The location close to city.

The photos are totally different from the actual room. The room was super small despite for paying for what was in the photo. Breakfast was not a breakfast small piece of mortadella and cheese and black coffee full of water.

A hotel nagyon központi helyen volt! A személyzet előtt le a kalappal!❣️ Nagyon kedves emberek dolgoznak ott! Segítőkészek, vendégszeretők! Minden nap takarítottak, mire "haza" értünk, szép tisztaság és illat volt a szobában! Egyetlen egy kicsike negatívumot tudok csak felhozni, az pedig a reggeli: minden nap ugyanazt kaptuk! Az egy kicsit lehetett volna változatosabb... De az emberek kedvessége mellett ez is eltörpült!😁

Приятный и вежливый персонал, хорошее расположение отеля, все прошло отлично. Завтрак простой и хороший, быстро перекусить и выйти.

Для 4-х немного маленькая комната, просто умыться и поспать устраивает. Освещение темное в ванной.

Отель недалеко от истикляль. Было не шумно, т.к. окна выходили на заднюю часть здания.

Жили с 30 апр по 1 мая. Сняли с нас непонятную комиссию за проживание. Завтрак комплексный для галочки. Кредитную карту не принимают, только наличка.

Very nice hotel, clean and well located. The staff was very friendly, especially Mustafa at reception who was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our sheets were dirty first days, and they changed it only after 2 days, and washroom was not that comfortable and some things was broken, refrigerator was also broken not working. Overall it was fine

Colazione sufficiente. In 4 notti non hanno mai rifatto le camere e non hanno rifornito il bagno di carta igienica. Alla prenotazione ci era stato riferito che non vi erano problemi per il parcheggio di 3 moto ma all'arrivo per il parcheggio ci chiedono 240.00€ e trattando siamo riusciti a pagare 180.00€ e le ricevute solo per 135.00€

During my visit in Istanbul I stayed with my partner for 7 days (+1day) in Lazz City Hotel. I haven’t faced any problems which is caused by hotel service and their staffs.

The room was very small. Beddings were dirty. The hotel is under construction. Breakfast is very limited. Windows face a night club so it was extremely noisy.

У нас была бронь 31.01.25-02.01.26, мы задерживались в дороге из Бурсы, позвонили и предупредили что заезд будет поздним, ответил Ок приезжайте. Приехали около 10 ночью и оказалось что он сдал наш номер другим и нам предлагает коморку из трех кроватей без условий. При предъявлений наших требований , сразу начал выгонять с отеля, зная что перед Новым годом мы вряд ли найдем что-то. Хозяин заведения заботится только о своем кармане, о деньгах. Если ему что-то не выгодно то он сразу готов выставить вас за порог. Ему не интересно что вы с семьей, у вас есть ребенок, приехали из далека, ночью выгоняет из отеля. Есть видео, но оно не прикрепляется. Прикрепляется только фото.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is located right in the heart of Hüseyinağa, in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, right off Istiklal Avenue.

The first time I was mistreated, yelled at, and belittled as a hotel guest was at the Lazz City Hotel, Istanbul, last week. We were three female friends travelling to Istanbul and we booked a triple room there. We arrived Friday evening and left early Tuesday morning. On Saturday morning, the toilet stopped working completely. We reported the issue several times to the reception staff; they came and attempted a fix, but it never worked. They did not call a plumber, citing the weekend as the excuse. What decent hotel does not have an emergency plumber? Also, they did not change our rooms, claiming the hotel was full On MONDAY morning when we asked for a compensation, an incredibly rude staff member laughed at us and started yelling saying "we were crazy if we wanted compensation". We started arguing for about 15 mins without any success. I didn't get his name but I would recognise him immediately. They did charge us the full rate, and now we are in the process of asking Booking.com for a resolution. I have videos that prove our case, but I'm only submitting here a screenshot for decency.

camere piccole, asciugamani sporche, il bagno perdeva l’acqua dallo sciacquone, Anche le lenzuola erano sporche e nei letti la mattina alle 5 abbiamo trovato le cimici da letto che camminavano durante la notte e con il pericolo di infestare casa al ritorno. la reception e il proprietario incapaci di ragionare e ascoltare hanno incolpato noi delle cimici, abbiamo contatto Booking e hanno dovuto abbandonare ogni speranza di arrivare a un accordo. Sono stati scortesi alzando la voce, e svegliando anche gli altri ospiti che sono venuti a lamentarsi dei toni e di averli disturbati. Pur non avendo fatto colazione e avendoci causato il disagio di doverci andare a trovare un altro hotel non sono scesi con il prezzo.

Mustafa bey Esat bey Filiz abla mükemmel insanlar. Tesisisin konumu mükemmel. Ailecek kaldık ve çok çok memnun kaldık.

We booked 4 rooms; there was no requirement for early payment, they tried to charge us and when payment declined they gave room to other persons. When we reached they said we are full and you have no booking. We showed them thay we have booking but they said now hotel is full go somewhere else. Because of them we were stranded middle of istanbul on Saturday night.

Cameră extrem de mică, cu un geam care dădea spre o curte interioară (luminator), unde erau foarte multe gunoaie...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the hosts were very kind and hospitable people and the wifi was fast. The location of the hotel is very good, Istiklal Street is 5 minutes away and Taksim Square is 10 minutes away on foot. It is one of the best hotels in this price range and I recommend it.

One negative point if I had to mention is that the hotel was near a bar and on Friday and Saturday nights the music could be heard in the room until late which disturbed our sleep.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location is great.

Ništa osim lokacije. Prvo dobili neku malu sobu. Pa nas nakon 2 dana stavili u onu koju smo bookirali. Dlake izlaze iz tuša. Sve sporko i staro.

The personal is hotel was so kind. From hotel to the main street is so close, during 2 minutes.

Идеальное соотношение цена / качество / расположение. Фотографии соответствуют действительности. Чистота. Уборка номера - ежедневная. WiFi выше всяких похвал. Персонал мгновенно (насколько это возможно) приходит на помощь и помогает с решением любого вопроса. Великолепные матрасы, белоснежное бельё, комфортные постельные принадлежности. 3 толстых качественных махровых белоснежных полотенца, махровый коврик для ног у душевой кабинки. Жидкое мыло, у раковины. Шампунь 2 в 1 и гель для душа в душевой кабинке уже прикреплены к стене в душе, т.е., ничего не нужно таскать с собой и, искать куда-бы поставить. Просто нажимаете дозатор - и всё. Всегда есть горячая вода (не бойлер) с отличным напором. Душевые кабинки достаточно просторные. Отель находится в оживлённом районе, но, закрытые окна практически звуконепроницаемы - на стеклопакетах не экономили. Шторы blackout позволят вам отдохнуть даже в дневное время и, даже в солнечный летний день. Кроме того, индивидуальный кондиционер в каждом номере - спасёт вас от полуденного зноя или согреет в непогоду. TV, сейф, чайник, питьевая вода, чашки с блюдцами и ложками, бокалы, чай, кофе, сахар, просторный шкаф с плечиками для одежды - разве можно ожидать большего? Много раз пожив в разных отелях Стамбула могу на личном опыте уверенно высказать следующее: отели Стамбула - загадка. Никогда не знаешь чего ожидать. Пятизвёздочный отель может оказаться полон проблем и обернётся не проживанием, а головной болью. Но, трехзвёздочный, скромный небольшой отель, от которого ты ничего не ожидаешь - внезапно может порадовать вас высоким уровнем качества проживания и сервиса. Моё личное субъективное мнение - данный отель идеален для любого путешественника. Я сам с удовольствием вновь остановлюсь здесь.

Завтрак. Отель не имеет собственной полноценной кухни, поэтому завтраки подаются стандартные уже готовые - порционированные. Я останавливался в отеле в самый разгар сезона овощей и фруктов и странно было видеть на тарелке более чем скромные, унылые ломтики сыра, огурца и помидора. Без нареканий, в данном случае - только свежайший вкусный хлеб, чай и кофе.
