Park Inn By Radisson Istanbul Ataturk Airport

We just had a 7 day stay as UK guests visiting for a clinic, service was ok, house keeping good, fresh towels and bottles of water every day. Room was clean and basic standard, the shower let it down with the temperature not regulating. The air con was great in room! We reported broken fridge in our room and within an hour we had a new working one. Bar and restaurant staff are accommodating especially Zafer he came to chat every day to us with very good english and very friendly, we enjoyed every meal the food was good quality and lots of variety on the menu. The souvenir shop inside the hotel was a nice touch but pricey. We would only recommend more comfortable seating in the outside area of the hotel as an approvement as we like to sit in the sun and the metal chairs become uncomfortable after a while, although we understand this is a smoking area. Also trip adviser advertises the hotel has an outdoor pool and that is not true which was very disappointing so please look at changing this misinformation.

My flight was really early to London and I booked this hotel to transit only . However I requested at 4:45 am little did I know I was awake at 5:20 am with little time to rush . I came downstairs and the guy didn’t even apologise and he has all information infront of him If it was other hotels they would have refunded me my stay and I hope the management consider this as this could have truly ended up me missing the flight and the inconvenience was terrible . Bed was not comfortable , pillow were not comfortable

Otelde yatmak için kalırsın yataklar ve yastıklar kötü olduğunda geri kalanların da anlamı olmuyor. Yatakların kötü olduğunu personele ilettik ilgilendiler yatağı değiştirmişler fakat değiştirdikleri yatak da kötü çünkü yatakların hepsi eski. Personelin elinden gelen bir şey yok yatakların değişmesi lazım on yıllık otel yataklarda on yıllık

The worst hotel ever ever seen

Our room was set to a temperature of 32 degrees which is apparently a centralised system. The hotel is advertised as 5 star but is not even clean enough for a 3 star rating. The lifts and showers smell of urine. The breakfast is a buffet allegedly. When we complained and were moved to another room it was no better so out of a 7 night stay we stayed 1 night and had to go to Marriott Hotel down the road which is 5 star Could not get a refund from Expedia or our Credit card so bye to both of those companies too

İstanbul'a uzun bir aradan sonra Expedia dan rezervasyon yaparak geldim. Açıkçası bazı yorumları okuyunca çekinmedim değil ancak bu kadarda olmaz dedim. Park inn Radisonun kapısından girip check in yaptığım andan taki check out yaptığım zamana kadar sanki kendi evimde gibi rahattım.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların ilgisi yardım severliği restauranttakiler keza öyle odaların temizliği hiçbir sorunum olmadı. Ulaşım konusunda çok kolay bir alanda çok çeşitli ulaşım imkanlarım vardı. Tek sorun aynı koridordaki odalarda kalan öğrenci gruptu resepsiyona iletince bu durumda çözüldü. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum bir daha İstanbul'a gelirsem gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim yeri artık biliyorum.

Property is very old. Needs a refurbishment.

Horrible 1 week stay for my family! We arrived in the hotel 27 Oct to 3rd Nov 2024. The 2 adjacent rooms (1016 and 1018 l, ground floor rooms) were so hot at 33°C and it only got cooler at night, we needed to stay in the lobby instead. On our first night our rooms were at 23°C all through the night, was not comfortable night sleep. Next morning I informed the reception staff about the problem, they said they will fix the problem. Same issues everyday, I needed to report it each morning. Not everyday that we go out in morning so we need to open the room doors just to cool down the rooms that people passing by can see us, no privacy during this time! At one point, we went back to our hotel around 2pm, even though we kept the AC on while we are out, room temp was as 32°C… Park Inn Hotel claims they are 5 Star Hotel! This is now way a 5⭐️, been to many hotels and this would be a 2-3 stars only! We had a very horrible experience with this hotel. Hotel staff are helpful but seems the problem in room temperature wasn’t rectified. Istanbul has a cooler temperature in October, imagine if you travel in this place during their summer season, Park Inn hotel room 1016 and 1018 will be like a furnace that you can bake a cake… would never consider this hotel on our next visit.

Check in was fast, Room 2117 is nice and cosy with all the necessary amenities set up. Great water pressure in shower , it be btter to have 2 chairs at the sitting area. Some attention needed, a standing lamp bulb to replace & door latch safety hook is missing. Breakfast buffet is good , staff are helpful and courteous.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was a bit dark even with lights on but we were not in the room much. Staff were very nice and helpful. Most of the staff spoke english. I fell and twisted my foot and the staff were so helpful. They gave me an ice pack and checked me constantly. Would deffo stay again.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Mohamet @ reception was amazing and was very helpful. The room was huge and clean and spacious and the breakfast was great too! Although there was not much to choose, please try to bring a lot of variety, parking lot is too small, overall is excellent

Firstly the hotel is far from tourist attraction. You need to spend a high price if need to go by taxi. The room is spacious and comfy. Breakfast is plenty of choice. Staff is very helpful and corperative.

Hot tub jets were not on as advertised, many things are broken, and everything is overpriced, restaurant etc, we went to the store around the corner

The housekeeper Selvim was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Also, it is very clean and quiet even when at roadside. The only thing that need improvement is for them to invest in new towels. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.

It was too hot inside the room. Not possible to open the window for fresh air. The air conditioner did not work properly. The bathroom was not clean. Some hair was left in the bathtub and on the toilet seat.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Staff speak English. They call me for me whenever I need one. Did laundry for me when I needed one. They were so nice people, contrary to the taxi drivers.

Room very dirty blood stains everywhere on the towels ,bed sheets ,carpet very dirty rooms we couldn’t stay five minutes

They gave me two smoking room. Very dirty and smell very bad. Then they changed them to another two rooms , one was dirty but the air conditioning was ok the other one air con was not good. Breakfast was the worst ever in Turkey. I don’t think that they know there are over 800 hotels and hitch means the options are better. I give it 2 stars.

Airconditioning was not good

Since the move of the airport the location of the hotel is now very far from airport. Takes roughly 45 minutes by taxi. Nothing special about the hotel. However restaurant is very good and cheap. Breakfast also ok but nothing special.

Room was large and clean, twin beds very small, bathroom had a shower and a bathtub, staff was helpful and parking is in front of hotel entrance

I had an amazing stay here. I arrived with my family early in the morning and the checkin staff were very polite. They arranged for luggage storage and gave us seats while they made arrangement for early checkin. As soon as a room was vacated the ushered us in. The service is superb and any room issue is just a dial and you would be attended to. There is acshttle from here to Mall of Istanbul.

My opinion is the hotel is not 5 stars. Especially the restaurant is very dirty and the foods for breakfast was not fresh. Non of the workers are professional.

Great hotel for transit stay, but far from the city. Very clean and comfortable. Large bath. Good breakfast. Staff is great.

Modern rooms and washroom, comfortable and bright. The hotel serice offers free shuttel to the airport and to the Mall of Istanbul. There are local resturants in the vicinity. However, for a family with small baby the milk warming facility costs money. It is not well connected to Metro or tram station but it is easy to finc a taxi. Good Value of money.

Check in was quick. Room comfortable. Shuttle was OK. Restaurant was depressing.

Upon check in, they only had one person checking in the guests, while the other staff members just roamed around. This led to a situation where there were many guests in the small lobby and the perfect opportunity for a thief to steal handbags/luggage. Which is what happened to my handbag. When we realized that the bag was stolen, we requested footage immediately but the staff member said he first had to check everyone in and only then would he review the footage. Much later the evening, and only because we went to ask again, they showed us the footage reluctantly. And refused to call the police so that we could open a case. Almost a week later and only because we insisted with the manager did they arrange for the tourism police to come to the hotel. Only stay at the hotel if you don't mind hearing airplanes going over all day long. I would only suggest this hotel for business people that need a place to stay overnight. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, found so much dust behind the bed. But the cleaning staff are very friendly.

Ordered room service, and they did not bring it. I called a second time and their excuse is that the restaurant was too busy serving non-hotel customers. After a long trip, I had my dinner around 10pm! On top of that, they gave me wrong information about the shuttle service to the airport. Almost missed my flight. And of course no apology from anyone!

To find the hotel was a problem as the road is blocked and a long detour is needed to get to the Hotel The navigation could not get me there

unfortunately when we were booking, the breakfast included sign was on but after, the reservation confirmation didn't have such a detail as we noticed only while checking in. but you can always pay an extra € to add it later. then the room experience depends of your luck i guess as the first one we got was small with the view to concrete wall and stain on the carpet so we asked for other options and local stuff were nice enough to show smth else to choose from, so we got much better one with additional terrace on the 1st floor, more spacious and comfortable! we liked the pool and turkish baths downstairs, so in the end spent a great couple of days before flight

The beds were very comfortable.and rooms nice. AC didn’t work in first room so were moved to room. AC worked better but not very cool. We took shuttle to airport. We’re all loaded in and then kicked out so one guy could get in. Not sure what was up there. Had to wait 20 mins for next one.

Apparently, AC system does not provide cooling option year-around. Rooms get excessively hot (+27C), and there is nothing can be done other than keeping the hallway door open.

I spent a night at the hotel while waiting for my morning flight at Ataturk airport.

It was not very bad for staying one night. I stayed at this hotel because it is near airport. Also it offers shuttle service to airport.

Lovely hotel and very comfortable rooms but lack of sleep. Directly on flight path so planes all night, plus construction work, traffic and the call to prayers. Staff nice.

Close to airport, fairly modern and clean. Free airport shuttle during certain times. The shuttle was 20 minutes late, so don't cut it close. We saved a ton of money by booking online. The prices listed were 150 Euro at the hotel if you don't book ahead. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a lot, but it wasn't a big deal; and the shower tile could use some bleach; was a little moldy. I loved the pillows on the bed. Overall, it was great for the price.

Room was clean but found prior persons hair all over bathroom floor. Ordered room service but food wasn't that accurate as described on menu. Pizza was missing ingredients.

it was nothing like they showed in the pictures. smelly rooms, a/c doesnt work properly and very small rooms..I left immediately and went to another hotel. they did not refund my payment that I paid at arrival. I was in the room only for 5 minutes.

This hotel was a wonderful accommodation~ I cannot say enough about the helpful staff, beautiful turkish bath & spa!

I only stayed for a night to take a flight the next day. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly/accommodating! Room service was pretty swift too!

My room had no heating. Complained twice, a guy came, climbed on a chair, felt some warm air coming out of the vent, and declared it was ok. Incredible. It was -2 centigrade outside and I had to wear heavy clothes inside the room because there was no heat. Reception staff were rude and not helpful

The first room we checked in had a terrible sewage smell. We went down to the lobby and receptionist changed our room. We asked for a room with a window which can be opened. He changed our room ,which had a heavy air, this time air conditioner did not work, windows cannot open completely, which is understandable because of the safety reasons. Carpet looked worned out, bathroom was clean but they just put liquid soap in a dispenser, which is not ok for four star! hotel. Breakfast is decent, hotel employees are very nice.

Very clean and comfortable . Provides free shuttle service to the airport which is a plus!
