Location superb and woman owner wonderful. Room was simple but nice. But warm. Wish they had a catering room somewhere. Bed comfy and shower excellent.

Central location and close to all the important sites. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Bathroom tap was loose which I pointed out the next morning. But nothing was done about it during our stay. Plug in basin did not work so I changed it for the one in the bidet. Automatic drink and confectionary machine was out of order and again was not fixed during our stay. Thank goodness the Auto coffee machine was working. Carpets were very grubby everywhere. To be fair the staff were very nice and we should have gone back to the reception location (about 200 metres to complain. I think the crowds put us off

I loved the old building our room was in. It was in a very convenient location. There was a dining area to have a complimentary basic breakfast/morning tea. The room was large and comfortable. You need to go to another building to check in but don’t let this put you off. It was no bother. They stored our bags until check-in time.

The piazza was a little noisy at night but this didn’t worry me as I wear earplugs to bed.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de los puntos de mayor interés en el centro histórico. Personal super amable. El baño estaba limpio, toallas limpias. El hostal se encuentra en el ultimo piso de un edificio, subida por ascensor o escalera. La habitación que nos tocó era un altillo recientemente reacondicionado muy pintoresco, se accede mediante un escalera. Sábanas limpias, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado funcionó bien. Frigobar con agua de cortesía, cafetera, té.

El hostal es como un anexo de otro hotel, para hacer el check in tenes que ir a la otra locación, unos 400 mts. El piso de la habitación es de cerámica imitando madera, habían usado cera o un producto similar en el piso y quedó resbaladizo.

Maria the receptionist was delightful and helpful. She's great in keeping me updated via emails to make sure I have a smooth check in. And when I check out She's there available to get me taxi going to my destinations. She's truly helpful and friendly. Super great personality. I loved her. ❤️❤️❤️

The location was PERFECT!

The check in being so far from the room was minorly inconvenient. I understood the instructions so I had no problem checking in, but other people in my group walked back and forth with their luggage.

The location is very good Size is good for a family of 4 Kitchen with appliances Safe box and washing machine.

Expensive with many restrictions and the worst is they only change the towels every 3 days, although they do daily housekeeping but they want you to clean the kitchen while the floor doesn’t get mopped, and you must remove the key card to cut the power to the appartment otherwise you don’t get housekeeping.

location was the most convenient of all, right on the plaza

it was extremely hot when we got there and 1 of the air conditioners didn't work at 1st. She did come within the hour to fi it though. However, you could only use the air condition when you were in it so it took time to cool down each time we entered..... during our heat wave there. we also felt locked in because the doors had a funny way of letting you leave. Even over the phone, they were not able to explain how to open the door. also we wish someone was there to greet us, that took an hour away from our stay.

Only think I didn’t like was that it’s pretty noisy from early morning due staff at the communal part. Even so they doing their job, I didn’t wanted to get up at 8am after got back at 2am.

The room was in a very central location and easily accessible. It had all the standard amenities, plus a basic breakfast and coffee included. Everything was clean, and the lady cleaning the room was very friendly and helpful.

you couldn't adjust the angle of the air condition, so the air was blowing directly on you while sleeping (at least in our room),

Location is fantastic. Located in Piazza Republica, it’s in prime position. The only shortfall is that the location of the store and the coordinates direct you to a building on the other side of the Piazza. The actual location next to Hard Rock in the opposite corner of the where the coordinates take you.

Amenities were a bit short. We didn’t have an iron in the bedroom for our clothes. Thankfully a travelling party member had their steamer so I didn’t consider asking. The shower door was not fitted correctly and sat skew meaning water often left the shower and gathered on the floor.

Quarto limpo, cama e chuveiro ótimos Como nosso trem foi cancelado e atrasamos, não precisamos ir em outro local para pegar as chaves, fomos orientados e pegamos lá mesmo, isso foi muito bom! Localização perfeita.

Quarto um pouco apertado para acomodar duas malas. Só ficamos sabendo nos últimos dias que tínhamos uma cozinha de apoio com um café de cortesia, mas mesmo assim foi ótimo.

Location was perfect. Very ordinary breakfast expected a little more than cake and dry toast. We were given the attic room very low ceiling I kept hitting my head on the exposed beams no view out of the window which was so small.

Naprosto skvělá lokalita, úplně v centru starého města, přesto ikdyž je koncert na náměstí není nic slyšet. Parkování vyřešeno s garážema, sice za poplatek, ale 10 min chůze od apartmánu. Ač píší "bez snídaně" tak na výběr kuličky pro děti a nějaké jiné drobnosti.

The reception is a different location, 10 minute walk through the busiest part of town with cases it is not easy. They asked our check in time and could have easily met us at the main location with the rooms to save us travelling. A lot of air fresheners around the room as the bathroom smelt of drains especially at night. They had a kitchen out of the room by the front door, but nothing really there to use.

El aire solo apaga con las tarjetas, si tienes frío debes apagar todas las luces también. No hay algo intermedio. Las sábanas delgadas y hacía frío en la habitación.

The location is excellent, really central. We walked from Sta Maria Novella station with our bags, in the rain! Opted to take a taxi back for our onward journey. Rank literally opposite the suites. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and really quick walk to Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo literally around the corner. Accademia a little further. We appreciated very much the kitchen/dining room with fridge, coffee machine in the morning. Cereals and cakes/pastries out from around 8am much enjoyed.

Our room was disappointingly small compared to others (one couple gave us a "tour" of theirs, also booked through Booking.com!) Kettle with tea making in room, but literally nowhere to plug in kettle except in the corridor outside! A bit frustrating.

Excellent location. We were at the Martelli Suites which was right in the middle of Florence and brilliantly placed for the sights of Florence

The beds, both regular and sofa, were comfortable. The couch was also comfortable when used as a couch. It was new, clean and functional. The air conditioning was very good. The apartment we stayed in was very close to the escalators going up to the Duomo and El Campo.

The breakfast offered in this named B&B was very lacking. There were coffee pods and coffee maker but no milk. The only food was four manufactured pastries that looked like Twinkies. Limited restaurants close by.

L’accès. Impossible de trouver le parking avec le gps. Nous avons fini par nous garer dans le parking de la gare en payant un prix exorbitant. Une fois à pied trouver le numéro 5 sur la grande place n’est pas évident.

The first night we were booked in the attic room which had no windows, but the staff changed the next day and gave us a room with view on plaza de la república, it was amazing.

The check in was very easy with very helpful staff. We arrived early but we could leave our bag before our room was ready. Our room was very clean and perfect for our one night stay. Very central great location.

El aire acondicionado está puesto en dirección a las almohadas de la cama y no es posible cambiarlo. Molesta bastante para dormir.

Gostei muito do banheiro em geral, especialmente do chuveiro. A localização é ótima. As camas são confortáveis e o quarto é muito espaçoso.

A limpeza do chão poderia melhorar. E poderiam disponibilizar pelo menos um ou dois travesseiros mais altos. O "café da manhã" poderia ser colocado mais cedo já que turistas costumam siar cedo para explorar.

crec que quant diuen que el hotel te parking propi, haurien de especificar per els que No coneixem Florencia amb anterioritat que el parking per vehicles , No es troba en el mateix edifici , sino que esta a 800 metres caminant.

L'emplacement est parfait, le standing fait rêver dès l'entrée et notre chambre au 4ème étage desservie par ascenseur aurait du être le clou du spectacle. Mais non. J'y reviendrai plus loin. Literie parfaite. Endroit très propre.

L'entrée de l'étage desservie par ascenseur laisse présager d'une belle chambre au standing fidèle à ce que nous pensions avoir réservé. A près 3 aller/retour dans le magnifique couloir, pas de chambre 408. Pas même entre la 409 et la 407, pas plus après la 410 ni avant la 405. Mais où est passée la chambre 408 ??? Reléguée en haut d'un petit escalier disponible au fond du magnifique couloir. La chambre 408 est sous les toits, mansardée avec une petite lucarne à 1m70 du sol. Bref rien qui ne fasse rêver, surtout lorsqu'on est dans ce type d'établissement. Très en colère et très déçue, le manager nous a dit que tout était très clair sur l'annonce booking. A croire que non....

The reception is located in another location. It looks better in the photos than in person, the smell of cleaning products was very strong, and the drain was slow to let the water flow, causing water to pool in the shower stall.

La posizione Meravigliosa. All'angolo trovi palazzo Strozzi a 5 minuti sulla destra Piazza Della Signoria e il Ponte Vecchio e a 5 minuti sulla sinistra il Duomo. In piazza della Repubblica dove sono gli alloggi ci sono moltissimi bei bar e pasticcerie. L'appartamento pulitissimo con un bagno spazioso e molto fornito di prodotti. Ci tornerei
