Ramada by Wyndham Drumheller Hotel & Suites

The rooms were large and comfortable with refrigerator and microwave oven. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. There is an indoor pool with waterslide and many families with children were staying at the hotel...the pool was very active. Regardless of the high energy of the kids enjoying the pool, our room was quiet and peaceful. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet so cannot comment.

Location; proximity to restaurants. It is walking distance to a grocery store and several fast food establishments. As well as bigger restaurants. Centrally located to attractions. Great swimming pool with a fantastic waterslide. Good breakfast that was included with the stay. Large spacious rooms.

Walls/ceilings are thin. We could hear stomping of feet on the ceiling all night which was irritating.

Pleased with our room - plenty of space, clean and nice bathroom. Indoor pool is good for kids as has a big water slide. Not really ideal for anyone wanting ti swim lengths though. Staff cheerful and helpful.

The room was nice. Had a door to the parking lot but someone was parked all along there so with no numbers on the ground or wall/door wasn’t that great of a convenience. But the room was nice. Bed comfortable. Pillows a little too soft. Good for one night. Breakfast was great. Pool/hot tub was enjoyable. Tv didn’t work. They never do for some reason. Thought the price was a little high but it’s summertime and tourism is high. It’s all good.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice atmosphere. We stayed 2 nights in a double queen room. The hotel was so full that breakfast spilled out into the lobby, and there were tons of children - but inside the room it was so quiet. 10 of 10 on sound proofing. We were greeted by the kindest front desk attendant- answered all our questions. The only downside was the breakfast didn't have anything marked gluten free. As a celiac - this made it more challenging. Room for improvement there, but everything else was good

breakfast was great. Pool was used upon arrival. Took the tiredness away from the car drive. The room was befitting 5 people. Had some issues with the air conditioner, but was soon remedied by the front desk.

The Ramada Hotel in Drumheller was a real surprise. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were super clean, very generous in size and included a couch, coffee table and desk. The beds were comfy, the gym was fab and we loved the pool and water slide. The buffet breakfast was good quality and plentiful. We also appreciated the complimentary drink stations, with filtered water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day, as well as the convenient guest laundry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Drumheller and the Badlands were also a real highlight of our trip and are well worth exploring.

Great location for seeing the museum and for "hunting" all the dinosaurs for kids. The slide at the pool was the best. Great for all ages, including the adults!

The alarm woke us up at 4 a.m and again at 4:30 a.m and I couldn't get back to sleep.

Colazione molto varia e abbondante con ampio spazio per mangiare. Personale attento e disponibile. presente una bella palestra e una grande piscina con scivolo. Presente anche locale lavanderia. Posizione comoda per chi arriva da Calgary e vuole girare i dintorni delle badlands. Comodo per il museo dei dinosauri. Nei dintorni presenti ristoranti, fastfood (sotto l'hotel) e supermercati.

If you are visiting Drumheller with family this is definitely the place to go. The staff were great, rooms were very clean, and we woke up to a view of the largest dinosaur against the backdrop of canyon / badlands. The pool and cubed water slide topped the evening and several restaurants next door and breakfast buffet was included.

I don’t know if it was just our timing, but it was very loud to sleep there. Could’ve been the people could’ve been the building. But from 10:00 PM till 6:30 in the morning, somebody was banging on the floor.

The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts that I've has at a Hotel.

The walls were thin. We had a room that connected to the neighbour's room. We could hear their TV. There was a large gap under the door. Very loud.

The beds are really comfortable! I don’t often find hotel beds, comfortable, but these ones were.

They have a great breakfast with a lot of variety. And the swimming pool is nice as well.

A wonderful way to enjoy time both at the Royal Tyrrell Museum and relax the evening prior in each of our two King size rooms c optional hideabeds. Met Vera-Lynne today while checking out: her staff are very accommodating, including getting a crib for the youngest grandson. Pool and hot pool were larger than most hotel pools, and had a decent waterslide. All seating around the pool was clean, with plenty of towels, change room and bathroom. Big windows and high ceilings made this swim area especially enjoyable. Breakfast area today was equipped with a neat pancake maker that even warmed the plates Yogurt c fresh fruit available, as well as plentiful sausages, potatoes and scrambled eggs. There is a Cappuccino machine in hallway in case people prefer to purchase a fancier coffee for $2-3. 2 Dining Room hosts worked diligently to keep all food re-stocked piping hot and dirty plates were removed promptly and tables cleaned for next guests. These hard workers deserve a modest tip!! The weight room looked amazing but we did not have time to use it. This hotel is extremely Family Friendly and there is a fun game in the lobby that was a hit with other families. Many options to eat right around the hotel. We chose Boston Pizza, a short walk around the corner.

We booked this hotel because it had a waterslide that we knew our granddaughter would enjoy. And she loved it! But this hotel was great in many other ways as well! Ramada provided an excellent included breakfast that had extras not provided by most hotels. For instance, our granddaughter just loved that she could have pancakes with whip cream, coloured sprinkles, chips of chocolate and marshmallows. And the adults loved the hot breakfast of sausages, scrambled eggs, great hash browns and much more. This hotel had nice amenities such as seating areas inside and out where you could socialize or just spend some quiet time reading with complimentary tea or coffee. The rooms were lovely and the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

And they welcomed our pet with dog treats! All in all, a very nice experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff and centrally located. And a nice hot breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. I know I'll be back!

The hotel itself was excellent, but I didn’t like how they kept complaining about children. I have two small kids, and I can’t tie them to a bed to stop them from playing or crying. There were many children at the hotel and all of them were being noisy and playful, so it surprised me that we were the ones being warned. When checking out, I even overheard one staff member saying: “When you pay $500 for a room, you don’t want to hear children crying.” After hearing that, I honestly got the feeling that this hotel is more dog-friendly than kid-friendly, which I find absurd. I understand that guests want peace and quiet, but families with young children are paying guests too and should feel welcome. Hearing that comment really made me uncomfortable and negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel.

The location was pretty good for having access to restaurants, groceries and fuel - I would’ve preferred to be closer to downtown to walk to the local coffee shop or dinner but still very good location! We had an accessible room (seem to be the only one with the outside door) - and it was very convenient for my husband and I bring our golf clubs in and not having to go through the lobby. The bedding was also very soft and bed was comfy - plus the room was very clean.

Hotel is off the main road and easy to find, room was lovely and spacious, with microwave, kettle and coffee machine, smart TV, bathtub. Breakfast was a continental, with cold and hot options.

Didn’t enjoy the pool and water slide as full of kids

Rooms and bathrooms were newly decorated and clean. Nice comfy beds, good size fridge with microwave and coffee maker was very handy plus smart TV was great for kids movie night 😊 Love the 24 hr feee coffee bar in hall way and the breakfast was ample too! Clean pool and hot tub with plenty of chairs and towels. Great for families!

It's expensive and the floors are made of cardboard so you'll hear every step the neighbors make.

Great location! Able to walk to many amenities and attractions (could easily get to the Dino walk and the worlds largest dinosaur). Also loved that this property offered rooms with three queen beds. This was great for a family of 5!

The only downfall for us was the pool. The kids loved the slide but the water was freezing.

Employees are fast to help, beds are wonderful, the view was amazing! The snacks are reasonably priced. TV was big. It’s was all a wonderful place!

I have stayed here a few times recently - have had Bill check us in. This dude is good he remembers me. Welcomed me back to the hotel today. The rooms are quiet the breakfast what you would expect. The place is clean I always clean with a wipe and I found no dirt. I will be staying here off and on for the next 2 years
