The property appears to lack proper maintenance, both inside and outside. The bathrooms were not clean and had poorly maintained fixtures. The air conditioner took nearly an hour to cool even a small room. The refrigerator was functioning, but overall the upkeep needs significant improvement.

At arrival we were shocked about the bad condition of the room. We kindly asked for a new room twice, but every room they showed were as bad as the first one. There are a lot of insects, mold and it smells terrible inside. Nothing like the pictures! We normally don’t do this, but we asked for a refund because this really isn’t what we booked. We left because we didn’t want to get sick of the mold. They told us to discuss a refund with booking.com, where we’ve booked this, but they didn’t accept any refund at all. Because of chinese newyear we had to look for ages for a new appartement to stay. So, do never book this accommodation if you want a pleasant stay in the island.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026La chambre était infestée de mille-pattes et de sangsue dans la douche. Et c’est sans parler des lézards. Le frigo était sale. Moisissure sur les murs. Le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient jaunes. J’ai du fuir le logement à 00h30 parce que il y avait des mille-pattes dans mes affaires. L’établissement a fait preuve de mauvaise foi malgré les photos prises, ils n’ont pas remboursé les deux nuits dont je n’ai pas pu bénéficier.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Location. Was on the north side of Chenang near the good energy. The South side is all big hotels so this is where the good energy was.
Mosquitos. Not exaggerating we had 100 of them. I went and bought a mosquito zapper. I zapped them like crazy. We even asked the front desk and they gave us spray. I normally would not want to spray where I sleep with poison but this was needed. It helped but I have 20 bites on just my head from sleeping. All over my feet and anything else that wasn’t fully covered while sleeping. This was literally the craziest I have ever seen. Maybe just our room. But they need to make sure something changes.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026The staff were so lovely. The location is perfect, set away in a peaceful location but minutes from all the hustle and bustle of the area. The little area outside your apartment was useful. Fell in love with the darker of the cats, so lovely, please love it if you meet them, we named her/him Manky as it's tail was broken and ear too.
We pulled the bed out so I could get out of the inside and it was soo dirty. Immediately pushed the bed back. The bedsheets were also stained and a weird synthetic material, and the towels were stained. The duvet kept falling out as the duvet cover was broken and I wouldn't give that to my dog. On saying this, we are travelling and on a budget, this is a budget hotel and the price was good for Langkawi.

Это позорище. В таком люксе не дай бог кому-то пожить. Всё потерто, всё обшарпано, в потолке дыры. Везде паутина, всё старое. Уборки как таковой нет. Хорошо, если поменяют полотенца. Бельё постельное не меняют, спишь в песке который как ни мойся, с пляжа доходит. Ничего кроме мыла не дают. Сам номер не удобный. Ночью на меня свалилась сороконожка. Везде на территории коты, которые всю ночь орут и постоянно стараются залезть в номер. За забором - бездомные собаки, которые также орут всю ночь. Вид из окна - на бетонные стены. Это такое позорище, что никогда никому не пожелаешь.

Aunque esta limpio, las sábanas y las toallas tienen manchas, necesitarían una reposición. El servicio de habitaciones hay que solicitarlo y no siempre hay alguien para hacerlo, para que se tenga en cuenta.

However, if you’re staying longer and would like your room to be cleaned, you need to leave your key at the counter—otherwise, housekeeping will not clean the room. We weren’t aware of this on our first night, as the staff didn’t inform us. I only found out when I approached the receptionist and saw the notice. But they did the housekeeping very well.
There are many mosquitoes flying around. Each room been provided with the mosquitto coil, and the area becomes muddy when it rains heavily. The road to get to the hotel is quite far and dark, so it’s more convenient if you have a car.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean, with air con, fan and fridge. Water dispenser is provided with options for hot, cold and ambient water. Location was good, on a lane off the main road, the hotel was quiet, just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach.
The room was a bit small and storage for clothes could have been a bit better, but we cannot complain as the cost of the room was good.

Would thoroughly recommend Tapaz restaurant built into the ocean , food amazing and the view stunning especially sunset . Absolutely delightful place to spend a romantic evening .

Reviewed Feb 20, 2025All is ok and comfortable for me and my family. I have a great holiday on the Chinese New Year 2025 at there, the location also near to the Pantai Chenang, so we can only walk to the beach.
The alley from the roadside to the hotel is a little bit dark, and have so many bush when walking there, hope you may to put some light for walking area to the Chennang Beach. It little bit dangerous. Actually we always walk at night to go to Dataran Chennang, but we need to use touch light when we walk at the road. Hope you may improve this, we will go the
