Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel

The customer service was perfect. Even though there wasn’t a lift, Murat didn’t allow us to carry our luggages, he kindly went ahead straight to carry our luggages. There is also Hasan who supported us and gave us guidance on how to transportation and offered us a Taxi to pick us up/drop us off to the Airport. The place is literally 2-5mins walk to Taksim St, and has transportation accessibility (metro/buses) and it’s quiet at night.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στην πόλη, δίπλα σε σουπερμάρκετ και ανταλλακτήρια συναλλάγματος. Πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του μετρό και στο σημείο/στάση του λεωφορείου από το αεροδρόμιο.

The location was excellent . The boy at the reception Murat was very helpful and forthcoming in solving all problems like fixing bed after first night . Hand soap absence was also addressed by him . He was very hospitable and forthcoming .

There was hardly any entrance or reception . The stairs case was the only option( no elevator) with very steep stair case as our room was on 3 rd floor. The room was generally clean but bed and mattress were uncomfortable and squeaky. The breakfast was a platter breakfast with a cup of tea . It use to start also very late at 8:30 am, as we missed as we took a tour and van came to pick us up at 8 am .

I had a wonderful time at Santa Lucia Hotel. The pictures and the room were exactly the same and everything was working properly with no issues. The receptionists Hassan and Murat were the best part of my journey as they were available at all times and were more than happy to help anytime they could! I definetly recommend Taksim Santa Lucia!

Murat was absolutely brilliant. He provided everything we needed. Helped us with places to visit and places to eat. Such a genuine guy! Breakfasts were amazing and even provided us with a sandwich for our onward travel.The location was perfect..close to metro and Taksim square

My husband and son stayed here for 5 nights. They had a very comfortable stay. Both of them were very satisfied with the great location. The staff including Hasan and Murat were both very welcoming and friendly. My son is a bit shy since he is in his mid-teens; however, the staff hospitality provided much comfort zone for him.

Satisfied with everything. It seems to be in high demand because of the great location; that is why they couldn't get an earlier check-in when they arrived at the hotel. But, they had the chance to leave their luggage, enjoy the breakfast and rest at the same spot.

They are very kind and friendly! It is close to the center of Taxim!

A localização é excelente. O melhor que esta unidade de alojamento possui. Tem o Metro muito na proximidade, bem como a movimentada İstiklal Avenue e a Praça Taxim. Múltiplos restaurantes e pequenas lojas de mini mercados onde nos podemos servir de produtos como fruta , água etc a preços mais convenientes.

O pequeno almoço é intragável, muito mau e é servido num espaço exterior ao alojamento, defronte na estreita rua inclinada. De tal forma que no segundo dia optamos em não utilizar este serviço. A receção é extremamente reduzida inclusive para o espaço de trabalho do rececionista. Não é mais que o corredor que dá ligação imediata às escadas de acesso aos pisos superiores sem elevador. Parte dos espaços dos patamares das escadas estavam ocupadas com malas de viajantes, pois que o pequeno alojamento não possui condições nem espaço para este serviço. As escadas até ao primeiro andar têm revestimento em alcatifa e está rota e degradada. As madeiras no interior da casa de banho estão em parte degradadas e mal remendadas com liga metálica aparafusada e com ferrugem. Não tem saída para o telhado em caso de incêndio pois que será a única saída se tal acontecer, uma vez que uma janela em grade de ferro que por lá existe está fortemente trancada. Como existe uma mesquita bem na proximidade, a chamada dos fieis ao nascer do sol, no caso por volta das 5 da manhã, através de altifalantes é como devem imaginar altamente incómodo. Acordar, ouvir por algum tempo e depois tentar adormecer. É muito mau para o turismo.

Fără lift cu scări spirala. Micul dejun puțin și nevariat. Murdar în baie,chiar dacă a fost schimbata lenjeria și igienizat dusul. Fereastra camerei dădea în într un spațiu mic cu alt hotel unde era o mizerie de nedescris. În alte recenzii spuneau ca prosoapele se schimba în fiecare zi,noi a trebuit sa le cerem sa fie schimbate. Aaa,paturile prea joase(pentru noi).

제가 가격과 위치만 생각하고 더 자세한 내용을 놓쳤어요 다시 간다면 요금을 더 지불하고 냄새나지 않는곳에 머물러구요 오랜 묵은 냄새가 방 전체에 퍼져있어서 숙소에 되도록 들어가고 싶지 않았어요

Hotel básico, económico y cercano al centro

No tener ascensor, y la escalera es muy estrecha. El desayuno lo sirven fuera del hotel y no te dan a elegir.

The breakfast should be improved

The location is fantastic, only a minute away from Taksim square, the staff was very nice and allowed me to take a shower several hours astern checkout before I head to the airport, and my room was on the fifth and last floor with a very nice unblocked view of Istanbul roofs

Lage nahe Taximplatz ideal um mit den Öffentlichen überall hinzukommen.

Zimmer haben gestunken, waren klein. Kein Zimmerservice.

Murat on the front counter was amazing, I arrived early in the morning and even though there wasn't a room ready he arranged so that I could have a much-needed shower. He was contactable the entire time I was there and really made my stay a pleasure. Customer service, comfortable bed. Clean room.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Da ich schwierig laufen kann hat man mir ein Zimmer geben können welche im 1. Stock.

Die Treppe aber das bedingt durch mein schlechtes laufen.

Aproape de metroul din piata Taksim, camere potrivite ca dimensiune, prețul ok. Am putut lăsa bagajele într-o cameră pe care am primit-o înainte de ora 12

Necesita renovări, in special in bai. Scara foarte îngustă și incomoda, spațiul de la recepție foarte îngust.

The amazing staff who were always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is in an amazing location, just a couple of minutes walk away from Taksim Square and from the mosque and many many cafes/shops etc. The famous Istiklal street is just 3/4 mins walk away. The hotel is clean and tidy and excellent value for money.

The hotel could do with small improvements such as11 smoke alarms! I stayed with children, one of which has breathing issues and we struggled with the cigarette smoke entering our room. The rooms are generally comfortable but some beds are very creaky.

What I liked: The location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was okay and average in terms of size and comfort.

The stairs were quite narrow, and the room felt a bit small for a family. The cleanliness could also have been better.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. One of the only hotels I have found that had full 2 twin sized beds for the family of 4, other had one bed or different variations with couches.

The person on the check in was nice, but we were told that the included breakfast was at 8 am. We got up early for a breakfast, came down to the café, but were told by the person at the café that it was not 8 am but 8.30 am and he was very rude, he made us wait outside of the hotel for 30 mins, then told us that he was only starting to cook something. It was 8.45am. We left for a breakfast at another place and had to pay extra for it.

لا يوجد اصنصير " مصعد" السرير غير مريح ابدا

طاقم الموظفين الجميع على خلق عالي وحسن استقبال وتعامل راقي جدا واخص بالذكر الأخ حسن ايضاً موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل شي رغم انه في طلعه ولا يوجد فيه مصعد ( اسنصير ) الا أن الموظفين جزاهم الله خير حملوا الشنط للغرفه وعند المغادره إلى رأس الشارع مع ثقلها مشقة وتعب الصعود والنزول تنسى بسبب المعامله الطيبه من جميع طاقم العمل

لا يوجد مصعد والدرج للصعود عالي وضيق لا يناسب كبار السن او من لديه مشاكل صحيه ايضا موقع الفندق في طلعه ( صعود او نزول )

La situation et proximité de l hôtel de la place de taksim, des transports, le gars de la réception est très serviable et à l écoute. La literie est confortable. Le transfert de l aéroport à l hôtel fut assuré par l hôtel chose que nous avons apprécié Bonne connexion Wi-Fi Netflix sauf absence de la langue française

Le petit déjeuner..... Le bruit de la musique toute la nuit jusqu'à vers 5h du matin

الفندق جميل جداً وتجربتنا فيه كانت ممتازة. الغرف في قمة النظافة والترتيب، والتكييف بارد وممتاز، ومناشف الحمام كانت نظيفة ومتوفرة. موظفو الاستقبال خلوقين جداً، متعاونين، وتعاملهم راقٍ وسريع. كل شيء رائعاً ويستحق الإشادة. شكراً لكم على حسن الاستضافة!"

الملاحظة الوحيدة هي عدم وجود مصعد في المبنى

Balkon i pogled, osobolje jako pristupacno, odlicna komunikacija, soba uredna i opremljena odlicno za boravak od par dana. Oko hotela puno mjesta za kavu i jelo.

Nije bas blizu vecim znamenitostima, ali opet se do njih lako dode jer ispred hotela ima dosta taksija i autobusa.

Для этой локации с учетом завтрака нормальное соотношение цена/качество.

Отель с новым ремонтом, все чисто, уютно. Расположение супер. Персонал очень вежливый. На русском можно было получить ответы на вопросы у девушки из страны бывшего СССР, которая работает в этом отеле. Есть чайник, вода, чай. Цена очень низкая. В апреле была в районе Таксим в другом отеле - цена выше, отель хуже. Рекомендую!!! Мы брали без завтрака. Но можно взять с завтраком, его подают в кафе, напротив отеля.. Нет лифта, но сотрудник с рескпшена донёс наши чемоданы без проблем.

I stayed for 1 day at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel and my experience was very pleasant. In the booking it was mentioned that the property does not have an elevator, so I was a bit worried about carrying my luggage to my room, especially since I was very tired. I arrived at around 3 AM and was immediately welcomed by the warm hotel lights. At the reception, a gentleman named Hassan welcomed me with a warm smile. When I asked about my room and the floor, I mentioned that I preferred a higher floor but was concerned about the stairs. Hassan reassured me and said, “Just complete your check-in, I will bring your luggage to your room.” I was truly touched by his kindness, especially at that late hour. In the morning, I was woken up by the beautiful sound of the Adhan. That was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. According to the map, the hotel is just a few steps away from Taksim Square and right near the mosque a perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel to others.

Ein wirklich sehr sehr freundliches Personal, eine sehr nette Kommunikation bereits im Vorfeld! Es war zwar schon etwas älter, aber wirklich sauber und gemütlich und mit einer TOP Lage👍🏻🫶🏻

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of Taksim and Nişantaşı. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The bed was very comfortable, and I felt relaxed throughout my stay. The hotel made me feel at home, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
