accommodating, and recalled who you were. The tub was great for relaxing on the first night

The only thing is you need to be considerate of your volume and hope other guests are too. Not a deal breaker by any stretch, just if you are booking you should know

Easy check in with very kind staff. Private entrance. Unique room with very comfortable bed. Nice common areas with complimentary drinks and snacks. Close walk to downtown. Would stay again. Loved the atmosphere of this home!

Great location, quiet, and welcoming. Perfect little place for a couple wanting to see the sights in Drumheller. Friendly staff, great rooms, small location with wonderful outside areas to relax in a quiet community. Staff are really nice, helpful and respectful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Cute units with outside private spaces for everybody. Great pillows, and enjoyed the sitting area and large room.

Air conditioner was quite loud and the room had a bit of a musty smell. We opened the windows and the breeze made it fresher. I would advise airing out the rooms daily.

A great getaway for my wife and I. Location was perfect, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the room, bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything we needed.

The property was quaint and in a good location. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the showers were good. Really clean with one exception (see below). The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

In our bathroom, there was a basket of facecloths and a disposable razor. The disposable razor had hairs under the guard and had clearly been used. Very off putting. Also there was an odour in the entrance way which was hard to describe; definitely not fresh.

Friendly staff. Room was beautiful and lots of thoughtful details- razors, lady supplies, cream, shampoo, conditioner and wine open. AC and lots of patio space to relax in the backyard garden. Great location!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed Breakfast was awesome but extra.The shower was very very nice.

The air conditioner was very loud. We turned it off and opened the windows which provided cool air to sleep.The rubber mattress protector was annoying.

La gentillesse du propriétaire, la propreté des lieux (notamment la chambre D que j’ai occupée) le calme, également la proximité des commerces. Petites attentions du propriétaire, avec remise d’un petit cadeau (biscuits, eau, jus) à l’arrivée! De plus, café et thé sont disponibles sur les lieux, bien apprécié au retour de mes excursions.

Rien à redire! Certaines chambres sont à l’étage et on m’a même demandé, au moment de la réservation, si cela causait problème de monter une valise à l’étage, ce qui n’était pas un inconvénient pour moi. J’ai apprécié ce geste, car pour certains voyageurs, cela pourrait leur causer problème.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir bekamen ein kleines begrüssungsgeschenk . Auf Anfrage bekommt man ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, am besten am Vortag Bescheid sagen. Insgesamt sehr heimelige Atmosphäre, schöne aussenveranda , wir konnten mit dem Auto quasi direkt am Zimmer parken.

What a lovely place! The room was a delight - loved the big jetted tub. Well appointed, delicious breakfast, snacks and water always available. Very welcoming and nice hosts. Would absolutely reccommend.

Staff was very courteous and were prompt with anything that they could do to help our stay. The room was very clean and access in and out of our own door made everything easier. A great place with very friendly staff who truly care about making your stay the best it can be.

Super cosy room with electric fire place and direct access from outside. Many options to sit outside. Fantastic friendly helpful host. Got a lovely small personal gift bag with cookies and water/orange juice. Booked the extra breakfast which was excellent light and fresh and got invited for that - thank you.

We stayed in the same room that Jackie Chan stayed in for 2 weeks while he was filming Shanghai Noon in 1999! There was a signed poster of him up on the wall of our, very clean, room. Every member of the staff was helpful and very friendly and consistently asked how they could help and how our stay was going. The hotel was well situated for our visit.

Beautiful character home with charming details, the kindest staff you'll ever meet, and an amazing location less than 10 mins walk to the center of town.

The property was clean and everything was as described. We even received a surprise upgrade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend The Heartwood Inn and would stay there again.

It was very clean, very easy to get to.

The only thing I would complain about was the bed. We found it kind of soft not very comfy to sleep in.

The room was amazing but we most engoyed the private entrance and small veranda so we could watch the sun set.

We had a short stay due to our travel plans. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Room was very eclectic. Located in residential neighbourhood and our room was quiet. We did not explore beyond hotel because of a late arrival and early departure.

To get breakfast is an additional charge that we opted out of. We were only there for one night, but there weren't any downsides to our stay

This is a gem in Drumheller. We were greeted by cheerful staff, shown to our room, which was very spacious, clean, well organized, and best of all, access to a private patio area. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the Heartwood Inn to everyone planning to stay in Drumheller. It's a very short drive to Rosewood and great theatre.

The Staff (owners) were very friendly and courteous. Made our staff exceptional , we will go back.

It has a beautiful yard with many areas to hang out. In my opinion the Inn is located in a great area of Drumheller. Easy walking distance to downtown. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Very friendly service. Would definitely stay here again!

The vibe was cute and cozy. The jaccuzi was awesome. Everything was clean and the place felt very safe.

The location was easily accessible and not on a main noisy street. The host was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Coffee/tea/snacks were available anytime in the common area. And we had our own entrance to our comfortable room.
