Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Very small room. 2 of us in a queen, no room to even walk around each other. Bed very uncomfortable, only 1 night stand, no bathroom sink to put your bathroom bag on so packing your toothbrush and such individually into the bathroom to use.

Reviewed May 25, 2026We were travelling with a dog for the first time and all the staff made the stay friendly and comfortable. The green field in front of the hotel was a plus. We had the room with th e separation between the bed, the kitchen and seating area and it was spacious. Breakfast brunch was delicious.
Well for the money this hotel met our expectations. Not super fancy but it was clean, spacious and we .oved the staff. Will stay again with our dog.

Front door broken and wouldn’t close. Had to manually close the automatic doors which wasn’t easy. Staff complained my wife didn’t close the door even though she physically wasn’t strong enough to do so. Perhaps staff should have been closing the door?

Breakfast was good for what it was, and a nice surprise that it was open until 10, not 9 like it says on the hotels.com app. Micro is an appropriate description of the room. Far too small for a family of 4 with 2 teens. But, it was very clean and good value for the money.

Our television didn't work, and after mentioning it they didn't do anything. Even on checkout when I shared that we had gone the whole stay (with two small kids) without tv they just said I'm sorry but honestly a small discount on the rate we paid (which was high) would have been better. Also the carpets were not the cleanest so keeping shoes on was a must when walking around.

The room I stayed in (216) was directly above the entrance. The front door is an automatic, sliding door and was extremely load in my room. Could hear and feel every time it opened, which at some times was every few minutes. Went to the front desk to ask for a room change but no one was there at the time. Do NOT stay in room 214 or 216!

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Staying here while I work in the local area. Rooms are decent, modern amenities. The only real issue is the lack of cleaning. Even when asked to clean, it happens every third day I guess do to staffing issues? The cleaning was sup par. No turnover of the sheets, just remade the bed. Leaving garbage in the room that was obvious (takeout bags etc) When asked if they could open breakfast early due to our departure time, the manager shut it down hard. No extra cost to him. Then the usual issues with young sports teams visiting, and travelling students not being cognizant of others.

Small bathroom. Two of our groups reservations were messed up - in turn having to have two people switch hotels for the second night because the reservation was inputted wrong and was only one night when it was supposed to be two.
