Só dos funcionários. Nós íamos ficar 4 noites e logo depois da primeira, fomos lá reclamar e pedir para pagar apenas a noite que tínhamos dormido e efetuarmos o check-out. Os funcionários foram muito compreensivos e prestáveis. Aceitaram a nossa proposta e pagámos apenas 1 noite e viemos embora.

O quarto estava sujo e cheio de pó. As fechaduras para a varanda não funcionam. O poliban estava entupido e a WC ficou cheia de água (inclusive, fomos à receção pedir para arranjarem e nunca foram lá tratar). O quarto não tem boa insonorizarão e, durante a noite, ouvimos tudo perfeitamente (o vizinho do quarto ao lado tinha a televisão ligada e parecia que o som estava dentro do nosso quarto). Chegámos às 18H às piscinas e já não dava para levantar as toalhas. A piscina não tem manutenção nenhuma e os azulejos estão todos soltos e partidos (inclusive cortei-me). Horrível.

O pequeno almoço, lanches e jantar foram excelentes. Sempre com comida variada e com otima qualidade, muitas alternativas para as crianças. Pizzas frescas feitas na hora, e se pre a sair entre tantas outras coisas mais.

Man konnte in 1Woche nur 1von4Themenrestaurants buchen obwohl dort immer Plätze frei waren. Eines davon hatte dauernd geschlossen wegen „Umbau „ der nicht stattfand .

Location is good but not exceptional, a car or taxi is needed to go to a good beach. The pool is nice

The hotel looks oldish and maintenance is lacking in some areas, sofa-bed is very unconfortable. Lying beds by the pool are not enough and seriously lack some more shade areas, there are no parasols, just fixed structures that are not big enough and get full very early in the morning. Food is just OK, cocktails are just undrinkable, and the spectacles are done one the cheap. All in all, It is not worth what It costs. Will not return.

Das Sport- und Fitnessangebot gefiel mir sehr. Die Instruktoren/-innen waren motiviert, engagiert und kompetent. Der Kraftraum ermöglicht ein umfassendes Training.

La ubicación y las vistas son increíbles. Las comidas, para ser buffet todo incluido, están muy cuidadas, limpieza, variedad y de calidad. Gimnasio con maquinaria antigua pero de calidad y cuidadas, las vistas del gimnasio son al acantilado, top.

Toallas de baño y de piscina están muy desgastadas. Falta de regulación en la reservas de hamacas de piscina, deben mejorar este aspecto, genera conflictos. Es un hotel dirigido exclusivamente a alemanes e ingleses, en los carteles el español consta como tercer idioma.

La playa,la piscina y que contaba con bar 24 horas. Había 2 trabajadores superó amables Gustavo un tío súper majo y una chica que estaba por la noche siempre también.

No limpiaban todos los días la habitación, nos la limpiaron nada más que 2 veces en toda la semana,aún poniendo el cartel de limpieza , él trabajador del bar de la piscina horrible súper borde y cuando pedíamos se quejaba y la mayoría del personal,el hotel tenía cucarachas y muchos mosquitos, la comida era repetitiva y no muy buena encima si eres español te tienes que adaptar sí o sí al horario de los ingleses y alemanes.

A ver por donde empezamos por que tiene algo de tela..., primero el aire acondicionado no empezó a funcionar hasta el 4to dia de estancia, el bufete libre regular tirando a pésimo , variedad muy poca y olores fuertes al entrar al recinto,habia cucarachas en la ducha y cuarto de baño y en el bufet me encontré una cucaracha corriendo encima de los postres, el personal habia de todo.

La comida horrible , la bebida malísima y el trato de algunos trabajadores peor aún , además de muchas cucharachas, arañas y mosquitos en la habitación

Che dire! Il mio hotel preferito delle intere Canarie. Un paradiso su terra. Il private lodge è il relax più assoluto a cui si desideri aspirare. Niente bambini, drink premium inclusi, infinity pool con la vista sulla playa de esquinzo che ti fa sentire come in paradiso, per non parlare dell'idromassaggio. I ristoranti della struttura sono ottimi, cibo delizioso dalla colazione alla cena, non abbiamo mai trovato un motivo per lasciare la struttura se non per le visite guidate alle vicine sotavento e playa de cofete.

We were on the 1st floor , but we had to go downstairs to the cold water machine. Would be handy to have one on each floor. Also ,you now have to go the bar for all drinks rather than help yourself

Las instalaciones en sí son muy bonitas

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no habría servicio de habitaciones (no pasa nada ) pero no sé si cuando nos dieron la habituación se había limpiado ya que uno de los cojines estaba lleno de rímel. En el baño habían cucarachas. Es bastante aburrido, está planteado totalmente para guiris, incluido los horarios de comida. La cena acababa a las 21h. No había ningún tipo de ambiente solo extranjeros con el móvil sentados en sofás o tomando el sol (está todo bien) pero no es lo que buscábamos.

La ubicación es excelente, en plenas playas de jandía y cerca de varios picos para hacer senderismo si te gusta.. Es un hotel orientado a extranjeros como todos los de las islas, además que el cliente habitual es extranjero, creo que éramos los únicos españos esa semana, pero eso no impide que puedas disfrutar. El personal habla varios idiomas y es encantador. Respecto al buffet es bastante variado en todas las comidas, algo que nos has gustado muchísimo es la gran variedad de fruta que hay siempre disponible en varias zonas del hotel, a parte de la típica bollería o snack. Las habitaciones están bien, necesitan una ligera reforma, pero para lo que la utilizas, está bien. Es un hotel al que sin duda volvería y recomendaría.

El horario del bar snack se podría ampliar un poco, cerraba muy pronto, teniendo en cuenta el resto de horarios. Los colchones necesitan un cambio urgente, yo no soy delicada y realmente después de varios días, molestan un poco. Por lo de más todo genial.

Leider kein empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Die Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (80er-/90er‑Jahre‑Stil) und wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Sauberkeit und Atmosphäre lassen spürbar zu wünschen übrig. Der Hauptpool – offenbar der einzige beheizte – ist stark überfüllt, die Snackbar sehr ungemütlich. Das Hauptrestaurant erinnert eher an eine Turnhalle als an einen Ort zum Genießen. Beim Essen wird klar auf Masse statt Klasse gesetzt: große Mengen, aber wenig Auswahl und kaum Qualität. Sogar der Wein kommt aus der Zapfanlage. Zudem waren die Tische häufig klebrig. Auch der Fitnessraum ist schmutzig, lieblos gestaltet und extrem ungemütlich. Die „Wunderbar“ befindet sich in einer großen, hallenartigen Fläche bei der Rezeption und ist alles andere als gemütlich. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Raum mit Spielautomaten und Arcade‑Spielen für Kinder, den ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden habe. In der „Private Lodge“ herrschte ein unangenehmes Raumklima, verstärkt durch veraltete Möbel und eine sehr auffällige Alkoholpräsentation, die ich als unpassend empfand. Beide Pools dort sind nicht beheizt, sodass Baden bei windigem Wetter – wie während meines Aufenthalts – nicht möglich war. Mein Zimmer war sehr dunkel, ohne Sonneneinstrahlung, mit Blick auf einen Zaun und das Nachbarhotel – insgesamt wenig Aufenthaltsqualität. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass die Mitarbeitenden nicht das Problem sind; die Schwächen liegen klar im Konzept und Zustand der Anlage. Fazit: Den Aufenthalt kann man sich insgesamt sparen. Statt auf Alkohol und große Mengen zu setzen, wären Qualität, gutes Essen, eine gepflegte Anlage und eine angenehme Atmosphäre deutlich wichtiger.

Buffet un peu répétitif . Le wunderbar n’est pas ouvert 24h/24 comme indiqué sur l’application à partir d’une certaine heure plus d’alcool . Piscine chauffée à priori mais sensation fraîche ! 22 degrés

Schöne Anlage, sehr gutes Essen , tolles Fitnessstudio gut ausgestattet. Nettes Personal und auch die Gäste waren zu unserer Zeit angenehm. Keine Sauftrupps unterwegs. Eine glatte Empfehlung

Leider hat man bei der Zimmer Auswahl keine Änderungsmöglichkeit. Wir beide 60 plus wurden direkt an dem großen Spielplatz einquartiert. Im Restaurant ist der Geräuschpegel abends extrem hoch. Kinder spielen schreiend Nachlauf und die Eltern kümmert es nicht. Magic Life schreitet da nicht ein.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und wurden sogar positiv überrascht. Das Hotel bietet ein wirklich starkes Sportprogramm, das für aktive Gäste ein echtes Highlight ist. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragend organisierten Fahrradtouren mit sehr kompetenten und engagierten Guides. Auch im Tennisbereich ist das Niveau hoch, es sind viele gute Spieler vor Ort und der Trainer Jannis ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Das allgemeine Kursangebot ist ebenfalls sehr vielfältig und gut organisiert, sodass man sich als sportbegeisterter Gast bestens beschäftigen kann. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, besonders der Garten ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir aufgrund des Sportangebots und der schönen Anlage definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch wieder besuchen würden. Wir empfehlen das Zimmer mit Meerblick!

Die Tennisplätze sind von früh bis spät komplett ausgebucht, sodass die Kapazität im Verhältnis zur Nachfrage zu gering ist. Im Bereich Beachvolleyball besteht deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial: Die Plätze sind in keinem guten Zustand und haben sehr wenig Sand, wodurch man eher auf hartem Untergrund spielt. Zudem fehlt eine Einteilung nach Spielniveau, was das Spielerlebnis beeinträchtigt. Die Gastronomie ist insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch kein Highlight. Das Hauptrestaurant ist sehr groß und laut, teilweise eher wie eine Kantine, wodurch die Atmosphäre wenig gemütlich ist. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants sind zwar besser, aber die Plätze sind stark begrenzt und schnell ausgebucht, sodass man früh reservieren muss. Insgesamt handelt es sich jedoch um Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Das Buffett und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer waren top. Auch das Sportangebot kann sich sehen lassen. Die Sauna ist ein Traum. Uns hat es grundsätzlich gut gefallen und wir haben sogar um 2 Tage verlängert.

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und die schlechte durchgelegene Matratze spür ich heute noch. Was mir und meiner Partnerin durchgehend aufgefallen ist, ist dass die MitarbeiterInnen leider nie wirklich glücklich wirkten. Wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld einige fragen, auch diese wurden meist sehr spät beantwortet und oft wurden meinen Fragen auch nicht wirklich beantwortet.

We enjoyed the facilities. Calm relaxed atmosphere. Room was spacious and clean. The service was generally good. The food was okay, but could have been better considering the size and staff.

We found Thursdays buffet was lifted up to a great level, but the other days it seemed to be lower standard. Did notice it was a big turnover day. That might be why. The wine was a little off.. other drinks was fine Still okay

Cleanliness. Everywhere was spotless.

Out of 4 speciality restaurants only 2 were open and even then only 2 nights a week. We weren't able to book in any of them as they were fully booked. The Fresh Fish grill was closed completely which meant eating in the buffet bar was very repetitive. The location is quite isolated and without a car there are not many places to eat nearby. We upgraded to the adults area so that we could drink premium spirits but were not aware that as soon as you left the adult area for entertainment etc you are expected to pay for branded spirits.

wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut und haben das vielfältige Angebot genossen. Das Essen war großartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur noch ein Hinweis: es wäre super, wenn man vorher schon weiß, dass man einen Tisch reservieren muss für den Restaurants. Wir hatten nur vier Tage und kaum Zeit mehr Restaurants wahrzunehmen, weil alles ausgebucht war.

Das Klinikpersonal war zwar sehr nett, aber als wir das Zimmer übernommen haben, haben wir diverse Unreinheiten entdeckt.

The food was excellent, 10/10, so tasty, varied, replenished, hot, healthy. The location of the hotel is good, being near to Jandia beach. Also near to lovely town and beach at Morro Jable. All staff were extremely pleasant, cheerful, polite, helpful. Facilities great - fantastic range of swimming pools, which suited us as I needed todo some swimming practice and the rectangular pool was ideal for that. We love the spa area with its naturist area, cool pool, sauna, steam room, coffee and drinks available. Just perfect. The tennis group coaching is fabulous, fun and helpful. Having a drinking water dispense in each block is great. The entertainment - we enjoyed the live music in Wunderbar and Plaza Bar. We didn’t go to the shows in the Teatro.

The downside is that there is not a nice little town to walk in to. Morro Jable is attractive but too far to walk in an evening and the bus service not that great. Perhaps the hotel could run a shuttle bus to/from Morro Jable once or twice a day. The tennis coaching groups fill up quickly, could you increase the number of sessions. The Plaza bar is fine when weather is hot but often it was a bit too cool there in the evenings. I would have liked the option to have heating on in our room as the weather can be quite cool or damp.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff helpful. Good choice of activities too.

The complex was nice but the lodge was difficult to access with mobility issues and no help was offered with luggage etc

The room was cold for the whole week and there was no heating. When it rained the entertainment didn't happen both Xmas eve and boxing day. The Gala meal which we asked for was mis sold as when we arrived for out 8pm booking we were told there was not sitting in the speciality restaurants only a 6.30 sitting. Staff need to know what they are offering!

Páčil sa mi celý rezort a možnosti, ktorý ponúka. Fitness centrum, možnosti športovania, vynikajúca strava - veľmi pestrá, personál bol veľmi milý a čistota.

Buena ubicación, muy bien la piscina, lo único así que veo mas a simple vista es que necesita unos retoques porque está envejeciendo, las puertas de las habitaciones muy viejas, y entiendo que s zona de continuo viento. Iluminación, y demás deberían ir renovando...

El restaurante la Bodega, el servicio muy bueno, pero la comida, en mi opinión no ha sido nada buena, en comparación con el Buffet, nada que ver.... Será que no soy amante del picante y comidas grasas...

Het is voor mijn gevoel een soort camping. alles lag ver uit elkaar eten is geen succes ik had ook niet anders verwacht . kamers zijn gehorig het meubilair kan wel een keer vervangen worden

Locație fantastică, la malul oceanului, la 15 min de port (am ajuns cu feribotul), și 15 min de renumita plajă Sotavento, priveliște de vis -vezi răsăritul de la fereastră, parcare (nu foarte mare pt cât de dezvoltat este resortul, dar poți parca peste drum fără probleme, există pază 24/24, recepție dotată cu absolut orice ai nevoie (rent a car, outdoor activities, bar), totul inclus în preț, personal extrem de atent și săritor, piscine pe alese, activități la piscină zilnic, muzică, ambient excepțional, mic dejun-lunch-dinner fabulos, nu-ți lipsește nimic, tu vino doar cu vibe-ul de vacanță! Singurul regret? Am stat prea puțin. Vom reveni cu sigurantă! Mulțumim!

Dacă ar trebui să fiu cârcotașă, becul de pe hol nu a functionat în prima zi, a trebuit să insist ca să fie reparat, personal putin în extrasezon (de înțeles, oarecum). Prosoapele cam vechi și curios, nu aveau sigla hotelului pe ele (la cum arată hotelul, mă așteptam la acest lux). Dar sunt infime aceste detalii, vacanța a fost excepțională!

La ubicación es excelente, estuvimos en uno de los bloques que daba al mar, y las vistas eran increíbles. Está en un pequeño acantilado. La habitación es espaciosa y las camas son muy cómodas. El personal es muy amable y simpático, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte.

Estuvimos solo 4 noches, en fin de año, y en mi opinión, lo único que considero no estaba a la altura del resto de los servicios e instalaciones del hotel era la comida. Ya no solo por la cena bufet de noche vieja, que aunque había de todo, la calidad de los productos se notaba. No había ni un solo vino decente, o un champagne digno de una noche vieja. El vino que servía es realmente malo, y los productos en su mayoría estaban bastante pasados, o muy fritos, o mal cocinados. Solo el pollo tenía un sabor a pollo. Es lo único que considero deberían mejorar. Además estuvimos en dos restaurantes, en la Bodega y en el Grill, y pensámos que podría marcar la diferencia, pero no fue así.

Plusieurs piscines, des restaurants et bars, un complexe gigantesque et occupé principalement par des anglais. Le buffet était varié et qualitatif.

J'ai réservé un séjour, avec Booking, pour une chambre comprenant 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 15 ans, que j'ai payé directement sur le site, la chambre convenait pour 4 adultes. A mon arrivée, l'hôtel m'a fait payer un surplus pour mon enfant, car selon les conditions de l'hôtel, un enfant de plus de 13 ans est considéré comme adulte, ce que j'ai découvert à posteriori. De plus, le "all inclusive" n'était pas inclus pour mon enfant malgré ce qui était indiqué sur Booking. Selon eux, ma réservation pour un enfant de 15 ans s'était transformée en réservation pour un bébé de moins de 1 an et nécessitait que je paie un séjour supplémentaire à taux plein pour mon enfant. Je pense qu'un problème informatique existe entre l'annonce Booking et l'hôtel, je vous invite à une grande vigilance en cas de réservation avec des enfants concernant le prix à payer, qui ne semble pas inclus, malgré le descriptif Booking. L'accueil à l'arrivée est déplorable et expéditif car vous êtes dans une usine. Concernant la liste impressionnante des restaurants disponibles, ainsi que des activités possibles : en fait, il convient de réserver 48 heures minimum à l'avance et tout est déjà complet lorsque vous voulez vous inscrire car il y a priorité aux séjours longs donc si vous venez pour moins d'une semaine, vous n'aurez accès qu'au restaurant principal et ne pourrez faire aucune activités sportives gratuites. Attention, le wifi est très faible dans les parties communes.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage, abwechslungsreiches Essen

Fitness-Bereich (Gym) ist stark sanierungsbedürftig, Geräte veraltet, defekt und nicht gewartet. Übler Geruch- sicherlich undichte Abflüsse o.ä. Indoorcycling- Räder gut! Man kann individuell keine Fahrräder ausleihen ( nur für geführte Touren).

Lovely staff, kids club staff were excellent, fun and kind. Food above average for all inclusive.

restaurant booking system is flawed. must book two days in advance and only on certain days. wasn't explained clearly and in the end we missed out on the special ones. hay ho
